Saturday April 20,2024 at approximately 10:20 am I visited the provident bank local branch in Blythe California. I went in to open my daughter a savings account and was denied the possibility of doing that. I have previously gone in to make an appt and the “individuals” that do that are already gone by the time my daughter and I go in about 4:30 due to my work hours and the time she gets out of school. The manager Lety Cano told me to go to mechanics never have I been told to leave a branch to use another one she was rude and no where near helpful. Being the manager I don’t understand how you would recommend a customer to use another branch nor why you could not try to help with the situation.
