Pnp asap is so unprofessional and untrustworthy.
On the 10th of October 2022 I bought some items and right after paying I was told that some of them were unavailable. I then decided to cancel the unavailable items and asked for a refund. I was told that the refund amount has been given back to me, I waited for a day thinking I'll receive it . on the 12th I called the customer line, the woman was so rude, shouting at me like I did something terribly wrong from asking about my money, until this day which is on the 13th of October I haven't received my refund of an amount of R231, 53 order number 4749405.. Help me get this matter resolved because they are not getting comfortable at this which is not good customer care
