Disappointing Experience with Pop Fit: Oversized Leggings and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered from Pop Fit for the first time and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again and I'll definitely be warning my friends to avoid them too.
I ordered my usual size, a small, and according to their website, their sizes are based on sizes from other popular brands. So even if the small was a little larger than normal, it should still fit snugly. But when I received the leggings, I was shocked. They were HUGE. I mean, they were so baggy that they were literally falling off of my body. I would need an XXS from this company and even that might be too big.
But the real warning sign came when I got a paper in the bag with my order that said there would be a fee to return or exchange the item. The problem was, it didn't say what the fee was and I didn't want to get trapped with some random expensive bill. So, I reached out to their customer support to ask right away, on the same day that I received the package.
I really wanted to get something that fits, even though it's honestly insane that a size Small didn't fit me. The design for the item is cute, but it's been over a month and they NEVER replied to me after two attempts to reach out. I'm afraid to return or exchange the item because of this mysterious fee they held over my head and refuse to explain properly. And now, it's undoubtedly been too long to return the item.
So, I'm just stuck with this honestly hilariously oversized "small" pair of leggings that I guess I'm just going to have to donate because there's no world in which these will fit me. It's so frustrating because they were so expensive and now I just have to get rid of them. Overall, I had a horrible experience with this company and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Pop Fit Leggings: The Perfect Compression Solution for Health Issues
I've been dealing with some health issues for a few years now and it's been tough. Every fat cell in my body seems to multiply by three. I've tried a lot of treatments, but nothing seemed to work. That's when I saw an ad for Pop Fit on Facebook and thought, "Why not give it a try?" I couldn't believe how affordable my first order was. I'm so glad I took that chance!
When I received my order, I was skeptical. The leggings looked so small! But when I tried them on, I was amazed. They fit perfectly! The material felt amazing and the compression was just what I needed. I've tried compression garments from Italy that cost over $100 and these leggings are just as good, if not better! They even go up to my boobs, which I love because it tucks in my tummy. I felt so free and confident in these leggings. I looked 10 times smaller too!
The compression helped with the pain caused by Lipedema and my knees feel better. The swelling is controlled more and I don't struggle to put them on like I do with other compression garments. I even have to wear tubi grip on my lower left leg to help with an open wound on my shin, but these leggings slide right on. It's amazing!
I'm now a VIP and have several pairs of leggings and even ordered some for my teenage daughter who is starting to have some issues too. Unfortunately, these conditions tend to be genetic, but we're tough girls and we'll get through it together. I can't wait to surprise her with her order when it arrives!
I'm so grateful for Pop Fit. It's helped me care about myself again and feel confident in my own skin. I still have to do other treatments, but hopefully, as I decrease in size, I won't need them as much. Thank you, Pop Fit, for giving me my confidence back!
Pop Fit Clothing: Deceptive Policies and Poor Quality
As a consumer, I am disappointed to find that popular online clothing store Pop Fit (popfitclothing.com) seems to have only positive reviews on their website and other review platforms. It makes me wonder if some of these reviews have been paid for or incentivized, especially given the negative experiences that some people have shared.
One of the main issues that many customers seem to face is sizing. A lot of people have reported that the fit of the leggings is poor, and even when they have sized up, they have not been satisfied with the quality. I can relate to this, as I too found that the leggings were only okay, but definitely not worth the price.
What really irked me about my experience with Pop Fit, however, was their one per household policy. Despite the fact that my mom and I are at the same address temporarily due to the pandemic, they would not allow her to get her own pair of leggings. This seems to be a hidden and misleading policy, as there was no indication of it when I made my order. Not only is it frustrating to be unable to share something that we both might have enjoyed, but it also speaks to a lack of trust on the part of Pop Fit with their customers.
Furthermore, the customer service that I received was poor at best. It seemed like they were not interested in helping me or answering my questions, and even when I did get a response, it took a long time and was not very helpful. The shipping was also expensive and very slow, with my order taking three weeks to arrive.
Additionally, Pop Fit has a predatory return policy, with fees for every step of the process. Given the quality of the leggings that I received, I would not ever consider ordering from them again. Even the $12.83 shipping cost is not worth the lackluster product and poor customer service.
Overall, I would caution anyone considering ordering from Pop Fit to look elsewhere. The price may seem attractive at first, but it is not worth the hassle and frustration that you may encounter. The company's policies and practices are unethical, and their products are not worth the time or money. Steer clear and find a better option.
Disappointing Experience with Pop Fit's Workout Leggings: Poor Quality, Inconsistent Sizing, and Unfair Return Policy
I recently had the opportunity to try Pop Fit, an online clothing store specializing in workout leggings. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was less than stellar.
First and foremost, I found the quality of the leggings to be quite poor. Additionally, the sizing seemed to be inconsistent, which resulted in a lot of frustration when trying on the different pairs I had received. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my subscription after the first month, although I wish I had done so sooner.
What really bothered me, however, was the company's return policy. After receiving a pair of pants that were clearly mislabeled and far too small for me, I contacted Pop Fit to let them know I would be returning them. They informed me that this was fine, but that I would need to pay for return shipping and keep the tags attached. Nothing out of the ordinary here.
However, when I sent the pants back, Pop Fit neglected to inform me that I would also need to return a cheap 'bonus gift' they had included with my order (a drawstring backpack). When I failed to do so, they docked $10 from my refund. I find this to be extremely poor customer service, and would caution anyone considering ordering from Pop Fit to read their fine print carefully.
All in all, I would not recommend Pop Fit to anyone looking for quality workout leggings. While their prices may seem appealing, there are far better options available from companies with better customer service policies.
Pop Fit Leggings Review: Comfortable, Fashionable, and Worth the Hype!
Are you looking for stylish yet comfortable leggings that stand up to all the hype? Look no further than Pop Fit! As someone who was skeptical about the legitimacy of this company, I can confidently say that they deliver on all their promises. I recently purchased two pairs of leggings - one with intricate cutouts and another with delicate ankle embellishments - and eagerly checked the tracking information every day until they arrived. And let me tell you, the wait was totally worth it!
As a tall gal with a long leg and a size 8 frame, I ordered a medium and they fit me like a glove. These are hands down the most comfortable and fashionable leggings I have ever purchased. The seams are flat and stitched smoothly together, which is particularly important for ladies with delicate skin. And let's talk about the pockets for a minute - they are nothing short of miraculous! Not only do they hold my new iPhone, but they can also hold snacks (because let's be real, who doesn't need a snack during a long workout?).
What really sets Pop Fit apart is their high waistband, which sits just under my ribs (again, I have a long torso) and eliminates any pesky muffin top. On the rare occasions where I want a shorter rise, I simply fold the waistband over and it's just as comfortable and flattering. I'm already planning my next purchase, and this time I think I'll go for a bright color. Plus, I'm getting a pair for my Mom as a Valentine's Day gift - I know she'll love them.
One final note: representation truly matters, and that's a big reason for why I was drawn to Pop Fit in the first place. Seeing women of all shapes and sizes in their ads gave me the confidence to take the plunge and make my first order. Fitness and healthy living look different for everyone, and we all deserve to feel comfortable and fabulous in our leggings. Thanks, Pop Fit, for making that possible!
Disappointing Experience with Pop Fit Clothing: Product Issues and Inadequate Customer Service Policies
When I first heard about Pop Fit clothing, I was excited to try out their leggings and bras for myself and my daughter. As we are both plus-sized with different sizes and heights, I thought it would be perfect. I went ahead and made a purchase during the Covid pandemic, so I can't say much about the delivery time.
However, I did encounter some issues with their returns and exchange policy. I had to read through the fine print and found out that they don't provide a label to return items, and instead, the customer has to pay for the shipping or have a fee of $6.99 deducted from their refund. It took a few days for their customer support team to respond to my questions, and even when I made it clear that I wanted to return instead of exchange, they still sent me instructions on exchanging.
Then, when it came to actually trying on the clothing, my daughter found that the leggings were too tight despite following their size guidelines. We tried on a bigger size, and although they felt like swimsuit material, my daughter still didn't like them. I tried on the bra, but it was far too small even for me, and my daughter was falling out of it.
Overall, while the actual product may not have been what I hoped for, the real disappointment was their customer service and returns policy. As someone who has dealt with many other online retailers, it's frustrating to see that they don't provide return labels, which should be pretty standard these days. Furthermore, it seems that they only accept positive reviews, which is concerning. For these reasons, I will not be doing business with Pop Fit clothing again and would advise others to look elsewhere.
Pop Fit Clothing Review: Poor Quality and Dishonest Customer Service
I recently had an experience with Pop Fit (popfitclothing.com) that has left me feeling disappointed with the company. I attempted to cancel my subscription, but was offered a free gift with my next order if I decided to keep it going. Curious, I decided to give them another chance and was sent a cheap promotional drawstring backpack bag. I donated it to a charity shop and went on to cancel my subscription again. My next payment was still taken out, but I decided to wait and see what I would receive.
Upon receiving my order, I was shocked at the quality of the leggings they sent me. As a plus-sized woman, I ordered a 2XL but was given leggings that were mostly sheer. I couldn't wear them to the gym or in public. They also didn't fit well and were uncomfortable. To add insult to injury, I also received another cheap promotional drawstring backpack and a fabric scrap headband that I did not ask for nor wanted.
When I contacted customer service to initiate a refund, they required me to mail back the leggings in their original packaging. I received a refund of $17, but later received an email stating that I did not return the two free gifts and was charged $9.50 per item. There was no mention of returning those items when I requested a refund, and I did not even order or expect to receive them. They only requested the contents of my order to be returned. When I expressed my disappointment in this, their response was basically "too bad."
This experience left me feeling extremely dishonest and disappointed in Pop Fit. Their customer service was inadequate and I couldn't believe they would charge me for items I did not order, request, or even expect to receive. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their products don't live up to their hype and their professionalism is lacking.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Returns Process at Pop Fit: A Cautionary Review
I recently purchased some leggings from Pop Fit and while the quality of the product is good and they are comfortable to wear, I would strongly advise caution before making any purchases from this company. My experience with their customer service was less than ideal, and I had some serious issues with their returns process.
In my latest order, I had ordered twelve items from the website which amounted to over $300. Unfortunately, two out of the twelve items had some issues, one of which had a hole in it when I received it. While I expected the company to be understanding and replace the item for me, I was extremely disappointed to find out that I had to pay $9.99 for shipping even though they were the ones who sent me a damaged product.
I also had issues with the sizing of the leggings, as the full-length ones did not fit the same as the capri-style leggings. I had to return four pairs in total because they were too small, and one of them did not have any tags on them. Although I included a note stating the situation, the company threw away the pair with the missing tag without offering me any sort of refund or credit.
What disappointed me most was that Pop Fit did not accept the return for the pair without any tags even though I had included it in the return package. They even went so far as to send me an email stating that they do not accept returns without tags, although they sent me a damaged pair in the first place and made me pay for shipping to replace it.
I have worked in retail for several years, and I know that reattaching tags is a common occurrence and it doesn't cost anything. I was shocked that a company like Pop Fit would throw away a perfectly good pair of leggings without trying to resolve the situation in a professional and courteous manner.
I had hoped to support this company and recommend it to others, but after this experience, I cannot do so. Their customer service and returns process is a nightmare, and I would caution anyone considering purchasing from them to be extremely careful and double-check sizing before submitting an order.
PopFit Clothing Review: Misaligned Sizing and Poor Customer Service
My experience with PopFit (popfitclothing.com) was quite disappointing. I purchased 6 pairs of underwear and 3 "Stella w/Pockets" leggings in medium size with different patterns. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that one of the leggings' patterns, the "green/pink," was sized significantly different than the other two pairs received. Even though it was labeled as medium size, it clearly did not fit me as the other two identical pairs.
I reached out to customer service with pictures and requested an exchange as the product was incorrectly sized. PopFit requested more information and photos, which I quickly supplied. However, their response was quite disappointing. They refused to exchange the product, stating that the leggings were not damaged nor defective. Moreover, PopFit claimed that different styles can fit differently due to the compensation of materials needed for colorful and patterned leggings, and I would have to pay $4.99 to exchange.
I was quite frustrated as there was no indication on PopFit's website or sizing guide that identical styles and sizes should fit differently, and the green/pink leggings' measured inseam was only 27 inches, three inches shorter than the advertised minimum. The product was clearly not as advertised, and I was stuck with a product that did not fit properly.
Overall, I learned about PopFit through Instagram, which was my first mistake. Their business practices were quite shady, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's always essential to do thorough research before purchasing from a new brand to avoid situations like this one.
Poor Durability and Customer Service: A Review of Pop Fit Clothing
Pop Fit offers clothing that seems to be attractive to many people due to their sizing and pockets, but it falls short in terms of durability. The high cost makes it a questionable investment, but what's more alarming is the abysmal customer service.
A customer placed an order in late July and two months later, they are still waiting for their order. While the pandemic may cause delays, over 35 business days is unacceptable. Customer service has provided excuses, but no resolution. The company refuses to refund the shipping charges and insists the customer must wait for the package to be returned before receiving their money back, which could take up to eight months.
The customer also ordered different sizes due to uncertainty about fit and was told they could easily exchange or return the product within 30 days. However, this policy is worthless, as the company's incompetence has meant more than 60 days have passed and the customer cannot return the items they don't need.
This lack of interest in customers and poor handling of customer service is unprofessional and unacceptable. It is recommended to find sportswear at a local store rather than dealing with Pop Fit.
Avoid Pop Fit Clothing: Poor Quality and Deceptive Practices
Pop Fit clothing has been a major disappointment for me. Despite the company's claim of 100% satisfaction guaranteed, I found the leggings to be a complete scam, as I was charged $20 for something that was supposedly "free". The company implemented a $12 shipping and handling fee and even charged me an additional $12 for a discounted bra as another separate order, even though all three items were shipped together.
When I contacted the company to address these issues, I was met with a lecture and no willingness to provide me with a refund, whether partial or in full. Furthermore, the quality of the clothes is extremely poor and intensely itchy, even just a minute after putting them on. Although the designs are cute, these clothes are not suited for the average physique. Despite measuring myself using their item descriptions, I found that the items were either too small or too big. The bra inserts were also lumpy, and one of the items I received was used and had a deodorant stain on it.
After reaching out to the company, the company replied after the 24-48 hour response period, which was too late since I only had a 3-day window of time to share any concerns regarding my purchase. In addition, they said I needed to pay a $6 restocking fee and $12 for shipping and handling to get another size, basically requiring me to buy another pair.
I have had enough of this company's poor quality and deceptive practices, and have had to consult with my bank for an immediate chargeback to prevent them from taking my money. This experience indicates to me that this company is most probably a scam, since I originally found it on Instagram and couldn't view their terms on this platform.
Therefore, I would suggest that anyone looking for quality workout clothes avoid Pop Fit clothing. Instead, go for TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Target, as these brands have much better quality for the same price. It's unfortunate because I did appreciate the company's wide range of shapes and sizes in their workout clothing, something that is still missing from the market. However, the quality of the clothes is so poor, and I wouldn't recommend anyone waste their time and money on this brand, even if they're having a difficult time finding something.
Pop Fit Leggings Review: Not Worth the Price or Hype - Questionable Quality and Advertising
As someone who owns 80 pairs of leggings, I have some experience to draw from when it comes to athletic wear. I recently ordered a pair of leggings from Pop Fit and was disappointed with my purchase. The leggings were advertised as "low compression" and I was expecting a soft, comfortable feel. However, they felt like a mix of cardboard and cheap athletic fabric. They also did not fit me well, despite ordering their smallest size (XS) and being a size 0-2 and 5'7". The leggings were too big, not full length as advertised, and had a large elastic band running along the waistband which many found strange.
I decided to give the leggings to my younger sister, who seemed to like them, but I cannot recommend them for the usual price of ~$50. However, I will say that the free leggings with just a payment for shipping offer is a decent deal if you need some cheap throw away leggings. The company's advertising is also a bit sketchy, with non-professional replies to criticism/questions on their Instagram page, and problematic ads that bring down other companies to push their own membership during checkout.
I also noticed that Pop Fit only displays positive reviews on their website, which strikes me as dishonest. When I asked about this on their Instagram page, my comment was deleted and I was blocked. I believe that larger companies should include negative reviews as well to be transparent with their customers. Additionally, Pop Fit's size inclusivity seems lacking since their smallest size was too big on someone who is around 130lbs. There are other companies out there that prioritize true size inclusivity and body positivity, and I recommend supporting them instead.
Pop Fit Complaints 15
Poor quality, defective, false advertising, shady
Worst customer service and NO return policy on any of their deals or clearance. Their size chart is WRONG. I'm usually a large. It said I'm a medium. Okay fine. I went against my intuition and ordered Med b/c it is seemingly a bigger girl friendly site. Bad Idea. They won't let you return leggings that are bought from a 'new customer' promotion or at their...
Read full review of Pop FitSize exchange
I purchased ( not sure of exact date ) 2 pairs of leggings but the wrong size. You have 1-2 hours to change/cancel your order when the order is first placed. I immediately emailed them to exchange just the size. I received an email back 2 days later stating that said they're sorry but they can't modify the order because the order was processed right away and that I can email, again, to start the exchange process. I thought "ok. easy enough". I receive the leggings (August 31) and send them a email to let them know I received them and would like to exchange them. Two (2) days later, I receive an email saying they can't because of the sale. I can really understand if it was a clearance but it wasn't! I just wanted a size smaller. I didn't want a refund or different style/price, just exchange the size! When they said "no exchange" I assumed it meant styles. I don't understand why a size exchange was a problem.
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to exchange, just for the size.
Disappointed with Pop Fit's Leggings: Sizing and Customer Service Issues
I recently made an order on Pop Fit's website and got myself three pairs of leggings. Two of them fit me perfectly, but the third one was super tight! I was surprised because all three pairs were the same size. The two pairs that fit me well were the Stella design, and the third one was the Rori design, which was too tight for me. I reached out to their customer service team, and it took them five days to get back to me. When they finally did, they told me that the Roris are a more "snug fit" than the other styles. I was a bit disappointed because I wish they had told me that before I made my purchase.
I thought that maybe washing the leggings would help loosen them up because they were so stiff when they arrived. Unfortunately, that didn't work, and I was still stuck with a pair of leggings that didn't fit me well. This was the first time I had a problem with Pop Fit, and I was disappointed that they wouldn't let me exchange the leggings because I had already washed them. They needed the tags to do an exchange, which was frustrating.
I was not very happy with my experience with Pop Fit. To make matters worse, I found out that the Raypose leggings on Amazon are cheaper. If you've ever seen that viral review about that woman falling down a mountain and her leggings not ripping or snagging, that's the brand I'm talking about, and those have pockets too. I think I'll try that brand next time I'm in the market for new leggings.
Overall, I think Pop Fit needs to be more transparent about their sizing and fit. It's frustrating to purchase something and find out that it doesn't fit well, especially when you can't exchange it. I hope they can improve their customer service and be more upfront about their products in the future.

Pop Fit Leggings: Sneaky Business Model and Uncomfortable Fit
I gotta say, I've got a bit of a bone to pick with Pop Fit. I mean, don't get me wrong, I've got five pairs of their leggings in my wardrobe. But it's not because I love them or anything. No, it's because their business model is so darn sneaky. They make it so easy to forget to skip a month, and before you know it, you've got a whole bunch of leggings you never even wanted.
And honestly, even if I did want to wear them, I don't think I could. They're just so uncomfortable. The material is all wrong - it's not stretchy enough to accommodate my thighs, and it traps sweat like nobody's business. I mean, come on, Pop Fit, if you're marketing to plus size buyers, you've gotta make sure your leggings actually fit properly.
And don't even get me started on the length. I'm 5'9", and these things barely come down to my knees. It's like they're designed for people half my height. And the crotch? Forget about it. No matter how much I try to pull them up, they always end up sitting between my upper thighs. It's not a good look, let me tell you.
I thought maybe I just needed to size up, so I tried a 2x. But that didn't help either - they were still way too short, and the waistband didn't even fit properly. And of course, I forgot to cancel for another three months. Ugh.
So when they charged my account for another pair of leggings and didn't even bother to ship them out, I was pretty ticked off. I tried to contact them to get a refund, but surprise surprise, they didn't respond. And now I've got yet another pair of $40 leggings that I don't even want.
Honestly, I'm just gonna donate them to Goodwill or something. Maybe someone else will have better luck with them than I did. But as for me, I'm done with Pop Fit.

All in all, I would not recommend Pop Fit to anyone looking for quality workout leggings. While their prices may seem appealing, there are far better options available from companies with better customer service policies.
Mixed Experience with Pop Fit Clothing: Leggings with Convenient Pockets but Disappointing VIP Membership Policy
My experience with Pop Fit (popfitclothing.com) was a bit of a mixed bag, but overall, I'd say that the quality of the leggings I purchased were decent. One of the features I really appreciated were the pockets on the leggings, which were convenient and made it easy to put my phone in while I was out for a run. I didn't experience any issues with the leggings being see-through, which was definitely a plus.
However, I did run into some problems with the VIP membership. While I was initially excited to join and take advantage of the perks, I ended up being quite disappointed. The biggest issue for me was the fact that you only get one chance to return an article of clothing for free during your membership. While I understand that they have to have some sort of policy in place, I found this to be quite limiting, especially given some of the issues I ran into.
During the span of my membership, I was sent two items that were moderately damaged. Additionally, I ended up with a pair of repeat leggings, even though I had kept my Wishlist updated. It was frustrating to feel like they weren't paying attention to what I had already purchased, and were just picking items off my list without any regard for whether or not I already had them. They did offer a free return on one item, but since all of the issues were their fault, it felt ridiculous to have to pay $35 for the membership and deal with the hassle of returns.
In the end, I decided to just wear the scuff-marked clothing and give the extra leggings to my sister, since I didn't have a printer to print off the return label. Especially with the pandemic, it just didn't feel worth it to try to figure out where to get it printed. While the clothing itself was decent, I would caution others to stay away from the VIP membership if they can. It just wasn't worth the hassle for me.
Pop Fit Leggings Review: Poor Quality, Misleading Free Pair, and Frustrating Customer Service
As a consumer, I recently purchased some leggings from Pop Fit and was initially drawn in by the promise of a free pair. However, I soon discovered that the free pair was not so free after all, as I was charged $14.95 for postage and packing. Additionally, I accidentally added another pair of leggings to my order, which was confusing as there were various items thrust at me while checking out.
Upon receiving the leggings, I was disappointed to find that the quality was extremely poor. Not only was there a rip in the seam, but they also had a strange chemical smell. The fit was also subpar, with sagging in areas where it shouldn't have been.
The real trouble began when I tried to reach out to customer service. I was unable to locate a phone number and was instead instructed to send an email with a response time between 48-72 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back from anyone until four days later.
When I requested to return the leggings due to their poor condition, I was informed that I would have to cover the costs of shipping myself. Furthermore, only a portion of my money could be refunded due to the free pair being given in exchange for the packing fee. It was a frustrating experience, especially since the poor quality leggings weren't even worth the trouble. In the end, I had to throw them away due to them being itchy and having a hole.
It's a shame that Pop Fit couldn't offer a better product and customer service experience. Lessons learned - there really is no such thing as a free pair of leggings, and buyer beware when shopping on their website.
My Experience with Pop Fit: Deceptive Advertisements and Disappointing Customer Service
After trying Pop Fit myself, I have to say that I was disappointed with my experience. Although the sign-up process was a breeze, I felt like the company's advertisements were a bit deceiving. I was offered lots of free deals and discounts at the outset, which sounded too good to be true. And in the end, they were.
After placing my order and realizing that I didn't want to risk getting charged for the monthly membership, I saw another pop-up offer for a second pair of leggings for free. I read all the fine print on the five different pop-ups that followed, none of which stated that cancelling my membership would result in a cancelled order. Unfortunately, this was exactly what happened, and my package arrived incomplete.
I was frustrated to learn that I would have to keep the $35 subscription, pay the $13 shipping fee, and purchase the second pair of leggings before I would be able to receive my sought-after discount. Cancelling my subscription was also quite a hassle. Pop Fit support attempted to offer me more free deals that would, in fact, charge my account and not send me any package. Annoyed and disillusioned, I would advise other potential buyers to be very careful with Pop Fit. If an offer looks too good to be true, it probably is. Unfortunately, my attempts at contacting customer service went unanswered, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth and no solutions to my issues.
Disappointing Experience with Pop Fit's Customer Service and Products
I recently had an experience with Pop Fit that left me incredibly disappointed with their customer service. I was browsing their website on my phone when I found an item that I loved, so I clicked through to the checkout to purchase it. Unfortunately, the size that arrived was not the size that I had intended to order, so I immediately reached out to the customer service team to try and make a change. Despite my best efforts, they informed me that the order had already gone through and that there was nothing they could do to help me.
To make matters worse, the item that I received was incredibly uncomfortable and simply not what I had wanted. When I attempted to return the item, I encountered further issues with the company. Despite having a "wish list" feature on their site, I found that they often sent me items that I didn't want, and that some of these were even defective. In some cases, I tried to return or exchange these items, only to be met with broken links, confusion and poor customer service.
Even when I persisted in my efforts to reach out to the company and arrange a return or an exchange, I found myself encountering more problems. At times, their customer service team was sweet and apologetic when I was chasing up an issue, but ultimately they were unhelpful - letting me know that it was too late to make a return or exchange, and that I was stuck with the defective item that I never wanted in the first place.
All in all, I found Pop Fit to be a company that doesn't live up to its promises. While I appreciated the wish list feature, I was ultimately let down by the poor quality of their products, and the lack of support from their customer service team. I would advise others to be wary of ordering from Pop Fit in case they experience similar issues.
Poor customer service ruins positive product experience at popfitclothing.com
I recently made a purchase on popfitclothing.com and was unfortunately disappointed with their customer service. While I purchased L sized shorts and underwear that fit just fine, the L sized leggings I received were clearly not of the same size and fit more like a medium. Naturally, I reached out to customer service to address the issue and received an auto email indicating that my ticket was submitted. However, I never received any other communication and had to follow up with them again.
When I did finally get a response, it was in a defensive and condescending tone. They claimed they had already reached out to me and attached screenshots of the email to prove it. While I appreciated the effort, I was taken aback by the lack of empathy and disregard for my concerns. Additionally, instead of owning up to the mistake and offering a solution, they dismissed me and stated that I couldn't return the leggings because I had removed the tags.
To be clear, I wasn't even looking to return the leggings - I just wanted to express that they felt like a mislabeled product. However, the entire interaction felt like an uphill battle, with the customer service representative more concerned with proving me wrong than addressing the issue at hand. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at popfitclothing.com again and will be donating the leggings to the Salvation Army instead.
It's a shame, really, because I was quite pleased with the products I received in the past and even added leggings to my cart as an add-on. However, this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't want to support a company that doesn't prioritize its customers or invest in training their employees in customer service. In short, I wouldn't recommend popfitclothing.com, as their products may be hit or miss, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Warning: Stay Away from Pop Fit Clothing - Unethical and Frustrating Customer Service and Business Practices
Pop Fit Clothing is a highly problematic online retailer that can cause a great deal of frustration and loss to its customers. I would like to share my personal experience with this company and warn others about their poor customer service and unethical business practices.
My ordeal with Pop Fit Clothing began when I ordered a pair of tights and accidentally subscribed to their monthly service. Despite my attempts to cancel the subscription promptly, I was charged several times for tights that I did not want or order. To make matters worse, the size and fit of the tights were all wrong, despite my careful measurements and selection. Even though I had not opened 7 of the packages received, the company refused to exchange or refund the products.
After a tedious and frustrating process of negotiation, Pop Fit Clothing agreed to refund and exchange some of the items, but once I shipped them back, they refused to honor these arrangements. They kept the goods without sending any compensation for the unwelcome charges or shipping fees.
I would strongly advise anyone against doing business with this company due to their highly unethical behavior. It is clear that they are not interested in customer satisfaction or ethical business principles. I have never experienced such appalling behavior from any company before and this has left me with a very negative view of Pop Fit Clothing.
Instead, I urge customers to invest their hard-earned money with ethical and reliable companies that value their customers' satisfaction and offer high-quality products. There are many ethical places to buy tights from, but Pop Fit Clothing is not one of them. So, stay away from them and save yourself a lot of time, money, and frustration.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Pop Fit Clothing
Last month, I encountered an issue with my order from Pop Fit (popfitclothing.com). Unfortunately, I skipped my order but it didn't register on their end, and they ended up charging me and sending me an item that I didn't want. It was a sports bra in the wrong size, and they attempted to exchange it. However, they wanted to charge me again for shipping, even though they didn't have the same item in my correct size. Communication was also a problem, as they weren't responding to my emails.
After some back and forth, I asked if I could exchange the sports bra for leggings instead, but the person I was talking to said no. However, someone else later sent me a link to different items I could choose from, leggings included. I thought everything was sorted out, but then they told me it was too late. Frustrated, I decided to ask for a refund. They eventually agreed but insisted on deducting the shipping cost – even though it wasn't my fault that they had messed up my order in the first place.
In the end, they did recharge me and I was able to get leggings. But my troubles with Pop Fit didn't stop there. When I tried to log in and shop this month, I was shocked to receive an error message that read "the shop owner has banned your customer account from making purchases..." As someone who has spent hundreds of dollars on their clothing, I was extraordinarily disappointed that they didn't even have the decency to inform me of any issues.
Overall, I must say that I'm not impressed with the way Pop Fit handled my order. Although I initially liked their leggings, this entire ordeal was incredibly rude and off-putting. I hope they take the time to improve their customer service standards in the future.
Pop Fit Clothing Review: Overpriced and Disappointing Quality
I decided to give Pop Fit, an inclusive woman-owned clothing company, a try after receiving a voucher for a free pair of leggings. I was initially excited about supporting a company that embraced all sizes and shapes but became wary after realizing that they sell their leggings for a whopping $49.50. Nonetheless, I assumed that I was getting a great deal, and I was in for a great surprise.
My experience was a massive letdown. The leggings are terrible; they are made of cheap, flimsy and thin material, and one pair had a mesh that disintegrated after only one wash! It was nothing short of a disaster, as even my Walmart $12 leggings are of better quality than these. Pop Fit is taking advantage of people with buzzwords like "size inclusivity" and "woman-owned and operated," knowing that they will pay a steep price to find something that suits them.
It does not stop there; their customer service is atrocious. You have to pay a penalty fee before returning clothes, which is quite unfair. Worse still, Pop Fit deletes negative reviews from their social media pages and even blocks the people who publish them. It's sad that they seem to care more about their image than their customers.
For those of you who are looking to work out in comfortable, high-quality clothing without being ripped off, I would not recommend Popfit. It's not worth your hard-earned cash, and you are better off buying from your local store.
Pop Fit Leggings Review: Overhyped and Underwhelming
I was eager to give Pop Fit's leggings a try, especially considering how much buzz they've been receiving in the athleisure community. However, I must admit that I'm feeling rather let down by my recent purchase. While there are a few positives, such as the suitable fit, lack of transparency, and convenient pockets, the negatives heavily outweigh them.
Firstly, for those who are tall, I would exercise caution before purchasing as they may end up being too short. Additionally, given the high price point, I expected the leggings to be constructed from quality materials. Unfortunately, this was not the case in my experience. As a person who has sensory issues, I found the material to be cheap, itchy, and almost entirely polyester. The small amount of spandex was insufficient to provide the necessary degree of stretch. The fairly rough fabric quality was a significant drawback in my opinion. I personally would not recommend splurging on these leggings, as it would be more worthwhile to invest in stretchy handmade thick cotton leggings found on a platform such as Etsy.
Furthermore, Pop Fit charges a fee to exchange sizes if the pair initially purchased does not fit correctly, which many customers may find unreasonable. Another point of annoyance was the incessant pushiness to buy more products throughout the purchasing process. Despite frequently stating that I was not interested, I was still pushed to subscribe to their monthly deals and purchase additional pairs of leggings, making me feel uncomfortable. The shipping fee of around $15 for a single pair of leggings is also excessively high.
To sum it up, Pop Fit may not be the best option for individuals seeking high-quality leggings that offer comfort and durability. While they boast a few admirable features, such as fitting and pocket capacity, their lackluster material quality and overwhelming sales tactics could leave customers feeling underwhelmed and disengaged. It's best to weigh your options carefully and go for alternatives that offer better value and a more pleasant purchasing experience.
Avoid Pop Fit Clothing for Workout Clothes - Terrible Customer Service Experience
I wanted to share my experience with Pop Fit Clothing (popfitclothing.com). Unfortunately, I do not recommend buying from them. I placed an order in September and waited for more than 2 months for the package to arrive. I had limited tracking information, which made it difficult to locate my package once it arrived in my country. I understand that international shipping can take a while, so I waited patiently.
However, I never ended up receiving my package. After going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks, they finally offered me the option to replace my whole order as long as I paid for shipping again. The cost was 18 Australian dollars, which I was willing to pay.
However, when I asked for the link to complete my order, I was told by manager Chelsea D' that I would only receive one item, even though I ordered two. I explained multiple times that I was offered a replacement for my entire order, but she still refused to honor that offer. This left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
In the end, I had to deal with PayPal to resolve this issue because Pop Fit was not willing to help. From my experience, it seems that they only care about taking people's money and not providing them with the products they ordered.
Overall, this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your workout clothes. I will not be purchasing anything from Pop Fit again.
