PCLiquidations Needs to Improve their Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience
I recently made a purchase from PCLiquidations and opted for three day shipping to get my product a bit quicker. Upon receiving a confirmation email, I eagerly awaited my delivery. However, the three business days had passed and still no sign of my new purchase, so I gave them a call to inquire about the status of my order.
To my dismay, I was informed that my order had been cancelled due to not passing inspection. I was quite taken aback and confused as I hadn't received any sort of notification regarding this mishap. No email had been sent and my phone was silent, so I thought everything was proceeding smoothly.
When I brought this up with the customer service representative on the phone, they casually mentioned that perhaps the cancellation notice had gone into my spam folder. Unfortunately, it wasn't there either. I found the staff to be quite nonchalant about the entire situation, which only added to my frustration.
I feel disappointed with the entire experience, especially since a friend referred me to PCLiquidations. I let them know how things turned out and had to look for other places to spend my hard earned money. I do hope that they take this review seriously and use it as constructive criticism to make any necessary changes in the way they operate.
Overall, I feel that PCLiquidations has room to improve their customer service. This experience left me feeling less than impressed, and I sincerely hope that in the future, they will take the extra steps to ensure proper communication and professionalism with their customers.
PCLiquidations' Inventory Management Failures: My Frustrating Experience with Online Shopping
I placed an order for a laptop on the website of PCLiquidations (pcliquidations.com) on the 6th of August this year. However, for a whole week, they claimed that they don't have the laptop I ordered, but offered me some alternatives that I thought were reasonable. A week later, they contacted me once again to say they didn't have the laptop I wanted and offered another replacement. This happened multiple times, and it's clear that the company has some inventory issues. What is the point of online shopping when they can't reflect what they have in stock?
I am of the opinion that they have wasted my precious time. The back-to-school season is around the corner, and I needed a laptop urgently. Every day that passed without a functioning computer was causing me real problems. Finally, I told them to cancel the order.
I want to give them credit, though. They did their part by calling and emailing me about the situation. They also offered their sincere apologies for their mistakes. However, all their efforts were still a frustrating waste of my precious time. I am now back to square one, and it's not easy to find another store with a reliable inventory at the moment.
I must say that every time I try to move away from Amazon, a highly popular online store, it turns out that other online shopping sites do not have the same level of service. It might be worth paying Amazon a little extra for the laptop I need tonight to have it arrive tomorrow.
Overall, PCLiquidations should improve their inventory management to avoid inconveniencing customers like me. Nevertheless, kudos for their apology, but I still want to be fair and share the truth about my experience.
Mixed Experience with PCLiquidations: Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication
I placed my Order #*** on July 28, 2020. I was excited to receive my package from PCLiquidations so I checked my UPS tracking number 1ZE*** frequently. Unfortunately, the status of my package remained the same for a whole week, just saying "Label Created".
I got worried and decided to call their customer service. The person who answered my call told me that my order was going to arrive by the end of the week. However, this never happened. I waited until the next week and called PC Liquidations customer service for the second time.
This time, the customer service agent told me that the supplier probably used a different tracking number and promised to call me back when he got a new one. Unfortunately, he never called me back. I was about to call the customer service for the third time when I received an Email stating that the supplier shipped my order via FedEx Overnight Standard with tracking number ***.
Finally, after two weeks of waiting, I received my order #*** on August 11, 2020. Despite the delay, I'm glad I got my order and everything was in excellent condition.
Overall, I had a mixed experience with PCLiquidations. While I am pleased with the quality of the product, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the prolonged delivery time. However, the customer service agents were helpful, even though they weren't able to provide me with all the information I needed.
I would recommend PCLiquidations to anyone looking for high-quality products, but be cautious and patient when waiting for your package.
Mixed experience with PCLiquidations: A review of their A-stock phones
Hey guys, I wanna share my experience with PCLiquidations. I've bought some things from them before, trying to test out the quality of their goods. Overall, my purchases with them were okay. I got two phones and one phone cabinet, and the first two went as expected - specifically the 8LD phone. I bought a refurbished phone from their A-stock, and that phone was described accurately according to their definition.
So I decided to make a third purchase and went with an ITZ-12D phone also from their A-stock. However, when I received it, it looked like what PCLiquidations would define as C-stock equipment. The phone display was pretty scuffed up and not up to what I had expected. I don't know if its only my opinion, but I felt pretty dissatisfied with what I got, and I don't really have the time to deal with sending equipment back and forth. So, as a result of my less than satisfactory experience on my last purchase, I have already decided not to purchase any more A-stock phones from them. However, despite the unsatisfactory condition of the equipment, shipping was still on time, and all three pieces of gear did function well when I tested them.
In the end, I found a solution to my problem and ended up swapping the damaged phone with another phone from their warehouse, which resolved my dissatisfaction. Overall, I would say that PCLiquidations is a decent vendor, but some of their products may differ from their advertised quality, and that may cause sometrouble for the customers, like myself. But with a little bit of compromise from both sides, this problem can be easily overcome.

From my first order, it was clear that pcliquidations.com valued me as a partner and not just another customer. Exceptional Customer Service and Security: A Shoutout to Merril and Hannah at PCLiquidations!
Yo, gotta give a major shoutout to Merril from the chat, my dude was so chilled and pleasant, I would have never ordered without them. Also, big ups to Hannah from the phone call, she was crazy patient, unbelievably nice, and straight up went above and beyond without making me feel like a fool. What a sweetie! Merril on chat was working their magic, and with Hannah on board, it was a done deal for me, felt great about shopping with PCLiquidations.
I gotta say, I usually hate shopping online, never know if the security is tight enough on whatever device I'm using. But you guys speak plain English, none of that gibberish from India or South America or some other galaxy, haha. Good stuff on that!
Hope the processor I ordered comes through with everything I added, fingers crossed. Thanks for everything so far, can't wait to start using it. Will definitely leave some more reviews on other sights once I've put it to the test!
Mixed Experience with PCLiquidations - Decent Prices, Prompt Customer Service, but Room for Improvement
I recently made a purchase from the website PCLiquidations and honestly, it was an overall decent experience. The product I ordered was a monitor, and I have to say the price was pretty good and the shipping wasn't too shabby either. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, I noticed that the package was bigger than expected, and it probably caused the damage to the item inside. The box was heavily damaged, and the monitor had a few issues as well. I also found out that the power cord was missing, but I was hoping it was a result of the damage during transportation.
After contacting customer service, I was pleased to find out that they were quick to respond and send me a replacement item. A few days later, the new item arrived, and it was in satisfactory condition, albeit the box. However, I was irked by the fact that the power cord was still missing. I mentioned this to customer service, and they quickly sent out the power cord. I eagerly awaited the arrival of the power cord so that I could finally use my monitor.
But when the power cord finally arrived, I was dismayed to find out that it was completely wrong for my device. The voltage was incorrect, the amperage was wrong, and the tip was inapproriate. At this point, my frustration had hit an all-time high. But I trust PC Liquidators that they will make things right. I am hopeful that this snafu is merely an isolated incident and that they'll pay more attention to details in the future.
All things considered, despite the hiccups, I would be inclined to shop with PCLiquidations again. They do have fantastic prices, and their customer service is prompt and responsive. They also made a valiant effort to rectify the situation with the damaged product and missing power cord. So in summary, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.
Disappointed by shipping mishap with PCLiquidations.com keyboard purchase
I am extremely particular about keyboards, and when I stumbled upon PCLiquidations.com, I knew I had to give it a try. I was on the hunt for a keyboard with high raised keys, as opposed to the flat keys that seem to be the norm these days. That's when I found a refurbished Dell keyboard that looked like it was exactly what I was looking for. And, for only $9.99, it seemed like an absolute steal.
Now, I'm no stranger to online shopping, so I know that shipping times can always vary. But, after waiting almost two weeks for my keyboard to arrive, I was starting to get a bit antsy. Finally, it did come - but, lo and behold, it was an entirely different keyboard that had flat keys instead of the raised ones I had been so excited for.
To say that I was frustrated would be an understatement. I immediately reached out to the company via email to let them know what had happened. However, I was pleased to find that they were quick to respond and offer me a refund for the keyboard. They didn't even ask me to return it, so I ended up gifting it to a friend who was in need of a new keyboard.
In the end, I did end up purchasing a different keyboard from another company, but I do hope that whoever reads this review will pass it along to the company's shipping department or whoever is responsible for pulling products for shipping. It was just so disappointing to wait for something for two weeks, only to find out that it wasn't even what I had ordered in the first place. It's such a simple fix - just make sure to read the invoice and double-check before sending out products.
Mixed Experience with PCLiquidations: Amazing Computer, But Customer Service Needs Improvement
So let me just start off by saying, the computer I ordered from PCLiquidations was amazing! I was really excited when I received my package, but unfortunately I ran into a few problems that made my experience less than ideal.
Firstly, I have been struggling to sign in to my account even after changing my password multiple times. It's a little frustrating because I can't access some important information that I need.
Secondly, I specifically requested a monitor with my computer and it wasn't included in my order, even though the website gave me the option to add one. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to having everything I needed in one package.
Lastly, I had to call customer service to get my invoice emailed to me because it didn't come through when I clicked to have it mailed. The first time I called, the representative was very helpful and professional, but the second time I called, it was a different story.
I explained to the customer service representative that I never received my monitor, and she initially sounded sympathetic, but then she tried to sell me their cheapest monitor for $74.99. I was skeptical because I had seen a monitor on their website for only $19.99!
Overall, I do love my computer and everything that came with it. It all arrived in great condition and is working perfectly. But these issues I experienced definitely need to be addressed. If they could fix these problems, I would give PCLiquidations a five-star rating without a doubt!
Nightmare Experience with Order: Cancelled Twice, Misleading Information, No Communication
I put in an order back on May 2, 2018. Yeah, it's been a minute. I ordered three phones and figured I'd get them within a reasonable amount of time. Well, that didn't happen. It was crickets from these folks. No communication at all. I had to take the initiative to give them a jingle on May 21, 2018, to inquire about the status of my order. I was unpleasantly surprised to hear that they had gone and canceled the whole dang thing! This was a huge inconvenience for us since we needed a phone pronto for a new hire. I had to call a bunch more times just to get some paperwork showing that they canceled the order. They claimed it wasn't a refund but a void. Say what?
Anyway, on May 22, 2018, I went online, and lo and behold, one of the items from my original order was still listed as being in stock. I was a bit apprehensive, but I decided to call them up and see if it was still in stock. The customer service rep I spoke with was reassuring, told me it was available, and that they would hurry up and ship it out to us. They even promised to hand over a tracking number to me the same damn day. But guess what? That didn't happen either.
The next day, May 23, 2018, I called again to get the tracking number and shipment details. A lady I spoke with said it was in the process of being shipped that very day and even pledged to send it out personally. What a joke. You can imagine my surprise and disappointment when I didn't receive anything once again.
Finally, on May 24, 2018, I get an email, informing me that my order had been canceled AGAIN! Seriously, folks, my experience with these guys has been an absolute nightmare. My advice to anyone trying to deal with this type of situation is to stick with Amazon.

Mixed review of PCLiquidations: Quick response but pricey shipping and returns
I just made an order on PCLiquidations for a power cable and it was a bit of a bummer since the cable I got was not the one that I needed. I was under the impression that the description of the power cable was enough but I guess I should have double-checked. It was still a hassle nonetheless.
Another downside that I experienced was the price for the shipping. It was pretty expensive and I felt that maybe if the packaging was a bit lighter, the cost would have been cheaper. This could save quite a bit of money for folks like me who is on a budget.
However, when I sent an email to ask how to return the item, the response was quick and detailed. It gave me all the information I needed to return the item back to the company. Even still, returning the item was still a bit pricey. The packaging that the item came in was still the same and I think that maybe a lighter form of packaging would be better for people who want to return items.
Overall, PCLiquidations is a decent company and I appreciate the quick response to my inquiries. Although a bit expensive, the shipping was properly handled as well. The return process, on the other hand, could be improved especially in terms of the packaging. I believe that a lighter form of packaging or a paid return slip would be ideal.
Great Customer Service and Reliable Technology at PCliquidations
PCliquidations, and I was a bit worried about the process. But to my surprise, the customer service team was amazing and very helpful. They quickly provided me with a return label and guided me through the whole process, which was much easier than expected.
Although I had to return my products, the experience of dealing with PCliquidations was great. I really appreciate the support I received during this time. I will definitely continue to shop with them for all my future PC needs. Their website is easy to navigate and find what I need, and the products are always in good condition.
I will say that the laptop I ordered was a bit slow, even though it was listed as having a fast processing speed. And the Microsoft Office product that I purchased seemed to give me some trouble with downloading. However, I'm not the most tech-savvy individual, so it's possible that these issues could be user error.
Overall, I would recommend PCliquidations to anyone looking for reliable technology and great customer service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with their products and services. Thank you, PCliquidations, for your exceptional service!
Mixed Experience with PCLiquidations: RMA Request, Product Specs, and Shipping Cost
I recently had an experience with PCLiquidations and I have some thoughts to share. Firstly, I had to request an RMA and send my unit back to them. I searched on Google for a PATA/IDE interface, and their site came up but I couldn't recall any specifications of the interface. Unfortunately, it turned out that the interface was a SATA which wasn't useful for me, hence a disappointment.
Furthermore, my dissatisfaction was amplified by the high cost of shipping. I ordered a 2.5" SATA SSD drive, which takes up very little space and weighs very little. However, it was shipped in an enormous box that cost more for shipping than the product. It is evident that the postal rates have increased, and this shipping cost is a product of Trump's policy to handicap the internet.
Despite the issues I encountered, I still appreciate PCLiquidations' inventory of affordable electronics. However, I feel there are areas they could work on to improve customer satisfaction. It would be better if they specified the different interfaces properly on their website and offered more affordable shipping options.

Disappointing Experience at PCLiquidations: Lacking Customer Support and Expensive Shipping Fees
I'm not too thrilled with my experience shopping at PCLiquidations. Firstly, I was disappointed to discover that the cord I needed for my monitor wasn't included in my purchase of an older, used monitor. This made it difficult for me to get everything set up and running properly.
When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they weren't able to provide me with any useful information and instead referred me to an online search engine. I was just hoping for a simple explanation or definition – nothing too complicated. It was a bit frustrating having to leave the site and search for the answer elsewhere.
On top of that, I was pretty shocked when I saw that the shipping fee was $14. I mean, seriously? That's a steep price, especially for a third-party shipping company to be making a profit on top of the original purchase. It feels a little like a rip-off to me.
Overall, I'm not sure I'd shop with PCLiquidations again in the future. I think they need to do a better job of providing clear information and support to their customers.
Disappointing Purchase from PCLiquidations: Refurbished PC Arrives Covered in Dust and Lint
So, I got a PC from PCLiquidations and honestly, I was really bummed out by what I received. It was a refurbished computer, sure, but I definitely wasn't expecting it to be filled to the brim with dust. Like, there was caked-on dust stuck to the fan and a bunch of the internal parts. And don't even get me started on the giant pieces of lint floating around inside the system. Kind of nasty, if you ask me.
I mean, it hadn't even been cleaned at all before being shipped to me. I would think that someone would have at least tried to spruce it up a little, you know?
Anyway, our IT department hasn't gotten a chance to load our software onto it yet, so I can't say for certain whether all of the dust and lint will impact its performance or not. But based on what I paid for it and the condition it's in, I think I'm just going to look elsewhere the next time I need a new computer.
Disappointing Experience with Laptop Purchase from PCLiquidations: No Boot Device Found Error and Return Process
I bought a laptop from PCLiquidations and when I received it, I charged it up and started the Windows setup process. Everything seemed okay until I got to the password screen. For some reason, the system wouldn't let me enter anything into the box. Then, without warning, the system rebooted itself. When it came back up, I got an error message saying that there was no boot device found.
I'm really disappointed that I'm having issues with this laptop right out of the box. I've decided to return it and I'm hoping to get a refund. It would be really helpful if PCLiquidations could provide me with a return shipping label to send the laptop back, as it's currently "dead in the water."
On a positive note, I think it would be great if PCLiquidations had a customer service phone number that customers could call to talk to someone directly. That way, if anyone else has issues like this, they could get help right away.
Overall, I'm hoping that PCLiquidations will make the return process as painless as possible and that they'll be able to issue me a refund quickly.
PCLiquidations Review: Decent Quality Refurbished Tech, but Watch Out for Quality Control Issues
So, let me tell you about my experience with PCLiquidations (pcliquidations.com). I ordered a laptop from them, but when they reached out to me, they said that it didn't pass their quality test. At first, I was a little bummed out, but then they surprised me by upgrading me to a better laptop! I have to admit, that was nice of them. However, the reason I ordered the laptop I did in the first place was because it was the exact same model as the one I already owned. I wanted to use the batteries from my old laptop with the new one. Now, the batteries I just recently purchased are useless to me. It's not the end of the world, but it's a bit frustrating.
Despite this minor setback, the laptop they sent me was in decent shape and seems to be working well so far. They made sure to package it well with bubble wrap, so it arrived to me safe and sound. I appreciate that they reached out to me via phone and email to inform me of the issue with my original laptop. However, between work and trying to keep up with life, I was pretty busy and didn't have much time to talk to them or read my emails.
One thing that puzzles me is why the laptop I originally wanted wasn't good enough to sell. Why did they advertise it on their website if it wasn't up to their standards? It makes me wonder if there are other products they list on their site that might not be up to par.
All in all, I'm happy with the laptop they upgraded me to, even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. PCLiquidations seems to be a decent place to purchase refurbished technology from, just make sure to keep an eye out for any potential quality issues.
Positive Experience Despite Setbacks: A Review of Pcliquidations' Customer Service
Yesterday I had the chance to order a Bose 700 UC headset from Pcliquidations website. As a big fan of music, I was really excited about the purchase. However, when I called on Thursday 12/3/2020 to inquire about the shipping timeline, I found out that they were out of stock of the item, which was really disappointing. At first, I thought that I had made a mistake, but the person from customer support explained the situation over the phone.
In the evening, surprisingly enough, I received an email from Bose stating that they shipped me a Bose Quietcomfort ii headset, which got me thinking about the quality of their service. I wasn't sure whether or not this headset would meet my expectations, but I decided to give it a try.
On Friday morning, I called Pcliquidations to inform them that Bose sent me the wrong headset and asked them if they could help me out with the issue. They were really understanding and willing to find a solution to my problem. I felt like they genuinely cared about my satisfaction as a customer. They told me that they were going to investigate the matter and get back to me as soon as possible.
Towards noon, I received the awaited email from Pcliquidations stating that they were not able to provide me with the headset since it was out of stock. They explained that they were going to issue a refund and were sorry for the inconvenience.
Overall, my experience with Pcliquidations has been positive, despite the setbacks encountered. I appreciate their honesty, clarity and quick response to my inquiries. I will definitely keep an eye on their website for my future purchases.
PCLiquidations Review: Poor Communication and Shipping Problems
I ain't gonna lie, I had some trouble with PCLiquidations. When I was tryna' buy something from their site, it didn't let me select the expedited shipping option at checkout. I had to hit up customer service to get that taken care of. But then, they didn't even ship it out the same day like they said they would.
That ain't even the worst part either. They wouldn't take my PayPal payment the second time I tried to buy something, so I had to use my credit card directly. And then, when I called 'em up at 1pm to ask when the package would be shipped, they said it was already too late to get it out that day.
But wait, there's more! I got a call from PCLiquidations the next day saying my stuff was gonna be shipped out, but it never actually happened. It wasn't until I called 'em again on Monday that they said they were sending it out, and even then they were claiming I only paid for UPS Ground, when I actually paid for expedited overnight shipping.
After a few more phone calls, I finally got my package and it was the right stuff, so I gotta give PCLiquidations props for that. But dang, they need to work on their communication and follow-through.
PCLiquidations Monitor: Not Refurbished, Poor Quality & Value
Got my hands on a monitor from PCLiquidations and folks, it was definitely not what I expected. The monitor arrived with smudges all over the screen and a cord that was wrapped halfway around the base held down by a weird piece of blue painters tape that looked like it was hastily wrapped around. To me, it seemed like they had just gotten the monitor returned and simply shipped it out again without really cleaning it up. This definitely didn't give off any "refurbished" vibes to me.
When I turned on the monitor, the screen looked fine but the picture had a yellowish tint to it. Even the startup logo that was supposed to be white, looked yellow. I compared it to another monitor I had and the difference in color was drastic. I don't think this monitor had been properly refurbished, according to my understanding of the term. It even came with some evidence of previous use, which further confirmed my suspicion that it wasn't fully refurbished.
But there is some good news - the customer service is pretty good. I quickly got an RMA# and the free return shipping label was easily accessible on their website. If you're looking for used gear and don't mind going through the hassle of returning an item, then by all means, go ahead and buy from them. However, like I said earlier, after this experience I would think twice before purchasing from them again.
I ultimately ended up purchasing a new BenQ monitor for a cheaper price from Best Buy when it was on sale. It was definitely worth the peace of mind that came with knowing I was getting a brand new item.
