I made a purchase of slightly more than 50% of card value in the morning of 8-10-22 at a gas station. I attempted to make a second purchase, the afternoon of 8-10-22, card was declined. I was then told to call phone number on the card.

The response to my call was that I have a balance of $0. I certainly was shocked, knowing that I had not made any additional purchases. I am unable to trace where the supposedly remaining $ purchase was made.

The card was a gift from a friend and I am sure she was unaware of complaints against this company when she made purchase.

Desired outcome: I would like my remaining balance of approximately $46 returned to me.

I received a card for $100.00 for my birthday. Went to register the card on 08/03 and $98.99 was immediately subtracted from the card for a TikToc Shell Shop in California. When you talk to customer service all they say, after giving the same information, is having problems loading your information as if they want you to give up. It is very difficult to understand what they are saying as most have strong accents. I have spoken to customer service on 3 occasions and nothing has been resolved. The last call on 8/14/2023, I was told to file a complaint within 10 business days. Also, I was told to file the complaint by fax, upload or mail with all the information, but now when I try to pull up the card to print out data showing where the money was taken, it is no longer there as if the card number never existed. They also asked for a copy of my ID.
