Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response to my inquiry. It's disappointing to see that they do not provide after-sales service, as they claim, and have not addressed my request for a refund. This goes against their initial promise and makes me hesitant to recommend their services.
I have had the same experience. My multiple emails (I've never been able to find a telephone #) were ignored. I never received the books I was promised if I simply paid about $30 for shipping/handling. I did attend a webinar focusing on how to make dramatic landscapes in Lightroom.
