Texted number from website regarding questions about a particular ragdoll kitten that was offered for sale.

Answered my questions, and proceeded to try and make payment. I was instructed to use Cash app and make two payments since there are limits on Cash App. I set up a Cash app account and sent the 1st payment of $400. I tried to send the second payment and it stopped me from doing so, I needed to verify myself. The woman continued to text me back and forth and when I counldn' t make the 2nd payment through Cash App, she provided me a Zelle email. The Zelle email had a different name tied to it, but the payment would not go through.

I texted her to tell her to add me to her contacts on her Zelle account so I could make the final payment. She then stopped answering my texts.

I requested a refund of the $400 since she was not responding

No response. Took my $400 and I have not received a response or the kitten I was trying to purchase

4/04/2020 After text conversations regarding a kitten offered for sale on their site, I was asked to download the Cash app. I was instructed to make two payments since there was a limit on the Cash app.

I downloaded the app and sent $400. The app would not let me send a second payment until I was verified. We agreed to make the second payment in the morning. When I was unable to send the second payment, I was provided with an email address to use Zelle.

I was unable to use Zelle, and was notified that the original persons name where I sent the money was different than the name on the email. I email the person I was dealing with and was told that the name provided by my bank was correct and it was ok to use. The payment did not go through.

After speaking with my bank, I was told that it was on her end that the payment would not go through. She would have to add me to her contacts in Zelle to receive payment.

I sent her a text to inform her and asked that she inform me when it was completed. I never heard back.

After several hours I requested a refund and never heard back. The last text I sent to her was that I was reporting the website for fraud.

No refund, No cat. would like to press charges.
