I placed an order and when I checked the tracking it said that I had been delivered. I had not received the package. I direct messaged them on twitter and their customer service team responded quickly and were able to help me. I had this outfit planned for a specific event and they were able resolve my problem and I am so grateful. I appreciate everything they were able to do for me. With a team who cares about their customers I would definitely recommend for people to shop here. Love it!

I ordered form PLT second time now and Im really happy with their shop, clothes, shipping time. So far so good and Ill definitely buy from them again. Only thing that upsets me is when you change currency on their site, the price of the same products is different, see EUR/GBP price difffers way too much- See a photo of shoes I ordered for 35GBP (which is 39EUR), while they cost 49EUR when I selected EUR currency, thats 10 EUR difference, definitely not a conversion fee. I hope this will help those who didnt notice this before :)

Just received such amazing help from Emma B. Sent a message late on a Saturday night and received a reply in just a few minutes! As what I was looking for was not in stock Emma then sent me a couple of suggestions similar to what I was looking for which was so helpful and saved me so much time. Makes such a difference getting not just one reply within a few minutes but a full conversation and it not spread out within a few hours. Had bad experiences with other online clothing site and getting a reply, I'll not make the mistake of going anywhere apart from plt.

I have recently lost a lot of weight and am wanting to enjoy my new body on my birthday. I ordered 2 dresses from PYT. I ordered a size 12. The regular shipping said it would not come until 9/23, which is my actual birthday but I needed the dresses for my party. So I spent the extra on shipping. I received my order in about 3 days. I tried on both dresses and they fit and are so flattering! I am always worried that online clothing wont fit but these dresses look fantastic. I also found a code on retailmenot.com and was able to get 40% off of my order. So everything, including shipping, was only like $60. Very pleased!

I ordered two items on PLT but unfortanately received an email the next day that one item is unavailable and I will be refunded while the item is getting shipped.
I contacted the PLT team to discuss that I am not satisfied to spend on shipping again to place another order so it can arrive on time as I wanted two items to choose between the two. (Better safe than sorry, right).
My first contact was with jessika, apologising that the item is unavailable and asked for my order number. Another assistant named Naqash contacted me to inform me that she has refunded my shipping cost and will be in my account in the upcoming days.
Contacting them was hassle and stress free. A way to make customers happy. I have been a long term customer with PLT also.

Absolutely awful. I was so excited to receive my package because I found the curve dress for a party I was going to that weekend. I ordered express shipping to make sure it arrived on time when the package came, instead of the dress I ordered, it was some ugly stretchy tie dye dress. I immediately looked for customer service info to report this to, but they only allow you to DM the company via Twitter WhatsApp or Facebook. It took WhatsApp 4 days to get back to me and when I received a response on Twitter, it was very slow. I asked them if they could send over the correct dress and they said they couldn't until I returned the wrong one they sent. That makes no sense. THEY sent me the wrong items so it should be up to them to send the correct one to make it right. I sent them pictures of what I was sent and the tag and everything. I informed them that the post office in my city is closed on the weekends so I couldn't mail it back. I asked them if they could just ship the dress or hold it so the dress I originally wanted wouldn't sell out before I was able to return the dress. Guess what? They say I returned the incorrect dress, the one I originally wanted sold out. I am upset about this and no one has tried to make it right. They offered me a 10% coupon as if that is any help as that just means I'd be spending more money at PLT if I used it.
This company deserves 0 stars. I have placed an order last week, only to have order canceled due to inventory issues. I was able to reorder them today however when i got the email confirmation - the package is going to the wrong address with no way of me being able to access it! The CS won't do anything about it. I'm not the type of person to leave a review, but this situation is so upsetting!
They have the most useless customer service. They take ypur money but do not provide tracking or updates on orders. I have been waiting 16 days for my order. The company had provided no assistance. Do not shop with this company!
I wish I could give it a zero star. The worse customer service. I have reached out to them over 10 times and no response. I order a package and could not get refunded for it at all because they don't do the refund online you literally have to go through so many hoops to even get someone to even answer you never mind a refund. I was charged fully for an order that I have not received and it said it was arrived on November 20 and we are now and December and I can I get an answer from anyone to see the status of anything. The site will you check the status is always down. this business should not even be in business. If they cannot provide the product or the refund. I'm very disappointed that I wasted my hard earned money on this and hasn't gotten any resolution or anything.
I've gone back and forth for over a month with customer service asking for either a solution or a cancellation/refund for my order because it's over a month past my original delivery date at this point. Instead I have just been given delayed delivery dates (5 different times they've delayed it over at least a week) and offered a worthless discount code for the future. They refuse to offer any sort of refund or to even report my package as missing until it's 2 months late. I ordered this for Christmas with an exponential amount of time to get here and now I can't even get the money back for this obvious scam until after Christmas.

I was watching the tracking information daily because this is a very important order that I need for a very important event coming up in the near future. What makes it worse is that when I reached out to customer service via Instagram, I was sent a different tracking number than the one sent to me via email. Both of the tracking numbers are "customs cleared" and one is "site scan" both are supposedly in Bensenville IL, XXXXX but haven't moved in days. The package is supposed to be here tomorrow and I know that won't happen. I reached out to FedEx next and they told me that the shipper only sent the information over to FedEx, not the actual package. This is really stressing me out and I am so beyond hurt that I can't get a straight answer as to why my package is not moving. I later read reviews saying that packages come days and sometimes months later than the expected delivery date. When I reached out to customer service they said that the latest I should wait is NOVEMBER 3! Before then they can not issue the package as lost. I am so disappointed. I spent almost 300 dollars on this order and I might have nothing to show for it. This company has me in tears, I am so sad.

With that being said, I placed two more orders and received 2 out of 3 orders and they keep pushing the date back to another week. I demand a full refund, not a percent off! I request you respect customers when they're placing a trust in your company. This order was $227 and I refuse the runaround of a new person responding to a Twitter or text message customer service. Received a DAMAGED item from this company. It took months to get them to respond to my customer service email asking what to do with the item. Their return portal was then "down" so I had to pay out of pocket to ship back with a promise of a refund once received. We are now at 9 months later and still no refund for the damaged product that I don't even have in hand. Every time I email customer service they start the who process over trying to understand the situation. They strung me along so long (purposely I think) that I couldn't report it to my credit card company for refund. The appropriate resonse would have been a simple refund and allowing me to keep the item rather than letting me the consumer be given the run around for months. Don't make my mistake. Don't order from this website.

Beware! You will pay extreme import fees and duties ! It has been 2 weeks and my package is being held for not being able to pay $349 USD in custom fees at UPS . I was promised from a customer rep that they will make sure the fees are waived , and nothing was done once package was delivered to my home , ups refused to give me parcel until I paid $349 ! I already spent $300 plus at their site and payed for express shipping only to have it delayed 2 weeks and now I'm unable to get package ! I didn't not plan on spending extra $300 for custom import fees! Clients should be warned fairly of this issue ! One rep states that the will waive, Teresa says that I have to pay and they will pay pal me back the money , another says they aren't responsible , but why are they so willing to give me refund only if i pay first and send them a screenshot, instead of calling UPS themselves as the shipper and pay the import fees as they said they would ?!? I have screen shots of them confirming I would be okay ( conversation with virtual assistant chat) . Sounds a little suspicious, now I will be responsible for custom fees REGARDLESS, I don't have the money to pay additional $314 , I'm leaving country in 2 days for family emergency and can't spend any more ! They don't seem to uphold their communication promises and now I'm without a package and they are not showing trustworthy actions or ethics !
I shop there because the trend items are very good and I wouldn't find at other stores. I have spent a lot of money there and enjoy a $200+ haul that delivers SO MUCH BUT the entire process is a gamble. First be prepared to pay for your returns along with insurance etc (not worth it) second be prepared to find a bodysuit with the same buttons to attach (SURPRISE CAN'T!) or sweatpants with no hole for the drawstring to come out, maybe a extra large ankle cuff yet the other is normal or how about 2 completely different cup sizes on your bodysuit?! The other surprises will be just how incredible cheap poorly made, cancerous and very badly stitched along with color bleed and items completely losing shape after one delicate handwash. You absolutely must wash each item first due to the carcinogens, All of the material will be mostly polyester which is the cheapest. I have had several corsets arrive without boning on one side, no support in others and despite me being a PETITE 6 the clothes I buy VARY drastically in size and fit when I buy said above. I love getting these sexy, fun and comfortable (really) items as most of my closet is couture or incredibly expensive. It is nice to wear these and not have to worry but they all have some price. I typically end up sewing, correcting and adjusting the clothing. The joggers and sweats are repeats for me and they are hit/miss. I have purchased PETITE 6 and some regular 6 yet most of my petite purchases are 100% not petite. Some of the quality is decent and I have worn them over 6x some pill up in balls immediately, or have defects along with size issues galore like 3 pairs I purchased are so huge my husband could wear them. Some are so tight they are uncomfortable and the material is so cheap they're trash after 1 wear. I placed an order on July 31 for 11 items I needed for a bachelorette trip on the weekend of August 12. The delivery was estimated to arrive by Wednesday, August 10. I received one parcel on Tuesday, August 9, but it contained only 5 of the 11 items I ordered. The website mentioned the possibility of a separate parcel, but I did not receive any additional dispatch emails to indicate this. Consequently, my order was incomplete.
I reached out to PLT via Email and Apple Message, providing a detailed list of the missing items and photos of what I did receive. Their response was, 'Thanks. I've checked our systems and can confirm that the items you're missing were packed in the parcel that you've received. The item you believe is missing has been recorded by our automatic scanning method, and we are confident that it was included in your package. As a result, I am unable to issue a refund or replacement for it. Please double-check the contents of your parcel, and you should find the item within.'
Now I'm out over $100 and without the items I needed for my trip. Instead of trusting their customer, which makes no sense for me to dispute if I had received my items, they imply I'm not being truthful and suggest I 'check your items again.' Considering I received only one small pink bag, it's baffling how they expect two pairs of heels, seven pieces of clothing, and two accessories to fit in it. It's a reminder not to waste time or money on such frustrating experiences.

I placed an order for a pack of leggings from this site and they had me thinking I was going to receive them! order number and everything come to find out TWO DAYS LATER they tell me they had to cancel my package because it was "out of stock". Why was I able to add it to my cart and go through checkout if it wasn't in stock? now they're saying i'll get my money back in like TWO WEEKS? Absolutely insane. Do not shop here this site is an absolute scam. This is not the first time i've placed an order from this place either and have been dissatisfied but this is the first time they've cancelled after I was able to place the order. I'm not even sure I'll be getting my money back soon, at the very least I expect it within a few days. not weeks.

Worst customer service experience I could imagine. I ordered 3 items and paid $15 for express shipping. I received an email stating that my package was dispatched, and a second email minutes later stating that one of my items was unavailable. This unavailable item was the ONLY reason I had paid $15 for express shipping, otherwise I would have cancelled the entire order all together. I wrote customer service to inform them that they should have contacted me in regards to the out of stock item prior to sending me this expensive package that I no longer even want. Rather than RIGHTFULLY refunding me this ridiculous shipping fee, they offered me free express shipping on my next order. They said "the shipping was already paid for." Yeah, well maybe you shouldn't promise customers items that you don't have in stock and subsequently ship an incomplete order for $15 with no notification. The entire payment went to PLT, so essentially they are saying they don't want to swallow that $15 for an error on THEIR part. I am also required to use this free shipping code within a month. Nice offer- "Give us more money and we'll give you free shipping...but make sure you give us that money within a month." As if I'd actually want to order from this trash company again, they are giving me a timeline to use this sorry excuse for an apology. Zero customer care. I knew I should have stuck with American companies.
I recently made a HUGE order with this company and had the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. The order consisted of about 30+ items and i only ended up having 2 delivered as I was told the courier "lost" the packages. I was told I would be sent a new order but then received an email saying they received my "return" and processed the refund back to afterpay. The refund amount wasn't even the FULL refund and when I contacted PLT about this all they did was offer to re ship the items but at this point i had already re ordered the items via a new order # and told them I wanted the refund because afterpay wasn't able to refund me for the 2 payments I had already made on the order. At this point it looks like im just going to have to contact my bank to get my $$ back, but This is the worst experience I have ever had with PLT and I usually shop with them A LOT. I don't think I will be shopping with them for a WHILE after this experience. They're customer service sucks and they don't even have a number where customers can call to contact them about service issues smh.
INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY ASAP. I got my order (less than half my order) after spending $700 my first time shopping. Huge huge mistake. I literally received less than half. They continued to tell me to wait so they can investigate where my other 2 packages are, since there's no updates from the shipping company at all. The shipping company specifically told me they never received the other 2 packages from PLT but PLT is acting like the shipping company lost it. Finally the day came where they refunded me... what a JOKE. It showed only 3 items being returned for 83 bucks and i was missing about 10 items. I will NOT stop sending them emails back and forth until they refund me for every single thing I didn't get. I have never seen so many bad reviews about any company ever. CLOSE DOWN PLT. Horrible!
I ordered a €50 pretty little thing voucher for a Christmas present on 23rd December. I expected it to take a few days to come but after 3 weeks I went onto the website and saw it was still processing (but pretty little thing had taken the money from my account). I went onto their website and in the "contact us" section I wrote out an email explaining the situation (the customer help chat bot was down at the time). Four weeks later still no reply so I emailed again using the "contact us" section. A couple of weeks later and still no reply or no sign of my order so I got the customer help email and emailed them directly from my gmail account instead of going through their website. When I explained the situation they said they had no record of my emails or my order. I forwarded on multiple screenshots with evidence of the situation but still they're reply was they cannot refund me due to the time that has passed, even though I did contact them and they can even see my order still says processing in my basket. They still kept my money. Absolutely disgraceful, didn't even try to help me, they don't care about customers and I'll never order from them again.
I ordered a bunch of clothes from PLT and they put the incorrect address on the label so they had it shipped back to the UK. When I finally was able to speak to customer service, all they said was that they cant do anything and just will give me a refund. I spent so much time on the phone with USPS trying to get the package back to me but was unable at that point. Customer service didnt even try to get me another package out and the shipping i paid was non refundable. Such a waste of time and will not be trying this company out again.

I placed an order on November 19th and my package was not shipped. It was supposed to be delivered on December 1st The label was made at fedex but they never received anything from PLT. After bringing it their attention on December 1st I was told to wait three days after the delivery date for them to look into where the package may be. I waited those three days and reached out again expressing that this was for my birthday and I needed the items ASAP. I was told to wait until December 22nd for the courier to get the package. I told them that was too late to see if the courier would get the packs because I needed the clothing for my birthday and asked for another package to be sent and was told no. Then I asked for a refund. They refused to give me the package because they have to wait for the courier to start an investigation. Which is stupid because they never got the package. The courier stated they never have received the package and only has a label ready. PLT keeps telling to watch for updated scans... Their last update was on Dec. 6th and still nothing. I'm really upset I wish I never spent my money here. This was my first time trying the company out and they have put a bad taste in my mouth. It's even more upsetting to see their reviews online after going through this traumatic process. I advise people not to spend their money here. I know I will never spend money here again. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 5 items from PLT over a month ago (5/13). I messaged a representative earlier this week because I usually receive my order on time no problem. They told me there might be a delay because of the virus which I understood. I got a notification for the 3rd time from my tracking saying "FAILURE" this 3rd time (6/16) It had a note that FedEx was holding my package. I called FedEx to figure out why they wont sent me my package because by this time it had been sitting in the same spot of 2 WEEKS. FedEx told me they won't send me my package because they received an empty package from the sender: Pretty Little Things...FedEx told me they emailed Pretty Little Things about what they received and needed an explaination as to why the package was received empty and I was told Pretty Little Things never responded. FedEx can't do anything until Pretty Little Things responds. When I messaged a PLT representative all 5 people that I spoke to made it seem like i'm being impatient, but i'm not! I'm frustrated because PLT has my money and now i'm being told my package is empty! I was told by a representative that PLT sent my order but where is it? I'm to the point where I'm about to take both PLT and FedEx to small claims court because I want my money or I want my FULL ORDER. I will most likely not be shopping with PLT again which is a bummer because I like their clothes but this is a mess and unprofessional.

This is my first experience with PLT and this will be my LAST. Not only did my package not arrive, they are claiming that I put the wrong apartment number, which I NEVER have. I have NEVER had any issues with any packages coming to my apartment until NOW. I've lived here for a YEAR. I know for a fact I did not put the wrong number. Their "customer service" is a joke. The first red flag was the fact that they have an automated robot that you can chat with if you have issues. When it comes to talking to a real person, said robot will attempt to "transfer" you, and there will not be any agents available to assist you. The next red flag was the fact that the only way you can talk to a real human being, is through their Twitter, Facebook, or WhatsApp. To me, that is SO unprofessional. No phone number or email. I had no choice but to message them on Twitter and I get a different person every time I message. Each person is just as incompetent as the one before them. I am asked multiple times if I "checked around my apartment" and I'm under the impression these 'customer service reps' CAN'T READ because I keep telling them OVER AND OVER that I checked EVERYWHERE. They also kept "confirming" my address on FOUR different occasions! THAT IS RIDICULOUS. Ultimately, the most recent person that messaged me recommended that I go to a STRANGER'S apartment to see if they have my package. During COVID-19, nonetheless! WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? I want a refund NOW! I will be disputing this with my bank ASAP.

First time ordering from this company and I ordered two swimsuits. They didn't fit me exactly as I wanted so I followed all the proper instructions on their website to print my return slip and bring it to the post office to mail everything . ( mind you it's $4 to print but they apparently refund you that back with your money from the returned items) so after receiving an email stating they got my swimsuits back and they are refunding me by 4/30 I have been checking to see where I'm receiving my refund. Today is 5/14 and I still haven't gotten my refund or my $4 for mailing my items back . They have been giving me the run around saying they sent it to my bank account through Apple Pay which is how I purchased but the last four digits of the account were completely opposite from my Apple Pay device number and my bank number . Now I contacted my bank which they said there's no refund listed and they have started a dispute complaint because they are not giving me my refund back . I will never ever ever be shopping here again and never in my life have I had to hunt people down to try to solve this issue from my purchase that was on 3/22. My bestfriend shops here all the time but never has returned any items and recently she has had the same problem it's this company they made her take a picture of her receipt from the post office because they " couldn't find her package she returned" even when the post office said the package was successfully returned . It's so sad and unprofessional !

All of the sizings of the tops i ordered were way off, i ordered crop tops and tank tops that are supposed to be regular crop top size in length, what a received were tops that wouldnt even cover half my breast .( my breasts were completely showing from under the shirt. Shirt wasnt covering anything) mind u two of the shirts were from
The disney collection and the way it fit on me (i dont even have big sized breasts ) it is not even appropriate to wear to somewhere like disneyland. On top of this one of the items were printed on the opposite side of the shirt. The bicycle shorts were see through and odd looking. The one item i thought would be an ok length on me was another white top i had gotten that had ruche on the side with a strap underneath. I didnt even try the shirt on yet and that strap was a fake strap and ended up falling off. NEVER order from this site. All the clothes are cheap ***, see through, and not stretchy, poor quality and sizing/length is way off from provided photos on the site.
I dont want to be paying money out of my pocket to return these faulty/cheap items due to the lack of quality on behalf of the company. I have emailed asking if they can provide me with a free shipping return label due to the above explained however all i got was something along the line of asking me if i can ship the items back. I will be shipping the items back once i get a free return label. Why do i have to ask them so many times. I just want my refund! Never will i order from them again.

I made an order at PrettyLittleThing.com in February 2022. They sent my package to the wrong address, which was confirmed to be back to them (which is highly suspicious). I eventually contacted the company's customer service for a refund after waiting nearly a month for items I paid for, yet never received. They told me that my refund was processed on the 11th of April, and sent out different emails stating I should expect the refund to be in my account by April 18-20th. Moreover, on April 22, 2022, customer services sent out another response stating that " I can see that $76.53 was refunded on the 11th of April ...this will have been in your account by the 20th of April." Currently, $76.52 still hasn't been refunded into my account. Despite customer service's claims, there's no existence of a bank statement from PrettyLittleThing that specifically suggests a refund being processed on the 11th of April, nor any actual proof on my bank's end that the company ever plans to refund it to me. After re-reading the emails from the company's customer service, looking at how long this company still fails to do a simple task, such as truthfully processing a refund for failing to provide services that I paid for--I've concluded that if the company doesn't give me my money back by April 29, 2022, I will contact the FTC( Federal Trade Commission) due to their seemingly deceptive practices. I am being very gracious by waiting another 5-6 days for the refund, but if it isn't in my account by then I'll have to legally deal with their malpractice. All I wish for is my money back. It's very simple .

So i sent everything i had a copy of my receipt, me putting the package in the mail server. I then discovered their Whats App phone number and decided to speak to them through there and explain my situation. they came back with saying I needed the USPS receipt... like whatttttt i provided the receipt, the refund receipt, the tracking number i also had pictures proof that i placed the item in the usps office and yet they wanted a receipt , they kept telling me no refund. So I had to make a claim with USPS only to find out they received the item on April 08,2021! Can you believe this nonsense basically denying me a refund when they had already received my package a month before. So i had to go though obstacle's to get a usps receipt for them , I did i finally received my refund back but let me tell you I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. By far the worst customer service . They want you to fight for your money back when they have already received the items. I mean they already take 2 weeks to send you your items and then when you send PROOF that you sent it back they say no... Nope never again will i spend a dime at this plave. unprofessional and they employees do not know what they are doing clearly if im showing you everything and proof a refund should not be a problem to issue it back.

I have spent a lot of money there and enjoy a $200+ haul that delivers SO MUCH BUT the entire process is a gamble. First be prepared to pay for your returns along with insurance etc (not worth it) second be prepared to find a bodysuit with the same buttons to attach (SURPRISE CAN'T!) or sweatpants with no hole for the drawstring to come out, maybe a extra large ankle cuff yet the other is normal or how about 2 completely different cup sizes on your bodysuit?! The other surprises will be just how incredible cheap poorly made, cancerous and very badly stitched along with color bleed and items completely losing shape after one delicate handwash. You absolutely must wash each item first due to the carcinogens, All of the material will be mostly polyester which is the cheapest. I have had several corsets arrive without boning on one side, no support in others and despite me being a PETITE 6 the clothes I buy VARY drastically in size and fit when I buy said above. I love getting these sexy, fun and comfortable (really) items as most of my closet is couture or incredibly expensive. It is nice to wear these and not have to worry but they all have some price. I typically end up sewing, correcting and adjusting the clothing. The joggers and sweats are repeats for me and they are hit/miss. I have purchased PETITE 6 and some regular 6 yet most of my petite purchases are 100% not petite. Some of the quality is decent and I have worn them over 6x some pill up in balls immediately, or have defects along with size issues galore like 3 pairs I purchased are so huge my husband could wear them. Some are so tight they are uncomfortable and the material is so cheap they're trash after 1 wear. PLT has been a nightmare for me!
PLT has been a nightmare for me! I found them about 3 months ago. I placed several orders with no issue. So, I placed several more orders for a vacation I am taking in August. One order for a bikini has not moved since the 25th of June. Tracking says it was handed over to their courier. It has not moved in 17 days. I am told to wait a month to see if it moves or finally gets to me. Crazy. Another order did the same and I received it today. I had grown impatient and ordered the same items expedited shipping and received them last week. I went to return the order I finally received a month later and they will not give me a free return promo code or a return label I can print to hand to my courier. I am being told I have to go to a usps access point to return the items I no longer need because I replaced them! On top of that I received an order that should have had 10 pairs of sunglasses and clothes in them. I waited forever for that order as it was held up too. When I received it their courier left the parcel on top of my mailbox out on the street. The package had been opened and taped back. 7 pairs of my sunglasses were missing. What is going on here? On top of that...3 days ago I received an order I paid to have expedited, it was held up too. Arrived a week late. When UPS attempted to deliver to me they told me I had to pay $25 to receive the package. I refused the package. I have not received a refund on this order either. Needless to say, I am out quite a lit of money, time, and items I ordered for my vacation. The customer service are horrible. They never have a resolution and never offer anything good other than stay safe and hey can you please take this survey. Overall the company has proved to be a scam. The clothes are cheaply made, with regular shipping it takes a month if you get your package and if your items are actually in that package. When you do expedite they will not reimburse you when the order does not make it to you am apparently on top of that they can demand you pay an import tax on their products which I have never done with any company ever. I believe this company will soon fizzle out in the U.S. as more and more realize it's a really bad decision to order their products and expect to receive them in a timely manner or at all. Overall totally disgusted with this company. I have told just about every CSR who works there this with no response. So done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE... I will never shop this site again. On Nov 4th I placed an order for 10 items that I fell in love with and was very excited about. My delivery date was the 17th which was way faster than I thought it would be, but I was very happy because two of the items I wanted to wear to a concert. The problem came when on the 9th of November my package was delivery to my local post office where it was scanned for delivery that day, but for some reason was never delivery to me. I gave it sometime and on the 11th I started trying to figure out what happen to my package. This time frame had nothing to do with PLT because it was now left up to my post office to figure out what happen. I then gave it more time to see if maybe they would find it. After speaking to the post office, they inform me that the package had been lost and I need to contact PLT and go from there. NOW this is where it turns into a nightmare. OfCourse everything is done through email. So, I reach out to PLT on the 22 to let them know what happen and to see what my options were. I honestly just wanted to see about get my items resent and just praying I received them this time. I was told I had to wait until Dec 1 to give it sometime, which I have gave it time since Nov 11 and still NO items. I example to them that the package was not coming due to me speaking with 3 different people at the post office and all of them stated that the package could not be located. After this I contact the post office and had them issue me a letter stated my package was lost and they were not going to be able to ship a package out that they do not have. On the 23rd I email PLT again and attach the letter from the post office stated the package was lost and will not be shipped out. They still in returned told me know I have to wait until Dec 3 to give it sometime. What am I giving time if the post office does not have my package. I am not sure what more information they need to understand there is no package coming. I was giving the run around and when I didn't agree to more time, the communication was stop. They stop emailing me and just wanted me to wait more days for a package that is not coming because it is lost. In the begin I just wanted my items to be shipped back out, but Now I want nothing to do with PLT. Their customer service suck and if you try to get any more information about your package and they don't feel like email you back they stop all communication. I am sure I will still be waiting for a package that will not be here. If I was anyone, I would be care about what you order from here because if something happen, they will have you playing a game of cat and mice.
Missing items
On 11.12.23 I ordered 10 items from PLT. A fluffy dressing gown, 6 hoodies, 2 pairs of joggers and a jersy pair of shorts. Amounting to £173. On the 15.12.23 a delivery was left in my porch. When I arrived home from work and saw the parcel my immediate thought was it was small and light for the 10 items but thought they must be sending the rest in another parcel. I opened the parcel and only 2 items, the fluffy dressing gown and 1 hoodie. I checked my account and it said that 10 items were in 1 package. I immediately contacted PLT via email and Facebook messenger to tell them I've only received 2 items. They said they would look into this as all 10 items were scanned and packed. They said they would look at footage of my items being packed. After lots of messages back and forth PLT have said that they have checked cctv and all 10 items were packed and they wouldn't be reordering the items or issuing a refund. After checking the bag it had been taped with brown tape and that the bag isn't big enough for 10 items. Again they have said on their footage and royal mails delivery photo they are the same size. I have sent a video of the bag to show the size is the same as the delivery photo but its Been opened and taped. It is not big enough for more items. I would not lie. These are christmas presents for my daughter. I am missing 8 items that I have paid for.

Gift card balance
On October 25th I brought items of PrettyLittleThing using my remaining gift card balance and own money. The order however did not process but had still taken my money and I also never received an order number. The bank refunded my money back automatically within a few days, however, the remaining gift card balance was never refunded. This amount that was not refunded was £20.50. I’ve tried to ask the customer support team multiple times and I get the same generic answer. It’s just frustrating because I had never received the order number as I wasn’t provided with me so I’m not sure if that’s why I’m getting delayed responses? I ordered 6 items (the same 3 piece suit outfit in size 12 & 14) which was delivered on 23/11. I opened it that day and noticed that an item was missing. I immediately tried to contact PLT and wasn't able to contact them to start with as their contact now page was showing an error. I made an order on Tuesday 21st November which was delivered on Wednesday 22nd November. Only 6 of the 9 items were in the package. I contacted customer services as I originally thought my items may have been sent in two separate packages and wanted to confirm if this was the case. Since this was not the case and they said all the items had been sent out in one package, they said they would review the footage of the items being packed. They then contacted me and said they have checked this and can see ALL the items were packed and therefore they will not be resending me the items. I have asked to see this footage and they have declined. The parcel did not seem to be damaged, however, it is possible that the package could have been unsealed and resealed as it is not secure packaging.

I placed and order that was shipped on August 26th. On Sept 9 it was rerun to the sender because the address was not found. I send an email to PLT to see what the outcome of this situation will be but they just told me to wait until the tracking was updated. I explained to them over and over that the package was return but they kept saying “I’m sorry your parcel is delay please allow until 3 more days” and everytime they added more days. Like they were not reading what I was writing. One of them told me that they can’t refund until the tracking is updated to “returned to sender” and I told them that it says “no such number” which means the same. They just keep making excuses to not give me my money. I never got the items and they are on its way back to them I don’t understand why I can’t get my money.

Tried to reach out to them one minute later and they told me I can’t cancel my order. Now I have my $60 order going to my old address and I don’t have access to go get it. They need to give us an option to cancel order for the first few minutes at least.

Scamming thieves
Part of my order didn't arrive. Thought it was going to be an easy process when they said they'd check CCTV footage of my order being packed. I am not massively tall, standing at 5’10. The model in the images stands at 5ft11.5 per the advert. that CANNOT be true as when I wear this garment my boobs are on full display!

Unauthorized Charge
7/11/23 @2:07AM my card was charged for $20. I locked my card immediately so it wasn't charged again, as I have read there are usually multiple charges when this company does this. I have never ordered from this company. Never even looked at the website. Charge says PLT US, when searched, this company comes up and talks about scams. Can people just get a job and work for their own money.
Representatives refuse to reimburse or provide items I paid for
I reached out to support yesterday about 3 missing items, I was told a footage would be reviewed. Today I’m told the items were packed based off the footage and will not be receiving anything. The first package the items were supposed to be in were delivered poorly, tapped with 3 pieces of tape and parts of the inside exposed and items spewing out , I did not complain. While opening the individual packages some of the clear plastic bags were even wet from the rain, still did not complain. I waited for the second parcel to arrive to make sure it was not there either and they weren’t. I’ve spent thousands of dollars total on this site and not once have I had an issue like this. I have no reason to lie about not receiving them, that’s not my nature. I asked to be please be in contact with someone who can help get these 3 clothings. I’m not asking for my money back I just want these items that I paid for shipped to me. That’s only fair.

Mixed feelings about PrettyLittleThing: Cute clothes, but quality control issues
I've been shopping at PrettyLittleThing for a while now, but I'm not sure if I'll be shopping there again in the future. My biggest issue with them is that sometimes the items they advertise aren't what you actually receive.
For example, I saw this dress on their website that had splits on both sides and I fell in love with it. When I received the dress, there were no splits. The dress was still cute, but it wasn't what I wanted. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me the dress with the splits. When the replacement arrived, it still didn't have the splits. It was really frustrating.
I also ordered a plaid skirt that had the plaids misaligned. I returned it and ordered the same style again because I really liked it. The replacement was better, but it still wasn't perfect. I got it at a discount, so I guess I got what I paid for.
Another issue I've had is that some of their clothes run small, even though I followed the size chart. It's really annoying to have to pay for shipping to return the item and then wait for a refund. And then when you reorder the item, there's still a chance that it won't fit.
It's a shame because they have really cute clothes, but the quality control isn't always great.
Two-Star Review: Pretty Little Thing's Quality is Hit or Miss
I gotta say, I'm giving Pretty Little Thing a two-star rating. The quality of their clothes is just not up to par, but I guess you get what you pay for, right? If you're looking for casual or active wear, I'd say save your money and go for something a little more expensive. I've ordered their leggings about 3-4 times now, and let me tell you, they are so transparent that you can't wear them without something over them. They're basically pantyhose! I don't know why all those INSTA photos make them look like they fit great and aren't see-through. Don't waste your money on these, they're like $3 quality from a cheap clothing store.
Now, when it comes to their coats, it's a whole different story. The design is great, the quality is great, and the price is very reasonable. I'm really impressed with their coats. But when it comes to their basic tops and blouses, it's a different story. They're totally transparent and the quality is terrible. I ordered a white T-shirt with a logo on it, thinking it would be loose-fitting and stylish, but it looked like it came straight from one of those alleys in LA that sell $5 shirts with fake logos on them. It's really hit or miss with this store. I don't know how they decide which items to make with good quality and which ones to skimp on. They have a great style concept, but they definitely need to improve their quality, especially since they're marketed and advertised mainstream.
Fashion Nova is a similar competitor, and most of their items are great quality, even the basics. I have an order from over 6 months ago that I still haven't returned yet, and I decided to just use the basic tops I bought this time, even though the quality sucks. I would only order coats or jackets from Pretty Little Thing again, everything else is a pass.
Pretty Little Thing: Poor Quality, Bad Customer Service, and No Returns Policy
I recently bought a jacket from Pretty Little Thing in my UK size, but when it arrived, the sleeves were massive and all puckered up. It's clear that there's no quality control here with these cowboys. I've emailed them nine times since the first day it arrived, but it's impossible to speak with their so-called customer service. You either chat with an automation machine that just repeats the same thing over and over, or you get no further than when you started. It's so frustrating! All I want is a returns label, which I don't think is asking too much. I certainly don't want to pay for their mistaken sizing or bad workmanship. Obviously, the company should be responsible for that.
After reading so many terrible reviews on this company's policies for returning people's money, I wish I had read them before ordering. Believe me, there are so many right across the web, all mainly complaining for the same reason as myself. This company then seems to faintly apologize, making all sorts of excuses, and then carry on as before, conning people out of their money by selling poor quality clothes, etc. This company should be forced out of their disgusting business. Customer service is non-existent, and they really don't care because along comes another mug who looks at their site and purchases from pictures something they will never receive. The quality will be poor, the sizes are all wrong, and you can't complain or send it back. If you do manage to, you don't get any refunds. Look at all the complaints; they can't all be wrong, now can they? Yet this company carries on ripping people off without any remorse or shame.

When I clicked the link above it shows the package was not sent to my Address hence the reason we never received the Package. Furthermore I explained that I can't track a Shipment when I wasn't provided the tracking information nor that my order was split into two Shipments.
PLT Thanks for letting me know. I can see this has been delivered to the address on the order. As this is now over 14 days we would be unable to look into this further at our end and would advise checking around your property and with neighbours for the parcel.

Poor Customer Service and High Prices: My Experience with Pretty Little Thing
I recently made a purchase from Pretty Little Thing, but unfortunately, I made a mistake with my shipping address. I quickly realized my error and contacted their customer service team to see if they could help me out. However, the representative I spoke with informed me that they do not cancel orders and suggested that I try to retrieve the package from the incorrect address myself.
I explained to the representative that I live in the Caribbean and use a third-party courier for all of my US orders, so retrieving the package myself was not an option. They then asked me to provide proof that I live in the Caribbean, which I did. Despite this, hours later, I received an email saying that my order had already been shipped to the incorrect address.
I was extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled. The customer service representative was unhelpful and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. It was frustrating to be told that my mistake could not be corrected, even after providing proof of my situation.
In addition to the poor customer service, I found Pretty Little Thing to be quite expensive for the quality of their products. I would not recommend this site to anyone who values their time and money.
To make matters worse, when I thanked the representative for their time, I was told that I should have filled out a survey instead. It was disappointing to see that common courtesy is not valued by this company.
Overall, I would not recommend Pretty Little Thing to anyone. Their customer service is lacking, their prices are high, and their products are not worth the investment. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
