I placed my order mid June for a few items including a beautiful flowy black dress I was most excited for. Money was tight but I needed this for an event so I bit the bullet. Upon opening my package I noticed I was sent the wrong dress (different material, cut, sleeves, length, fit, etc). I contacted PLT, who wasn't of much help and reluctantly agreed to send out the proper dress. Much to my horror, after already having wasted weeks waiting around for the right item.. when opening the 2nd package I noticed the exact same thing had occurred. I was sent the wrong dress again - same as last time. At this point I was pretty frustrated considering it felt like no effort was made to ensure the same mistake didn't happen twice. Disappointed, I reached out again to explain the situation and ask if somebody could look into what was going wrong here (appears to be a labelling issue), basically begging to have someone take the time to try to locate the proper dress so I could have what I paid for. The replies I got back were dismissive, short, apathetic and barely acknowledged my concerns or answered my questions. Rather than answer my question about if the right dress could be sent, I was getting what felt like copy + pasted answers demanding I send the dress back in order to receive a refund (I hadn't even yet asked for a refund). Realizing there was clearly no way I was going to get the dress I paid for, I then chatted back and forth with customer service about how to go about sending this item back. They are adament I pay for shipping fees out of my own pocket in advance, to eventually be refunded which doesn't seem right to me & which I don't have the money for. I absolutely should not be expected to do this considering the inconveniences I've had to endure as a result of these careless mistakes. This goes against consumer rights. I asked for a prepaid shipping label, or a refund. They continue to either ignore me or dismiss my concern & I feel scammed out of my money

Prettylittlething is a scam! I am not sure what happened to this company. I used to order from them frequently but stopped for a couple of years and they popped up on my Instagram feed and I decided to place an order. My order was never shipped. The customer service team is horrible and all they do is lie. They claimed to have shipped one of the 10 items I ordered and when I opened the package it was a random huge grey T shirt that I did not order! I contacted them via Twitter because they have no contact number which should've been the first red flag! The Twitter team is horrible. Everyone kept giving me the run around and different responses. I disputed the order and they had the nerve to refund everything except the amount of the outfit that they claimed to have shipped but I did not receive! So basically they charged me for this raggedy grey shirt that I don't want, did not order and cannot fit! It's huge and hideous and cheap! How dare they charge me for their mistake. Then as far as the other items, they kept telling me they were coming by November 8th and I knew nothing was coming because they wouldn't even give me a tracking number. Of course nothing came. I tell them and they say oops it looks like everything you ordered was out of stock so we cancelled the order. Whaaat? So it took 2 weeks and for me to dispute it for me to finally get that answer? And if everything was out of stock, why was I able to purchase and why won't they refund my money for the 1 item that I never received! I really want to know who was that slow to package that huge tshirt and send it to me and claim it was a crop top. They are scamming people bad and it's a shame because they really used to be a reputable company but I plan on bashing them on every platform and letting people know not to shop there until I can get them shut down. Just check their Twitter, they have several complaints about orders. I just want the rest of the money because don't charge me for what I didn't get.

Updated my address before purchasing decided to go back and add more…went through the checkout process again and now my package is being sent to an old address in my address book. Horrible service, it’s 2023. Either they should update their website or let people cancel or change the address prior to processing.

It sexualises black women and is offensive to most people of a faith or religion, and to Black or BAME people. It is exploitative and contradicts the message of Black History Month, which is intended to celebrate and uphold the contribution of people of colour to the West. This advert advertises a black woman who is practically unclothed and hardly shows respect to her, nor does it uphold the dignity of BAME people. Please end end this advertising compaign.

Missing part of my order
Good afternoon,
I received a delivery yesterday for an order i placed and two of the items are missing, although on the app it states they where delivered, they where not.
I am disappointed, this is the 2nd time I have had an issue with my delivery from Pretty Little Things. The last time they sent the package back before I even received the items.
This time I am missing a pair of pants and an entire jumper. I am really disappointed.

Dress/package shows deliver but was not!
I order a dress which shows it was deliver but not to my address, i've checked my security cameras and didn't see any mail guy at my premises.
I've also checked with my neighbors with no luck...

Refund for failed delivery
PLT left my parcel in public. I never asked for the parcel to be left in a secure place and the courier messaged me to say it would be delivered to a person. The parcel was gone before I got home.
PLT will only refund if I provide a Crime Ref Number. Why? Why refund me if they delivered the parcel? Answer: they will claim against the courier using that.
But wait, if they are making a claim against the courier they are admitting something wasn't right in the process, so why am I not getting a refund?
And under the UK Consumer Rights Act my only contract is with the retailer, not the courier. So any commercial agreement between PLT and their couriers, which may require PLT to provide a Crime number to their courier, has nothing to do with my rights.
PLT are just about impossible to deal with, staff work to a script via twitter, no chance of reason or escalation. Letters ignored too.

I placed an order on 28 November 2021. It was suppose to arrive by 11 December 2021. ON 13 December 2021, when I still had not received the parcel I sent a query to find out where my parcel was or to send me tracking number as when I looked on my account the update for the order was still sitting on "Being packed". Prettylittlething responded that the item had not left yet and that they were waiting for a confirmation from there warehouse if it was sent ot not. After a week of back and forth and telling me eventually that the warehouse has confirmed that it was not sent they asked if they can send me the parcel. I told them in several responses that I wanted a refund as I no more had use for this. This parcel is now over a week late and had not even left their warehouse. I got another message today saying that they sending the parcel which I no longer want and requested a refunbd yet again. They have not bothered reading previous messages and are just running me around in circles! This is absoltely choking customer service and would like to report them

My credit card was charged three times on November 30, 2021. The amounts are $487.76, 591.73 and $664.41. The $664.41 was reversed the same day. I don't know what these charges are for. The transactions have this number PLT US [protected] CA. My name is Patty Stoddard. I don't think these are items I purchased and I don't think I have ever purchased anything from Pretty Little Things. I'm worried that this is fraudulent. I need more information about what was purchased. My CITI credit card number ends with 5526.

My order was delivered to the wrong address, but PLT customer service has told me they believe it was delivered to the right address. Their customer service is horrible and are not even trying to rectify my problem. Even on the Hermes tracking shows it was not delivered to me but to a location on another road in the same block and delivered to a person that is not me.

On Friday 24th April 2020 at 0142 in the morning my phone pinged with an alert from my bank. £33.99 had been charged.
At 0243 the phone pinged again and £28.99 had been charged. Then the third ping that woke me up was 0246 and a further £15.99 had been charged.
I immediately transferred all the money out of that account into a savings account but the pings kept on coming but this time being rejected as there was now no money in that account.
I checked in with my wife in the morning and she had not bought anything nor authorised anything. This was a scam. We contacted our bank and raised an alert.
We contacted 21three Clothing but no response.

I purchase one order from pretty little thing and the charge was $29.99, and I see another purchase for $35.24 which I did not authorize from 21 Three Clothing Company. The transaction date on my credit card was 5/12/2019 and the reference number is 7454706451FKEH. Please return the funds back to my credit card. I believe this was fraud. My debit card was charged for $349.99 worth of merchandise and I've never heard of nor been to your website prior to receiving the notice today. There were also 5 separate $200.99 charges that failed to go through thankfully. I'm not even sure how my information was accessible by your agency. This is clearly some type of online scam and if your company approves the fraudulent charges against my account, I will seek action until my funds are fully recouped.

I told them I hadn't even heard of them. They told me not to wory they were going to stop the charge and send me a new card. I sent back two parcels through Asda's return service on 15/12/18 ( almost one month ago) and I still have not received a refund for my item's of nearly £200.00.

I sent a emails to the return team asking for a update and was told a tracking number was needed. I went into Asda to confirm my parcels had been sent back. I did not keep the receipt as they asked for my email address and phone number and said they would send a email with confirmation. Asda they confirmed with there couriers "ToYou" that the parcel was picked up on the 15/12/18 and was deliveredto Pretty Little Thing the same day.They provided me the tracking number that Pretty little thing asks for they are PLTE114817657 and PLTE [protected].
I have emailed them numbers to them numbers to someone called Thomas at Pretty little thing and was told the numbers are not correct.
I went back to Asda and spoke to the manger and she confirmed they are the tracking numbers asked for by pretty little thing.
I would appreciate a response as soon as possible
