Awsome place!
Awsome place! Great professionals, and an excelent costumer service!
I recently bought a car from Prestige Motors of Malden and I gotta say, it was a fantastic experience. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff when it comes to cars. The costumer service was top-notch, they treated me like a VIP.
The car I purchased was in mint condition. It looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. The professionals at Prestige Motors really take pride in the cars they sell. They made sure everything was in tip-top shape before handing over the keys.
The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff guided me through every step, making sure I understood everything. They were patient with my questions and took the time to explain all the details. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction.
I also want to mention the wide selection of cars they have. Whether you're looking for a sleek sedan or a rugged SUV, they've got you covered. They have a variety of makes and models to choose from, so you're bound to find the perfect car for your needs.
Overall, I highly recommend Prestige Motors of Malden. The professionals there are top-notch and the costumer service is outstanding. If you're in the market for a new car, definitely check them out. You won't be disappointed!
Great customer service
Great customer service. Fast and efficient. Would recommend in the future.
I gave them a list of problems, they ignored it and lied that they fixed them
I gave them a list of problems, they ignored it and lied that they fixed them.
Buyer BEWARE
Buyer BEWARE. I bought a car less than a month ago. As soon as I left the lot, the abs light came on. They took the car for ten days to fix it. They ordered the wrong part and took their time fixing it. When I picked up the car, I had to jump-start it. When I got home and tried to start it again, the engine didn't turn over. Every time I call, it takes forever for them to call back. The employees there don't seem to care about the fact that they sold me a terrible car. I haven't even had a chance to inspect it yet because of all these issues. Now I'm stuck with a car that doesn't work and a shady dealership that doesn't care. Avoid this place, they are bad news and they sell cars that don't work. Their customer service is nonexistent. The police should investigate them.

the papers
the papers. They tried to charge me extra fees without my consent. I was not happy with their service at all. The car I bought had many problems that they didn't disclose. It was a real headache dealing with them. The staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issues. I would not recommend Prestige Motors of Malden to anyone. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible.
I was rushed into buying a car from Prestige Motors of Malden
I was rushed into buying a car from Prestige Motors of Malden. They didn't inform me about the necessary repairs. I've visited the dealership multiple times, but the issues with the car remained the same or even worsened. It's impossible to have a conversation with the owner as he told me to take my car elsewhere and stop bothering him. They don't take care of or address the things that ensure the car is safe to drive. They only shared the car's history after I complained about it repeatedly. Now, my car might need new ball joints, but they refuse to look at it within a reasonable timeframe. They purposely made sure that I encountered the last day of the in-dealer warranty, which barely covered anything.
I bought a car from Prestige Motors of Malden in March
I bought a car from Prestige Motors of Malden in March. When I first checked the car, I noticed some issues that they claimed would be fixed. It took a few days and multiple reminders to finally receive proof of the repairs. I also asked about the drive belt and was assured by the dealer that it was in good condition. However, just recently, the drive belt broke and now my car is in the shop. It seems like this company only does the bare minimum and doesn't take responsibility for selling a car that's in perfect condition. I specifically asked for a reliable car, but there was some hesitation before they assured me that the car was decent. Now, after 7 months, my car is in the shop and Prestige Motors refuses to assist me. They have completely washed their hands of me and ignore my calls.

I bought a 2014 Rogue in September from Prestige Motors in Malden
I purchased a 2014 Rogue in September from Prestige Motors in Malden. Two weeks later, the AWD error light activated. I returned to the dealership; they dismissed the issue. Seeking second opinions, I found multiple error codes. Despite presenting evidence to Prestige Motors, and them taking the car on October 3rd, it was returned unfixed at October's end. They claimed the computer would reset, which it didn't. Prestige Motors then had a dealer in Medford assess it, but retrieved the car before completion. I've requested a refund to no avail. The car, now with an additional check engine light, has worsened. The financial loss looms large. Assistance is needed.
This dealer is tryin to make me pay for stuff that's supposed to be covered by my warranty
This dealer is tryin to make me pay for stuff that's supposed to be covered by my warranty. They've been avoidin me and not fixin my car, puttin me and my fam at risk. Even though I've been reasonable, they're tryin to make me fix basic stuff like brakes and AC. I've only had this car for less than a month and they're tryin to run out my warranty so I have no options. I want my money back for this car. I don't trust them and I'm scared that if they do fix it, they won't do it right. They've been mad and rude when I called for help. I feel stuck with this car even though I paid over $6000. I need some help.
Don't shop here, they're scam artists!
Don't shop here, they're scam artists! When you buy a car, they make you pay for the state inspection, but you have to use their people to inspect it. When I got the car home, I found out that the front brakes were never replaced and they were grinding metal on metal. They told me they changed the oil, but they never did. I took it to another dealer for its first service and found out that the engine lifters on the driver's side had failed. I've only had the truck for 2 weeks and driven 600 miles, which is crazy! Prestige won't do anything because "you signed the paper." Now I'm $3000 in, just 2 weeks later, for an engine job. They responded saying they helped with the tires? Haha! I had to pay $500 to get the tires, and now I have a $500 breakdown bill today because of the tensioner and belt! You don't have a service department, you have a guy in sweatpants who changes brakes. I've been to 2 other dealers and paid $300 in diagnostic fees out of pocket, only to get the same response about the lifters and cam being shot in the engine! New update! As of 9/26, the Dodge dealer found small metal particles embedded in the camshaft, lifter 3 failed, a leaking timing cover, fouled spark plugs, and broken exhaust manifold bolts on the left side! I had no choice but to get it repaired. This guy claims he has all the money in the world but can't help with a $4600 repair bill!
DOP: 8/1/22 released vehicle to us on 8/12/22
DOP: 8/1/22 released vehicle to us on 8/12/22. Vehicle failed *** inspection for safety on 8/15/22 (yes dealer brought to their place for original inspection and it somehow passed complaint also filed against inspection station) but per *** I took the vehicle for inspection myself. Car got 2 different quotes on repairs needed (one from inspection place where failed $2864 and another from certified Dealership $6500 plus needs tires). Sent email and called dealership to explain issues and MA state laws on 8/25/22 and to let them know car was being towed back to them. They emailed me on 8/26/22 saying they then received car, I emailed back stating truth of when car was delivered along with proof of failed inspection and letting them know contract is now voided because of money needed to repair vehicle and the 3 different laws we are protected by. They then responded to that email with that the car was left the day prior and that their mechanic would be looking at vehicle (I do NOT trust their mechanic as there was work that was being done on the vehicle from 8/1/8 that was not done (proof included in quotes for repairs). I then sent the mail and certified mail with documents included for the laws to apply on 8/26/22 directly to the dealership. Waiting for my refund of purchase as they sold me not only a lemon but an unsafe vehicle that needs more work than what I paid for it, as again it falls under 3 different *** laws for sale to be voided.
I bought a *** from Prestige Motors of Malden and had problems right from the start
I bought a *** from Prestige Motors of Malden and had problems right from the start. They were supposed to change the brakes, fix the gas tank release, fix the passenger window that doesn't go down, and fix the driver's side mirror that doesn't work. But when I went to pick up the car, none of these things were done. They told me to bring it back in a few days. After driving it for a few more days, more problems came up. The tires were bad from sitting in the lot for 2 years, and the car shook a lot on the highway. The exhaust was really loud too. So I brought it back and missed 2 days of work because it was in the shop. They said they fixed everything, but when I took the car home, all the issues were still there. They told me the mirror was frozen, but it was actually broken. I brought the car back 6 more times and lost 7 days of work. The window worked for one day and still doesn't work to this day. None of the issues they were supposed to fix were actually fixed. I got tired of bringing it back and never having it fixed. They basically ran out the 60-day lemon law time. So I took it to another mechanic. The loudness was because I needed a muffler, and the banging noise was caused by a broken bracket that I brought back to them 7 times to fix, but they couldn't fix it. One of the screws was missing on my back brakes, which cost me $350.00 and 2 days of lost work. Then all the tires were bad, and that cost me $457. Not even a week later, I was about to get on the highway when I lost my steering. I managed to get it to a shop, and it turned out the subframe had cracked in two because it was so rotten. I almost got killed. That repair cost me $1800 and I had to rent a car for a month while they fixed it. I'm terrified to drive it now. And can you believe they didn't even clean the car before giving it to me? I work in sales and they are a terrible and dishonest company. They knew the car wasn't safe, but they still sold it to me. I want to know how it passed inspection.
On December 11, I went to Prestige Motors of Malden, MA to purchase a car
On December 11, I went to Prestige Motors of Malden, MA to purchase a car. Unfortunately, they did not allow me to test drive the vehicle before making a decision. The owner, Mr. [Name], took my cashier's check and insisted on charging additional money to my credit card. He overcharged me on the documentation fees as well. In total, he charged $4,300 to my check and $1,197 to my credit card. Additionally, he added a $2001 charge in my son's name on my credit card. My complaint is that Mr. [Name] and the salesperson not only used defamatory language but also took advantage of me, violating my consumer rights and the lemon law. After taking my money, they informed me that the car did not come with a guarantee and refused to refund my money. They also refused to provide me with a written note acknowledging the issues I had pointed out during the test drive. Instead, they took a document from me and claimed that it needed to be redone, conveniently omitting any mention of the problems I had mentioned. They used defamation to deceive me into believing that the car was in good condition, which was not true when I drove it back home. When I called the dealership to inquire about the cost of repairs, they informed me that it would be $850. Additionally, I had to pay $130 for a check-up and $55 for a faulty antenna and motor. When I contacted the salesperson, they transferred me to Mr. [Name], the owner, who refused to return my money or repair the car. He even threatened me with legal action. I have my own lawyers and will be reporting this to the attorney general. What Prestige Motors of Malden and its owner have done to me is extremely distressing. I tried to resolve the issue amicably, but they were uncooperative and disregarded the lemon law, taking advantage of me as a consumer. As the attorney general, I urge you to intervene and ensure that my money is returned. I do not recommend Prestige Motors of Malden to any other consumers.
I bought a car from Prestige Motors of Malden, MA in September , but I didn't get it until October because the inspection sticker wasn't
I bought a car from Prestige Motors of Malden, MA in September , but I didn't get it until October because the inspection sticker wasn't ready for the 2007 ***. I had to make three trips from *** to Malden because of this issue. While waiting for the car, I had to use a rental for two months. During the test drive, I noticed a loud noise and asked Prestige Motors to fix it before I took the car (Finance Manager ***). They assured me it was fixed. However, last week on Wednesday, June 24th, I heard the same noise as during the test drive. I didn't know what it was, so I took the car to my mechanic at *** in ***. My mechanic told me to bring it to a *** dealership as soon as possible. He discovered that the frame was spray painted and had holes and rust all over it. After leaving ***, I contacted Prestige Motors on Wednesday, June 24th, to see if they could help me since I had just bought the car 8 months ago. When I bought it, it had 75,382 miles, and now it has 79,998 miles. I spoke to ***, the finance manager, and he said he couldn't do anything to help. I mentioned that I am a grandfather of 6 and had driven my grandchildren in the car. *** didn't acknowledge my safety concerns. That evening, I took the car to *** of *** on ***. in ***, . The service department didn't feel safe putting the car on the lift because the frame was about to collapse. They advised me not to drive it. The dealership gave us a written statement saying it was highly unsafe to drive. The service manager, ***, contacted the RMV to investigate Prestige Motors. We're currently waiting for a call back from the RMV. Both mechanics couldn't understand how this car passed inspection and was sold with a defective frame. They thought someone must have overlooked the inspection in the computer.
