Pizza Nova Take Out review: Ordered a gluten free pizza on uber eats and the pizza was not gluten free

On November 29, 2024, I order a Gluten free pizza on Uber eats. However, the pizza was not gluten free. My husband who has Celiac eat the the pizza thinking it was gluten free and was very ill and almost had to be hospitalized. This is very serious. 2 weeks before this, I ordered a Gluten free pizza by calling the store and it was different looking then the pizza we received on November 29, 2024. The gluten free pizza was a darker dough and the the one that we received on November 29, 2024 was a lighter crust. My husband ate it and we figured that the crust had changed. I called Customer Service and I asked them to send me a Gluten free pizza and it was the same as the one we ordered 2 weeks before. I have attached the Uber eats receipt of November 29, 2024 and the receipt from the store for the replacement Gluten free pizza ( which was free of charge). The staff should really be educated of how important it is that they ensure that when they receive an order for Gluten free that they pay special attention. Also the person at customer service was directing me to Uber eats. Uber eats does not make the pizzas.
