LDProducts Printer cartridge

I purchased a printer cartridge from Ld products Three months ago that has had a problem with the chips that were used that Epson with a firmware update shut them off. I thought I would give this company a chance but I think that there has to be some kind of law that has been broken because of the trademark or something like that I hate to say it sounds like a scam but they have proven me right. I would suggest that no one use this company... The customer service I have to say was very disappointing, no care for the customer at all just themselves.

LDProducts worst of the worst

Absolutely terrible customer service.
On purpose or by mistake I was double charged by them. Thank god I check my bank account often, so I noticed it pretty soon.
The most interesting part is that this issue is not the hardest, but it took them 3 weeks to resolve it and 3 more weeks to refund. 6 weeks in total. It's too much.
Several times I called customer service and they only kept apologizing but did absolutely nothing to help with this situation. It's terrible. I consider them the worst among similar companies.

LDProducts defective remanufactured hp901xl black and hp 901 color ink cartridges

I have been ordering REMANufactured HP901XL black and HP901 color ink cartridges from LD Products since 5/31/11. I had little or no problems with these cartridges until an order placed on 8/12/15. That's when I had to start interacting with LD Products via Live Chat on their website, because of problems printing with their REMAN ink. While they do honor their lifetime guarantee warranty, whereas, they will mail you a postage free envelope to send the defective cartridges back to them, and they will send you replacements; however, it got to the point where I was sending back every cartridge that I had ordered. This is unacceptable.

To be detailed, on 8/12/15, I ordered 2 REMAN HP901XL and 2 REMAN HP901 Color cartridges, and on 12/4/15 for $79.96. On 12/4/15, I returned 1 REMAN HP901XL to LD for replacement.

On 7/14/15 I contacted LD for the 2nd defective H901XL Black Cartridge and sent back this cartridge to LD, as per their warranty. Since at this point I was out of black ink, I had to go to Office Depot and purchase HP901XL black ink cartridge.

On 7/29/16 I ordered 3 REMAN HP901XL black and 2 REMAN HP901 color cartridges from LD for $60.47.

On 12/3/16 an LD REMAN HP901XL cartridge was installed and NO BLACK INK WOULD PRINT. On 12/4/16 I contacted LD requesting replacement of 2 REMAN HP901XL from order [protected]. LD customer service emailed me Troubleshooting Directions; whereas, wetting a paper towel and dabbing the ink side, and then dabbing the ink side on a dry paper towel. This worked and I thanked LD for the suggestion.

On 5/11/17, I had several issues with REMAN HP901XL black and REMAN HP901 color cartridges. Tried the Troubleshooting with wet/dry paper towel dabbing, and THIS DID NOT WORK. By this time, I had gone thru all LD REMAN HP901XL black and REMAN HP901 color cartridges that I had.
Had to go to Office Depot and buy both HP901 color and black ink...very expensive.

After I was able to install the Office Depot HP genuine ink, my problem was resolved.

I decided to contact LD Products via their website Chat Line, just to vent my frustration. I don't believe that LD Products can offer a desireable solution to my frustration, short of, refunding me for every defective ink cartridge I purchased from them, which they will not do. It's COUNTERPRODUCTIVE TO SPEND THE TIME TO ORDER INK CARTRIDGES FROM LD PRODUCTS, WHEN YOU KNOW THAT YOU WILL JUST HAVE TO END UP SENDING THEM BACK FOR REPLACEMENTS. IT IS MY DESIRE TO WARN OTHER CUSTOMERS TO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME AND MONEY IN DEALING WITH LD PRODUCTS, UNLESS THEY ARE PREPARED TO ORDER CARTRIDGES, AND PLAN ON SENDING THEM BACK FOR REPLACEMENTS.

Jose: * Is it a print quality issue such as streaks or does a blank page come through?
Visitor: I have done everything recommended, like dabbing the cartridges with wet towel and dabbing them on dry towel. These REMAN cartridges are not worth the trouble...and...I had to go to Office Depot today and spend $52 on a HP 901 black and HP901 color...which is a horrible pricel
Visitor: I have spent entirely too much time fooling with this REMAN cartridges, and have decided to NOT order from you again, and may be making a review and notating this problem, so that future customers are not wasting their time with your REMAN cartridges.

LDProducts Their cartridges don't work!!

Do not order anything from LDProducts, this company is terrible! My husband ordered several replacement cartridges and none of them worked! These cartridges were useless! We immediately contacted customer service and they said that they don't do refunds and offered us a store credit! Can you imagine this? We can't even get our money back and they actually don't give us any options! Avoid them at all costs!

LDProducts Delayed Refund

Purchased 4inkjets.com through Ebates.com a reputable site that gives you a % back when you buy through it's stores. I have never had a problem such as this. I asked twice how to refund since I bought the wrong size ink for my printer. Mailed back the ink and was told it would take 10-15 days to process a refund. I am ok with that part, but when I emailed them to see it was delivered back to them they said they rec'd it and would take the time to refund. Today is day 15 and still no refund to my paypal account. Ink is not cheap. I waiting for $85 back to Paypal. I am so glad I added delivery confirmation to my return shipment. Don't buy from them not reliable.

I bought printer from the website www.ldproducts.com. I was upset with such attitude and quality. I got the printer, but it was defective, so I decided to immediately return it back. I reached the online chat agent and explained the situation, but this jerk told that he could promise. Also he told me that he needed to speak with the manager before. After that this agent ignored me and no one changed my defective printer. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad-quality things. Please post your comments about this company.

Very disappointed. For the 3rd time in a row I was sold a defective remanufactured laser printer cartridge. The company refused to replace it. Do not recommend.

LD Products is an online source for printer products. They solicit by e-mail. I ordered from LD Products for years for my small businesses. After all that patronage, they REFUSED to replace or even discuss a cartridge that arrived defective and unusable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LD PRODUCTS.

LDProducts Poor service from Ld Products toner supplies

I ordered 7 laser toner refills from LD Products 3 months ago. I have ordered from this company several times. They sent me a different product completely. I asked for a replacement immediately because I am a small business and need to print labels on a daily basis. I have a Dell printer and the toner is not available locally. When they sent the wrong product with the correct invoice, I asked the customer service rep to send a replacement ASAP. I was informed that this happened all the time and the best that she could do was send the replacement out by regular post. This company was not set up to send through a courier such as UPS. I found out later that this was a lie and that they send through UPS all the time. I am paying the shipping costs so this is not a question of saving money. I receive product all the time by UPS. I discussed the matter with the Senior VP of the company through email and He assured me that if I would give them another chance that he would ship the same day. In fact he shipped 5 days later. It is 3 months later and I have still not received the product. They have my money but I cannot print labels for my business. They have effectively shut me down. I gave up with these people and ordered through someone else yesterday. I received the shipment today and I am back up and running. The shipping cost me $10. LD products are not a consumer oriented company. It may be cheap but there are several other companies with the same pricing that will take better care of you. These are just greedy people with no concept of costumer service. It cost me over $1000 to deal with them and I still do not have the product ordered or the refund.

LDProducts Ldproducts.com and their other websites are a scam

LDPRODUCTS.com is a SCAM, they are using a website of their own www.ink-printer-cartridge.com to give you raving reviews on their own ink cartridge companies/websites which are www.4inkjets.com, www.123inkjets.com, www.clickinks.com, www.inksmile.com, and www.inkgrabber.com If you look at each of these websites like I did, you will see they are the same company. How can any legitimate company try to fool you in reviewing their own websites? LDPRODUCTS.com and their other websites are a SCAM!
