Worst customer service and NO return policy on any of their deals or clearance. Their size chart is WRONG. I'm usually a large. It said I'm a medium. Okay fine. I went against my intuition and ordered Med b/c it is seemingly a bigger girl friendly site. Bad Idea.
They won't let you return leggings that are bought from a 'new customer' promotion or at their clearance prices, not even at your own shipping cost. So I didn't even bother. I bought like 7 pair of leggings, 1 pair of shorts, 7 pair of panties, and a sports bra. The leggings and short roll down at the waist -- exactly the opposite of their advertising.
They would not let me return a sports bra as damaged b/c they claim that it is not considered damaged even though the padding is messed up and makes it look like I have 3 nipples hiding under my shirt, on each breast... if you know the look that I mean. They actually told me to wash the item and that it will get better with washing. I know from experience that's a lie. They just want me to remove the tags and wash it so they have an additional excuse on why I cannot return the defective item. They sell garbage. Don't waste your money.
