My first Philips coffee maker did not work so the company provided a UPS label to return, great! The second machine was a slight upgrade and worked for approximately 5 months before it broke, once again Philips provided a UPS label and I returned and it worked great for a few days then broke again and I returned again but this time when I received it back it didn’t work at all! I have called them so many times and they haven’t provided a solution, it doesn’t seem like they have any intention of replacing this broken coffee maker. Totally unacceptable behavior from a company this large!
