I cannot wait to participate next year, thank you guys so much!

Do not fall for it!
Do not fall for it! After a phone call offering to sell our unused time share weeks, they collected 2400.00 and promised to rent the weeks (6) for $1800.00 a week. This is all a scam, all weeks they called to report they had a "renter" for were always booked. Each time I called to complain and say we had no offers, a couple days later they sent an email stating another "offer" had came in, and of course the week was not available to rent through our time share. They collect your money, but never fulfill any of the promises they make to rent units, and get your return on your money. Its a scam! "

I was young at the time of purchasing my time share
I was young at the time of purchasing my time share. I was a bit blind sighted as I did not know what I was getting into but it all seemed great. I do not go on many vacations and have been left with expenses annually that I try to keep up with but has become overwhelming. Needless to say, being able to utilize the ability to make income assists me in ways I cannot describe. I appreciate the efforts of the company to not only make sense of it all, but being able to cover those fees. It has been helpful and thank them for what they have done. It has been a great opportunity to work with them and would recommend their services to fellow time share owners.

Company offered the world in returns in money and not a penny to show for it 6 months later
Company offered the world in returns in money and not a penny to show for it 6 months later. I was told to pay $300 for each week I'd sell to them and they would in fact return $1700 for each one of those weeks. I pushed my limits to pay for 4 of them and 6 months later not a single penny was sent my way to make up for my loss and hopeful gain and income. Every time they allege an offer comes in its declined and they r looking for better options. Feels like they make up these offers as I've rcvd maybe 4 offers in 6 months, all 4 offers the hotels are available. And all 4 offers their company backed out or decided to look elsewhere. Makes no sense why they would ask if it's available then back out if it's a business. If it was a family vacation I can see that. A business if for a meeting they r going no matter what. Smdh. I REGRET PYING OVER 1200 and dealing w this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM!'

SCAM ARTISTS and FRAUDULENT BUSINAESS PRACTICES
SCAM ARTISTS and FRAUDULENT BUSINAESS PRACTICES. I made the unfortunate mistake of signing up with these pathetic excuses for humans. First they tell me that I had 10 days to cancel after paying them money. I verify with Hilton where I own my property and they say that I am not able to rent it out to someone; that it is against their owners rules and regulations. On top of that, they claim to work for whichever holds your rental, yet they know nothing about the rental they supposedly have on file for you. They created a profile for a rental under my name which I do not own at one of the several hilton properties in Vegas with false room information. Now, some unfortunate person will try to rent that and when they arrive it wont be the correct rental. I then call PRF back then next day (still within the 10 day timeframe) and I get an angry black man on the phone (Never could get ahold of Sarah Burke) yelling at me telling me that I'm pathetic and a loser for wanting to cancel. He then goes to insult my family as well. Just [protected]@cking unbelievable. I've never been spoken to like that especially when I was in the right. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOLPE! They take your money then make it difficult to cancel or they draw out the entire cancellation process to extend past the 10 day trial to no longer make you able to get your money back. Again, please stay away from these people they are worthless scum and parasites who take your money and never return calls despite leaving voicemails.

I received a call from Property Relief Professionals, a Mr
I received a call from Property Relief Professionals, a Mr. Christopher G. This was an unsolicited call, and I received the warning on my phone that it maybe a scam. I accepted the call and Mr. G went on to explain the program that several have already commented on here, The offer was to rent my getaway weeks, anywhere from four to six weeks. The cost to do so is for me to pay to them the cost of the weeks that are held within my Interval account, for $337 per week up to the total of 6 weeks if I choose to for a total of 6 x $337 or $2022. After asking a lot of questions and being concerned about fraud, going on their website PRP.expert and being shown all of the upcoming shows in Orlando, Vegas, Chicago it would make sense that someone is trying to offer rooms to folks going to those events. He said that I would need to be transfered to a Verification Officer who would email me the specific details, and that I could then investigate them and decide if I wanted to do the deal. His final comment was that I needed to provide a CC number "which would not be charged until I agreed to the information sent in the email".
As a sound bit of advice to anyone reading this, NEVER provide a CC number to ANYONE who calls YOU that you didn't make contact with. Especially if it has to be right now, no mater what words they say about how you are protected and safe. And so I told him that the call could not move forward and goodbye.
I fully expect to see a reply from this company here to this and that they reviewed the call and will have their response for which I will look forward to reading myself. HOWEVER, as you can see they DO NOT GUARANTEE IN WRITING or on the phone that your unit will be rented to any of these events. In addition they have a very long time to try and do so, and in the end they can just say sorry not able to rent it. So bottom line you are out the money.
This is an OLD story about this industry, and I will be doing what ever I can to shine the lite on their business. While I can agree that this could be a valuable service, and a company could be created to do a legitimate effort, NO MONEY SHOULD BE TRANSACTED without AN IRONCLAD PAYOUT OF THE PROMISED MONEY (from 5k to 9k) on a certain date even if they do not rent the unit. As a minimum it should be the money paid to them plus interest for the time they hold the money. The do not have any skin in the game after getting your money.
To PRP if you want to respond to this, include all your contract details in writing and what happens if the unit does not rent as evidenced by the complaints posted here, in writing so we have it on the record. If you are truly legit then you would have no problem doing so.

Did not rent weeks. Number d/c
Approximately 2/21 we received a call from Prp wanted to rent our extra weeks in international interval account . We had to pay for advertisement but would get reimbursed as they rented each week for $1600 or more. We paid $400/week for ad. We paid $1600 for 4 weeks to run advertisements . Prp said if we didn’t rent them in 6 months they would give us our money back. They called us twice and we had to call ourself to book it. There were never any availabilities so we never rented it. We called Prp number and email them hundreds of time with no call backs/response. Number now d/c
Claimed loss: $1600
Desired outcome: We would like our money refunded

The representative made a commitment to rent my timeshare said they had many people available would cost me a one time fee of 1600.00 and I could get the unit rented for getaways four times at the rate of 1600.00. To date I have only received lip service. I would just like to get my money back and walk away.

We received a call from Property Relief Professional
We received a call from Property Relief Professional. We were very unsure what to do. We eventually gave them $1700. They called us once and of course the property was not available for their specific dates. We have heard nothing from them since. This is a bogus company and they are criminals. Isn't there something that can be done about them!

I received a call in mid March from Victor T. *** in regards to the time share that I have and like the rest of complains here on ComplaintsBoard.com I was told the exact same story. I paid 1800 upfront with the promise of 1600/week for 6 max. After the 90 days they did start sending the offers with the exemptions that the dates and resorts were really not available, and the alternative never were accepted. One time it happened that the dates and resort was available and they still had an excuse, that's when I've started to see red flags. I have called many times, the same lies were told as every one else, I even asked to talk to a manager, another lier! Today 7/20 I called so many times from my personal, work and my Sons phone # and they blocked all 3 of them where I can't get through. The 3rd party that answers to direct the phone call was another lier when I refused to give her my name and speak with someone, was on hold for 47 minutes, nobody answered, # blocked again.
We had hired this company to sell our extra timeshare weeks. They promised they would be sold in a reasonable time. We are going on2-3 years. And they sold a 3 day. That's only after relentless calls and emails and threats of going to ComplaintsBoard.com and attorney general. I am afraid this is a big scam and taking advantage of anyone they can. I have attempted to call them and now there phone says I can't contact since I am not in the area. I don't know what to do. Please help me and others from being taking advantage of.
This is the person that contacted me; i paid her $1800 to rent my timeshare; she promised she would/could do it: Kate K. Property Relief Professionals 1-800-***-0865 ***@prp.expert It has been 1 year. No rentals, i'm requesting an immediate refund.

I've given the company a set amount even though they probably wont refund me set amount but I'm warning all other future customers stay away. They drag the process especially when you give them alternates they always turn around and tell you the customers looking for specific location. My question is why are you telling me such short notice doesn't give enough time to actually book at such location. One big scam.

I was tricked into signing on with this company with promises to rent out my Time Share. The upfront and exchange fees were $1,700 which were paid upfront. I was guaranteed at least $1,600 per rental and I should receive offers within 60-90 days. I signed on in January . Since March 1st, I have been reaching out to this company with apologies for my inconvenience and that offers should be coming in. Up to date, I'm out of my $1,700 in which I requested back since April.

The company was to advertise rooms/trips for conferences
The company was to advertise rooms/trips for conferences. They have been unable to obtain even one of the three I paid for. I was contacted almost a year ago about renting out my extra RCI exchange. They were to help procure people who would want the room for a conference. Every attempt (no more that 5 I would hazard) was given the same response: only the exact resort would work. Did not matter how many resorts next door had availability. Then with the virus all was cancelled running ANY chance of the advertising being successful.

On 12/22 I was contacted by a representative from Property Relief Professionals and they informed me off a really great deal (or so it sounded.) For a small fee of about $900 I was guaranteed that I could make the money back and some for renting out my getaway packages. After almost 6 months with only 2 offers for rentals on getaway properties my time is almost up with my money gone in the wind. On top of that they make you do all the leg work of securing the weeks that are requested and finding alternatives if you can't find what they request. I'm wondering if I am doing all the work why am I paying someone else

This company has not provided the service they guaranteed
This company has not provided the service they guaranteed. On 4/14, Daniel *** with Property Relief Professionals hounded me into agreeing to allow them to rent out my timeshare weeks. I was "guaranteed" to "receive a minimum of $1400/week up to 6 weeks". I paid $1794.00 via credit card "to activate my weeks" and gave permission to rent. It has been 60 days and I have not received any correspondence from anyone at the company. I have attempted to "chat" with then via their website but have not received any response. I have e-mailed and again, no response. I believe this was a scam. Today, I looked them up on your website and see that someone else has had the identical issue.

We signed up with PRP Inc to rent out our exclusive Membership weeks
We signed up with PRP Inc to rent out our exclusive Membership weeks. They called us to say they have clients wanting to stay at premium resorts with no availability, as they prioritize condo owners. They asked for consent to rent our weeks, promising $1600 per contract weekly. We paid $2400 for 6 weeks activation but haven't heard back since. Calls to manager Steven B. or customer service go unanswered. Their website is gone. We seek a $2400 refund from PRP Inc.

We received a call from Property Relief Professionals asking if we wanted to sell our get away weeks from our timeshare
We received a call from Property Relief Professionals asking if we wanted to sell our get away weeks from our timeshare. We were hesitant at first because it sounded too good to be true. The lady guaranteed us income. It was $1800 to start and they would sell out getaways with a return totaling $10,000. We are normally not swayed however covid hardships caused us to have hope and believe her. She talked to me and even talked to my husband. We would have never moved forward if she did not guarantee income and that we would get our money back plus added income. We were told we had to give it I believe 90-180 days. Can't remember exactly. I'm sure that was just to go past a certain point so they say they can't give you money back. So after that waiting period we were suppose to get "offers" to rent our get aways. They were never available. We kept getting the run around and supervisors never called me back. It's a scam. They sell lies.

The person from the company contacted me offering the service of renting four weeks of my time share weeks with RCI
The person from the company contacted me offering the service of renting four weeks of my time share weeks with RCI. He, Dwayne, stated that there are many people and businesses looking for these rental places, especially in Orlando where my home week is. He emphasized that they *** not have any problems finding people to rent the weeks. He suggested $1600 rental per week and I was offering 4 weeks to be rented. Dwayne told me that he rents his own timeshare of 6 weeks every year netting him a great profit. He assured me that if there are no renters in 180 days, then they *** extend the membership for another 180 days - which *** expire on 7/2 (1 year). I have left voice messages and email messages, but I haven't heard back. None of my weeks were rented and I am out $1596 which was the fee for their advertisement of my properties. They haven't lived up to anything they have said. They sure know how to smooth talk to get someone else's hard earned money.

On 04/06 I got a marketing call from a man named Daniel P. representing Property Relief Professionals. He excitedly told me that his company could lease out my timeshare weeks on my behalf, at the rate of $1600 per week. This would have been a great relief for me, as COVID-19 had just hit the US; and, my household's income had just been cut in half, due to my partner's sudden unemployment. I was guaranteed to receive $4800 in no longer than 180 days (by 10/06). I was charged $897 for this service, which I paid right then over the phone, using my bank credit card. I never received any paperwork confirming our agreement or the guarantee. The cost of the timeshare became too much of a drain, given our dire financial situation; so, I had to let it go. It is no longer available to be leased; therefore I just want and need my money ($897) back. I called and spoke to a man named Rodney D., but could never get to speak to a manager/supervisor about a refund. Please help !

On 01/27 I signed a contract with Property Relief Professionals and paid the membership fee of $1,196.00 to sell 6 weeks through my Interval International membership with Westgate. I was promised they would sell for $1,800/week. They reassured I would have my first sale within the first 90 days-didn't happen. I was sent 1 offer, but no one called me to notify me & I responded late, but the next 3 offers I responded w/alternatives when my weeks were unavailable & still NOTHING. They are refusing to give me a refund even though the contract states if they do not provide me with the name, address & telephone# of such represented interested resale purchaser, that I would have the right to cancel & receive a refund. I called (XXX)XXX-XXXX & was connected to a woman who put me on hold after I requested a refund, then the phone hung up. I tried to call back, but got a message stating the # I dialed cannot be reached from my calling area- which makes no sense at all. SCAM- DO NOT BUY IN!

My husband and I received a phone call from a rep named "Hal
My husband and I received a phone call from a rep named "Hal". In short Hal told us that for a $1300 fee, their company would lease out our timeshare to families for vacation stays when it was available and in turn we would make up to $1600 per leasing agreement. I informed Hal that due to Covid this didn't seem like a very good investment and that I was leery on doing this. He assured me that if we were not happy with this services provided we would receive a full refund. Fast forward it was all a lie. Come to find out they were trying to lease out a "TPI" which I didn't even know what it was and that we would need to call and schedule weeks ourselves and we didn't have time for any of that which I explained to him. I then call and spoke w/ a manger named Rodney who informed me that we only had 14 days to request a refund and that he wouldn't be able refund our money. In short. This company scammed us out of $1300. My husband and I have both been sick with Covid and need our money.
