My friend's bank has confirmed that their card was processed for 5 times of £532.90 on the day they stay at your hotel. I was wondering if you could look into this and give them a refund.
Please find the attached proof of purchase.
Please let me know what I can do to help them get back the refund.
Also later my friend's credit card was flagged as suspicious activity saying someone used his card with the card detail.

Claimed loss: The hotel kept saying the money hasn't gone through which was confirmed by my friends bank statement which it has been charged 5 times the original amount.
Desired outcome: I would like to ask for a full refund for the charges as I had paid seperately on the day we arrive.
