Jerry's Artarama‎ My go-to for supplies

I've been ordering from Jerry's for over 2 yrs. There has only been twice that I've had to call customer service abt a problem and they resolved the problem right away and sent me replacements. They ship usually within 24 hrs. They also have a fantastic art education side with hundreds of fun and informative videos, especially their Jerry's Live series on youtube and facebook.

Jerry's Artarama‎ JERRY'S GREAT

I LOVE SHOPPING AT JERRY'S ARTARAMA ONLINE. I LOVE THE SPECIALS THEY HAVE. I HAVE PURCHASED A LOT OF MY ACCRYLIC PAINTS AND MEDIUMS FROM JERRY'S. I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED CANVASES, PAPER PADS, COLORED PENCILS, ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF ART SUPPLIES. EVERYTHING I HAVE ORDER HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH, OF VERY GOOD QUALITY. Jerry's Artarama‎ Using Jerry's for over 20 years

I have been ordering from Jerry's since I have been in college. I have never had an issue with shipping, things have always come individually wrapped and delicate items, from aluminum paint tubes to brushes have always arrived in perfect condition. I can't speak to Jerry's online customer service. I am lucky enough to live close enough to a Jerry's store that I can return anything very easily there. The customer service at the store I visit, is always great.

Jerry's Artarama‎ I am very stingy with 5 stars

I can't say enough good about this art supply company-they ship quickly and pack well-this is a great place for those who teach art classes as I do-quantity discounts are amazing and they have frequent special sales promotions-I have talked to their people on the phone in case of a problem-they are terrific-they have almost everything in art supplies-the website is easy to search if you remember its HUGE-I love them and to me they are far above $#*! Blick and others-hard to beat Jerry's prices and service

Jerry's Artarama‎ My experience? Great products and service!

Products are great, and prices are the lowest I have found anywhere. I've been a happy customer for years.

Recently, I bought 5 plein air frames (a wonderful product which I like because of its rich gold finish). They are sturdily built but arrived damaged from abnormally rough treatment somewhere along the line. Jerry's replaced them quickly, with good cheer -- never any hassles with them.

Jerry's did not ask me to write this review -- I just want to reward their excellent customer service. I've never had any complaints.

Jerry's Artarama‎ Years of great Products and Service!

I have used Jerry's Artarama almost exclusively for watercolor and drawing supplies for 9 years. I order quality professional products and they have always arrived well-packed in a timely manner. This includes large products like full-sheet paper. (A few years back they experimented with sticky cardboard "mailers" which could not be opened without tearing around the supplies stuck inside. I complained immediately, and never saw this style of mailer again.) My orders are precise and complete. When calling them about back-order items, the staff found my order and researched my inquiry promptly. Their prices are competitive; some super buy prices are amazing bargains.
I started with Jerry's as a student; I now take commissions, and teach watercolors and sketching, suggesting Jerrysaratarama as the main source for my students.

Jerry's Artarama‎ Customer service helped resolve a gift card issue quickly

I had purchased an e-gift card for a friend over the weekend, but she never received it after several hours. Unfortunately customer service was closed by the time I contacted on Saturday night, and I was not feeling very hopeful about getting the issue resolved quickly. I sent a message on the website to their customer service, and left a voicemail. Both were responded to by Monday morning. They worked with me to send the card to another email for the recipient, and it arrived to her within minutes of the customer service rep telling me it had been sent! I was not optimistic because of the reviews here, but I felt I should come back and share my positive experience, and let everyone know that they can resolve your issue fairly quickly. And if it happens over the weekend, it might take a little extra time, but they were very responsive in helping me resolve this problem.

Jerry's Artarama‎ Grateful My Order Arrived Safe Despite Bad Reviews!

I was looking for a portfolio protector to protect a 24"x36" foam poster I had made and google led me to Jerry's Artarama. I've a very safe person so I googled them and saw all these bad reviews on this site, it made me rethink from ordering here so I seeked out alternative options, but the other place was trying to charge me $13 to ship my item because it's "oversized" so I decided to go with the cheaper option that gives free shipping for orders over $35 and order through Jerry's. Of course my order got canceled so I called them up and ask them why. They told me the address was funky so after confirming my address they manually overrided it and put in the address I told them. I didn't have faith that my order would arrive in one piece since so many reviews said their items were beat up etc. It took 6 days for my items to arrive but I got it and WOW- the packaging is FANTASTIC. It actually took me over 5 mins to unwrap it all because it was packaged so carefully and thoughtfully! Props to Jerry for good packaging and sending my correct items and good service on the phone.

Jerry's Artarama‎ disappointed with their customer service

I have been with them for several years and never had anything bad to say. Yes, sometimes there were some things that didn't make me feel happy, but they weren't that big.
Last time I received my order 7 weeks after I placed it. I don't know what and why it happened, but I didn't expect them to let me down. I desperately need the order as right now I am drawing and have no time to wait forever. The quality was ok...
I also called customer service several times within those weeks and unfortunately wasn't treated well. Shame on you, Jerry's, I didn't expect you could be that way!

Jerry's Artarama‎ Very unprofessional company!

I found this site and decided to order some products. Their site said that shipping usually takes only three days and I was really happy about that. Three days passed and nothing arrived but I decided to wait few more days. Then one week later I contacted Jerry's Artarama‎ customer service and asked about the shipping and they said that shipping takes 3-4 weeks. I did received my items, but they lied about shipping time and I find that quite unprofessional.

Jerry's Artarama‎ Seller provided fake contact info and impossible to get my order from them

I placed order on the website www.jerrysartarama.com. It was real scam, ‘coz I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, but the seller provided only fake confirmation info, which was really useless. Jerry's Artarama‎ I can't get money back

I placed large order on the website www.jerrysartarama.com. My experience was really bad, ‘coz I paid about $100, but haven’t received the order at all. I got confirmation info, but it was fake. I tried to reach the online chat agent, but he hasn’t replied. I have no idea what to do now, so maybe someone can help me. I purchased a child's easel which was on sale for $69.99 plus $11.95 shipping. Ten minutes after I made this on-line purchase, I saw the same easel at another site cheaper. I chose not to cancel, believing that it was my 'error' in not searching. However, I just want to warn people that jerrysartarama.com put very high prices.

Jerry's Artarama‎ They send my order to wrong place as well as they never refund

I ordered different stuff for painting from the website www.jerrysartarama.com. I waited 10 days, but my order hadn’t been delivered. As well as I haven’t received any info about my order. It was suspicious, and when I contacted the seller, he told me that they sent the order and no idea where it was. Wonderfully. I told them to return my money, but they didn’t provide refunds at all. Total crap, so be careful and don’t buy from them. Share this info or post comments about your experience with them.

The website www.jerrysartarama.com is total fraud, because the seller sells the same stuff for different prices. But you can find about it only after you placed the order and paid for it.
