So I did the $1 five day trial and I immediately thought I canceled it. Wrong. They even charged me 68.22 the day after I signed up for the free trial. They also charged me 52.00 the very next month. They never called me to cancel after filling out the form. Called them and they said it had to process. It's been two months and they still won't let me cancel. Disputing the charge with my bank because I'm over the scam they are doing. I don't have money to waste on something that refuses to allow me to cancel. I'd give this zero stars if I could. I wouldn't even recommend this to my enemy that's how much I dislike this. I wish I never paid them the first dollar for a free trial that wasn't free.

I ain't too happy with Pro People search. I canceled my subscription a few months ago, and they even sent me an email saying my request was updated. But now, they're taking more money from me, and they won't give it back. And to top it off, their info ain't even accurate. What a rip-off!

This website is a total scam! They said that my cancellation request would be processed within 48 hours, but when I called to cancel, they told me to call again to cancel. What the heck? I'm going to fight this because I have proof that I tried to cancel my subscription. I have screenshots and recordings of my phone conversations with their terrible customer service. They even admitted that I requested to cancel before my free trial ended, but I still got charged. This is ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money on this website.

I recently signed up for Pro People Search's $1 five day trial, thinking it would be a great way to find some information I needed. However, I quickly realized that I had made a mistake. When I signed up, I apparently didn't specify which subscription plan I wanted - the one month plan for $29.95 or the three month plan for $59.85. I don't remember seeing an option for this, but maybe I just missed it. Either way, I missed the five day window to cancel, and was charged $68.22 for the three month plan.

I was pretty upset about this, as you can imagine. I called customer service to try to get some answers, and ended up having a long conversation about the wording on their website. The rep did cancel my membership and issue a refund for 50% of what I was charged, but I still feel like I got ripped off. $34 is a lot of money to me, and I definitely learned my lesson about reading the Terms of Use more carefully before giving out my payment information.

To be honest, I wasn't even that impressed with the information I got from Pro People Search. It was pretty basic stuff that I could have found on my own with a little bit of digging. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, especially if you're not willing to risk getting charged for a subscription you didn't even want.
