The Customer Service Rep are great people. They did not make feel like deadbeat for having debt that was not mine. They understood my unique situation. The Service Rep Renee was very patience and respectful. The are awesome company with GREAT Customer Service Reps.

I was so pleased with ***. She was so pleasant and so patient with me. She answered every question for me clearly as possible. *** was so helpful I appreciate her and thanking her for all of her help. If I have to call back there she will be the person I will be looking for.

Tiffany is very nice, fair, and very understanding. 5/5 I would highly recommend going through Tiffany: she told me about the text messages unlike the other co-works did to sign up on the text messaging with the extension number to go directly towards someone instead of waiting 10 - 25 minutes. was so much help to me. I had no one to turn too! My attorney *** deserted me! So when I talked to *** I was so upset over everything! But she calmed me down and got me all set up with a payment plan. Plus she told me alittle about this company! I had no idea whi I was going to be giving money to! Thank you so ***! Pay Court has been calling several times a day everyday for atleast a month now. I assumed scam because I have not been to court for anything. I finally call back and they inform me they are using a computer to call and test phone numbers. That is why they call all day everyday without leaving a message. Also I am just a contact number for them to apparently call my husband. Funny thing though they havent called him.

was the person I spoke with today! She did everything in her power to assist us politely and professionally! She transferred us to correct department and stayed in the line to assist if necessary and even heard when we were hung up on by the circuit court! Thank you for your patience *** and your understanding! Better treat this lady well or someone is going to swipe her up! Excellent customer service!

My experience with *** has been amazing and she is doing a perfect job and also gives her job her all. I am a 54-year-old woman, in *** which is 30 years ago I obtained a felony and I had finds and restitution. Pay court called me yesterday and said I owed $4,000 and some dollars. She wanted me to set up a $200 a month payment plan ? this was 30 years ago, I don't want to stay to *** there's no statue of limitations but is there something that I can do because this is 30 years old and I left check to check and there's no way I can pay anything as of now

After paying the balance on their website, I received a voicemail a month later stating that I still had a balance. The balance had been adjusted after payment and the customer service agents could not provide a viable explanation as to why the balance increased. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this company you will be better off not contacting them and instead contacting your original creditor as they will be able to provide better assistance and information. I will pay to ensure this stays off my credit but I feel absolutely CHEATED and hope no one else will be unfortunate enough to be cheated also.

I'm not one for giving reviews on anyone much less someone that wants money from a court system. However The calls kept coming in and I'm like most people. If it's not a name popping up I won't answer of I'm busy. I'm always busy and ignore even my Wife's calls at times. In this outline though I am very much appreciative of the calls because they didn't leave messages until I answered the first call and confirmed I was the person in whom that was calling for. I've been to court and paid some fines. Also thought those fines was behind me but being honest they wasn't. So there strong ability to keep reaching out has put me on the right path to getting closure of my past and get it taken care of properly and as it should be. Thanks for not giving up on helping me with the situation.5*s here.

When they first contacted me I didn't have an issue. They were very nice and polite and didn't treat me like a criminal. I don't know what happened today but the lady who was handling my payment was treating me poorly. I had automatic payment setup but they always say Do not honor because the bank does not recognize them as a real company. I have been told many times that a lot of people get there. My issue is the woman was talking to me like I didn't have any money in my bank and I was lying. I told her I was able to get it to go through and she said no we would be able to see that. I said well it went through my bank. She said if it didn't go through we're going to call you tomorrow. I was about to ask her if she needed her coffee before she spoke with me. She just put a bad taste in my mouth.

This business is such a mess. They can't figure out when they are sending collection letters and calling the wrong people. Even after alerted to the problem, they still insist that they can't update their records or fix their OWN PROCESSES so that they aren't trying to collect money from the wrong people. They claim that it's on the innocent party to go fix their processes on their behalf. They have NO IDEA what they are doing and they take NO OWNERSHIP for their actions. They blame the county and tell the innocent people, who don't owe the money, that THEY have to go fix everything. In Credit Collection Partners you are guilty until proven innocent, not innocent until proven guilty. AND CCP shoves all the burden of "proving" that you AREN'T the guilty party onto the innocent person. This business is one of the worst I've ever seen. They claim they can't fix anything. Who would ever want to do business with a place like that? If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will be filing formal complaints every time they contact me, from here on out.

The staff at credit collection partners have gave out private information in violation of federal law

Stop calling my phone ASAP. It's really annoying and the one time I talked to an agent I was threatened that I was going to be arrested. I don't need a response, just stop calling!

This company has been calling me constantly for months and harassing me. I've answered twice and they have confirmed 2 times that I am not the person they're trying to reach. The have the wrong bio info and I don't even know where Monroe county is. I want them to update their records and stop calling me.

I am writing about a company called paycourt. I have received letters and phone calls from them stating that I owe court fines in Bureau County Il, They have the incorrect middle name and i have never been to Bureau County. I have never been to court or ever had any court fines. I don't know if this is a scam or a mistaken identity. I see other complaints on here with the same issue. Thanks for your help

I received at collection notice from Credit Collection Partners for a court debt from the State's Attorney of Peoria County. The Case #*** does NOT belong to me or in no conceivable way is connected to me, my name, or address. I VERIFIED this case no. with the Peoria County Clerk's records by phone & online. I have downloaded & printed a copy of this case file. IF I, a senior citizen, can look up a Peoria County court debt online & download & print an entire background of the person who is charged with this debt, then how can a so-called collection company fail to do the same? To attempt to collect a debt that in no way belongs to me, is a case of blatant extortion.

Credit collections partners sent me a letter dated 8/26 ccp acct# *** saying they are trying to collect a debt for $326.42 from a speeding ticket from PURLASKI COUNTY IL. I am from Texas and have never been to PURLASKI COUNTY IL. I have no business with Credit collections partners and have no intention of directly communicating with them by phone, mail, or email. I would like them to stop calling, mailing, and emailing me. Their letter insinuated that I have to prove I do not owe the debt or they will take action against me. I do not owe them any debt and do not owe them any proof that I do not owe them a debt. Practices like these are one of the reasons the credit collections industry is treated with such contempt. I would like them to stop sending letters like this to people who do not owe them debts threatening to take actions against them, and take any other actions they believe will help make the credit collections industry less contemptible.
