I purchased to 2 Amazon gift cards. My money was taken out of my Apple wallet but was told via email that they had to cancel my order. Here is the email:

I called Apple and they said it would take a week to get it back because it was still in the pending mode. I called a week later, today, and apple said it was not pending now but had been processed by PC Game Supply. I have sent 2 tickets to PC game supply and no response. Can not get ahold of a live person.
Desired outcome: My money back
