Don't use this company!
Don't use this company! They're unprofessional and messed up my stuff.
I got scammed by Prime Relocation Services Inc
I got scammed by Prime Relocation Services Inc. They threatened my family, saying they would auction off our stuff if we didn't cough up an extra 6k. And to top it off, when they finally delivered our belongings, they were all damaged, including the TV's which were completely broken. And guess what? They had the audacity to blame it on us! This company has a ton of nightmare reviews, and it's no wonder why. Their contracts are designed to cover up all their shady actions. It's absolutely disgusting.
I wish I could give negative stars!
I wish I could give negative stars! They didn't follow the original contract. They tricked me into paying an extra $1700 before they would load the truck. Run away as fast as you can. They are really unethical. They keep changing the terms all the time and won't release your belongings until you give in.
This was a terrible experience with Prime Relocation Services Inc
This was a terrible experience with Prime Relocation Services Inc. They didn't even bother to show up on the first day and didn't bother to give us a call or any notification. The next day, they were a whopping 3.5 hours late. And to top it all off, they charged us almost $4,000 more than the original quote. Can you believe that?
But wait, it gets worse. They refused to load our stuff onto the semi truck until we paid the full balance. So, we had no choice but to cough up the money. They finally took our belongings on November 20th, with the promise that they would be loaded and on their way out of California by December 4th. Surprise, surprise, they didn't keep their word.
On Monday, the 7th, a person named Shy S assured me that they had finally left and it would take 2-14 days for our stuff to arrive. Well, those days came and went, and still no sign of our belongings. Then, on December 23rd, I received an email saying that they were supposedly on schedule to load the truck. Can you believe it? They are now way outside the terms of our contract.
Today is Christmas Eve, and we are $10,000 poorer with no belongings in sight. We have no clue where our stuff is or if it will ever arrive. These people are nothing but liars, and they avoid taking responsibility for their actions. They are basically thieves! I strongly advise you to run as fast as you can from this company. You'd be better off hiring two teenagers to do the job for you. It's just so sad because this move was for my elderly dad, who is in his late 70s. Now he has to sleep on the floor in his new house. I can't even begin to fathom how these people sleep at night. This is a complete scam, and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Beware of this company
Beware of this company. They lie, steal, and forge false documents. They charged me $4000 more than the original agreed-upon amount. On 12/7, I entered into an agreement and paid a $900 deposit to have Prime Relocation Services move my furniture and belongings from *** to ***. *** quoted $3600 for the entire move. When the movers arrived on 12/18 and loaded my belongings onto the truck, they told me the price had increased. They said they would let me know the final cost once they weighed and loaded my belongings onto the semi-truck to be driven to Texas. Throughout the process, the movers asked me personal questions like how much I paid for my house, where I worked, where I was from, and if I had used moving companies in the past. They even checked what kind of car was in my garage. A few days later, I received a call from the company's main office ***, stating that I owed a total of $7848. After a week and a half of arguing with *** about the price, delivery schedule, and transport details, I finally paid the remaining balance so my belongings could be delivered. The payment had to be wired or bank transferred to ***. Company Name: *** ACCT: ***. ROUTING: ***. Another week and a half passed before my things were loaded onto a moving truck from the warehouse and finally, a month later, they were delivered on 1/13. On the day of the delivery, *** called me and said I needed to pay an additional $1500 so a smaller transport truck could be used to move my things from the 18-wheeler to my house. I explained that a transport truck was unnecessary as an 18-wheeler or semi truck could fit into my neighborhood without any problems. The driver then called me and said he was driving a standard 26ft moving truck (not a semi truck) and that he was pretty sure it would fit into the neighborhood. This was another tactic the company used to get more money from their clients. The driver arrived alone to unload the truck, and I had to help him because he needed more manpower. When I received my belongings, I discovered that several items were stolen, many boxes had been rummaged through, and some of my furniture was broken or damaged.
We booked Prime Relocation Services to pack and move our stuff from Murrieta, Ca to Concord, NC on 9/1
We booked Prime Relocation Services to pack and move our stuff from Murrieta, Ca to Concord, NC on 9/1. We wanted our things to arrive in NC on 9/11. The original quote for our 4 bedroom home was about $5700. But when they got here, they said it would actually cost $14,299.67. We felt like we had no choice but to agree because we had a new job starting soon in NC. Plus, we had already paid a deposit of $1,429.75 before the movers came. They made it seem like we might lose our money if we canceled. So, we reluctantly agreed to the move. After they finished, they asked for a check for another $6000. They said we would have to pay the remaining balance of $6869.92 when they delivered our stuff in NC. On 9/9, I got an email from their Customer Service manager, ***, with our invoice for the move. He also called me and said I had to pay the rest of the money before they would schedule the delivery from their warehouse in California. He sent me another email from his work email with the account info to pay the $6869.92 through ***. I told him I would have to make 2 payments because the max transfer amount is $3500. So, I sent $3500 on 9/9 and the remaining $3369.92 on 9/10. On 9/16, a person named *** from Prime Relocation Services called me and asked for payment of $6869.92, even though I had already paid on 9/9 and 9/10 to their *** account. She asked for proof, so I sent her screenshots of my *** transfers. She thanked me and said she would get back to me. I asked about my stuff, which was supposed to arrive a week ago. She said she didn't have any scheduling information yet. Later that day, on 9/16, she called me again to say they had fired *** on the same day for fraud. *** was the person who took our $6969.92 payment on 9/9 and 9/10. She said the account info *** gave me for the *** transfer might have been his personal account. She asked me to call my bank to see if I could get the payment back. I did that on the same day, but my bank said it wasn't guaranteed and it could take up to 45 days to process the claim. I called *** back to let her know I would have to wait up to 45 days to hear about the claim. She told me they couldn't schedule the delivery of my stuff until they got another payment of $6869.92. They want to keep my stuff until I pay again, even though I already paid. My wife, our 4 kids (ages 11, 9, 6, and 3), and I have been living with just the things we brought in our car and SUV since 9/1. They're threatening not to deliver our stuff if we don't pay again. It's 9/23 now, and we're still here in an empty house with no belongings while this company holds our stuff hostage.
I needed a Moving Company to move me from San Mateo, CA. to Cape Corel, FL. *** gave me a quote to move my home. I gave him a list of all the property to be moved. I said that it was a good price and wanted to reserve a date. He told me to give him a deposit now and if anything changed that he would refund the money. I told him to move me on a date and the crew showed up to start moving me. Once the foreman came in the house he said that it was a lot more to move than what was on the list and said it would be 6k to 8k more to move now. I said no and he kept calling *** and another boss of his. After 6 hours he said 4k more and that was a deal. I said no and they left saying that they would come back the next day to see if I changed my mind. I said no again and they left. I hired another company to move me to Florida. I called *** and he said that it was going to be very hard for me to get my deposit back and that he would not return it to me now. They are crooked and took my money for doing nothing. There should be a law against these kind of CROOKS. I am going to call the DA in Sacramento to files charges for Theft.
Moved from California to North Carolina and hired Prime Relocation Services to move my stuff
Moved from California to North Carolina and hired Prime Relocation Services to move my stuff. On Sept 9th they called for final payment since my earliest delivery date was Sept 10th I *** the money to the number the sales representative gave and come to find out he pocketed the money. The company says that they are not responsible for what their employee did and have let him go and are refusing to deliver my house hold items until I pay the 7k again to them.

On July 3rd, prime relocation services picked up my items from Upland, Ca for a scheduled delivery on July 20th in Canton, MI. On or around July 17th, I gave the company a call and found out that my items were still in storage in California. The agent told me they would be scheduled for loading early the following week and they would give me a call then. On or around July 22nd, I gave the company a call again and found out that my items were still not loaded. At the time the agent said its scheduled to be loaded and he will call me when it is. On or around July 28nd, I gave the company a call again and found out that my items were still not loaded. At the time the agent said its scheduled to be loaded in the next 24-48 and he will call me when it is. On July 31st, I gave the company a call again and found out that my items were still not loaded for delivery. Agent did not give me a scheduled load time. Per federal regulation $375.601 the mover must transport in a timely manner per the agreed-upon time frame. This is something that the company has not done. In addition, per $375.605 '(a) When you are unable to perform either the pickup or delivery of a shipment on the dates or during the periods specified in the order for service and as soon as the delay becomes apparent to you, you must notify the individual shipper of the delay, at your expense and you "(b) must advise the individual shipper of the dates or periods you expect to be able to pick up and/or deliver the shipment. You must consider the needs of the individual shipper in your advisement." This is something the company has also failed to do. The lack of communication and miscommunication from the company has caused me and my family a lot of anxiety and hardship. I need my items. It seems the company is still doing deliverys so i'm not sure why its not loading my items.

We had booked Prime Relocation Services to pack and ship our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home from California to **
We had booked Prime Relocation Services to pack and ship our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home from California to . We were originally quoted 4805.44. We agreed and I paid a deposit of 1201.25 which was 25% down. My husband did a full walkthrough and explained all of the items we had to move. We were scheduled for packing on 8/7 between 10-12pm. They didn't show and we were never notified until we reached out to the company they then said the foreman called out and they will not be able to arrive until the following day 8/8 between 9-11am. They pulled up in a truck from enterprise with no masks on during the Covid Pandemic (we had our masks on and had a two year old son in tow) the gentlemen came in and asked us to show him what was being moved. He then said that we were way under quoted and now our move would cost between 6-9 thousand dollars which was double the cost because he said we had double the house than what was listed. When we originally did our walkthrough we explained everything that was in our house. Include two living room sets, 4 beds and bedroom furniture, dining table, and all of our things in the garage. We felt very taken back given the cost increase. He then proceeded to say I am just the packer you have to take it up with who you spoke with. I will wait in the car, again 3 men no masks exit our house and sit. While we desperately try to contact who quoted us we finally ended up speaking to a customer service manager "Felix" who proceeded to say let me contact the crew and will call you back. Come to find out the truck was 1700 cubic feet and we were only put down for 900 cubic feet. So we need to pay extra for that. If they filled the truck it would cost thousands more to send another truck and pack it. We were mortified. It was about a 2 hour back and forth and eventually we settled on 9700 for the move which included packing and shipping to . The movers had only boxes and saran wrap and moving blankets they had no paper to wrap our fragile goods or separate items within a box. They were throwing things in boxes and refused to label our boxes saying "that is not what we do we just pack". I had to keep pointing things out like you left this in the room or aren't you going to pack that? They refused to take our sons crib apart so I did. I put all the screws in a ziplock bag and left it on one of the rails so they can tape it to the furniture so we know what it belongs to. They never did, I found the bag on the floor and begged them to please tape it to the crib which they said was already packed. They also did not tape the screws to our dining room table either. Then at 10pm they say "we have no more boxes we need to go to walmart where is the nearest walmart". I said 20 minutes away and it is closed- they said we can't pack anymore. I had boxes and suitcases and shoved everything I could into them to fit on the truck. At 11pm the foreman sat on one of my many pieces of furniture they couldn't fit and asked if I could pay a mix of cash and check which made me very suspicious. Him and his team were taking full advantage of the situation. I said no I only have a check. He spent an hour writing up the bill. He then comes back and said because he used his supplies he ended up charging us an additional $2,012.50 bringing our original estimate from 4800.00 to a whopping $12, 339.19. I know that they get reimbursed for supplies when they didn't purchase anymore. That is why they were asking for cash- this is illegal! I almost fainted- he then said if you can't pay we will remove everything out of the truck and you can "start over". At this point we didn't know what to do we had felt so taken advantage and price gouged given the circumstances. (They still didn't wear masks for the entire time). I couldn't get ahold of "Felix" to discuss since it was so late. We then needed to pay an additional $7239.66 for %65 of the cost... I wrote a check. They left the house leaving us with the remaining furniture such as our living room set, day bed, tools, lawnmower, and cherished family photos and artwork. I had to last minute call *** and donate all of our cherished memories. The following day we called the company and immediately attempted to file a complaint, we were told "we will look into it" and haven't heard from them since. Today is now 8/13 and we call "Felix" again. We have been trying to get updates on our shipment because we have nothing in NY. We were told our items are still at the warehouse in California and there is not an update on when they will be in . This experience has been the most horrifying and traumatizing dealings with a "business". After further investigation there are a lot of falsified reviews which were misleading and we were put in an extremely compromising position. This is incredibly wrong, and the fact that during Covid people can take full advantage of another's misfortune is incredibly unprofessional. We are requesting massive compensation for the price gauging and the extreme delay in the shipment of our goods. This is simply unacceptable and there must be a resolution.
