Refund money
Pnp asap is so unprofessional and untrustworthy. On the 10th of October 2022 I bought some items and right after paying I was told that some of them were unavailable. I placed an order with asap today. When the delivery guy came I opened my packaging to realize it's not my order. This was an inconvenience to me as I was looking forward to the order and cudnt even open any of the packaging as it wasn't my order. I called customer service just to run out of airtime. They didn't even call me back. I managed to buy more airtime and then called back asking them to return my call as this was not my error and here I had to give out extra money calling. I logged an email request that wasn't very helpful either.
Two hours later and I still didn't receive my order as customer care advised they would repack my order and delivered again.
This is not my error and I am the one without my products. The incorrect order had milk and I was so tempted to open that milk as my order also had milk and I needed breakfast for the kids.
I now have to skip breakfast as we are without milk or drinks that we ordered. I cannot understand how asap got this wrong as we have delivery numbers and clearly I got the wrong one.
It's making me doubt asap in the future
Desired outcome: Not to have this happen in the future
False advertising on products
I bought PnP brand 2kg Chicken and on the bag it says MINIMUM 11 PIECES. I bought 4 bags and in each bag I got 8 to 9 pieces and the small pieces u cant even count as 1 whole piece coz it looks like KFC's small wing pieces.
Clearly this is false advertising amd I need answers.
I bought these chicken for the month of January with my last few rands I had left and this is what I get. I thought if theres atleast 11 pieces in the bag and if I bought 4 it will be atleast 44 pieces for the month.
How can u do this to your loyal customers.

Yesterday we went to pick n pay to pay for dstv and two items. We were assisted by seiso. She gave us bad attitude. We told her that we will report her. She said she doesn't care and she won't assist us on those items and we don't know how to read, which there are post that says no items will be paid there at kiosk. Because we are customers, we have right, we can talk in any manner. We told her that we didn't notice the posts. But still she was rude. So I didn't want to report her to the store because I felt like they wont assistant us. Because she was talking with confidence
So the pnp customer service is so bad.
She told us that I have to join the long queue at the tills to pay for those two items. Which we spent time on queue at kiosk so I have to go to the queue to pay for those two items. She was so rude. I left the store unhappy. I told her I will take the matter far. She said go on.
