Dear Policy bazar team,
(Mail Ref. ID: PB52067144) PB Application ID [protected]
My car policy is going to expire on 7 th Feb 2025 and i paid money through PB on 2 February 2025.
We made numerous unsuccessful attempts to upload car inspection video using the PB aap.
I realized that my Reliance general insurance car insurance policy will not be implemented after numerous email exchanges and WhatsApp chats with the Policy bazaar team.
I'm still surprised as to why you took my full cash payment without completing the necessary paperwork for car insurance.
I spent the entire two days fixing the problem, and despite providing my wife's and my phone numbers, nobody from the policy bazaar called.
I sent all KYC paperwork, payment slips and details, and a video of a car inspection, but my policy is still in the pipeline.
I am really desp on your service and decided to cancel my proposal to deal with the policy bazaar for car insurance.
I understand IRDA allowed this facility to customers. I am hereby requesting to cancel my request for car insurance and refund my cash payment.
My car policy is going to expire on 6 th February 2025 and I cannot wait for your delayed service which might invite a penalty from the traffic department.
Apology for utilizing your PB platform for vehicle insurance and I never practice this mistake anymore.
Expecting my money refund as soon as possible or issue my policy by accepting the inspection video which i attached..
Thanks and Regards

PolicyBazaar failed to execute your policy, placing you in a position to face penalties while still collecting your money. They did not attend to your several attempts to solve the problem and provided inadequate service. You have the right to ask for an immediate refund or activation of the policy — whichever is easier to process to begin with. If they attempt to buy time, elevate your issue to the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) with a formal complaint. Don't let their blunders waste your time or cost you any more money.
