I just wanted to share my experience with Pdf-pro (pdf-pro.io). They charged me $39.04 in CAD without properly confirming my subscription, which I found to be misleading. I have no use for their services and would like a full refund of my money.

Pdf-pro is not a company to do business with. I signed up for their product, but was shocked to see that they charged me more than their advertised price. Even when I tried to unsubscribe, they kept debiting my account. It was incredibly frustrating.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to communicate with them, they responded in French, a language that was not used in our initial contact. As someone who only speaks English, this was very annoying. It felt like they were trying to make things difficult for me.

If you're considering Pdf-pro, I urge you to look elsewhere. They are nothing but thieves and rogues who don't care about their customers.

I wanna say about Pdf-pro, so I used their serivce once and it cost me $0.59 on the date of 11/25/2021. But then, I found out there was some tricky fine print on their website, which automatically subscribed me for their $29.90 package on the date of 11/29/2021, despite me having only used their service once. Not only that, but they even charged me for this package in advance!

I was supposed to have 48 hours to contest it, so I immediately sent them an email on the date of 11/27/2021. However, they didn't respond to me in a timely manner, and when they did, their replies were in FRENCH (which, by the way, I don't understand). Worst of all, they don't even have a phone number to call - I had to rely solely on email communication to resolve this issue.

To make matters worse, the proof of transaction they provided me was in Philippines Pesos, which I had to convert to USD myself. Needless to say, this was such a hassle and caused me a lot of stress.

I urge everyone to be careful when using Pdf-pro's services. Their hidden subscription fees and lack of customer support make for a very frustrating experience.

I think it's better to use Adobe Echosign instead. It costs less per month and it's easier to use. Plus, they don't try to trick you like Pdf-pro does. I don't know why Lassomie Downer, the person who made this site, would choose to scam people like this. It's not right.

Putting in my information, I was initially relieved to find that a P60 had been generated for me. However, my relief was short-lived when I saw that the document was blank aside from my name and last name. Obviously, this was a bit of a shock, but since I had only paid 0.59, I tried not to let it get to me too much. But then, just two days later, I discovered that they had taken ?29.90 out of my account. Needless to say, I was not pleased.

I immediately sent an email to the customer service team to try and sort things out. However, their response left me feeling even more frustrated. Apparently, I had agreed to the terms and conditions, which stated that the 0.59 trial was simply a way to get me to submit my personal information. And then, of course, two days later, the full amount of 29.90 would be taken from my account. I mean, seriously? How was I to know that?

Honestly, I think it's ludicrous that a website would operate in such a way. When you're putting in sensitive payment information, you expect to see the full amount, not be robbed a few days later. I'm really disappointed and angry about this whole experience and feel like I've been robbed of my hard-earned cash. I won't be using Pdf-pro (pdf-pro.io) again, and I certainly don't recommend it to anyone else.

It's obvious that PDF-pro.io deliberately structured their system to get $30 a month from unsuspecting victims. The only way to unsubscribe from this is to contact the business, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do so as they are based in Europe and there is no phone number to contact them.

It's frustrating that I have to deal with a "disputed charge" because of a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers. I will be changing my credit card number and will never do business with PDF-pro.io again. It's a shame because the concept of merging PDFs into one document seemed very useful, but the lack of customer service and transparency is a huge turn-off.
