I gotta say, I had a bit of trouble with the orderin' process for Porch Potty over on porchpotty.com. It was kinda confusin' and I reckon it could be improved by havin' it all on just one page. I thought I was done with the orderin', but turns out I wasn't. I had to go back to the website and that's when I saw an order for three of these Potties. But I reckon we got it all sorted now and I'm real excited for when Abby's Porch Potty arrives!

But I gotta tell ya, the customer care over at Porch Potty has just been outta this world. They've really taken care of us and made us feel like we're in good hands. If the Porch Potty product is anywhere near as excellent as the customer care, we're gonna be over the moon with happiness. And let me tell ya, we're gonna be tellin' everyone we know just how great it is. Thanks a bunch to Stacy and the whole Porch Potty team!

So, Porch Potty. I've had one for a couple of years and I gotta say, it ain't what it used to be. The frame ain't holding up and the tray is looking like it's about to give way. Went online to see what I could do and nothin'. Nada. Zip. Zilch. No warranty, no support, nothin'. So what's a person supposed to do? Buy another one apparently. And let me tell you, those things ain't cheap. Not by a long shot. And when you try to use a coupon code online? Yeah, good luck with that. None of them seem to work. But, begrudgingly, I went ahead and made another purchase. I mean, what choice did I really have?
But you wanna talk about prices? Holy cow. I had to fork over $59 for a piece of sod that's only gonna last me a month or two. Plus shipping and handling. It's like they're tryin' to bankrupt me. How is that even fair? But hey, guess they don't care as long as they're makin' another sale.
Overall, not too thrilled with my Porch Potty experience. Can't say I'd recommend it to anyone. Guess I'll just have to keep on buyin' 'em until somethin' better comes along.

I live on the top floor of my apartment building and my new puppy was quite a handful when it came to potty training. I didn't want to keep going down to the alley to let him do his thing every night. So, I turned to Porch Potty (porchpotty.com) and was pleased to find a possible solution to my problem.

When my order arrived, I was disappointed because it didn't come with the synthetic grass. I felt like a melon after reading online reviews, thinking that I could just purchase one easily from a store nearby. But I soon found out that wasn't the case. Nevertheless, their customer service was quick to my call and immediately shipped the synthetic grass for me. Though, I must say that it took almost a whole week for it to arrive. It would have been really cool if they could have shipped it faster.

Since the Porch Potty arrived, my pup is slowly learning to train there. I must confess, the process isn't easy at first. But after some patience and time, my pup is now very comfortable using it. I no longer have to worry about those late-night walks down the alley. It's such a relief knowing that my pup has somewhere to do his business without having to leave my apartment.

All in all, my experience with Porch Potty has been pretty good. Although it wasn't the perfect start, the immediate response from customer service, and the quality of the product has surely made up for it. For anyone out there searching for an excellent solution for their pup's potty needs, I definitely recommend Porch Potty!

I gotta say, I was excited to check out Porch Potty's website and snag myself one of those training sods. But boy oh boy, was I in for a rude awakening. I was eyeing that sod that was priced at $49, but when I added it to my cart, it said $59! Like, come on, Porch Potty, what gives? And to make matters worse, I noticed they were selling the same product on Ebay for a whopping $259 with free shipping! Like, seriously, what kind of scam is this? Even with a discount code, I'd still be better off buying from a different seller.

I was really disappointed by this, especially since I had already bought their cover and was planning on buying another one for my second location. But now I'm not so sure. I just can't support a company that doesn't have their customers' best interests at heart. I mean, sure, I need that training sod, but I'd rather buy a smaller piece from Amazon than give Porch Potty any more of my hard-earned cash.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that everything about Porch Potty is bad. I mean, the cover I bought from them is great and my dog will be here on December 1st, so I'll still be putting it to good use. But it's just the principle of the matter, you know? If a company can't be honest and upfront about their pricing, then they don't deserve my business.

So, in the end, I guess I'll just have to find another solution for my second location. It's a shame, really, because I was really excited about Porch Potty's products. But I just can't support a company that engages in such poor business practices.

Yo, so I hit up Porch Potty on their website to try and cop me and my boo a fresh Porch Potty. But dang, no one hit me back for a minute, so I had to slide into their DMs on other social media platforms. And when I finally got a response, it was whack - they didn't even answer my question! Then, when they did give me some info on when the item would be back in stock, it was straight up wrong. Their customer service for Australia is wack, my partner and I were promised that we'd be put on the mailing list but we ain't heard nothing yet. Thankfully, I check the Porch Potty website every damn day or we'd probably miss out again. Ain't happy with their service so far. If I could find something similar somewhere else, I'd be moving on from Porch Potty for reals.

They say the Basin holds 2 gallons on one part of the website and 3 gallons on another part. Also, the website says that shipping is done by FedEx but when checking out, UPS is the only option offered. Moreover, I gave them a call but was only told that I would receive a call back, but all I got was a text saying "You are in the queue to be called back. In the meantime, feel free to text back your question, so we can be best prepared." I did what they asked and sent them a text, but I am still waiting for a call back for almost an hour now.

The good news is that I really love their product! I already have a furry friend who is using one of their porch pottys, and it's working perfectly fine. Overall, I think that the product is amazing and would definitely recommend it to other pet owners out there.

I gived Porch Potty three stars. The first time I called, the phone just rang and rang, and nobody picked up. Then another time I tried to look at their website on my phone, but it wouldn't let me see the whole thing and I had to squint to read it. I wish there were more coupons available and a better way to customize the small size portch potty. But when I called back and finally got through to someone, she answered all my questions and helped me pick out what was best for my puppy.

Overall, it was an okay experience, but the real test will be when I get my order and see if it works well. Then I'll decide if I want to recommend Porch Potty or order from them again. Thanks for listening!

The vids really helped me out a lot when decided to buy Porch Potty. They show everything you need to know to get started. When I was ordering, though, I wish there was an option to choose between a hose or basin. Some folks might prefer one over the other depending on how they use it. Maybe people could buy one and then pick up the other one later if they needed it.

Also, finding my cart wasn't so easy. I had to add another item just to see it and then delete that item. It could be easier to find or more obvious. And it was hard to see the return policy on the website. I had to look it up online and found out there's a 30-day policy, not just 7 days. I don't get why that's not right there on the site for everyone to see.

But the customer service person I talked to was really nice and they sent me the 30-day policy as soon as I asked. So they're helpful for sure. Overall, I'm excited to get my Porch Potty and try it out with my pooches. Thanks!

I'm like having problems with Porch Potty hose. It, like, leaks where it meets the drain and it's super annoying. Plus the directions were like confusing when it came to figuring out where the washers go. And then, the hose connection where you screw it into the top doesn't feel very secure, and that's probably why it leaks. Like, seriously, this product looks good, but it feels like they made it super cheap with the hose and hose connection. It's unfortunate, like, the hose doesn't even work properly, especially for a $300 product. I hope to find a DIY solution, so I can keep using it, but like, my friends who want to use the catch basin, I'll recommend it to them. But, anyone who plans to use the hose, which is like the main selling point, I like gotta warn them about the issues I'm having, like for sure.

So, I got me a Porch Potty from porchpotty.com and set it up. Gotta say, the quality ain't all it's cracked up to be.

Firstly, the box was looking worse for wear, and the whole thing was kinda dirty and fragile-looking. Not a great first impression.

Next up, the black coating on them metal legs - not done to perfection, let me tell ya.

And finally, the worst of the lot - that grey drain elbow on the drain hose... it's leakin' like a sieve. The connection between the potty and the elbow is crappy design-wise, and it just ain't holdin' up. Water and pee be drippin' all over the floor, and sometimes the pressure just ain't enough to make the water flow proper-like through that small hose.

Now, don't get me wrong - I know I ain't got no money tree in the backyard, but these Porch Potties are some of the most expensive things out there on the market. I was expectin' a bit more bang for my buck, y'know?

All in all, I hope porchpotty.com can do somethin' about this and give me some solutions. 'Cause I ain't givin' up on this Porch Potty just yet.
