As someone deeply passionate about Pokemon and its merchandise, it pains me to share my disappointing experience with Pokemon Center. I recently ordered a $150 booster box, only to have it arrive damaged due to improper packaging. Despite reaching out to customer support, I was met with refusal for a replacement, leaving me feeling ripped off and undervalued as a customer. I absolutely love the Pok?mon Center. It has very high quality items and my packages always arrive on time. The only downside is it's expensive but you definitely get your moneys worth. If you're a huge Pok?mon fan then this is the site for you. I highly recommend it.

The Pokemon Center has the best selection and prices of Pokemon collectibles anywhere! I also love their collectibles and the care they take to package them. I've never ever had an issue with the store. I go there frequently to shop for myself and even to send surprise gifts to friends!

I preordered the chilling reign expansion and got it the day after it came out. Wasn't tampered with at all very happy with my package. Pretty average pulls even though i know that has nothing to do with the pok?mon center website. Very happy with my purchase. Exactly what i would expect.
Not quite sure about all the negative feedback
I've received all my packages relatively quickly, with no issue. The only issue I've had is that I once ordered something but I guess it was oversold so it had to be canceled which was a bit disappointing, but no biggie as I didn't get charged for it and the rest shipped out right after. It generally only takes 2-4 days for packages to arrive and the quality has always been top tier, exactly as described.
Plushies are ALWAYS great!
I've bought tons of plushies over the years from the Pok?mon Center! Ive never been lucky enough to get sealed cards from them though, they sell out instantly pretty much? so I can't speak for that section! But the plushies, immaculate and always have been! Even the clothing, accessories, etc are always great! Never had issues with customer service either, things are always great! Not sure why they have such a bad rep? :(

Ordered 2 plushies for grandsons-- best price around (plus no shipping) and arrived quickly and well packed. Grandma fail-- I ordered the wrong plushie and had to return one. The return policy was clearly stated, easy to do and, best of all free. Good thing I didn't read the negative reviews prior to ordering-- I had a a great experience... and when I figure out which plushie I should have ordered (!), will return to this site.
Disappointing Experience with Pokemon Center's Shipping and Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Pokemon Center. I ordered something for my son's Christmas present and it was supposed to be here on December 14th. But guess what? It's still not here! And get this, I live only an hour away from where it was shipped from. But no, they had to use FedEx as their shipping company and wouldn't let me choose UPS or USPS. So now, I'm still waiting for my package.
I've been calling them every day since December 14th, trying to find out when it's going to arrive. And every time, they tell me the same thing: "Your package will be delivered by the end of the day." But guess what? It never came. And on Tuesday, December 21st, I found out that they didn't even know where it was in the facility. Can you believe that?
Finally, yesterday I got a text saying that it was out on the truck for delivery and would be here by the end of the day. But nope, it didn't come. And today, I got the same message. So I called them up to verify and they told me that they really don't know when I'll get the package. What kind of customer service is that?
I mean, I already paid for this package and now I don't even know when I'm going to get it. What am I supposed to do? This is not how you treat your customers. I'm really disappointed in Pokemon Center and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Disappointing Pre-Order Experience with PokemonCenter: Delayed Shipping and Lack of Communication
I just used PokemonCenter for the first time to pre-order the Marnie Nendoroid in March 2021. The site said they would ship in November 2021. But by the end of November, I never received any shipping confirmation. So, I reached out to them wondering if the delay was due to Covid. But all I have been told for almost two months since is "we're looking into the issue". It's been frustrating because I've gotten different agents each time, and each one says they'll reach out, but they never do. I always have to email them first.
If I don't receive anything by the end of February 2022, I will just order elsewhere (unfortunately they just cost more on other sites) and cancel it. The Marnie Nendo has been out since August, so it's been a long wait.
I also pre-ordered Legends: Arceus in good faith because I wanted the Arceus plush bonus gift. But it was delayed, so I didn't receive it for release day. And I still haven't received any shipping confirmation for it either. I guess I'll just have to wait and see on that one.
To sum it up, if you want something as a pre-order and on time, try to get it elsewhere. PokemonCenter will let you down. It will not be on time if you get it at all. And they don't even tell you if there are issues with shipping or if they're overlooking your order. It's frustrating, but I guess that's just how it is sometimes.
Poor Customer Service and Delayed Refund from Pokemon Center
I bought a charm made of sterling silver from Pokemon Center, but I changed my mind and decided to return it. I sent it back on June 8th, and they received it on the 15th. However, it's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received my refund. It's frustrating because they seem to be more interested in making money than providing good customer service. They're quick to ship out orders when you pay extra for expedited shipping, but when it comes to refunds, they drag their feet.
I opened a dispute with PayPal, and thankfully, they're going to help me get my money back. I paid $58.97 for the charm, but Pokemon Center only wanted to refund me the base price of $54.99. It's not fair that they don't want to give me my full refund, especially since I returned the item in good condition.
To make matters worse, their customer support is terrible. They pick and choose which issues they want to respond to, and they conveniently ignored my request for an update on my refund. They promised to process it within 2-3 days of receiving the item, but it's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received anything.
Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Pokemon Center. They need to improve their customer service and be more transparent about their refund policies. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you're willing to risk not getting your money back if you need to return something.
Mixed Bag of Halloween Decor from Pokemon Center: Good Eevee, Bad Mimikyu Bowl & Poor Customer Service
Got some of their Halloween stuff for decoration and I gotta say, it was a mixed bag. The Eevee was packed with styrofoam and shipped well, no complaints there. But the Mimikyu bowl was a whole different story. The packaging was just plain bad. The box had a CERAMIC bowl in a plastic bag and a flimsy cardboard insert to hold it in place. Nothing to actually protect the extremely fragile parts, like the ears. And boy, did it show. When I opened the box, the bowl was split down the sides and both of the ears were off (as you can see in the picture below). The box was inside a packing box with just air bags, and not even enough to keep it from wiggling around.
So I contacted customer service and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. They basically said "oh well, too bad, so sad. Send it back and we'll take forever to process it and get you a refund." And when I mentioned the packaging, they gave me that generic "we'll report your concerns to the proper department" response. It didn't feel like talking to a real person at all.
I'm still waiting for them to send me the link to leave a review on the product itself, but honestly, I should have listened to the reviews. Some of the newer ones seemed to say that the packaging had improved, but I was wrong to be hopeful.
Overall, I'd say that the Pokemon Center has some good stuff, but be careful when ordering fragile items. And don't expect much from their customer service.

I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with Pokemon Center. They definitely deserve a 5 out of 5 stars from me. I placed my order on November 20th, 2021, right around noon, and I was stoked to receive my items on November 26th, 2021, also around noon. That's some pretty quick shipping, if you ask me!
So, what did I get, you ask? Well, let me tell you. I snagged the new release 19 3/4 Piplup plushie, the Swablu 14 3/4 plushie, and the piplup squishy keychain. And let me tell you, these babies did not disappoint.
The extra large squishy Piplup plushie came in a sealed bag and a larger clear bag, and it was packed in a giant box. The Swablu and keychain arrived in a separate large box as well. Everything was packaged super well and was in pristine condition. The boxes were taped up really well, and there was no damage to any of the items.
Now, let's talk about the plushies themselves. The Swablu plushie is so incredibly soft, it's unreal. I'm not even kidding, it's sitting on my pillow right now, and I can't stop hugging it. It's the perfect size for snuggles, too.
But the real star of the show is the Piplup plushie. Holy cow, this thing is massive. I'm 5'10 and have pretty broad shoulders, and this plushie takes up my entire torso. It's almost 20 inches tall, so it's definitely not a small plushie. I actually got it as a Christmas gift for my niece, and I also got the keychain to put on her Piplup backpack. If you're thinking of doing the same thing, I'd recommend getting the smaller 13 3/4 inch plushie, because this one is seriously huge. But it's also incredibly soft and squishy, and it's just so darn cute.
Overall, I would highly recommend Pokemon Center. The prices are great, the shipping is fast, and the plushies are in excellent condition. They're super soft and fluffy, and they come with all the tags included. There's no damage or loose threads, either. So if you're a Pokemon fan, definitely check out Pokemon Center. You won't be disappointed!

I gotta say, my experience with Pokemon Center was just plain bad. I ordered a promo card box featuring Pikachu, which came with four cards that make up a giant image. I was so hyped to get it, but when it arrived and I opened the box, I saw that one of the cards was a duplicate. I reached out to customer service and oh boy, they were just terrible. They told me I had to pack up all the cards and put them back in the original box. I asked if they could just send me the missing card, but they said no. They also warned me that if the cards weren't in the original packaging, I'd have to pay a restocking fee. I mean, come on! Cancel my order
Ordered a ETB, and realized some how my billing and shipping address was all wrong. I reordered the same item with the correct info and contacted customer service to cancel my first order because all the info was wrong. This was all done within 5min of eachother.
Customer service told me they couldn't cancel my order because it's in there system already. Huh? Of course it's in your system,it hasn't been shipped or processed yet,why can't you cancel the first order? So basically anything you order cannot be canceled unless it's a preorder. So now I have to contact my bank and dispute the charge,cuz somehow I was still charged even though the billing info was wrong.

I ordered a Christmas gift from Pokemon Center on December 12th, but it's been over 10 days and it still hasn't shipped! I've contacted customer support so many times asking for an update, but all they said was "we aren't sure, we'll send it as soon as possible."

I gotta say, I've been buying stuff from Pokemon Center for a while now and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my recent purchases. And it's definitely not possible to buy multiple Elite Trainer Boxes and not get a single hit in any of them. I mean, I bought 40 packs and not a single hit. That's just ridiculous. And don't even get me started on the fact that all of those packs had green code cards. Like, what's the point of even buying them?
Honestly, I think you're better off buying an Elite Trainer Box from one of those greasy Walmart scalpers. At least they actually have a chance of getting a hit. I mean, I know I'm not the only one who's had this problem. I've talked to other people who have bought from Pokemon Center and they've had the same issue. It's just not right.

So, I recently bought a Special Delivery Charizard from Pokemon Center and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The card was in terrible condition, like I've seen better cards that have been sitting in a lunch box for 20 years. It was just thrown into the box with no protection and it arrived all bent, scratched and damaged on every edge. And don't even get me started on the centering, it was just shocking. I mean, did they even check it before sending it out?

I had a friend who had the same issue with the UK store and they just gave him another code without any questions asked. They even offered him a discount off his next order. But here's the thing, I think these guys might be on some shady business. I mean, I attached a screenshot of the email they sent me about suspending/banning my account and it's pretty sus. And then I found some text in their terms of use that straight up shows they're kleptophobic. Like, what the heck, man? Discrimination against thieves is not cool.
We gotta stand up against this kind of nonsense. The Pokemon Company should be ashamed of themselves for treating their fans and customers like this. It's time to put an end to kleptophobia and all forms of discrimination.

We placed two boxes of pokemon cards on preorder. We waiting a month snd it didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. The tracking information wasn’t telling us anything. When we reached out to them, they said we needed to wait two weeks before they can help us. Two weeks of tracking not being updated, we reached out again and they said it looks like the package was lost during transit. They said they couldn’t do anything about it and it was out of stock now. How can they handle a situation in this manner? This company is an absolute scam and incredibly unprofessional.

I returned a drama toy shop as I bought 2 by mistake on the 29th November 2022. I had an email that I have tried to reply to but it's been returned undelivered. Evolving skies Elite trainer box.
Good afternoon.after long search of stores I’ve finally been able to come across an evolving skies etb. I was so excited to open it and upon opening I was not please. I was shorted a pack. Luckily I was able to get one of the evolved eevees in one of the packs. But so not happy with only having 7 packs. Now worried about buying another elite trainer box. With probably only purchase single packs or boxes that packs are visual. This is not the first time this has happened.

I had one of my pokemon in a gym for almost 6 days. When he was returned I didn't get any coins. Then I had a almost a week later another pokemon in another gym that I had placed several days after the other one was returned and he was in the gym for a day or two had he was returned and I received no coins. What gives. I want my coins.
Failure to Deliver
Put in a preorder 3 months ago worth almost $300. Day or release and no package. Website shows processing. Has been that way for all 3 months. No help whatsoever from the company, just a request forwarded and we'll get back to you no actual customer service to call. The one number I find doesn't exist. Website says package at the latest should be delivered the day after thanksgiving. Still shows processing. Still waiting for them to get back to me after three forwarded requests!
