Order two pairs of leggings and received the wrong item. Alo refuses to send the correct item Ordered two pairs of leggings and received only one of the pairs. A bra was sent instead, in error. Emailed customer service and received a reply over 36 hours later. The email from customer service requested a photo of the wrong item so the photo was sent within hours of receipt of the email. Several days passed and I haven't received a reply. Called customer service and waited on the phone for 20 minutes before getting a rep who said they couldn't send the correct item nor would they let me purchase a replacement over the pone. I was told to order another pair on the website; however, the items went off sale. The rep gave me a discount code the but item was sold out. Rep did not offer any other type of remedy for loss of time or my original purchase.

When I received the items, the pants and crop top were very ill fitting and were made with cheap material. On November 28, I dropped off these items in a FedEx drop box using the shipping label that was sent with my order, and unfortunately I did not get the tracking number because I've never had this issue out of the hundreds of times I've ordered items online and have sent things back. I tried on two occasions to call them, and on the second occasion the customer service representative was supposed to call me back, however, that person never did call me back. I tried on another two occasions to contact the company through their online chat to no avail as it kept dropping me off and the representatives were extremely slow. Unless the item was stolen out of the FedEx drop box, it is with the company and now I'm out $160 worth of merchandise. The company should honor my return as they have insurance to cover these losses.

This was my first purchase with this company - I bought two Alo Yoga leggings on Thursday, 11/28 at 7:44 PM, which came out to a total of $84.31. Given that it was my first purchase, I opted to pay through their online payment option since I already had an account with the payment service. I received my shipment order on Thursday, 12/05. When I realized the clothing didn't fit me well, I tried contacting Alo Yoga's customer support to return these items for a refund because I paid through the same online payment service.
I've tried calling their phone support hotline several times - with no answer, and sent a few emails to their customer support. On Sunday, 01/19, I finally received a response from a representative stating: 'Thank you for contacting Alo Yoga! Sorry for the late reply, we've been backed up since the holidays. If you'd like to still return your items, please reply with the item number and the description. Once refunded your payment will be returned the same way it was paid out.'
I asked how I can return the products and received a reply on Fri., 01/24 from customer support stating: 'Thank you for contacting Alo Yoga! I am sorry to hear that your items did not work out, but I can assist you in starting the return process. Please note, you will receive a return label in a separate email. To return your order, please mark your return package with the provided code and send your package to: Alo Yoga Returns [Address].' If you have further questions or concerns, please let me know and I would be happy to assist you. Have a great day!'

And per my shipment tracking information, it stated that the package was received in-house on Wed., 02/05 at 12:41 PM, which was signed for by someone. Since then, I've reached out via the same email chain requesting an update on the refund. I emailed on 02/12, and then sent another email on 02/20 in regards to an update on my refund. Sr, customer service specialist wont properly help me with a package that was tampered with. Order no.*** I went to drop off a jacket to my ups office to get a return from alo yoga (nov 2nd). I actually needed a smaller size. However, few weeks later I get a package from "alo" with two unknown items that aren't even alo brand, that i have never seen. With a letter stating they did not offer returns on final sale items. Mind you, the item i purchased was NOT final sale, so immediately I knew someone thing was off. Secondly, their customer service told me they never send letters, they only email. When I called to ask them, they said there was nothing they can do. It was my first time ever buying from them, so I'm completely shocked they would tell me I sent them unknown items, when my own ups store says when I dropped off the item it was well secured. I didn't even want the money back, I just wanted either store credit, or a smaller size.

I purchased a pair of leggings a few days prior for Black Friday (Order #XXXXXXX), but they went on sale (significant discount) and the store doesn't do price adjustments, so they advised me to return the leggings and place a new order. Which I did and also purchased additional items. The first order arrived within days so I was expecting the same the second time around. However, their shipping confirmation email stated it should arrive within 1-3 business days. That was on 11/30. After multiple calls/emails and a week later, FedEx still doesn't show any tracking information, and the store representative said I need to wait another 2 days to report a lost package claim through FedEx. Then I have to wait another 7-10 business days for the response before they can issue a replacement or a refund. I purchased this for my wedding anniversary gift and I'm concerned it won't arrive by Christmas. I'm most disappointed that the store won't issue a replacement right away when it's clear the package is lost and FedEx had some issues with these packages, according to the customer service rep. It's frustrating they are making customers wait out this process without an explanation or offering any type of courtesy gesture.

I received my order of green leggings on December 10th. I wore them approximately 2x and on Jan 6th, 2020 I decided i wanted to return the leggings as they were pilling and already ripping. After emailing multiple times (Jan 24th, Feb 24th, May 1st), I finally received an email back from Customer Service on May 1 (almost 4 months after my initial email). The agent provided me with a return shipping label and the agent stated "Please allow 2-4 business days once the item is received to process the refund.". On June 1, I realized that I had not gotten my refund, so I emailed again inquiring. I received the following response from an agent: "In regards to your latest package, we have not received this at our facility. Due to the time-frame, we will not be able to proceed with a return; our we can not accept shipments from last year. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. Once we receive the package, we will go ahead and ship this back to you, on us, to the address on file." HOWEVER, according to FedEx's tracking, the item was delivered on May 7th. I provided the agent with a screenshot of the delivery confirmation. The agent apparently "checked in" with the warehouse and confirmed receipt of the package and deemed it a "clerical error". Apparently, because it had been so long since the original order, they were unable to refund my original payment and issued a gift card. I didn't want a gift card, I wanted a refund.
