I was promised a patent they charged me over $13, 000 a year later, they wouldn't take my calls or answer my emails. That was in 2013 it is now 2019. All internet patent companies are scams, you are better off hiring a patent attorney. I had 2 different companies do patents for me one in Ny by the name Invents Company. They also did me the same way but took me for $16, 000. they did the same thing the patent attorney was in on the fraud the went as far as having a manufacturer call me (Zambro Manufacturers) to have me send $3000 to them to do a CAD. They never did the CAD and never refunded my money, that was 3 years ago. Don't be a sucker put them out of business. They have caused me to refinance, close to declaring bankruptcy for taking me for a total of $32, 000. Please don't be a fool like me and trust them! There is a class action lawsuit against Invents co hopefully there will be one against Patent Services USA.
This guys just did the same thing to me took my $11000 and never got back to me
Patent Service USA defrauded me of helping me with my invention later after they took my money the story change to legal matters .They have not provided their services and don't want to refund my money .
patent services usa is the good company . its help me lot of with my invention .
I invested over $13,000 for a US global patent, and they scammed me; all of their contact numbers are bogus (Google Voice numbers). I'm currently searching for an attorney to sue this company. When I expressed my concerns to Ryan, he said he was going to have the directors set up a meeting with me ASAP. Well, I never heard back; he never answered anymore of my calls, and the next time I heard from them was via email to advise me that my contract is up and that I can pay $1450 to extend my contract for one more year.
Did you ever get an attorney? Because I'd like one too.

hii friend i want to share some information . this company is too good . because i have used service many time . there are many people are say , the company is fraud . it is wrong information about earning some money . so i request please do not believe this type information.
Their level of procrastination and frequent deterrence from contractual stipulations seems extremely intentional.
Paid them $16000 to obtain patent and they didn’t do their job Instead they lied me.
What to get my money back
Patent Services USA (PSU) confirms that Surjan (CT) signed an agreement on 10.25.18 and that the contract expiration date was 10.24.20.
We congratulate Mr. Surja, again, for receiving his formal Notice of Allowance, Design patent approval to
which the USPTO noted on 5.26.20. PSU can never guarantee an outcome, but we are happy our team
helped Mr. Surja achieve this milestone.
With this in mind, and considering this complaint is 3+ years post-separation, PSU fully rejects Mr. Surja
claims and the request for a refund regarding services that were rendered. Furthermore, with the outline
of his account, PSU will showcase that we were available to the client during and post the closing of his
account, providing him documentation directly showing how PSU fulfilled our contractual obligations.
As customer service is extremely important, here is an outline of confirmed services:
• 10.25.18: CT signed a contract requesting support services for filing a Utility (UT), Design (D),
Trademark (TM), and Copyright (CR) Application
• 2.17.19: A UT Application was filed with the USPTO; yet post prosecution actions the application
received an advisory to which the patent attorney’s recommendation was to submit an RCE, a
legal approach that is outside the scope of PSU services, the CT was informed on 10.20.21 – The
CT elected not to move forward with this option, thus, the UT was unsuccessful/abandoned.
• 3.18.19: A Design application was filed and USPTO awarded the patent on 5.26.20
• 4.11.19: A CR Application was filed with the USPTO, established, and resolved once filed.
• 4.11.19: A TM Application was filed with the USPTO; yet post 2 prosecution actions the TM was
not successful. The patent attorney's recommendation was to submit a 2nd TM filing under a
different name as the CT was informed on 8.21.20 – The CT elected not to move forward with
this option.
• Conference calls and email exchanges clarifying USPTO responses to Mr. Surja applications, 2
successfully prosecuted, CR & D, and the necessary actions for the UT & TM, are dated: 10.18.21,
10.22.21, 7.15.22, and 7.28.22. Please note these dates are after contract (PPA) separation thus
the sum of these actions show PSU went above and beyond to address all of Mr. Surja concerns.
Taking these notations into consideration, PSU deems this complaint, at such a late stage, as a last resort
to misrepresent the services rendered and that requesting a refund is disingenuous. PSU has shared with the BBB all the proof of the contract, signed documents regarding the formal filing of all applications, and email
