Where do I start, unhappy is a understatement, I will also be posting this as a review.
If I could leave no star I would.
I called them out Friday night to unblock a toilet which was causing problems in the ladies toilets. They came and done it very quick which was also worrying. The next morning when I came on site it had caused a bigger problem effecting now downstairs toilet everytime the lady flushed the toilets of the ones they had fixed, which wasn't a problem before.
When I called back up to get help first of all the guy had so much attitude and sounded like he hated his job and said he couldn't help unless we paid £1400? baring in mind we ended up paying another company which solved the issue immediately and not £1400. He then also told me he couldn't get anyone out till next week, so are you telling me your going to make an issue worse and then leave it till next week, meaning we would have to close down the bar for the weekend? but he could get someone out if it was £1400, so now it wasn't making sense as is there no one to look into or there is?
When I had raised how unhappy I was the rudeness was even more and all I got was "sorry you feel that way" very sarcastic way.
The fact there is also no management is concerning, as there was no one else I could talk with.
Overall such poor service, experience and help. Wouldn't be using them again. Ended up costing us double as we had to pay another company to do it when they should of came out to fix the problem!
OF COURSE WE WOULD OF PAID, ONCE IT WAS CHECKED!
