I reached out to posigen in 7/21 with this email " I reached out to sales rep recently to express that water has been coming into my home with all rain that has been occurring. I have to note that where the panels were placed is a "NEW ADDITION" and "NEW ROOF". It appears that when placing the panels, there was significant damage to the roof as water is now coming into my kitchen. I have attached pictures for your reference. I ask that someone contact me to resolve this issue before the areas get moldy. I have immune compromised individuals with respiratory issues residing in my home and I need this to be resolved immediately.
It is 9/23, my father is now on hospice and water is coming into his room on the floor next to his bed! Mold is also starting to form as it has been raining a lot. I have multiple individuals who are respiratory and medically compromised in my home. As you can see by the dates, I have made every effort to wait for posigen to resolve this matter. At this point, I am the end of my rope. This situation is beyond unacceptable, this kind of business practice is unconscionable! I need a resolution asap!
Desired outcome: Most likely legal intervention is necessary at this point
