I am a fan of Puma, and prefer it over all other similar brands, I actually prefer buying sneakers from them because of their reliability, durability and just generally they are aesthetically pleasing .However I bought a shoe with such qualities 2 days ago at Sportscene, A Kosmo Rider Lost spaces (Granola Pumpkin Pie), I must say, it was just perfect...until I got to wear it yesterday at work, I immediately regretted buying them.I am on my feet the entire day at work and so comfort is non-negotiable.When I knocked off form spending the entire day with these shoes, my ankles were swollen from the friction I experienced the entire day, My skin had also peeled off.The flaps that overlay the anterior aspect of the ankle are ridiculously thin and are not cushioned and therefore cause constant friction between them and your skin, which you will not be able to appreciate at first site, as you would only be fitting the shoes in store.But if you spend the entire day in them, trust and believe you will regret buying them.I do not ever want to wear them again and would like to return them, even though this deeply saddens me.I appeal to Puma to please intervene, as this poses a threat to our health.I would recommend the shoe be adjusted, by cushioning the said part on order to protect the skin.But if that cannot be done, I would like a full refund of these shoes or an exchange for more comfortable, safe ones, as I cannot wear them anymore.I hope this is helpful and will be attended to timeously and resolved amicably.As I said, I love Puma, I just pray that O do not get disappointed.
Desired outcome: Cushioning of shoe for more comfortability or Return or exchange shoe for a more comfortable, least damaging one.
