Dont join this company ,This is fraud company for employee as wel as clients. Till the time i didnt my salary,they terminate without inform and when i called for salary they told me for FnF every day i am calling but they are just not respondinv and not giving salary amd FnF. They dont have employee culture they are just playing with employee and they want employee who work for free for the company. If i dont get salary by 5th of feb 2024 its 3 months, i definatly go to case on every person of company and on company ,i will do FIR also.i have all records.

Pelsoft labs company in delhi situated at vikaspuri is totally fake company and in that company executive kavita & priyanka are the bigger lier. They are giving huge discounts and not providing any sms data. This all should be taken to the police station.

Pelsoft is a menance for the society they are cheating companies by promising services & take money, after that the sales guy who takes are fired so that customer has no one to talk to.

I paid Rs. 21000/ to pelsoft on 5th April' 2010 approx. 1 year back for 10 lac sms with data & website building services but till date I am yet to hear from them & whenever we call on their nos. once they know that its a old customer they disconnect the call.

However almost every week they will call to sell the sms services & other services but once they know that this customer has already been cheated they softly disconnect the call.

Is their no one to stop this menance...

I took a 10 lacs sms pack from this company in 2 paise per sms and while testing I found it nice but when I finally paid 20000/- for 10 lacs sms then I came to know the real story of their after sales service. whenever I call them for any problem they just say that one of our technical person will call you shortly and no call comes ever. Their control panel is the worst panel and if you shoot 20000 sms at a time then I suppose only 2000 gets delivered but the credit gets cut of 20000 sms. I am facing the worst experience regarding Bulk SMS service.

I bought an SMS pack worth Rs. 15000 from this FRAUD and CHEAT company when it's so called 'technical' executive visited me a month before. The jerk (I am sorry, the 'technical' executive) explained me how Pel Softlabs Pvt Ltd has one of the best technology in market for SMS gateway and have been providing services to major 'well known' clients across india and in international market (which I seriously doubt now). They provided me with login after many days of payment which never worked as per requirement. Even after sending a test SMS, it was either never ever delivered to my test cellphone number or even if it is delivered was delayed by 2-3 days and their so called 'technical' executive could not explain me the reason anyways.

When I called the 'Sales' executive who came to me after few days, he told me that he has quit the job and can no longer answer any of the my queries. I tried calling there ahmedabad office (trust me, the guys on the phone didn't even know how to talk, rest apart the technical help), tried reaching their 'CORPORATE' office which was never answered and once in a blue moon someone picked up the phone and immediately told me that I should contact Mr. Sudhakar (95400 28XXX) without even listening to my problem. I tried calling him so many times but he never ever picked up the call. Their so called customer service never answers. Email to [protected]@pelsoftlabs.in [protected]@pelsoftlabs.in pragnesh.[protected]@pelsoftlabs.in were on deaf ears. This guys are CHEAT and running a totally FRAUD company and PATHETIC service.

Please, I request to all of you, not to fall in trap of this RIDICULOUS company.

This company Pelsoftlabs Pvt Ltd hires people and suck them by taking work from them for around 12 hours a day and then fires them within a month or two and give them half salary. They cut salary if you take leave and If you takes leave on saturday or monday, they count it as 2 leaves. At the time of hiring, they make many promises but when you join, they show your fault in evry work you do so that you cannot ask for increment. Also, there is no annual increment policy in this company. They also make fine from Rs. 500 to 5000, if you do some fault in your work. Suppose, if you do 10 little faults in a month, they will deduct Rs. 5000 (500*10) from your salary. This company earns money from employees salary by cutting their salary showing different types of fault in you. Never join this company unless you are too helpless and if u join, be ready for tortures. This company is headed by a 36 year old man and 32 year old lady and this shows their lack of experience.

Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that a private company named Pelsoft lab limited at C-602, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-18 near PVR vikaspuri is violating the government rules and they make the employee work from 10 a.m in the morning to 2 a.m the next day. So, the employee has to work for 16 hours a day and they pay salary on 15th of evey month. They also terminate any employee without notice or make them write resignation letter.
Please look into this matter and save the employees from exploitation
