I recently placed sereral orders, last one was an up to 90% off Sitewide. You would think the items pictured the email would be on sale...apparently not! When I contacted customer service they said that only itmes with prices ending in .97 are on sale qualify for sale. Are you kidding me? This is false advertisement at and deceit at its worse. I was very dissatisfied with the entire order and decided to send everything back in order to get a refund. I went to their website and checked the rules and was glad that I still had time to return.
