Unreliable Service from PetCircle: My Frustrating Experience with Their Delivery System
Hey there! So, I gotta tell you about my experience with PetCircle. I ordered a bag of dog food on the 7th of August and waited for a whole week like a good little pup parent. But then, it still hadn't arrived, so I decided to contact Pet Circle to find out what was going on. They said they would investigate the progress and keep me updated, but then never said another word. I had to contact them again and again, until finally they told me that the courier had lost my order. Can you believe it?!
Anyway, they said they would send me a replacement order on the 20th of August and marked it as shipped on the 21st. However, I still didn't receive anything. So, I got in touch with Pet Circle once again on the 27th of August and found out that the courier had only picked up the order from them the previous night. I was getting pretty frustrated by this point, so I contacted the courier myself. But they couldn't trace my order either.
Long story short, I reached out to both Pet Circle and the courier today, which is the 1st of September, almost a whole month after my first order! And still, there was no trace of the replacement order. I couldn't even speak to anyone on the phone - only online chats were available.
It's such a shame, because I've been a loyal client of Pet Circle for over 3 years now. But after this experience, I don't think I'll ever buy from them again. I'm just so frustrated and disappointed!
However, I gotta give credit where it's due - after I contacted the chat service again today, they did offer me a refund. So, I guess that's something at least. But still, it shouldn't have been this difficult in the first place.

I saw MANY others saying their order never arrived, but I went ahead and placed my order on November 13 in 2020 anyway. I was excited to get my pet supplies from PetCircle, but unfortunately, it never came. Delivery was definitely the issue, just like many others have reported. I already told them three years ago that their courier was terrible, but they assured me that they started to work with a new one. My guess is that it's just the same couriers with a different name.
Needless to say, I wasn't happy with the state of affairs. I immediately contacted their chat service, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the help I needed. They told me I would be contacted, but I never was. I tried again after the weekend, and was told that I would be emailed by 6 PM, but still received nothing. I had no choice but to go back on chat and ask for a refund.
While they agreed to refund me, I still don't trust them. I had paid through PayPal and decided to send them copies of all the chats and the amount they owed me. I just wouldn't touch them again, ever.
In summary, I placed my order on November 13, 2020, but it never arrived due to delivery issues. I contacted their customer service through chat multiple times, but never received the help I needed. Eventually, I had to organize a refund, but I don't trust them enough to order from them again.

I've shopped with Pet Circle a few times in the past when I lived in Sydney, and while they may give an estimate on when you can expect your delivery, it is rare that it actually arrives on time. Recently, I moved to a different state and decided to give Pet Circle another try. I placed an order and they gave me an estimated delivery date for today. When I checked the status of the order, I was alarmed to see that it hadn't even been shipped yet. I reached out to customer service and was met with poor assistance. Despite being interstate, the representative wouldn't investigate the issue until tomorrow since the order technically wasn't delayed yet. When I explained that if it hadn't been shipped yet, how could it possibly arrive tomorrow, they informed me that they couldn't do anything until it was officially overdue.
Tomorrow is Friday and I don't have high hopes that the delivery will arrive as promised, meaning I'll have to wait until next week to receive my order. Rather than being helpful and resolving the situation, the representative's only suggestion was to cancel the order. Needless to say, I'm disappointed with the level of customer service from Pet Circle.
However, I do still appreciate the selection of brands they offer, and I'm willing to give them another try in the future. Hopefully, they'll improve their delivery and customer service in the meantime.

PetCircle Online Delivery Review: Frustrating Delivery Attempts & Inconvenience for My Guide Dog Diet Food
So I wanted to share my experience with PetCircle (PC) with everyone. I ordered some special diet food for my guide dog from them online. The first delivery was no problem at all. However, when they attempted to do an auto-reorder on June 8, 2021, the food was apparently delivered on June 11, 2021 to someone's apartment by the look of the picture PC sent me of the delivery by their courier. I live in a residential house, so clearly this was the first of many frustrating issues to come.
The next delivery attempt was made on June 14, 2021 (yes, it was even on Queen's birthday!), and again it didn't make it to me. Instead, the food was sent to a shop or business in a shopping centre in Burwood East. I couldn't believe it! I mean, seriously, how can a courier not remember where they delivered the product to? It's not rocket science! Yet, here we are with the same problem again.
After this fiasco, PC told me they are preparing another order that will be sent by Australia Post and be delivered in 1 to 4 day. While I appreciate the effort, I just can't recommend them for online deliveries after experiencing this debacle. Unfortunately, I cannot give PC a negative rating but believe me, if I could, I would. It's just been one big mess from the start.
I'm really hoping that this third time will be the charm with Australia Post and that my guide dog will finally get the food they need. It's such an inconvenience to have to deal with this, and I'm sure anyone in my situation would feel the same way.

Let me give you an example. A few months ago, I had a product on auto-delivery. I was charged even though the product was out of stock. When I reached out to their chat room, they promised me a refund, but it never happened. I then sent them an email, but I haven't received a response in six weeks. That's right, six weeks! I mean, come on, if you can't deliver dog food in good condition, then why are you even in business? We ordered 20 cans of dog food and they all came to us all bashed and squished. I was checking my monthly credit card statement and I noticed that Pet Circle had debited my account on January 12th. I hadn't placed any orders, so I immediately contacted their customer service team to sort out the issue.
After talking to them, I realized that I had placed an order in November for a toy for my dog for Christmas. When you order online from Pet Circle, the default option is often auto-delivery, which means they'll send you the same item every 2 months. I didn't realize this and hadn't changed it, so they were just trying to fulfill that order automatically.
I cancelled the order with the customer service representative, and she was able to stop it from being sent. However, I was surprised to learn that Pet Circle doesn't offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Oh boy, where do I start with Pet Circle? I ordered my pet's food on Dec 26th and while I understand the holidays can be busy, I still expected my order to arrive on time. Unfortunately, it did not. In fact, only one box arrived on Jan 4th and three prescription food boxes were missing! This is not okay, as my cat's health was put in serious jeopardy. I needed those missing boxes urgently as I was leaving for a holiday in two days. I immediately contacted customer service and while they said replacements were being sent, it did little to console me. I was going to be away for two weeks and there was nowhere local for me to buy these products!
To make matters worse, I had only just signed up for Pet Circle's auto delivery service, but I will be cancelling it now. The fact that they could mess up something as critical as prescription cat food just goes to show their incompetence. I was absolutely disgusted with the situation.
Fast forward to Jan 20th and the drama continues. Pet Circle had the audacity to send me messages asking if I had received the order so they could cancel the reorder. The cost of their incompetence cost me an extra $280 to get the required prescription diet food for my cats. To make up for this mess, all they did was cancel the reorder that included a toy for my cats. Despite multiple emails back and forth, it became clear that Pet Circle had absolutely no clue what was going on within their own warehouse, no commitment to customers, and no consideration for the trouble caused.
I had to go out of my way to find an extra three hours before taking off on holiday to go to Melbourne to get this food, only to find that the three stores I went to were out of stock. To make matters worse, I had to ask the cat accommodation if they could order food for my cats through their supplier. This incurred an additional vet bill to approve the prescription for two cats and food at double the price. What a mess!
In short, Pet Circle caused nothing short of a #%&t storm and offered no resolution for their mistakes. I will be updating my reviews on all platforms to include this information so that other pet owners do not fall victim to their incompetence!

I just placed an order on PetCircle for some Blackhawk Lamb and Rice - 20 kg dry dog food, but I was surprised to see that the company delivered not one, but two bags of the dry food. I mean, I only needed one bag and dry dog food is just a supplement to my furry friend's diet. I don't need to be stocking up on dry food for months on end!
I tried to reach out to PetCircle for a return form but, can you believe it, they totally ignored my five emails! I'm starting to feel like this is a common occurrence with this company, given what I've read on here. Honestly, the one thing that worries me the most is that they put me on auto delivery even though I made sure to opt out of that option. I mean, I thought it was an honest mistake the first time, but clearly they're up to something fishy. I wanted to share my experience with Pet Circle, as it was not a positive one. I decided to make a pretty big order and spent a whopping $160 on pet goods. I tried to be patient and give the company some time to figure it out, but over a month had gone by and still no movement on my order. It felt like they had completely forgotten about me and were just ignoring my messages altogether.
It was only when I got Paypal involved that anything changed. Even then, Pet Circle wouldn't reply to either of us, leaving me feeling pretty frustrated. After a month and a half had passed without any progress or communication, I finally received a refund through Paypal.
I've used Pet Circle before and never had any issues, but this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth. I definitely don't recommend them now. If you do decide to order from them, please make sure you use Paypal because otherwise, there's no way to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Man, I gotta say that I wouldn't recommend PetCircle at all. I recently made a big ol' order on there for my new pooch that I rescued, but it took a whole week for it to get to me even though they said it would be around 2-6 days. And when I finally got my hands on it, the most important thing was completely missing! But, get this: Pet Circle said it was sent out with the rest of the stuff. Umm, okay? Later on I got in touch with their support peeps, and they told me that they don't even have the item in stock anymore and they don't even know when they'll have it again! What the heck, man? They shoulda told me that in the first place, instead of keeping me in the dark and making me wait so long. Anyways, after I finally got my money back from them (which wasn't easy, let me tell ya), I went somewhere else to get the thing I needed. From now on, I'm gonna stick to PetBarn, since they have the same prices as Pet Circle but I already know they're better.

Pet Circle – what a disappointment. I recently had a horrible experience with their delivery service. I had given specific instructions about where to leave the delivery, but they still delivered it to my neighbour. When I reached out to their customer service team, they blamed the courier and said they’d do better next time. Unfortunately, there WAS a next time.
I had to wait for three long weeks for my order to arrive. After realising it hadn’t come, I contacted Pet Circle’s customer service team who were of little help. They couldn’t tell me where my order was and asked what was in it, which I found incredibly frustrating. After a few days of back and forth, they finally told me that my order was attempted to be delivered 18 days prior without any notification. I had no email, call, message or even a note in the mailbox from either the courier or Pet Circle.
To this date, my order still hasn’t been delivered. I’m super disappointed and feel like I wasted my money. I should have listened to my friend’s advice and gone to a local store instead. It’s frustrating that there’s no option to give zero stars because that’s what Pet Circle deserves.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Pet Circle to anyone. Their delivery service is unreliable and their customer service team isn’t helpful at all. I think it’s better to stick to local stores and support them instead.

I placed an order with PetCircle on April 15th, 2021 and up until April 27th, 2021, I still haven't received my order even though the tracking status showed it was delivered. I was extremely frustrated and decided to call PetCircle for the first time. The customer service representative I spoke with assured me that my package was on board and would be delivered the following day or the day after.
However, the following day came and went, and still no parcel. I decided to use the live chat feature and was again promised that my package would be delivered the next day. Yet, the next day came and still no package. I was so upset and angry at this point that I asked to cancel the order. They kept promising me that it would be delivered by 5pm on April 27th, 2021, and even gave me a credit for the trouble I had experienced.
To my dismay, at 6pm on April 27th, 2021, there was still no package! I decided to use the live chat feature once more, but this time I was completely irate. They promised me again that my package would be delivered by 7pm that day. Can you believe it? It's already Wednesday, April 27th, 2020, at 9:30pm and I still haven't received my parcel!
I don't know what to do now. I stayed home early for work just to wait for the parcel, but it never came. I ended up having to buy another brand of cat food because the parcel never arrived. To make matters worse, the customer service representative I spoke to, Penn FA, was extremely rude. He ended up canceling the chat right away and didn't let me say anything more.
All in all, I had a terrible experience with PetCircle. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is simply unacceptable. I hope they can improve their service and make sure that something like this never happens again.
Unreliable auto delivery and unhelpful support - my disappointing experience with PetCircle
I recently made an order on PetCircle's website, and let me just tell you, it wasn't exactly a smooth experience. You see, when you order anything consumable, the website automatically selects the "auto delivery" option for you. What does that mean, you ask? Well, it means that every six weeks, they will bill you again using the payment information you previously provided. And I had no idea!
Imagine my surprise when I got an email saying I had an auto delivery coming soon. I immediately tried to cancel it online, but then something strange happened. You see, even though the website said my auto deliveries were cancelled, it must have glitched because they charged my PayPal account anyway! I was livid.
So I decided to contact their chat support to see if I could get a refund. The person on the other end was unbelievably unhelpful. They vaguely mentioned that I might get a credit on future purchases, but when I asked for a refund, they abruptly ended the chat! Rude, much?
I finally managed to cancel my auto delivery yet again, but honestly, I have no faith that it won't suddenly glitch and revert back to charging me. It's just so unethical!
And to make matters worse, I now have enough water purifier for my fish tank to last me for the next five years. Ugh.
All in all, my experience with PetCircle has been less than ideal. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free shopping experience. Hopefully, they can step up their game in the future, but for now, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
Order from this company at your own risk, zero communication, canceled orders with no explanation. This has caused considerable stress as I work away and rely on home deliveries. I don't believe the positive reviews or the apologetic standard reply I see from them when a review is negative. Hope this helps real people to choose carefully.
