I called customer service to ask to receive a return label for 4 cartridges that my HP printer said were counterfeit.
We tried 3 different emails for them to send us the link to print this "return postage label".
The last cust/rep on CHAT line said it may take 24 hours for the email to process; I asked him to cut and paste this link in the CHAT box and I would grab it from there. He said it's not that easy because the emails they send generate the link.
Its been 7 days now and we have never received any emails from them except for the monthly advertisement they send, which I wonder why those emails reach us so easily.
I've downloaded their return form and I will send the cartridges along with my return postage bill and see what happens.
