My *** was sent to them for repair. They said they fixed it, updated the firmware, and reset it to factory settings. But the problem I wanted them to fix is still there. I know they didn't do any of the other things because my account was still logged in and all my downloads were still there. If they had actually done what they said, everything would have been wiped clean.

The same problem as before. The installer couldn't figure it out. United Radio had my stereo for nearly two months. I have emails from them (their communication was good so I thought my stereo was in capable hands) assuring me the unit was being fixed.

United Radio Repair Order # ***. So, I had this issue with my product, right? I took it to United Radio and their repair technician checked it out. They gave me a cost and time estimate for the repair on Sep 12-13. Cool, right? But then things started going downhill.
They said the parts would be estimated by 9/19. Alright, I can wait a bit. But then, on 9/20, I get an email from United Radio with an updated estimate of 10/3. Okay, fine, I guess. But wait, there's more! On 10/4, they hit me with another email, this time saying the estimate is pushed back to 12/7. What the heck?
I mean, seriously, how can they keep extending the date for when they'll get the parts? It's like they're playing with my emotions. This is a breach of our agreement, man. I never would've agreed to a repair that would take months to complete. That's just not cool.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with United Radio. Their non-availability of parts and these crazy extensions of the repair time have left me feeling frustrated and let down. I expected better service from them, but it seems like they dropped the ball on this one.

On June 6th, I purchased a stereo from a local store. On June 14th, my friend installed it in my boat's dashboard. However, I didn't take the boat out of the garage until around September 14th. Unfortunately, after just one trip to the lake, the radio stopped working. I decided to send it to a repair shop, but they called me and said that there was corrosion inside and they couldn't fix it! I'm certain that my radio didn't get wet! I sent it back to them within a week of it malfunctioning. It's impossible for a radio to corrode in such a short time. It must have already been damaged before. I paid $11 to ship it to them, and now they're trying to charge me to ship it back. This situation is ridiculous. I want to be treated fairly. After all, the radio is securely installed in the dashboard with a flip-down water protector. I didn't get it wet, I swear!

I informed United Radio on August 15th that the product was damaged upon return and requested a replacement. They refused and asked for it to be sent back for more repairs. Despite my multiple calls and emails over the past week, they've been unresponsive about the damaged product. I would prefer a refund or a replacement at this point, as the situation has been very frustrating.

Unfortunately, the amplifier stopped working in August 2022. They sent me a refurbished replacement amplifier with Model #*** and Serial #: *** in September, but it didn't work either. I returned it to them in September 2022. Now, they are saying that I will receive the replacement by the end of October, but they recently changed it to the end of November. They haven't provided any updates on the repair status. The repair order number is United Radio Repair Order # ***. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? I hope that United Radio will send me a working amplifier this time, as the last one was defective.

United Radio has sent me the wrong package twice. Today, on 1/19/2022, I was expecting a FedEx shipment for my Denon 8500 HDMI upgrade. I took the day off work so I could be home for the delivery. However, I received a message from FedEx saying they couldn't deliver because they didn't have my apartment number. I spoke to a guy named Sean at United Radio, and he said that someone on their end must have forgotten to add my apartment number. He mentioned that they get their information from Denon, and the order number from Denon was ***. I have an email from Denon that clearly shows my apartment number. On 1/14/2022, I even got a call from United Radio where I spoke to a lady (I can't remember her name). I confirmed my address with her to make sure we were on the same page. United Radio messed up by not having my correct address. It's really disappointing, especially when you're shipping an item worth $3k to $4k. I asked Sean to contact me back by phone or email to let me know when my receiver could be delivered, but I haven't heard back from him. I wasted the whole day waiting for FedEx to deliver my item, and I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service from United Radio.

On July 2, 2022, I bought a branded sound bar system for $299.99+ tax from a retailer. Unfortunately, on October 17, 2022, the rear speakers stopped working. The retailer only allows returns within 90 days, so I was directed to contact the manufacturer's warranty service. They approved my claim and instructed me to send my system to a repair center. The repair center confirmed receipt and called me the next day to inform me that the rear speaker was indeed faulty. They said they would order replacement parts. However, I later received an email stating that the warranty was voided because the wires were cut and the serial numbers were scratched off the rear of the speakers. This is a blatant lie! None of these issues were mentioned in our previous conversations. It seems like an attempt to extort money from me and the manufacturer. The wires were cut by someone at the repair service! My surround system was in perfect condition when I sent it, except for the reported sound quality defect. I called the manufacturer again to inform them of the situation, but they said there was nothing more they could do. Now, I'm out $400 in just 3 months. I have sought legal advice because I feel deceived by the manufacturer and their untrustworthy repair centers. I have also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's Office.
