PinkyParadise My item sent in wrong shipment Address

When I checked my tracking updates my items was delivered on January 5, 2024 and received by an agent. I asked my courier if they receive my item and the response that I got, my item still not reflected in their system. I sent the tracking updates to the courier and they found out that the address is not for them. I input the correct information but they delivered in a wrong address, so how can I receive my item now. I really need it.

PinkyParadise Disappointing Experience with PinkyParadise: Wrong Contacts and No Response

So, I was really excited to order a pair of contacts from PinkyParadise. I went for the Venus Eye Wine Red contacts (E229) and was told that they would arrive within 7-10 days. But, boy was I wrong! They took way longer than that to arrive. I was so disappointed when I finally received them, only to find out that they had sent me the wrong contacts! Instead of the Wine Red ones, I got the Venus Eye Bright Red contacts (E228).

I tried to contact them about the mistake, but they didn't respond to any of my emails. I was so frustrated and upset that I decided to file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. It's really disappointing that they would promise me one thing and then not deliver.

I would definitely not recommend buying from PinkyParadise. They might seem like a good deal, but they don't follow through on their promises. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

PinkyParadise Disappointing Experience with PinkyParadise: Lack of Communication and Unprofessionalism

So, I wanted to try out PinkyParadise for some new contact lenses. I went through the process of contacting them and they asked me to put XOXO123 on my fb bio to confirm my identity. I did as they asked, but unfortunately, I didn't receive any response from them. I was really disappointed with their unprofessionalism. I even emailed them twice more to follow up, but still no response. It's really frustrating when you're trying to do business with someone and they don't even bother to respond to your messages.

I think that the way they verified my identity was pointless. If my fb was actually hacked, then that verification method wouldn't have helped at all. It's really important for a business to have excellent communication with their customers. Without it, they can't be fully successful. I'm glad that I didn't settle for less and decided to look for a more responsive company.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend PinkyParadise based on my experience. Their lack of communication and unprofessionalism really turned me off. If you're looking for a reliable and responsive company, I suggest looking elsewhere.

PinkyParadise PinkyParadise Review: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Issues

So, I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with PinkyParadise. I mean, I'm not saying their stuff isn't legit or anything, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I had a little mix-up with my shipping address, and now my order is stuck in some random place halfway across the country. I tried reaching out to PinkyParadise to see if they could help me out and get FedEx to send it to the right place, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. Not even a peep. And I know FedEx has been trying to get in touch with them too, but no luck.

Honestly, I'm getting pretty fed up with this whole situation. If PinkyParadise doesn't get their act together soon, FedEx is just gonna send my package back to them. And then I'm gonna have to ask for a refund and never order from them again. Which is a real shame, because I was really looking forward to trying out their stuff. But if they can't even handle a simple shipping issue, I don't think I can trust them with anything else.

So yeah, that's my two cents. If you're thinking about ordering from PinkyParadise, maybe think twice. Unless you want to risk getting stuck in the same boat as me.

PinkyParadise PinkyParadise Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Business Practices

So, I recently ordered a set of Geo Princess Sesame lenses from PinkyParadise. I was really excited to receive them, especially since they were supposed to come with an animal lens case. However, when I received my order, the animal lens case was missing. I contacted PinkyParadise about the issue, and they admitted that they forgot to include it in my package.

Unfortunately, their response was not what I was hoping for. They refused to correct their mistake and instead asked me to pay additional shipping for the lens case. I was really disappointed by this, as I don't think it's fair for me to have to pay for their mistake. I tried to explain this to their customer service team, but they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They basically told me that there was nothing they could do for me unless I paid them again for their mistake.

I have to say, I was really disappointed by this experience. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or follow basic business ethics. PinkyParadise is based in Malaysia, which might explain some of the issues I had with them. However, I don't think that's an excuse for their behavior.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from PinkyParadise. While their products might be good, their customer service and business practices leave a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a reliable and ethical company to order from, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

PinkyParadise PinkyParadise Review: Huge Selection and Excellent Customer Service, but Some Lenses Can Be Uncomfortable

So, I recently stumbled upon PinkyParadise, an online store that sells contact lenses. I was a bit hesitant at first, but decided to give it a shot. Let me tell you, it was quite an experience.

First off, I have to say that PinkyParadise has a wide variety of lenses to choose from. I was amazed at the selection they had. However, I did notice that some of the lenses were a bit pricey. But, hey, you get what you pay for, right?

I placed my order and waited patiently for it to arrive. When it finally did, I was excited to try them on. Unfortunately, I noticed that the lenses were a bit uncomfortable. I tried to adjust them, but it didn't help. I was disappointed, but decided to give it another shot the next day.

The next day, I woke up with red, irritated eyes. I knew something was wrong. I immediately contacted PinkyParadise and explained the situation. To my surprise, they were very understanding and offered to send me a new pair of lenses free of charge. I was relieved and grateful for their excellent customer service.

Overall, I have to say that PinkyParadise is a great place to buy contact lenses. They have a huge selection, and their customer service is top-notch. However, I do have to warn you that some of their lenses can be a bit uncomfortable, so be sure to read the reviews before making a purchase. But, if you do happen to have any issues, rest assured that PinkyParadise will take care of you.

PinkyParadise Disappointed with PinkyParadise: Long Wait for Package & No Updates

I was a bit unsure about PinkyParadise at first, but after reading some good reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the G&G Shinny Aqua (also known as Puffy 3 tone) over a month ago on November 29th, 2014. However, when I checked the status of my parcel, it said that it was accepted in Germany on December 5th and hasn't changed since then. It's almost the new year now, and I still haven't received my package or any updates on where it is. I'm pretty upset about this and not even sure if I'll ever receive my package. I'm usually a patient person, but I've never had to wait THIS long for a package from overseas. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. I would advise you to trust your gut and not waste your money on this site.

PinkyParadise Disappointing Experience with PinkyParadise: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with PinkyParadise. This is actually the fourth time I've had to reach out to them about my parcel, and it's been a whole month since I placed my order and I still haven't received it. I mean, come on, that's just not cool.

I'm really disappointed with the delivery process and the service I've received from PinkyParadise. The status of my parcel hasn't changed since September 19th, and when I checked with my local post office, they said they haven't even received it yet. What gives?

I've tried reaching out to the support team multiple times to track down my parcel, but all they've told me is to wait a little longer. No help whatsoever. It's frustrating because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but now I'm just left feeling let down.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from PinkyParadise at all. If you're looking for good customer service and assistance when your parcel goes missing, this isn't the place to go. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out their products, but now I'm just left feeling disappointed and frustrated.

PinkyParadise Poor Customer Service Experience with PinkyParadise: A Review

Their customer service ain't the best, I gotta say. I messed up my order and reached out to them as soon as I realized (which was like a day or two later). But it took them like two or three days to even get back to me, and by then they had already shipped it out. It took them another whole week to give me my tracking number. I tried to ask about returning it, but it took them almost five days to reply. And they didn't even answer my first email before that! I had to email them twice more before they finally got back to me.

I haven't gotten my package yet, so I can't say anything about the lenses themselves. But I can tell you that their customer service is just plain bad. And on top of that, they don't even let you know when your package has been shipped. You gotta log in and check for yourself.

Overall, I ain't too impressed with PinkyParadise. Their customer service needs some serious work.

PinkyParadise PinkyParadise Review: Cheaper Prices, But Not Worth the Risk for Your Eye Health

I've been a contact wearer for 20 years and I was looking for some colored contacts that wouldn't break the bank. So, I went online and stumbled upon PinkyParadise about 6 months ago. I was excited to find a cheaper alternative to my optometrist's prices and quickly entered in my new prescription. A week later, my contacts arrived and I was eager to try them out.

However, just hours after wearing them, my eyes started to hurt. I thought it might be allergies, so I continued wearing them. But the next day, my eyes were in so much pain that I had to see my eye doctor. It turns out that the entire inside of my eyelids were cut and the contacts I received were a basic base curve instead of the prescription that was on the bottle. This condition is called GPC and I needed drops and steroids to treat it.

Unfortunately, because of the severity of my GPC, I now have to purchase daily contacts since they are thinner than regular ones. Even going back to standard contacts from my doctor is no longer possible due to the scar tissue that has formed. I've had to make multiple visits to the doctor and now have to spend more money on contacts because of this unfortunate experience.

Overall, I would not recommend PinkyParadise. While their prices may be cheaper, the quality of their contacts is not worth the risk. It's important to prioritize the health of your eyes and go with a trusted and reliable source for your contact needs.

PinkyParadise PinkyParadise Review: A Total Disaster - Faulty Lenses and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, my experience with PinkyParadise was a total disaster. I ordered two pairs of contact lenses with different diopters, and boy, did I regret it. One pair was alright, but the other one was a complete mess. The actual diopters didn't match the written ones, and the right contact lens felt better on my left eye. The left one, on the other hand, didn't help at all. I mean, come on, I know the difference between irritation and wrong diopters. I had to spend so much of my precious time trying to convince them that I wasn't an idiot and that their product was faulty.

After a lot of back and forth, they finally agreed to refund me. But get this, they wanted to replace the defective lenses with the same ones. Like, what's the point if they could be defective again?! I had to offer to pay my ophthalmologist's bill to officially prove my words before they agreed to a refund. But wait, it doesn't end there. They're trying to refund me for only one contact lens because I said the other one felt like -2.25, which I ordered, but it wasn't -2.25 at all.

Honestly, I'm so done with these greedy time wasters. I'm seriously considering getting a lawyer involved. My advice to you, dear reader, is to never deal with PinkyParadise. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

PinkyParadise Service

Good day. I placed an order on 27 October 2022 (Order Number 113730. Tracking Number RQ310513674SG.) and paid in full. I needed those lenses by 15 Dec for a function. By 2 December, I didn't receive delivery, so I enquired. Response was I will receive the package by 2nd week in Dec, but still no delivery, so I enquired again. Response was I should check with my local Post Office. I did that, still no delivery. So I enquired again twice this time, waited for 5 days before a response was received and the response this time was the package had been returned with no reason why. So I was offered a new free reshipment using express shipping (1-3 days) or money back. I opted for the express shipping. On 23 Dec, my option was acknowledged and I was informed that "you shall receive the order confirmation email once the package is ready to be shipped. The tracking number will be provided in the email." Late the afternoon, I received another email indicating that one of the items is out of stock and I should choose another item. I responded asking, how can that be, if the original order was shipped as I ordered and then just returned, how can there be no stock, did they sell items from my order? I refused for an alternate and asked that my original order be shipped as I ordered it. However, that was the last communication. I have been emailing and emailing, but my emails are just being ignored. Today is already 09 Jan, 17 days later, and still no response, or tracking no? This order was paid in full already in October. I am a long time customer of Pinky, why am I being treated so poorly?

Desired outcome: I would like my original order as ordered on 27 October 2022, delivered by express shipping. I would also like an apology for the poor treatment I have been receiving and a reason as to why my emails are being ignored?

PinkyParadise Toric lenses owed

Pinky Paradise still owes me my toric lenses, which I ordered on the 19th of January 2022. Toric lenses usually require 45 to 60 days of production time. I sent them an email after 71 days to “chase” them for my order. I received the free contact lenses in May but not the torics. Such experience only adds to my sceptism about online shopping.

I tried the free gift coloured lenses for less than 3 minutes. Looked in the mirror and found the colour and shape weird. Never wore them again since.

Until early this year, I was wearing coloured lenses from Olens (Spanish real brown) for some years, and they are great. I received many compliments from strangers even. They are really natural-looking. I would have continued on wearing them if not for the fact that my vision is getting worse and I need to switch to wearing toric lenses to reduce the strain.

I will switch to clear lenses to avoid wasting resources and disappointments.

PinkyParadise Messed up contacts

I ordered two pairs of contacts and 2 had random fiber/ hair (not really sure what it was, and the third had three scratches in it. Its a shame, cause they were beautiful contacts. I didnt even care enough to try and return them, but definitely not buying from them again.

PinkyParadise Take care of your eyes and never order cheap contacts

Ordered colored contact from them as they were much cheaper. And it simply was very interesting.
Cheapest is the dearest and I felt a terrible pain in my eyes after wearing the contacts for a couple of hours. I had to go to the doctor. That's how it was painful.
So after a small research, my doctor said that these contacts were made of cheap materials and didn't fit an anatomical eye form.
Never play games with your eyesight, it's more serious than you think. And always order from checked and trustful companies, if you want some contacts for fun. Unfortunately, it won't be cheap, but maybe it's for the best, huh?

PinkyParadise contact lenses

I made an order and paid with my credit card. I then discovered a typo in my postal code and asked Pinky Paradise to amend my shipping address. Instead of assisting me they unilaterally canceled my order without consulting with me first.

My credit card was charged for the cancelled order and the money has been taken out as of today. Pinky Paradise insists that they have not received the payment although I emailed them a screenshot of my Visa card statement.

I now have to go through the dispute process with the credit card company to get my money back. Pinky Paradise never offered any refund.

I will not buy anything from them again, and I have been buying contact lenses from them since as early as 2014.

PinkyParadise They just lost a customer!

Ordered a pair of contacts from PinkyParadise website and never received anything. Customer service promised they'll find my order, or will send me a replacement, but everything they said was nothing but empty promises. Never received my order or my money back.
This was not the first time I've ordered from PinkyParadise. I used to buy a lot of things from them in the past and everything was fine. My last experience was terrible, I was very disappointed with PinkyParadise customer service. They just lost a customer!

PinkyParadise Don't use their way of payment, because you won't get money back

I was so disappointed in the site www.pinkyparadise.com. I and my friend ordered two pairs of lenses and we tried to pay through PayPal, but the rep sent us email, where he excused and told that PayPal didn’t work. He advised us to use some other way of payment, but it was scam. When we haven’t received the order, the seller refused to return money back and this other company, which wired them money, refused to do it as well. Be careful!

PinkyParadise After 2 months still no delivery

I won’t advise other people to buy from the company www.pinkyparadise.com. I ordered lenses from them, but after 2 months these jerks didn’t deliver it. I sent tons of emails and asked to return my money back, but no one replied and it was impossible to get any money back. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.

PinkyParadise They didn't deliver orders and provided fake info

I ordered blue lenses from the company www.pinkyparadise.com. I wouldn’t advise to buy from them, ‘coz they provided some info about the order, but I waited the whole month and got completely nothing. My experience was bad, so better share this info and warn other people. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.
