Platinum online group took $99 from my account with a check I never authorized which caused my bank to charge me an extra $34 on top of that. I want my money back! I am going to find out how to track this fake company down and I will be taking legal action.

So, I was at work trying to get apply for an online loan and some information pops up about applying for school of course I wasn't interested so, I clicked no and kept processing for the loan I got approved for the loan when I called to find out if the deposit was made I also found out that Platinum online had deducted 99.00 from my account for what I still do not know. I could not get any information on the first date as to who deducted the funds from check #9999 for 99.00. I called the Credit Union on Friday to find out it was them and tried emailing them but there is no website. I want my funds returned because I did not knowingly authorized them to deduct money for what I still do not know. I am so seriously in need of funds I could cry which is why I applied for an online loan. Now I am in even deeper debt and my account is overdrawn with a 30.00 fee. Does anyone know how I can get in contact with them by phone or address I will gladly go by there and see them face to face I am that angry. Hi several people have come into the same kind of trouble with a place called Platinum Services. They seem to be the same place doing this to people that are looking for online loans. Look at the thread for Platinum services80 and platinum services ACH. They have hit peoples bank accounts and debit cards, and from what I have seen this is a reoccurring charge and it is going to happen again next month. Best of luck to you, the only people that seem to have gotten any were are people that have cards where you can dispute the "charge" and then close the card or account. This however leaves the card or bank holding the bag, and I have no clue if they are doing something to our credit when they can't get the next "debit" from our accounts.

I also had money withdrawn from my account with no services provided under the name giljoy group...I don't know what's wrong with this company but kudos to the people taking legal action.

I was charged a $35 overdraft fee because of a $99 withdrawel from platinum online group which I've never heard of and I never gave them authorization to do so, its a shame this company has been ripping off innocent hard working people for years and the government lets the continue to operate

Online Platinum Group withdrew $99.00 from my account without my authorization. Talked to my bank regarding Fraud. I have been fighting them since May 20th regarding the return of my monies. On July 16th talked with CS and was told they had sent my refund on the 15th regular mail. This July 24th and have not recieved my refund.

$99.00 was withdrawn from my account on 7/22/2010. you called me to let me know that i was qualified for a loan of $400.00 and that the platium card i also qualified for and i told thm that i did not want the card, but they said they wouldsend it anyway amd to look overthe information and if i deciced to keep it that there would be a one time fee of 99.00 and a monthly fee of $14.00 each month for the membership. iYou dedited my account right away and i have never recieved any information and do care to recieve any information pleace credit my account back. i am not interested in becoming a member. thank you! Platinum Online Group did submit a fraudulent debit to my checking account with Chase Bank. The charge caused my account to be overdrawn. I have never heard of this group, but was told by someone that cash advance companies do have companies attached to receiving a cash advance loan. I want my money back and all bank fees paid by this company.

i had my account overdrawn based on the fact that i was suppose to get a loan and i told them that i did not want the usa credit shopping club. i was charged 99.00 dollars and a 31.00 overdraft fee because of this.

$99 was withdrawn from my checking account and i want it back...i never signed up for this and if some how i did i didnt want it. this money was taken out on 7/29 and i want it back now.

This company has went into my bank account and made 2 unauthorized withdrawls which have both caused overdrafts on my account ! The first one was for $99.00 + $30.00 overdraft then a second charge of $49.00 + $30.00 overdraft for a total of $208.00 ! What do I do to get my money returned to my account ?

I have never authorized any such company to withdraw funds from my checking account. When I spoke to the representative who I could barely understand. I stated I wanted to receive something in writting before I committed to anything. I never received anything and lo and behold the withdrew money from my account which has caused me overdraft fees. How can I get this resolved?

Well same story here. $99.00 was taken from our bank acct on 6-28-10. Ive called and called to them to ask about money back. Never get return call. The email addy wont work either. We had applied for payday loan and they got our personal imfo . Fraud and theft all around ! Dorothy in Alabama

Hello my name is shaunda cavaness i too have been a victim from these people but they have screwed my account up roally i had to quit using my bank and open a new account so that i could have a pay check i too am a single mother with two kids i have not had a pay check since the end of july this company has drafted money from my account 8 times of coarse my bank would send it back but everytime i would be charged a fee of 35.00$ know i have signed alfadatas on the company and the company still continues top take money from my account and the regions bank has only returned 70.00 from 629.00$ what can i do no one is ever there to take my calls everytime i calli get the same awnsering service a lady with a small accsienti think maybe she is behined the skam i think all of us together should take a stand and fight this company. I am struggling so bad just to make end meat and know i am facing everything being taken away from me because i ahve not been able to pay my bills. i never heard of this group until these charges appear on my bank statement. I called the company a couple of times with no return call, so that i could dispute the caharges. my bank has started an investigation on my behalf.

i have also been scamed. went online to get a payday loan, i will never ever give my info on line to any payday loans or others. Can't get a live person on phone. I'm so angry bth with myself and these scummers. Now i have a $99.00 withdrawall and overdraft charges. I needed money not give money.

This company, whoever they are and without any authorization, drafted my bank acct. 99.00 without my consent or knowledge or services, products, etc, delivered to or accepted by me. What a total case of fraud, and i want my money, 99.00 plus overdraft fee of 28.00 incurred because of the blatant scam at hand. Thats a total of 128.00 U.S. Currency that i want refunded to my acct. asap...

contact your bank... without an authorizing signature you can file to have the money returned.

Platinum Online Group had withdrawl $99.49 from my checking account without my permission.. The number that was left with my bank I tried to call them but they were close. So the recording said to go to www.customerserviceonline.com and email them but it wont go thru telling me theres a failure to send the message.

I just checked my account and same thing... Who is Platinum Online Group, never heard of them?

I alson had a 99.00 charge debited from my account and I dont appreciate it either and you all need to put the 99.00 dollars back into my account. The so called membership needs to be cancelled cause I have not authorized the membership fee to be taken from my account.
