Protea Hotel Kimberly review: Hospitality and bad treatment from receptionist

On my arrivals dated 12.09.2022 checked in by a tall dark lady and it was late at night time 22:40.on the following day 13.09.2022 I went to this lady asking for refrigerator on the room and she told me they provide them on request then ask her to request one for she said ok but on my surprise she never ask my room number and also laughing at me. and never received any and the following day 14.09.2022 after work I went out to buy food when I comes back my room key was not working and I went to ask so that they can assist me.but instead of assist she was laughing at me. I ended asking another guy to open for me.

I really felt so law because I don't know what wrong have I done and/or am I laughing stock?

I felt that I made a mistake by booking at Protea Hotel Kimberly for 4days
