The company's attitude is unpleasant
The company's attitude is unpleasant. They have the audacity to charge a $10 fee for payments that are 30 days late. As far as I know, I handle my own mortgage, lawn maintenance, and property security. They don't contribute anything to me. This company is rude and acts like a bully. Can you believe they even threaten to put a lien on your property? Is it because I live in a black community that they think they can behave this way without consequences? What exactly are we paying $435.00 for? If you multiply this by every household, it's a bunch of thieves.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company manages our HOA. They are completely unhelpful with any issues you need resolved. Our pool and clubhouse have been closed since before COVID, and their excuse is they're waiting on their "lawyers" to say they can reopen them, which makes 0 sense considering the public pool and every other pool is open. They let the HOA president go rogue, popping up at our house, harassing us and neighbors. I'm currently speaking with a lawyer to sue them for breach of contract as they failed to keep all amenities in working order as stated in the bylaws.
I'm writing this review to share my experience with POSolutions, Inc
I'm writing this review to share my experience with POSolutions, Inc. Let me start by saying that as a single African American mother of two, I have been facing some difficulties with the property manager, Jarrett ***. The Westchase Glen community, where I reside, is a fairly new subdivision, but unfortunately, it lacks any enjoyable amenities. This is mainly due to POSolutions, who are responsible for the community's financial losses and their inability to enhance the residents' experience.
According to Jarrett, any complaints or issues should be directed to the owner, Shandron ***. It's disheartening to know that she supports his rude and bullying behavior. I have tried to inform him about the targeted harassment I've been facing from two board members who live right in front of my house. However, instead of addressing the issue, POsolutions has been fining me simply because I live on the corner.
Given the circumstances, I am considering seeking legal advice to potentially file a harassment lawsuit. It's important to stand up against such mistreatment and ensure a safe and inclusive community for everyone.

Lack of care for the property they manage
Lack of care for the property they manage. We have sent multiple emails to *** and the *** of *** and have had no response. Unable to meet their responsibilities as laid out in the covenant. Unsafe "common" areas that need to be condemned or brought up to code.
Review:
They don't seem to care much about the property they manage. We've sent them lots of emails to *** and the *** of *** but haven't heard back from them. They can't seem to fulfill their responsibilities as stated in the covenant. The "common" areas are unsafe and should either be condemned or fixed to meet the required standards.
The statement from 12/3 says I owe 349.50 from before
The statement from 12/3 says I owe 349.50 from before. I've been calling all throughout 2020, but no one ever answers the phone. I also sent an email on 12/8 with proof that I paid 160.00 for 2019 using a US Postal Money Order XXXXXXXXXXX on [protected]. I even sent it via Certified Mail and have proof of delivery on [protected] to PO Box *** Commerce, GA 30529. But PO Solutions hasn't responded to my email or returned any of my calls. In my email from 12/8, I asked for a new bill that shows I paid for 2019 in full. Once I get that, I'll pay the HOA dues for 2020 and 2021. I won't keep sending money to a company that hasn't applied the dues I already sent. It seems like something fishy is going on with their accounting. I've given them proof, but the issue is still not resolved.
On January 22, 2022, I got a letter from POSolutions, Inc
On January 22, 2022, I got a letter from POSolutions, Inc. saying I didn't follow the HOA rules about taking out the trash cans on the right day. I checked their website and saw a complaint against me. It had a picture of my trash can by the curb, where I always put it for the weekly trash pickup by Boomerang. The photo had a time stamp of 1/19/2022 at 4:24 PM. That day was a Wednesday, which is when Boomerang comes to collect trash in my neighborhood. So, the picture didn't show any rule-breaking. I took the trash can back inside later that day after I finished work. On Monday, January 24, 2022, I called POSolutions to sort out the issue. The person I spoke to didn't want to admit that I didn't do anything wrong and refused to remove the complaint from my record. The letter I got threatens to charge me fines.
Is POSolutions Legit?
POSolutions earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%
Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
We found clear and detailed contact information for POSolutions. The company provides a physical address, phone number, and 2 emails, as well as 3 social media accounts. This demonstrates a commitment to customer service and transparency, which is a positive sign for building trust with customers.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:
- While POSolutions has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 9 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
- POSolutions protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.
- The website belonging to POSolutions has a low number of visitors, which could be a red flag for users. However, it's important to conduct additional research to fully evaluate the website's legitimacy and trustworthiness.

POSolutions is a company that doesn't follow their official fee schedule for a request to get closing documents for selling a home
POSolutions is a company that doesn't follow their official fee schedule for a request to get closing documents for selling a home. They also ask for extra money called an "initiation fee" without providing proof for the costs. On the fee sheet, it says that ordering closing documents for each association costs $250, which includes all transfer fees. There are 2 associations in total. However, when the lawyers ask for the closing packages for both associations, the cost is $750 instead of $500. This is because POSolutions tells their vendor, Homewise, to automatically add a $125 transfer fee for each association during the payment process. I contacted Homewise directly to find out about this. When I told POSolutions about this, they lie about their relationship with Homewise, who only manages the document service. They claim that Homewise is the one charging the extra fees, but that's not true. (email attached) Additionally, POSolutions asks for a $1200 initiation fee from the buyer because they are an LLC. However, POSolutions refuses to show any proof that LLCs are required to pay $1200. These actions are jeopardizing the sale. I have called and emailed POSolutions multiple times to resolve the issue, but haven't received a proper solution. As a result, I have to make extra payments, and I suspect other sellers have gone through the same thing.
My complaint about POSolutions is that the keycard ain't workin' to access the community clubhouse and gym
My complaint about POSolutions is that the keycard ain't workin' to access the community clubhouse and gym. I paid my homeowners fees on time (February 8, 2022), and I done reached out to POSolutions through calls and at a homeowners meetin' to fix this problem, but nothin' happened. I need to use the gym in the clubhouse 'cause I'm an old disabled person who wants to use the facilities I paid for.
At the homeowners March meetin', I talked about this problem with both *** and *** from POSolutions. On that call with 40 people there, they said they'd call me the next day to fix it. But instead, I got an email that looks like it was sent to everyone, but talkin' to my neighbors, it seems like only I got it. Here's the email:

Hello all,
We wanted to let you know that 'cause of service problems in our office area, we can't communicate for who knows how long. Our phones ain't workin' and emails might be slow. We appreciate your patience while we try to fix this, and we're sorry for any troubles.
Sincerely,
POSolutions, ***
-----------------------------------------------------
I think this is just a way for the company to avoid the issue 'cause I can't believe a company can't get phone calls for who knows how long. I want my keycard fixed and my homeowner dues reduced for the time I couldn't use the facilities I paid for. One of their agents, ***, is rude and talks down to homeowners. The owner, ***, ain't available to the community and we always have problems gettin' things fixed.
I bought my house on 11/26 in a well-known neighborhood
I bought my house on 11/26 in a charming neighborhood. During the closing, they mentioned that Augusta Greens would be my community and I would have to pay annual dues. The closing attorney covered the dues for 2020. However, throughout 2020, I received no communication from the community. When 2020 ended, I sought the homeowners association to settle my dues for 2021 but found no trace at the provided address or phone number. Calls went unanswered, and a visit to the listed location, a private residence, yielded no contact for months. Eventually, I learned the association had ceased managing the area. With few acquaintances locally, I awaited contact from the new managers. In 2021, I discovered POSolutions had taken over. Repeated attempts to reach their collection manager were ignored until I received an email from their collections department in mid-2021. I attempted to clarify that my dues were settled for 2020, but POSolutions claimed I owed for three years. I reached out on 2/14/22 to pay for 2021, yet again without response. POSolutions has poor reviews and lacks professionalism.

The complaint is written to schedule mediation with POSolutions ("***"), to balance and reconcile my HOA Account properly, and to update my credit profile by removing any delinquent reporting. For the past 4 months, *** has refused to accept payment. This issue started in July last year. Currently, I cannot review my account history or make payments according to the *** website. The monthly auto payments are being returned to my bank. When I contacted ***, they told me to contact the Law Firm of record ("L&J"). When I contacted L&J on June 7th of this year, they said they have no information to share. So, I have no records to review or verify, and no payments are being accepted. ***'s actions over the past 12 months have been concerning. On July 1, my HOA account was assessed an $876.99 Sewer Fee and a $321.53 Water ***. This amount is more than 10 times the average amount of my monthly water ***. *** took legal action, and despite my Counsel's advice, I paid. My mother was ill, and I thought it was best to focus on her. However, after paying the initial amount, *** charged my account a fee of $1,639.35 without any justification. I sent several emails, but they were ignored. My Counsel's letter was not returned. The ledgers from L&J and *** and the water bills from *** do not match. The assessed fees are different from what was stated. There is a credit on my account that I did not make. The Owner has not called me. *** operates more like an apartment management company than an HOA AM. They have the power to damage an individual's credit, and they act with confidence. Their inability to communicate and provide the requested details diminishes the importance of homeownership. This company changed after Mr. left.
I closed my house on 3/9 and paid all closing fees through a closing attorney, as required by law
I closed my house on 3/9 and paid all closing fees through a closing attorney, as required by law. Due to Covid, something happened to the check that was sent from the closing attorney to the ***. As a result, the *** reached out to the closing attorney (not me, because they knew the money wasn't coming from me until the next quarter) to inquire about the payment. The closing attorney sent another check, which was received.
In June (when the next quarter payments were due), I contacted the company to understand why my credit was affected. I had not received any communication or information on how to pay the ***. It was at this point that I was informed about the late payment from the closing attorney. This prompted me to speak with my attorney, who then informed me that the *** company had reached out to her about the payment (not me, because an *** company should know how initial dues are paid upon closing).
When my closing attorney found out that my credit had been negatively impacted, she corresponded with the ***. They stated that they would remove the credit hit upon dispute. I disputed the information, but the company continues to insist that I made a late payment. This concerns me because this company is supposed to help the community, but based on the reviews I've read and my own experience, it seems more like a shake-down corporation. It's often difficult to get someone to speak to, and I wonder why the *** would try to ruin someone's credit over an issue between a closing attorney and the ***.
I would expect my *** company to show empathy and understanding, especially during a pandemic. Instead, they are trying to take advantage of the community, and that is not right. I have worked hard to build my credit in order to purchase a home, and I won't allow a company to tarnish it. You would think that they would make changes based on the ongoing complaints, but it seems like they only care about doing a good job when it suits them. Legal action is my next step!
I live in Hampshire Park, a community that don't have guest parking
I live in Hampshire Park, a community that don't have guest parking. In 2020, I checked my account and got charged for street parking based on videos sent by my neighbor of guests at my home parked temporarily on the street with no blockage to her driveway. I contacted POSolutions (***) and told them that my address on the account was wrong, so I never got any notices to explain the temporary street parking. My driveway can only fit 2 cars and has caused damage to my vehicles before. None of my guests park on the street overnight or block any neighbors' driveways. My neighbor has been bothering me for unknown reasons. They removed the charges and assured me that they would update my address and that I didn't break any rules. They also said they would bring up this issue with the board to prevent future problems. In 2022, a year later, I checked my account and I was charged over $2000 for street parking based on video clips of guests at my home without any verification from the HOA. Again, I didn't receive any notifications and it was confirmed that my address was never updated. They also clarified that street parking is allowed as long as it's not an abandoned vehicle or consecutive overnight parking, which I never did. *** was charging me $25 per day even though no vehicle was parked on the street overnight or consecutively. I started contacting *** in February but didn't get a response until March, and I was still being charged $25 a day. I had a hearing where I presented evidence to prove that I didn't break any rules. A month later, they told me I still had to pay $900 with no explanation. I called and emailed *** more than 20 times but got no response. They are threatening to put a lien on me for violations I didn't do.
