I recently purchased some patio heaters from PatioProductsUSA, and unfortunately, they turned out to be too powerful for my wiring. I contacted their customer service team, who informed me that I could return the heaters using any method, but that I needed to have my electrician call them first.

After speaking with my electrician, I decided to return the heaters and followed the return instructions provided by PatioProductsUSA. However, when I entered the tracking numbers into their website, I was surprised to see that my return had been denied.

It turned out that I had missed their 30-day return policy, as I had needed to consult with my electrician before making a decision. I explained this to their customer service team and provided evidence of my conversations confirming that I needed different size heaters. However, despite my efforts, they still denied my return, claiming that it was past the 30-day limit and that they had no record of our conversations.

I was frustrated by this response, and I escalated the issue to a case manager. They claimed to have spoken to the "higher ups" and offered me a solution: if I bought new heaters from them and paid a restocking fee of nearly $700, they would accept my return. I was shocked by this proposal, especially since the products were still in their original box and had never been opened.

In the end, I decided not to take up their offer and instead kept the heaters. While I was disappointed by the outcome, I appreciated the prompt and courteous responses from their customer service team. However, I would caution others to be aware of their strict return policy and to make sure to consult with their electrician before making a purchase.

PatioProductsUSA Deceptive Advertising: Our Disappointing Experience with PatioProductsUSA

My family and I recently purchased an umbrella from PatioProductsUSA for $1299. We were initially drawn to the product based on the enticing photo and description listed on the website. However, when the item arrived, we were disappointed to find that there was no base included for the unit. After examining the website further, we discovered in small print at the end of the "more info" section on the second page that the base was sold separately. We were frustrated by this lack of transparency and felt as though we had been misled by false advertising tactics. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam to us.

Due to our dissatisfaction, we contacted customer service and requested that they pick up the unit and refund our $1299. Unfortunately, we were told that free shipping was not allowed for the return, and that returning the umbrella would actually cost more than the base itself. Needless to say, we were incredibly disappointed with our experience and felt that we had been taken advantage of by PatioProductsUSA.

In conclusion, we would not recommend this company to anyone. The lack of transparency and deceptive practices left a bad taste in our mouths, and we feel that they could have handled the situation much better.

PatioProductsUSA Exceptional Customer Service from PatioProductsUSA Sales Rep - A Positive Experience

Recently, I had the pleasure of communicating with a sales representative from PatioProductsUSA and wanted to share my experience. Initially, the conversation got off to a slightly rocky start as I made the assumption that all necessary information was readily available to the representative. However, as it turned out, he required my Cart Order number in order to proceed. Despite my own initial impatience and rudeness, the representative, who introduced himself as Garrison, was surprisingly patient and continued to assist me in a thoughtful and knowledgeable manner.

He reassured me that delivery charges were not a concern as PatioProductsUSA had generously taken care of these costs on my behalf. Now, my only concerns lie in the timely delivery of my order and whether my purchases arrive in tip-top condition. I sincerely hope this will be the case, but only time will tell.

Regardless, I am deeply appreciative of Garrison's professionalism and kindness, and must say that he has instilled a great deal of trust and confidence in me when it comes to PatioProductsUSA. I look forward to enjoying my arranged purchases and hope to have an equally positive experience in the future.

I recently came across PatioProductsUSA, an online store that specializes in outdoor furniture and accessories. As I was browsing their products, I found a Bromic patio heater that caught my eye. However, I noticed that the price listed on their website was significantly higher than what I had found elsewhere.

Determined to get the best deal possible, I decided to call their customer service team to inquire about their price match guarantee. I was informed that they would not be able to match the lower price I had found as it was $45 lower than their listing of $1575.

As a customer, I was disappointed to hear this news, especially since PatioProductsUSA had their own words posted about their price match guarantee on their website. After reading these words to the customer service agent Noelle, she still declined to match the price.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I found another online retailer EverythingFireplaces who not only offered a lower price but also didn't charge me the 10.4 percent local tax that PatioProductsUSA would have according to their site.

I was disappointed to hear that this wasn't the first time something like this has happened with PatioProductsUSA. As a consumer, I urge them to fix their process and ensure that their advertised price match guarantee is actually guaranteed. If they can't fulfill this promise, it would be better to remove it from their site altogether.

PatioProductsUSA PatioProductsUSA Review: Poor Customer Support and Lack of Communication

I recently made a purchase from PatioProductsUSA and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing experience so far. I ordered a beautiful patio umbrella on May 31 and to date, I have not received any shipping or tracking information. Despite responding to an email in which I was asked whether I had received the product or not, there has been no further communication from the company in this regard.

I tried contacting the customer support team via phone but unfortunately, this option was not available. I then turned to the chat feature but was left waiting for a response for over 10 hours. It was frustrating to have been the #2 customer in the queue and then for it to go back up to #9 once again. I truly cannot emphasize enough that this was not just an exaggeration on my part - I kept the laptop with me all day and into the evening, hoping to speak with someone from the support team.

At this point, I am extremely concerned about the status of my order and have contacted PayPal to arrange a refund. I genuinely do not know if I can trust that my order will be delivered, given the lack of communication and customer service from PatioProductsUSA. While I am willing to wait another day to hear from them, the uncertainty and lack of progress has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

In conclusion, I would think twice before ordering from PatioProductsUSA in the future. The experience has been overall negative and the lack of customer support and communication is deeply concerning.

However, I did reach out to them via chat as recommended and expressed my concern about the charge on my credit card since the product was still on backorder. Unfortunately, it took a week before I received an email stating that my order was assigned a number. I am disappointed with the experience as the charge was made without a product being available. As a result, I will need to dispute these charges with my credit card company. PatioProductsUSA Outdoor Movie Nights Made Easy: Elite Screens Yard Master 2 WraithVeil Dual Series Review

I recently purchased the Elite Screens Inc - OMSH2-DUAL - Yard Master 2 WraithVeil Dual Series from PatioProductsUSA (patioproductsusa.com) for $299 plus tax. I have been searching for a versatile screen that can be used for both front and rear projection and found this particular screen to be exactly what I was looking for. My plan is to create an outdoor social-distanced theater with friends, and this screen seems to fit the bill perfectly.

Unfortunately, due to the recent forest fires in California, I had to beta-test the screen in my living room using rear-projection mode with my Epson 2150 projector. We streamed the movie Wanted from 2008 through our Apple TV on Netflix and utilized a low-budget Yamaha speaker bar from Costco. The set-up process for the screen was incredibly easy, and I was blown away by the picture quality.

I decided to purchase the 100" diagonal screen as it was the perfect size for my garage for driveway viewing. The picture included in this review was taken during our initial set-up in the early afternoon as we were trying to figure out the best layout for our living room.

Over the weekend, we invited some friends over to watch a movie in our driveway and I have to say, the viewing experience was fabulous. We have already become experts at setting up and taking down the screen, which takes us only about 10 minutes to complete.

All in all, I am extremely pleased with my purchase from PatioProductsUSA (patioproductsusa.com) and I highly recommend the Elite Screens Inc - OMSH2-DUAL - Yard Master 2 WraithVeil Dual Series to anyone in search of a versatile, high-quality outdoor screen for movie nights and social gatherings.

PatioProductsUSA Disappointing Experience with PatioProductsUSA: Avoid Frustration, Shop Elsewhere for Patio Products

My experience with PatioProductsUSA has been less than satisfactory. On July 1, we ordered an umbrella and stand with the expectation of a seven-day delivery. Unfortunately, after two weeks, the stand was canceled without any explanation, and we only found out through an email. However, we have been given a refund, and that was a relief.

Upon calling PatioProductsUSA, we were informed that the base was out of stock, and the representative offered us a more expensive one, which was an unreasonable request. We agreed to a higher charge after they assured us that our umbrella would ship within a day or two of the base. After another four weeks, we finally received the costlier base. However, the worst part is that we were given another shipping estimate of about one month, until the end of August, which is frustrating, and the summer is fast slipping by.

Whenever we tried reaching them by phone, we had to endure at least a 30-minute wait time, and when we finally had a representative on the other end of the line, they could not give us any answers. This was pitiful since we had to know when we could expect our order. Moreover, we learned that PatioProductsUSA does not stock anything and only acts as a drop-ship company, which means that the company ships directly to the customer.

At this point, we've been waiting for almost a month for our umbrella. Therefore, we have decided to drive a long distance to buy one from a store that has it in stock but at a much higher price. Now, we realize that a good price means nothing if the product is not available. To make matters worse, we were charged immediately, and they've had our money for almost a month but still cannot issue a refund for another week. All of these factors have left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from PatioProductsUSA. It would be wise to avoid any Galtech International umbrellas that aren't in stock from any company. In conclusion, if you want to avoid disappointment and frustration, it's best to shop elsewhere for patio products.

PatioProductsUSA Disappointing Experience with PatioProductsUSA's Galtech Umbrellas - A Review

I recently had an experience with PatioProductsUSA, specifically their galtechumbrellasusa.com website, and unfortunately I cannot say it was a positive one. I had ordered 2 Galtech umbrellas on July 17th, 2020, choosing items that were marked as QuickShip and In Stock, with a promised delivery of within a week or a $25 refund. I was also offered a 5% discount when signing up for an account and an additional 15% discount with a promotional code.

As someone who had been let down by another company after a 6-week wait for a custom umbrella, I was really looking forward to receiving my umbrellas quickly. After placing my order, I received confirmation via email and noticed that my payment had been taken right away. While it was a bit unusual, I trusted that the company would make good on their delivery promise. However, after not receiving any updates for 72 hours, I checked my status and saw that there was an issue with my payment. This was surprising because my card had already been charged.

After trying unsuccessfully to reach the company via phone, I selected a call-back option and received a message from an agent telling me to call the same number I had already tried. When I checked the status again, I saw that I would receive a tracking number within 24-48 hours, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the next day I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled due to a request from me. I did not make a request to cancel my order, so I called the company again and waited for another 15 minutes before requesting another call back. Finally, an agent called me back and explained that an email was sent in error and that my order was actually cancelled due to the manufacturer discontinuing the product. They said that I would receive a refund within 5 business days.

My experience with PatioProductsUSA was frustrating and disappointing. The website did not accurately reflect inventory information, payments were taken before items were shipped, and customer service was lacking. It was clear that they were not adequately staffed to handle the number of customer calls they received. In my opinion, a refund should not take 5 business days if they could take payment immediately.

Overall, I believe that PatioProductsUSA has the potential to be a great company, but they need to make improvements to their website and communication processes. While they carry quality products, their service was not up to par.

PatioProductsUSA Disappointing experience with PatioProductsUSA: Delayed delivery, unhelpful customer service, and unclear discount policies

I recently made a purchase at PatioProductsUSA (patioproductsusa.com) and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had my eye on a grill for some time and finally decided to purchase it when I saw that it was in stock and there was a 10% discount being offered. However, upon placing my order, I had difficulty applying the discount code. Despite this, I proceeded with my purchase as I truly wanted the grill.

Soon after, I received an email stating that my order was going to be delayed due to Covid-19 and manufacturer delays. I was initially OK with this, as I understood that these are unprecedented times. However, the delays continued and I received six updates about delayed delivery in just two months. Meanwhile, I was bombarded with promotional emails that did little to alleviate my frustration. When I called the customer service line to inquire about my order, I waited on hold for nearly an hour before requesting a callback. It took five hours before someone finally called me back.

I was told by the representative that not all of their grills qualify for the 10% discount, even though this was not clearly stated on the website. She did eventually apply the discount, but after six notifications of delayed delivery, I asked to speak to a supervisor. The first supervisor was dismissive and alluded to blaming the manufacturer for the delays. When I asked to speak to her boss, I was told that he was unavailable.

Finally, I spoke to J.R., who identified himself as the manager of the customer service department. He couldn't offer any real delivery estimates and continued to blame Covid-19 and the manufacturers for the delays. When I suggested that they might consider upgrading my order or offer some kind of discount for the inconvenience, I was told simply that they were already taking a loss on the grill. I found this hard to believe given that the price was the same as other retailers.

When I mentioned the possibility of filing complaints with the complaintsboard.com and my credit card company, J.R. encouraged me to cancel my order. I did cancel my order, as I felt unsupported and frustrated with the company's handling of the situation. It's disappointing, as their website promises a customer-first culture and a commitment to resolving issues. Unfortunately, my experience was far from this. What's worse is that attempts to contact customer service were often fruitless, often taking hours over the phone to speak to somebody. Email addresses were out of service, leaving customers with no options.

Overall, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. While I understand that Covid-19 has created unprecedented challenges, I do not believe it excuses poor customer service or a lack of transparency about product availability. It's disheartening that, despite their company motto promoting a customer-first commitment, this was not evident in my experience.

I recently had an experience with PatioProductsUSA that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a Galtech umbrella from their website, but when it arrived, it was the wrong color. I immediately reached out to their customer service team via email, hoping to get the issue resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service team was less than satisfactory. They kept asking for more information, even though there was only so much I could provide. I felt like I was getting the runaround, and it was frustrating to say the least.

After three weeks of back-and-forth emails, someone finally realized that they had made a mistake and assured me that they would credit my full amount paid. They even told me that I could keep the wrong umbrella, which was a nice gesture. However, it has now been a month since that promise was made, and I still have not received the credit.

To make matters worse, PatioProductsUSA does not have a phone number that customers can call. They only encourage email communication, which can be frustrating when you're trying to get a quick resolution to a problem.

In the end, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to try and get my money back. It's a shame that it had to come to that, but I felt like I had no other choice. Recently, I came across the website PatioProductsUSA (patioproductsusa.com) and was excited to place an order for a hammock for Father's Day. However, unfortunately, I was left to feeling completely disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

After placing my order, I eagerly waited for any updates about my shipment. However, to my surprise, I never received any communication about my order status or shipping details. As a result, I reached out to the company's customer service team for clarification on when I can expect my order to arrive. After an extremely lengthy wait time of three hours on hold, I had to leave a message with my contact details for the company's customer service team to call me back.

Days had passed, and I still had not received any response. Finally, a week later, I received an email from the company notifying me that my hammock was out of stock and that it would not be shipped until the end of August. Needless to say, I was extremely upset and disappointed with this news, especially given it was supposed to be a Father's Day gift.

Overall, my experience with PatioProductsUSA was a total letdown. From the lack of communication to the disappointing delay in shipping, I cannot say that I am confident in recommending this company to anyone. I hope that they can improve their customer service and order fulfillment in the future.

I recently came across PatioProductsUSA to purchase an outdoor patio set. However, after reading several reviews on Google, I was hesitant to make a purchase due to the 1.5 star rating. Despite my reservations, I decided to give them a chance and placed an order for a 5-piece set. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one.

The discrepancies with my order began when I received only 1 of the 5 pieces that were owed to me. Following this, I received another incomplete delivery, which left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. What was even more concerning was the poor customer service I experienced when I tried to reach out to them. The representatives were unresponsive, and the horrendous hold times of more than an hour didn't make it any better. Even leaving a message was an exercise in futility.

PatioProductsUSA Frustrating Experience with PatioProductsUSA: Lack of Communication and Concrete Delivery Dates

Like many others, I found my experience with PatioProductsUSA to be quite frustrating. Initially, I was excited to place an order for a lovely patio umbrella that I had been eyeing for some time. However, when the expected delivery date came and went without any sign of my product, I began to worry. I attempted to get in touch with customer service through their phone line, but after being stuck on hold for upwards of half an hour each time, I realized it was an exercise in futility. Despite my repeated attempts, I was never able to get through to a representative.

Feeling increasingly anxious about my order, I eventually sent an email to PatioProductsUSA inquiring about my delivery status. However, I received no response to my inquiry, despite their website promising a 24-hour turnaround time for customer service inquiries. Overall, the lack of communication and lack of a concrete delivery date left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with PatioProductsUSA. It certainly doesn't inspire confidence in their company, and I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from them to think twice.

PatioProductsUSA Warning: Disappointing Customer Service and Delayed Order from PatioProductsUSA

Hello,

I regret having to write a disappointing review of PatioProductsUSA. I placed an order with them on July 2, but later on, I found out that the product I had ordered was out of stock. They assured me that the item would ship by September 1st, which seemed fair at the time. However, what followed was far from excellent customer service.

I have reached out to the company several times, and each time I have been put on hold for at least two days. Yes, that is correct, two whole days. And as if that was not enough, I am currently on hold for over two hours as I write this review. It is a very frustrating experience to have to waste so much time trying to get through to customer service.

My biggest concern, however, is the status of the order I placed more than two months ago. I have had no updates whatsoever, and I am unable to get anyone on the phone to address my concerns. I am now worried that I may have fallen victim to a scam and that the company is fraudulent.

In light of my experience with PatioProductsUSA, I would advise people to stay away from this company. Based on my experience, they lack integrity, professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. I would like to request that the company refunds my money as soon as possible, and I am sure other unhappy customers would agree with me.

In conclusion, be warned that PatioProductsUSA may not be as reliable as their website suggests. It is my sincere hope that this review will help other potential customers avoid the same frustrating experience I'm going through.

PatioProductsUSA Mixed Experience with PatioProductsUSA: Issues with Order and Support Process

As a customer of PatioProductsUSA, I recently encountered some issues with the ordering and support process. After placing an order, I received an email indicating that my order had been cancelled, even though I had not requested any such cancellation. Naturally, this was concerning and left me feeling bewildered as to why my order was cancelled without my consent.

After four days of trying to contact the Tech Support team for an explanation, I was finally able to speak with a representative. The wait time for chat was quite lengthy at 90 minutes, which was frustrating in itself. When I finally spoke with someone on the phone, I was informed that the item I ordered had been discontinued. This was surprising news to me, as the automated email I received did not mention anything about the item being discontinued. I believe this part of the email should be rewritten to reflect what actually happened.

What's more frustrating is that I still see the item listed on the PatioProductsUSA website as if it's for sale. This leaves me feeling confused and disappointed that the item is actually not available despite appearing otherwise. It is unclear if the website has not been updated to reflect the item's discontinuation, or if there is some other issue going on.

Overall, my experience with PatioProductsUSA was not exactly positive. The unexpected cancellation, the delay in support, and the unclear communication around the status of the item have left me feeling uncertain about whether to do business with them in the future.

PatioProductsUSA Terrible Customer Service and Fulfillment Delays at PatioProductsUSA.com

I have had an unfortunate experience while dealing with PatioProductsUSA (patioproductsusa.com) that I feel obligated to share with the community. To put it plainly, the customer service department at PatioProductsUSA was terrible; it felt like they were outsourcing to another group that didn't have any information. Even after calling the service company, I wasn't able to receive any satisfactory answers. I placed an order for heaters a whopping 12 days ago, but to this date I haven't received any tracking number. What's more, it appears that the control switches required for the heaters are back-ordered, and despite numerous attempts to glean more information on their status and availability, I have come up empty-handed. It's disconcerting to know that I can't even gauge an accurate timeline for when I might receive these products, nor have any knowledge of alternative control options for the heaters that aren't back-ordered. Suffice it to say, based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to go with Patio Products USA for their outdoor needs.

PatioProductsUSA Poor Customer Service and Back-Ordered Items from PatioProductsUSA

Hey guys! So, I just wanted to share my experience with PatioProductsUSA over here. I had ordered a product from them, and unfortunately, my order had to be back-ordered thrice - which yes, is quite inconvenient when you're waiting to receive your order.

Now, here's where the real trouble began. When I decided to cancel the order after it had been back-ordered thrice, I had to wait on hold for over 30 minutes - which is, as we all can agree, LONG. And despite waiting for half an hour, they wouldn't even cancel my order or return my payment.

Honestly, I was beyond frustrated at this point. Their attitude seemed to be "What are you going to do? Sue us... go ahead." - which I personally think is a negligence of their customer service towards their customers.

Overall, from my experience, it seems like if you end up doing business with them, you might just have to throw your money away because you're not going to receive your order or your refund. Honestly, I've had some bad experiences with suppliers in the past but this was, by far, the worst one.

PatioProductsUSA My Experience with PatioProductsUSA: Discounts Issue and Customer Service Disappointments

I recently had an experience with purchasing from PatioProductsUSA, and unfortunately it wasn't the smoothest process. When trying to apply discounts to my order, I found that they weren't working properly. When I tried to contact the company to resolve the issue, there was no immediate response as it was after their regular business hours. However, I persisted and was able to get in touch with someone the following day.

I had to choose between waiting possibly a day for a response via email, or waiting online on chat. I decided to try the chat option, which resulted in an extreme wait time. It was tough waiting for long periods of time between replies, but finally I was able to connect with someone. Unfortunately, it turned out that the item I had purchased didn't even qualify for either of the advertised discounts, which was quite disappointing.

Although this experience wasn't the best, I am hopeful that my future dealings with PatioProductsUSA will be better. From my understanding, they do have a positive reputation, and I know that hiccups can happen with any company. I appreciate what they offer, and I hope that any issues I encounter in the future will be resolved quickly and efficiently. Regardless, I will continue to consider PatioProductsUSA as an option for my outdoor furniture needs, as they do have a wide range of products to choose from.

PatioProductsUSA Confusing Website Layout and Unpleasant Customer Service Experience at PatioProductsUSA

Upon visiting PatioProductsUSA's website, I found the layout to be quite confusing and unfortunately, this led to some frustration when ordering a propane heater instead of the gas one which I actually needed. I also discovered that even the chat advisors on the website acknowledged the layout was a bit backwards from what is usually seen on most sites. Typically, the item that you choose is highlighted, while the other option is grayed out, but at PatioProductsUSA, the opposite is true. The item you are actually ordering appears grayed out, which can definitely cause some confusion for customers.

To make matters worse, when the incorrect item arrived, the solution presented by PatioProductsUSA was to charge an additional $300 to switch out the manifold, rather than simply allowing me to return the items and replace them with the correct ones. This solution felt less-than-ideal and made the entire experience feel frustrating and unpleasant.

While I appreciate that PatioProductsUSA offers a wide range of outdoor products, I do hope they will consider reevaluating their website layout to make it more intuitive and user-friendly for customers. Additionally, I would suggest they review their current return policy and consider streamlining the process so that it feels more customer-centric and less cumbersome, should any future issues arise.
