Don't walk away, RUN
Don't walk away from PriceRock, RUN as fast as you can. This company is nothing more than a scam/fraud company. First RED FLAG, PriceRock charged my credit card as soon as I placed my order on day one. Nobody charges your credit card until the item has shipped.This was 2/06/24. On 2/13/24 e-mailed PriceRock twice wanting to cancel my order and asked for a refund. They never responded. 2/14/24 they emailed me that the item had shipped which was a lie. All they did was generated a UPS shipping label and a tracking number. 2/15/24 PriceRock called me wanting to know why I was upset. At this point in time they still have not shipped the item. UPS confirmed they received a shipping label but never received package. I told PriceRock I had opened a Fraud case with my credit card company . They asked if I still wanted my item and I asked if I cancel will you refund my money which they said no, you can just get it back from my credit card company. THEY NEVER SHIPPED ITEM. My credit card company did reverse the charges. RUN RUN RUN

PriceRock Gold Chains - Always Consistent Quality and Great Prices
I been buying gold chains from PriceRock for some years niw and they have always com thru for me. I got a 14k gold 3.6 gold curb chain, a 14k 3mm diamond cut rope chain and a 14k gold 5mm figaro chain and they are all good quality and as what they said in the descripsion. I even went to get them tested and it was all solid gold just like they said! The prices are amazing and cant be beat! I dont know why some peeps have problems, but i have never had any.

DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM PRICEROCK! After giving them my hard-earned cash, I was promised to receive my jewelry in a quick 3-5 days. However, 10 days passed and when I tried to contact them, no one could answer my questions. Then, even worse, after a whole 20 days (and already past Christmas Day!) I finally got through to someone only because I had to contact my credit card company due to the lack of communication. I demanded to cancel, but before I knew it, my $563.00 chain was in my mailbox on December 30, 2020. Even though I didn't sign to accept it, I received it anyway. Now it's January 6, 2021 and I'm struggling to get in touch with anyone to have this returned. This experience has been beyond frustrating and dissatisfying. Can't stress enough, avoid this site at all costs!

After buying a 3mm "Solid" gold 14k chain from PriceRock (pricerock.com) a couple months back, I was pretty happy with my initial purchase. However, just after a few weeks of usage, my chain broke in half (right through the middle) after an incidental light tug. I was devastated and reached out to their customer service for help. But to my surprise, I got no response whatsoever for a week.
Out of my frustration, I decided to push a little harder and threatened to email them until I got a response. Finally, I did get a reply and was taken aback when I found out that my item wasn't eligible for return. This left me with not just a bad experience but a "bad" product as well. And to make matters worse, their service wasn't up to par either.
As a customer, I would advise you to avoid buying from PriceRock and instead spend your hard-earned money somewhere more trustworthy with better return policies. If I could save you some money and help you make a more informed purchase, then I would be happy to do so. Trust me, PriceRock is not worth it.

So, I came across this online store called PriceRock and, my oh my, what a disaster it turned out to be. I placed an order on the last day of 2020 and up to now, 15 days later, I have yet to receive the item I bought. They gave me this excuse that my shipment couldn't be dispatched to my address because it doesn't match my credit card details. Sounds absurd, right? But wait until you hear more! The worst part of it all is that my credit card company has already made a payment to them on the same day I made the purchase. Yet, until now, no sign of my order being shipped out to me.
I tried to email them for help but got no reply. Their phone line was also out of reach, no matter how many times I tried. I am left with no option but to file a complaint with my credit card company. However, this will only be possible after 30 more days; a period that they require before investigating and taking any action.
This has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. PriceRock hasn't even bothered to update me on what's going on, let alone trying to fix this issue. It is as if they got my hard-earned money and went to the Bahamas or something. Dear fellow buyers, please don't be tempted to buy anything from this store.
