I ordered on line today. My groceries where delivered.
Unfortunately, I encountered the following problems with this order:
Missing items:
1. Cadbury Dairy Milk Easter Bunny (R29.99).
2. Beacon Marshmallow Egg 36s (R62.99)
3. PnP Apple & Blueberry Sparkling Water 500ml (R3.99)
4. PnP PassionFruit & Pineapple Sparkling Water 500ml (R3.99)
5. PnP Supa Wipes 15s (49.00)
Incorrect products:
1. I ordered Jacobs Gold Instant Coffee Pouch 230g. I received Jacobs Decaf bottle.
2. I ordered PnP Creme Caramel Filled Milk Chocolate Eggs 3s. I received Salted Caramel Eggs 3s.
Incomplete orders:
1. I ordered 2 x Red Bull Sugar Free 250ml (R22.00). I only received one can of Red Bull instead of two cans.
I was also charged for R56.98 at 16:29 after I was refunded R501. 96.
No explanation was given for the deduction of the R56.98. Please provide me with an explanation.
I am incredibly disappointed with this service delivery. I was informed by many that PnP online shopping was stress free. On the contrary, it was not a good experience for me. I will never shop at PnP again. Now, I stuck with this tedious process of sorting out PnPs poor service delivery.
Please just refund my money for the missing items and incorrect orders. I don't want any replacements!
I have tried to call customer service on [protected] but have not been successful as my call gets disconnected.
