want to be taken off of emailing list
I want to be taken off the pch emailing list for good. They have been bombarding me with ridiculous emails up to thirty a day! I have requested to be taken off and am still recieving them daily. It has taken over my email account and I will now have to create a new one just to stop it.

can' t figure out how to claim a win
After playing PCH's different games and lotteries, I finally won an Amazon gift card for a measily 5 bucks...or so I thought...it was posted on the winners circle that I had won it too, but I have yet to claim it or find someone who will. The card I played was a scratch card-it said I won, and then my name and address showed in the current winners circle that I had won it, but where is it---how do I get it? No one seems to know, what would you do?

I received an email dated 11/27/09 at 5;15PM, MST, saying that "YOU HAVE WON" from the Publishers Clearing house. It stated that I was to contact an AGENT, Mr. D. Van Peters, the PCH fiduciary, at email: [protected]@w.cn, and give to him info concerning my name and etc..I emailed the company for verification and was emailed back that said that I had won.I was to receive 1, ooo, ooo usd. I was to contact a company in the UK, by the name Elite Couriers via email: [protected]@live.com, and give them my name, address, phone # and so on. If this email for real, why would the Publishers Clearing House contact a outfit in the UK to send me the check when it could have been done here in the United States where I live ? It doesn't made any sense why it has to be done from there. I have all of the correspondence printed as proof of the transaction. if needed.

A female called and said I won sweepstakes prize money. I would have to give her my bank acct. And other personal information to receive a check.. And first wire them $400.00 for insurance that I would be reimbursed for. Thanks to your site, I knew this was a scam... I have been called by these people daily. The insurance money was to be sent to nesly dalmond 4954 frisco circle orlando fl. Upon his receipt of this money, he would in turn be mailing me my 'winnings'.. I had a call from Publishers and Clearing house of Las Vegas the callers name was "Van Hall" He said I had won one and a half million dollars and a new mercedes, they would cover 95% of the taxes but I needed to get a money gram of $175.00 and send it to Eugene Johnston in Brooklyn NY 11234. Then when I recieve my receipt a "BLUE U.P.S" truck along with 2 detectives would deliver my prize and escort me to my bank. What a bunch of CRAP! I have heard so much about all these poor seniors getting ripped that they must think we don't hear about this stuff. If you see this # on your caller I.D. [protected] Kingston JM. Hello! I wasn't sure what to categorize this under, but anyway. I joined Publisher's Clearing House a few weeks ago, ya know just to see if I could get lucky and win 10 million dollars. Well a few times a week they send you a link to there site of the most random things that you can buy, they send it to you, then you make 4 payments after they send it. All of this is fine because I have done it a few times and everything was good. Well a few days ago I came across a plant they had called "irish star" they said it blooms spring to winter blah blah. So I bought it for my grandmother because she has a huge garden. Well I tell her about it and she wants me to get information on it so she knows what it needs to thrive ect... I spent 4 hours searching for this information, it was nowhere on the internet so finally i join a stupid gardening forum and a lady helps me and I send her a picture of what it looks like. Come to find out there is no such thing as an Irish Star, the photo was of an actual flower but really called "falling star of bethlehem" or "Ornithogalum Nutans" and it originated in Asia not Holland . And it only blooms in the spring, not to winter. Publisher's Clearing House customer service has yet to give me the information on this "irish star" because they know it is a crock. So I am upset I spent the money on something I thought would last 4 seasons, and it lasts 1. So if you are a member, beware of SOME of the things they sell.

I was contacted in July about a shopping spree that I won because of my getting onto the website on a regular basis. I was only getting on to try to win that $100, 000.00 a week winning contest, trying to get some money because I work a minimum wage job and have a family to support. What they told me was that I would be getting 3 magazine subscriptions for around $350.00. I agreed but what they didn't tell me was that if I decided to cancel I would have to pay for all the magazines anyway. So they drafted money out of my account but I got nothing in return. SO I closed my account and then they referred me to a collection agency and a woman named ALISHA called me and was extremely rude to me and talked over me and would not let me get my story out or even talk to me like I am a regualr human being. I am VERY unhappy with this company and I WILL NEVER have anything to do with PCH and I will have everyone I know know that this company is fraudulent and not worth it, no matter how desperate you are for money.

i never won a thing from them and ordered magazines for many years, a big scam to me
damadged item
I ordered a pendant and earrings set on sept 17, 2009 for $15.96 plus tax $3.28 total $19.24 and it came in the mail the pendant has chips in the stone and the earrings also had a flaw not very well made. So I would either like a new set sent out with no chips or flaws and I would like a pre paid label or box to send it back I feel I should not have to pay for shipping and handling or if I cannot get a better set then whar I recieved then credit my account and I will look to buy something at a store see this is a gift for my mother in law. On February 13th I received a letter, which I perceived to be from Publishers Clearing House, stating I was the winner of a 2nd plce award of one million dollars..Sponsored by Readers Digest, part of a seven million dollar lottery. I purchased a computer from Publishers Clearing house. When it arrived I went to set it up and the face was loose off the front of the tower, I set it up and the monitor light went solid yellow. I called to let them know, they said send the moitor back and we'll fix it. My husband decided to just buy me a flat screen so i told them I wouldn't be sending it. I was leaving to Washington the following morning. We hooked up the flat screen and it still wasn't working, by then they said I had a couple days to send the whole thing back. It was going to cost us $75.00 just to send it back. I decided to take it to a computer repair place and have it looked at. It has a fried mother board. Over all they knew I was leaving on vacation wouldn't honor the return they would only repair. Spent alot of money for nothing.

PCH does not sell computers. so this post shouldnt even exist and should be flagged for deletion. This person may be thinking of another company called
Sweepstakes Clearing House which is in Texas. which has nothing to do with PCH.
Its like a Wal-mart/Bestbuy. Two different companies. so please change the headline.
scammers
I receive emails everyday from PCH saying click here to claim your PCH Super Prize Number. Strict deadline by (date). Super prize number will be picked on August 13, 2009.
Every week they change the date and now they're saying its on November 11. Its just a bunch of spam emails trying to get you to buy there ### products. Beware..

I can't think of a single time I've ever heard of anyone that I know in my state ever winning
anything. I read another blog where the person brought up a salient point: namely, that one,
single picture of an elderly person winning the "big one"...well hell, yeah. How long would they
possibly have to pay out if she's 80?!?!?
PCH can kiss my grits. I write all over their entries that I'll buy something if I win.
Trying to come up with new methods of annoying them back. Any faves out there?
racist comment!
I have been getting calls from PCH like 5 times for the past few days. The first time they called, I listened patiently and almost placed an order, I ended up changing my mind, so when they called to verify the order, I requested to cancel. The lady wasn't happy, but she was still professional.
Right now I just got a call again from a rude lady called Cherry, as I had already requested to have my name removed from the list today, I told her just that (and nothing else), she made a racist comment that I should take my name off the list of America and go back to wherever I belong, and hung up! Just because I have a non-American last name, doesn't mean I should be subject to this kind of treatment by a telemarketer.
This is hughly unacceptable, no one should be a subject of this kind of attitude and treatment! The company should select people who know how to be professional, if you can't get a sale, move on and call someone else, it's never OK to make stupid racist comments. I'm deeply offended, can't believe a telemarketer who was trying to sell stuff would be this rude to me! This is just crazy!

I do think you are wrong after 35 years they have done no wrong ex-cept dates of pay-offs.
scam
This lotto site is a complete scam. I have played for years, have family and friends that have playedfor years, and when someone wins, they always have an excuse not to pay out. Either th site goes down for maintenance, or they emailed out to the wrong people, or they offer you a consolation prize in lieu of the big prize as it was a mistake on thier part. But they always want you to sign a release if you accept the consolation prize valued at about $200. Bogus site, complete scam, the only thing they are is the BIGGEST magazine sales company. That's where they make thier money, and they also sell you information to hundreds of companys that send you spam, call you daily and fill your mailbox with unwantd junk mail.

Lol , Prove Yourselfs PCH
Yes, PCH is a huge scam. I've been playing for over 30 years and only won a $20 Amazon gift card a few years ago from PCH Search. A couple years ago I woke up one Saturday morning and started to search for something via PCH Search and a pop-up window pops up stating my name and where I'm from had won $10, 000. I was ecstatic and patiently waited for the confirmation email. A few hours later I got an email from PCH stating they had made a mistake and someone else had actually won. Yeah right, it's another deceiving thing PCH does. They tell people they won thinking they will feel great and buy a bunch of their crap. Anyway, they should have honored that money to me. They gave me some bullcrap coins that are utterly completely worthless! Speaking of coins, PCH Rewards is a huge joke as well!
They bombard you with emails and always threaten you stating if you do not enter now you forfeit the chance to win the grand prize even when you've entered a million times before. They just want you to buy their cheap products, which I advise never ever do because it's all China made crap! They have good deals on magazines, but it's not worth me wasting anymore time doing the bogus games. PCH is a huge scam and you will never win anything worth anything! The only thing you will win is tons of spam mail because they sell your email address. They are a bunch of thugs and skanks!
I am an elite vip, Ive been playing every pch game and lotto for 6 years every day.Ive got almost 200 million tokens and they have mailed me 2 ten dollar checks over those 6 long years. The checks were good and I deposited them in my bank but I never played anything for 10 bucks? They said they were appreciation checks?WTF?
I have been aging online for years..oy thing I got was .amazing subscription I neither ordered nor wanted and they billed me! At least send me subscription for magazine I like. Am retired, think some scam exists as last weekend, hot 5 numbers in $500/ week for life pch
Com..which as retiree am happy either but LIKE A)WAYS technical.difficulties and gave me new board. This is like 4th ti.e such has happened. Been participating g for hour use daily, so.etimez HOURS, am Elite vip, keep spe ding my points but NEVER win. On map they got right address but wrong.location pinpointed.
Pch hit it rich treasure chest graphics overlay for bonus game. Can not play. I’ve received 3 checks in mail in the past.
I have play PCH games since 2014 and currently have 79, 000, 000 tokens. I once received an e-mail that I had won $10, 000 but by the next morning I was notified that it was a mistake and given 10 chances to win $10, 000 again. I do purchase useful items from time to time but many are cheap low quality items. The experience has not been what I had hoped for.
I have over 1.5 million tokens and even when I put 100 tokens for a $1000 cash award I never have seen anyone I know win. From now on I am just deleting them. They always want you to pay postage or shipping for a purchase so if they have all this money why can't they ship for free?
I, too, "won" a prize on their instant win site. If I remember correctly I think it was for $1000. I then got an e-mail from PCH.com saying there had been a computer error & that I did not win. In the past I have son a few things from them. It's been about 16 years ago but I did win a $1000 Savings Bond from them & they did deliver on that and very quickly too. Otherwise I have won $50 & $5 on their instant win contests, I think one reason why it is SO difficult to win is because SO many people are trying to win these prizes. If you read the rules it gives you the odds of winning which are just about nothing. So it's up to the individual as to whether or not they want to spend all that time from such a remote chance of winning. If you entered all the sweepstakes on their website it takes a minimum of 3 to 4 hours to hit them all.
I have won a $20 amazon card years ago, and this year a $20 cash. The amazon card was instant winner and knew it right then. The 20 cash must have been lotto because I didnt know I won it since I don't always check the did I win page...It just came in the mail as a surprise.
Lucky you. Used to enter yearly when all they had were magazine subscriptions. I spend 1+ hours per day for few years. Vip elite but never wi. Anything. Am retiree so even $500/ week forever er, am.older would be fine
Pch is spam and I want them to close my account !
I would like to get a few people to compare the winning picks. I think the software picks numbers for each individual that do not match...So to test this if we could get a few people to compare the winning number picks on any given day and see if they are the same?
After this post, on 6-1 I matched 6 of 7 numbers twice and am told I won up to $300 to be paid in 3-5 weeks. On a chart the corresponding monetary amount is $150, so times 2 would be 300. Not paid after 4 weeks, will come back after the 5th week has passed and let you know...
Still not paid; coincidence with the lets compare numbers post; a fake win notice? I did take screen shots so will pursue if payment isn't received very soon, well into 6th week now!
Here is the BS response after sending pch customer service a screen shot of my winning:
We sincerely regret that a programming error caused an incorrect message to appear on your screen. If you had won a prize on PCH Lotto you would have received an immediate confirmation email and your name would appear on our winner database. This was not the case. Please be assured we have taken steps to prevent such a situation from happening again. As a measure of our disappointment in this error, we have awarded 25, 000 tokens to your account. Our thanks for your ongoing support and interest in our promotions!
I have been playing every day and night for two years and have never won one penny. PHC is a total and complete scam. They keep saying they have winners everyday yet I never see any of those "Winners" giving any kind of testimony verifying such. It is all a lie!.
I didn't win
I had scratch off a ticket and got 2 of the same thing and that was the requirement for winning .. but I never recieved the prize..
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It's all about chance. I have been participating in PCH for nearly 10 years and have never won anything. Like I said it's about chance.
When you do win go to the area where it says to "CONTACT US" area. I have emailed them before and they have responded. God Bless and stay safe
I did the scratch offs and there was a 100 sears gift card..it seems I won it but no way to claim it. Whats up?
Actually you have to have 3 of the same thing on the ticket. That's why there's two of each thing on the ticket.
its not like you paid money for the scratch off, it happened to me too twice.but Im not complaining i didnt loose anything. i have fun anyways it gives me something to hope for even though i didnt win at least the thought of winning keeps me going just think 100, 000 dollars might come to the door . just thinking about me winning 10 million keeps me going.even though the chances of me winning are 250 million to 1 the thought of winning it keeps my dreams alive. remember that song "you cant always get what you want, but you get what you need well thats life!
entering for 8-10 years!!! o winnings
Just as I stated above...I have been entering the pch sweeps for 8 plus years. I have purchased once. I have also tried to use the pch search/win tool many times. Each week, they send me e-mails saying "someone with the same initials as YOU are going to win" !! They say you do not have to purchase to win. The items they have for sale are junk. I know...

I played soccer scratch off on pch lotto. It said to match the picture and you win a prize. I matched the picture of 2 score cards and it said i was not a winner. It is not right to let people think they are winners or that they will win if you scratch the card for a prize. Cheryl

Okay, I ordered two magazines from Publisher Clearing House but only receivec one of the magazines ordered. THey started billing before the first issue c ame. I received only two issues of one and the other stopped after the fourth issue. I told them, but they kept on billing, getting more and more nasty. They will not acknowledge receipt of any correspondence from me. I am tired of the threats and awful customer service. I have asked to be removed from their mailing list, and seriously contemplating contacting my attornies. Awful, just awful business.
spam e-mails and constantmisleading pch.com e-mails
I keep receiving e-mails from this pch.com stating I need to confirm my entry by this date and that date, then when you try to confirm your entry it takes you through alot of spam ads. I want to know if this is really a legite sweepstakes business, because if you entering something that they consider to be free, why do I have to go through all the spam advertising first?

I too have been bombard with ridiculous emails and phone calls. In one day I received approximately 50 emails and 4 phone calls. The phone calls are more concerning to me than the emails. Don't get me wrong, the emails are very annoying too, but I've been scammed on similar phone calls that I have received in the past. Now since I think about it, I believe it was after I had entered a PCH sweepstakes years ago. It is a real hassle to change my email address, but that is what I am debating on doing, because if you read the fine print on some of the emails I have received, you just get put on a suppressed email list for a certain time frame and a lot of them require you to send them a letter in writing...this is a bunch of crap! Who wants to sit down and write out 100 letters just to be taken off email lists that I did not even sign up for? Try to go to their website and find any contact information. None of the links on their website to customer service works, so good luck getting in contact with them. I will NEVER enter another PCH sweepstakes again. I also have been telling everybody I know about this issue. I think it is very interesting that they are advertising on this site...what is that all about? I believe that they should not be advertising on a site that has so many complaints against them. I should win the million for life after dealing with all this mess. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
