Finally, when I got through, the representative was not very helpful and seemed annoyed that I wanted to cancel my order. It was really frustrating and took a lot of time and effort to get my order cancelled.

Overall, I think Priceless has some great products and deals, but their customer service needs improvement. It would be helpful if they had a more accessible way to cancel orders and if their representatives were more helpful and friendly. I recently placed sereral orders, last one was an up to 90% off Sitewide. You would think the items pictured the email would be on sale...apparently not! When I contacted customer service they said that only itmes with prices ending in .97 are on sale qualify for sale. Are you kidding me? This is false advertisement at and deceit at its worse. I will be contacting the BBB...I usually dont' double check the discounts for lack of time but now I am g oing to check every single order. What a disspointment!

I purchased some items which were on sale from www.shoppriceless.com website. When my order finally arrived everything was in a terrible condition and looked nothing like pictures on their site. I was very dissatisfied with the entire order and decided to send everything back in order to get a refund. I went to their website and checked the rules and was glad that I still had time to return.
When I contacted ShopPriceless customer support they said that they were not able to refund my money because everything I bought was on final sale! There was nothing mentioned about that in their policies but they claimed that these were the rules. No matter how hard I've tried I wasn't able to get my money back. I would not recommend this site!
