Got a *** xc90 from Patrick Cadillac and it’s da bomb! But I gotta say, some of the peeps workin’ here ain't no good. For real, *** tried to pull a fast one on us with the interest rate on the loan. We couldn't back out ‘cos my wife’s car was already sold, so that sucked. Then when I tried talking to *** ‘bout it, he was a jerk - all argumentative and acting like he was better than us. Plus, *** said they’d upgrade my wife’s xc90, but still nothin’ happened even though we called & emailed for weeks. If I were you, I’d find a diff dealer for your ride.

I bought a 2013 car from Patrick Cadillac and it had high miles. It was May and I checked everything out and it seemed good. During the test drive I noticed a rough ride and told the guy selling me the car, but he said it was just a bad road. It was better on smoother roads but I think there were bad struts. Now only 8 months later there's a wheel bearing problem and a sensor issue. I'll find out tomorrow if there's anything else. And on top of that, I saw two scratches on the passenger side when I left the dealership. I should have known better not to trust them!

I bought a car from Patrick Cadillac and now I'm freaking out coz they said the financing fell through months after I thought it was all good. They want more money from me or else gonna send me to collections even tho I already paid a bunch. Not cool man.

i leased a car and i wanna buy it now but da dealer is tryna screw me over. my contract says the price and dat there ain't no fees, but they wanna charge me mad extra to certify dat [censored]. they tryna make up for they losses cuz da car industry is strugglin. i jus wanna pay my [censored] and be done wit it, u know what i'm sayin'? ain't nobody got time for dat.

Bought a car in 2018 at Patrick Cadillac, got that 2013 car from Mercedes Benz. Also got extended warranty that if car got banged up before time expired I'd get a refund. Car crash happened on December 21st, and it was totalled. Company Zurich that's in charge of warranty said there was over $1,000.00 to refund me. Zurich told me to call dealership, so I did. I've been calling since December - way over 30 times - and dealt with loads of folks. They keep taking notes but don't call me back, except that one time when some dolt thought I wanted to buy more warranty. Then I called Zurich to tell them that the dealer was ignoring me. Zurich said they'd help as much as they could. But after more ignoring, I eventually spoke to a bloke called Jose ***, who said the issue would be fixed. So I sent over the info that was needed. But he never replied to that. Had to email him twice more. Still nada. So on January 29th, I rented a car and took a day off to drive 4 and a half hours to the dealership. Talked to some folks who said it was nuts I came all that way and they said it'd be fixed within two weeks. It's February now, and I've emailed and called some more, but they haven't gotten back to me. They're not giving me the refund that's owed to me. It's in the purchase paperwork. They won't deal with my calls or emails.
