Blondie Boutique Ordered an item on December 4th, it is now February 5th, and still have not received the item

Ordered an item on December 4th, it is now February 5th, and still have not received the item. Wrote the company regarding a refund given it had not been received, and they sent me their policy showing that there were no refunds. Seems a little ridiculous given its been 2 months and still haven't received the order that i cannot request a refund. I guess my option is to just keep waiting and hope they maybe send me what i requested.

Not a great business. Tried to order lots over the pandemic to support local. When asking politely about where my items were, I got rude replies back. They have a crappy return policy and no description on the website about how the item fits. They are overpriced for the quality. Many items come from AliExpress and they are ripping people off. Don't shop here!

I will tell the whole outcome, (which was negative if you're into *** notes versions of things) so that you can determine for yourself whether this is a company you'd like to get in bed with.On February 10th I purchased a preorder Liv Jacket. I had no expectations as for what to expect as I was lazy and didn't read the preorder information. I did receive the order number and confirmation.5 weeks later I hadn't received the product so I shot them an email, which they responded to immediately saying that the fine print on preorders was 2-9 weeks. Absolutely understandable, thank you for the info.On week 11, still no product and no follow up. I e-mailed, requesting additional information on my product. I received an auto response saying they would reply in *** business hours.8 days later, and officially into week 12, I e-mailed again. Also, during that time, I went on the website and attempted to find a phone number. I did find one and called it, which delivered the message "Out of service".Finally, having enough of the lack of communication and broken promises of delivery times AND response times, I filed a complaint with my credit card company. Two days later I received an e-mail from Blondie Boutique saying my money had been refunded. I would recommend you run very far away. My thought is that when things are going well, they are happy to help and when things have plummeted into business despair, they disappear in hopes you'll just give them the money.

Im very concerned its been months and I have not received my item. They informed me via email that these items may take up to 3 months to receive and I can only receive credit and not a refund. I am very skeptical and concerned I walked into some sort of scam.

Blondie Boutique Buyer beware

Buyer beware. While I would love to support local business I cant support this one. The staff treats their customers with very little respect. I was left chasing the company for 2 months for a refund for an item that was never delivered. I only received the refund once I wrote a scathing review on *** and threatened to come into store to speak directly to someone. As you can see they are not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited and that status is definitely warranted.

I ordered an item in November and still have not recieved the LIV jacket. I get emails saying they are slowly getting them in and should be here soon but nothing shows up. Its now mid April - 5 months later.I would like a refund for this order as well. Order #

Almost every order I have ever placed has been either wrong when delivered or missing items etc. *** girls arent kind when you ask for customer service. I try to support local by shopping here but the service is always so awful.

Horrible customer service. I wish I had read these reviews. I purchased a pre-order item over 3 months ago and have not received anything yet. They have stopped answering my emails and when I called the store today, I was told that the online store is ran from the warehouse and there is no way to contact them? Ridiculous-I have no idea what in store shopping is like but dont purchase online as they take your money upfront and dont ship the merchandise.

Do not order from this company. After three months our order has not been received and they will not answer emails requesting any information from them. Their phone is disconnected and they do not have a store at the location as advertised. They were advertising the item we ordered yesterday on a *** ad. I replied in the comment section warning people not to order. Dont be fooled. Their ads look great, but they dont deliver.

Terrible ! They dont return calls there clothing isnt what is online I have pics of what I ordered versus what I ordered might as well order from Amazon at least you can return with no issues

This store is a complete ***! I placed an order online, it said the items were in stock, they charged my credit card and I have received nothing. I emailed, no reply, they only replied when I called them out on social media. They are still ***, they sent me a tracking number but its been cancelled when I put it into *** tracking system. I have filed a dispute with *** and my bank but they know how to work the system and they keep lying about my order. I've asked for a refund also but nothing. Don't order anything from this company!

Ive purchased a few times with this company. Love the items Ive purchased. However during my last purchase of 3 items which I paid for all 3 through etransfer, they cancelled a top they over sold. I emailed a few times asking for refund on that or credit but they chose not to respond to my emails. Yes their products are super nice but I dont like paying for things I dont receive and then having my emails not returned

I ordered my item in mid November and am STILL waiting for it. I cant get anyone to give me a straight answer and I dont know if I will ever receive my item nor will they answer me on getting a refund. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with ordering an item

I placed an order end of January 2022, waited many weeks until all of a sudden I get a random text from a lady in *** saying she received my parcel. I live in *** and the package was shipped to *** with my name attached to it? The lady shipped it back to the store and still no response from the store so I email them and they said they finally received it and will ship it out asap! That was on Feb 14th. It is now March 1st and still no parcel. Sent many emails and no response. Horrible customer service. Do NOT buy from this store!

Super bad lack of communication in regards to purchases and rude and non existent customer service. I work in retail and am very disappointed in how they run their business. I paid for an item months ago and have waited months and received no product or even a response to the emails Ive sent. They need to learn how to address their absolute lack of communication especially when people spend money and receive no product. I feel I have been ripped off and scammed. Never will buy or recommend this business. Still dealing with trying to either get the product I paid in full or get my money back.

Blondie Boutique Ordered an item October 24

Ordered an item October 24. Today is March 17, 2022 and I still have not received the item. Received one email response from the company in January, blaming the delays on the high volume in the *** ports. I sent another email February 24, 2022, asking for an update, with no response. A 3rd email sent a week and a half ago requesting that they cancel my order and issue a refund has gone unanswered.The worst part is that I continue to see their ads up on Instagram, for the exact coat that I ordered FIVE MONTHS ago! Do not order from this company, they will just steal your money!

I wish I could select a zero star rating. *** customer service. I ordered pre-order items on January 1. It was not clearly identified when ordering that the items would take up to 9 weeks to ship. Two days later I sent a request to cancel my order, which was nowhere close to having been shipped. I was advised that an order could not be cancelled and the charge credited back to me, I could only get store credit. The person responding was sarcastic and not helpful. Fast forward to 13 weeks later. My items have not even shipped, although my credit card was charged 13 weeks ago. No response to emails. ***, terrible company.

I wish I would have read all of these reviews before purchasing. I purchased a preorder of a denim jacket. I knew it would take awhile to come, but I was ok with this given the look of the jacket I was willing to wait the 3 months for its arrival! Which should have been my first clue. When I arrived its nothing like pictured on the site or Instagram posts. It came in a made in *** bag and smelt terrible. The word local boutique really got me, but this is not high end boutique, its knock off clothing being sold with stock photos. When I asked to do a return, they said to ship it back for store credit. Im not interested in store credit! Im guessing all the clothing is of similar quality as per the reviews. Im looking for a refund to something that was falsely advertised.

SKETCH CITY. Somehow this company turned off their *** reviews they were so bad. Imagine a company striving to get rid of any evidence of a bad reputation over making a better product or service. The products they sell are not as advertised. This company must have been purchased from the original owner as the quality of the service, location and goods has grossly declined and the products purchased look NOTHING like what is advertised on their site. Refunds are not an option they will just continually extend store credit that can only be used to purchase other lower cost goods, online. Despite having to drop off the return in person in a sketchy industrial park, you cannot shop in person, the refund has to be done online, increasing the likelihood you will be disappointed with the product and quality again.Do not give these people your money, I was a loyal customer of the early store on 17th Ave and it is nothing near what it once was.

I would like to file a complaint against Blondie Boutique and failure to refund the $107.52 owed back to me. I placed a order on June 24th. After 11 weeks the order did not show up and was cancelled, providing me a store credit gift card. I placed a further order using this credit. When the order arrived it did not fit and I had to return. Once the items were received, they did refund my paypal account nor did they reinstate my store credit. I tried numerous times to contact the store manager, each time I'm told she is not in. Further correspondence was sent by email asking them to refund my money, their lack of customer service has left me with no faith in doing further business with them. Asking them to refund my money. The response died off from them to me.They would neither refund me or reinstate the store credit owed to me. This is money I paid and have no product in return whatsoever!. This is grossly negligent on their part. I would like ComplaintsBoard.com to follow up if possible to help me.

My feedback is a lot like the other messages I am reading. I wish I would have read the reviews before making my purchase. On Oct 16/20 I placed and paid for a pre-order item, Size 8 Nova Booties, after the 8 week mark I contacted the business, after many failed attempts, ignored emails, and calls not answered, I was told the item was delayed but would arrive soon. Fast forward to Jan 11, 2021 the Boots finally arrived only to not fit, I was sent the wrong size. This was confirmed by their size chart online and emails. I was sent a Chinese size 40 which is a US size 10. I emailed the order desk and we communicated several time via email. I was told that they would look into it on Tuesday and get back to me. I have heard nothing back and now my emails are being ignored again, the phone at the store is not being answered. I just want some guidance on how they want me to procced, some resolution and a pair of boots that fit! Do I ship the unworn boots back? Will they send me the correct size? Will they refund me? Right now they have my money and I have the wrong item. Please help!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend supporting this store. I have had nothing but problems with their customer service and my orders. My most recent issue has been with a purchase I made early November. I waited over 10 weeks for my order and never received it. I emailed countless times to inquire and never received a response. Terrible customer service. When I finally did get a reply they said it would be processed in a couple of days. This never happened so I began inquiring again with no luck. When I said I would cancel my order if I did not hear back they simply just went ahead and cancelled my order. No email, no correspondence. Nothing. They did NOT refund the full amount of my purchase so I reached out to inquire and they told me they do not owe me anything and provided no explanation. I made several attempts to get some clarification and to get my money back, including sending them a complete breakdown of my account history and a summary of my credit card purchases to show them that they still owed money. They will not help me or provide any explanation. I gave them several opportunities to assist me and show me that they do not in fact owe me anything but they have not. I was not asking for anything that isn't mine and have been more than reasonable with my request. They are *** from me. Plain and simple.

Blondie Boutique I made an on-line purchase with this company near the beginning of September

I made an on-line purchase with this company near the beginning of September . Once I received the clothing items I decided to return some of them. I checked their return policy and saw that it says items may be returned by mail and a credit would be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the items. A week after mailing the items I still hadn't heard from the company so I emailed them to inquire about my credit. My email was not answered. I checked my receipt for the *** tracking information and it showed that my items were delivered to them on September 16th. I emailed the company again and I received a response asking what I returned. I told them in detail the items and then they responded that they don't have the items there. I told them that the tracking information shows it was delivered. The company is denying that *** delivered the items. The company owes me close to $300,and they are refusing to give me a credit. I feel that they have no justification to withhold my money and the way that they have treated me as a customer has been terrible. I think other potential customers need to be aware that this company thinks it can just deny that an item was returned and keep a customers money.

I placed an online order August 27th and paid by visa. As of September 9th I had not received any further emails regarding my order so inquired as to the status and when my item might ship. September 10th I received this email from the manager: *** I did not hear back so sent another email September 13th inquiring. I received this response the same day:*** September 18th I sent am email inquiring if I can cancel my order. I received an email back the same day that said yes and that it would be processed right away. I received an electronic gift card that same day. I emailed saying I had no use for that and would like it returned to my visa as I did not want to have to give the company my money. I have sent several emails since and have received no reply whatsoever with my request to have my funds returned to my credit card. There cancellation policy indicates - CANCELLING ORDERS Orders are eligible to be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase of not processed for shipping. After the 24 hour period, orders can NOT be cancelled and refund will not be issued. This is rather ambiguous as they did cancel my order after the 24 hours and yet provided me with a gift card as per their return policy (item was not returned but cancelled for an unfulfilled item) *Any spelling errors in their cancellation policy and emails are directly from their website and the emails sent
