qatar airways
dear mr. kaushik,
my wife jignasaben taggarsi and i, dr, anand taggarsi boarded qatar airways flight QR 84 on 12th june at jfk. seats 37j and 37h.
we landed at doha and then boarded QR282 at doha for ahmedabad on 13th june seats 27d and 27f.
at the gate no.10 the staff on duty insisted that we check in our cabin baggage as the flight was full. i am a diabetic and one of the bags contained my medicines. i could not check in that bag.
so he insisted that i should check in the other 2 bags.
i agreed to check in one bag but requested him to allow me to take the other bag in as it was a gift bag from the duty free area at the airport and it contained only 3 bottles of black label johny walker whisky.
i said that the whisky bottles may break if checked in. he insisted on checking in the bag and said that the airline staff is very careful and assured me that nothing would happen.
the baggage tag was GATE BAG 4 157 QR 898301.
ON RECEIVING THE BAG AT THE S.V.P. AIRPORT, AHMEDABAD, THE BAG WAS SMELLING OF LIQUOR AND WET WHEN TAKEN OFF THE BELT. WE FOUND ONE OF THE BOTTLES BROKEN.
the staff at svpa was most uncooperative and insisted that qatar airways was in no way responsible.
ms. khushbu and mr. karan refused to give me your contact number and on my insistence that you should be informed about the incident, reluctantly took down the details and took photos on their mobile phone.
i have waited all these days for a feedback and doubt whether you have been informed.
both my wife and i were very upset by the treatment meted out to us inspite the fact that we travel regularly by qatar to jfk every year.
i am fighting/complaining as a matter of principle as the loss is 33+$ as compared to the rs. 100, 000 that we have spent on our tickets.
till now we were very happy with qatar but this time after the credit card refund experience and this one to add, we feel ill treated.
probably qatar may not care for a routine economy class customer but for us its spending our hard earned money for a vacation gone all wrong.
your rules are so self protecting that i feel helpless except to protest by email and receive a mere apology that too doubtful.
yours truly

bribery in the check in counter
Sir,
I always fly from Qatar Airways whenever I go on a holiday back to my country Nepal. But I always have to face a problem in Tribhuwan International Airport regarding weight issues for the baggages. The people who are in the check in counter always make issues regarding baggage weight and take bribes from the innocent passengers. I was once again a victim of these fraud people in the Tribhuwan International Airport, Nepal as they started to fuss about my extra four(4) kgs. They took about Fifteen hundred (R.S 1500) Nepalese rupees bribe to let me go through . The ticket counter whose name is Ashish Bhattarai was the main culprit and the other one named as Badri Thapa. They wouldn't let any of the passengers with any extra weights of One(1) kg go through without taking bribes. This is not the first time it has happened to me. I was forced to give them bribe back on august too. When I travelled back from london Heathrow I enquired regarding extra kg's of weight that passengers were allowed from the counter and the qatar airways staffs at the time told me that passengers were allowed a maximum of 5 kg's. When i spoke about these to the qatar airways staff Mr Ashish Bhattrai in the airport he started laughing and told me he wouldn't let me go through with the extra weights and i had to pay him and his collegue Mr Badri Thapa extra Fifteen hundred Nepalese Rupees.
It is such a bad thing for we passengers who always fly from Qatar Airways and hope that this incidents will stop in Tribhuwan International airport and the guilty people in the airport will be punished for their deeds.

cabin crew photos
I would like to report female cabin crew trainees hired april and may 2011. They have facebook accounts with pictures in 2 piece swimsuits and provocative poses. This goes against the code of conduct of Qatar Airways that they should not have any photos posted in public of such provocativeness. Said trainees have read, understood agreed to and signed the...
Read full review of Qatar Airways and 17 commentsflight rescheduled without asking
I was originally booked on the 30th Flight from Bangalore to Houston via Doha, The airlines rescheduled my tickets for 31st May without informing me. When I called Qatar customer service they blamed me for not updating my telephone number when I booked my tickets. I questioned them saying iam a privileged member & they have all my details for which they had no answer. The reason for rescheduling my tickets was that the airlines had scheduled delay of flight & they knew I would miss my flight in Doha & they need to spend lot of money, instead they rescheduled my flight for 24 hours late take off from Bangalore. when I came to know about this I requested them to route my ticket Via Chennai or Mumbai so that I could still reach USA on schedule for which they asked me to pay extra money & also buy my own tickets from Bangalore. Instead of compensating for my delay they made me feel that I was at fault & the customer service was so rude mentioning I need to keep calling them since they have only inbound calls & no outbound calls. They refused to even connect me to the supervisor or the manager. I have decided not to again travel with Qatar, very bad service

job
Dobrý den, jsem dostal nabídku od Qatar Airways v Londýně jako čalouník. Mám obavy, pokud je založeno na pravdě či lži. Jinak by to mít vážný zájem o práci. Nevím, na koho se obrátit, aby mi ten správný. Obávám se, že jsem podváděl Birgmingham. Moc vás prosím, pomozte. Děkuji S pozdravem Zdenek Heiny

ticket charged but reservation cancelled
I booked two tickets from KHI to NYC on Qatar airways. I was unable to complete the printout of the tickets and thus did not have the booking reference. I got the same from Qatar Air Local office which was 4DMP3P. I checked the same and my booking was there. Next day I tried to print the ticket and could not find my booking against the reference I had been given and which I also confirmed the previous day. Again I contacted Local office and they informed me that my booking has been cancelled? They asked my to write to [protected]@qatarairways.com.qa Which I did not have had no response to my querry. All I received from them is a No. of my case.
bad service by ground staff
I was on a flight from kl to doha. As I used my father's credit card to book my tickets, I did not have his credit card with me. I had his bank statements instead. Turns out my father had to call the bank and verify the purchase of tickets. The thing is, one of the staffs (He was the manager I think) , letchumanan, gave an awful service. He was of no help whatsoever. He is the epitome of bad service: he did not have eye contact with me, instead he just looked at the floor or to the side when talking to me. It was getting late for check-in, and he was walking around, and when I asked him if they received the verifications, he just ignored me and continued talking to his coworker. For qatar to be promoting itself to be a 5 star airline, I was thinking they would provide good service accordingly.
I hope some action will be taken against letchumanan from klia. That is the least you could do.

It is fake. Do a Google search of that email address you're supposed to reply to, and mostly you'll find 1 of 2 instances: job description posting using different names for the QA contact, or posts of this email on complaint and scam forums. Why would an international business use a Gmail email address? It wouldn't...
The best source would be Qatar Airways, which says this is a fake: http://www.qatarairways.com/global/en/unauthorised-employment-adverts.html
controlling and non-informative
On 19 Dec 2010 my wife and I originated travel from Kuwait to London, England. The first segment of this trip is Kuwait to Doha, a roughly 1.5 hour flight. We checked in on-time in Kuwait and was handed boarding passes for both segments without much comment other than detail of color coded terminals in Doha. Durign the boarding process we noted that our Doha to London boarding pass reflected a 6+ hour delay but was assured this would be addressed in Doha. We made inquiry with the agent but was told that it would be addressed in Doha as the Kuwait office did not have any detail. Upon arriving in Doha, we found that nearly all Doha to London flights had been cancelled for the past 6 hours and that Heathrow was closed. We were herded to the appropriately color coded terminal, flight services counter with the thousand other travellers but after waiting in line for nearly an hour, the best the agent could do was ask us to wait until a bit later to see if we could be re-booked. When pressed to find why they allowed us to board the flight in Kuwait, the agent said they did not have that information and there were other customers waiting. In discussing this with other passengers from prior cancelled flights, still waiting for re-booking, we concluded that Qatar waites until 1 hr or less from the flight departure time prior to deciding on hotel accomondations...so our original 1+ hour connection, delayed to 6 hours, now required waiting at the gate departure lounge per direction... with a few hundred others from 3 prior cancelled flights... pending disposition. A frucus started on three different occassions as the agents walked to the exit door and awaiting shuttle bus(s) before yelling for this or that flight to London (QR001, QR011, QR112?). Those passengers allowed to push through the herd was allowed to board a shuttle bus for hotel assignment. We waited... asked them what was going on a few times and if alternate flights could be booked to other destinations... but the agents had been well versed in not offering information and making sure that people stayed in place. When our turn finally came to board the bus, we were escorted to the baggage claim area and assigned a hotel for the night. Once again any question of when they or how they would contact us at the hotel was diverted without answer. Even the hotel check-in was less than informative. Yes, Qatar Air, yes many delays, many travellers, the airline would contact them when they have infiormation for us. The next morning we called the front desk. No, Qatar had not called. We called Qatar... no information available and the best they could suggest is a possibility of booking on a 8:30 am flight the next morning but they could not confirm this now. We called our corporate agent and booked a flight from Doha to Paris where we thought we would have more choices. Did we note that Doha has very few options other than Qatar Air? We requested a shuttle to the airport and checked out. The hotel staff was reluctant as ... Qatar did not advise them that we could leave or that a flight had been booked. Be that as it may, we boarded the shuttle for the airport... but jsut befire it departed the hotel, the Hotel Manager jumped on board and said they would hold our room as Qatar didn't provide re-booking information and they thought holding the room would be best. We took the flight to Paris (departed on-time). Stayed in a airport hotel, took the airport shuttle to the train station, the train for Calais, a taxi from the train to Ferry station, bus from ferry to train station in Dover, and train from Dover to London...arriving the evening of day 3. In questioning Qatar on the flight home about refund for the cancelled segement? They confirmed that the record showed we had flown it.
As it turns out... Qatar was able to fly 2 days later but as they had already booked passengers on those flights, they needed to fit the few thousand delayed passengers into the vacant seats on those flights... hence the lack of advise.
Tried to make a claim for the missed segment in Londaon. Nope, had to be done on line. Tried to pursue it on-line. Sorry... we dont have that information... try Delta or United but please make sure you have your color coded boarding pass and carry-on tage visible at all times while in Doha.

lost my baggage
Dear Sir/Madam,
I travelled from Chennai Airport to Doha and Doha to London on 19th January 2010. I got stuck up at Doha for two days due to bad weather condition in UK. Then, I have been given an option to travel Manchester which to reach UK since the Heathrow Airport is closed and they had diverted the flights to Manchester Airport on 21st January 2010. QATAR airways informed me to collect my baggage’s at Heathrow since its has come to Heathrow and they diverted me to Heathrow in Bus. After reaching Heathrow Terminal 4, I enquired at QATAR office and they asked me to wait for 3 hrs and finally a person came to get my details and he gave me a number to ring up and arrange for the baggage delivery but nobody pick the call whenever we call to that number . I tried to find the number from internet as well and that does seems to be attending. Finally we reached the home at 1 midnight on 21st January date. Next day we had been to Heathrow airport to enquire about the baggage but still no response from the QATAR officers. They are not even ready to come down and talk to us and he says he sits in the first floor. He has got too much work to attend. He is not ready to get any information from us and didn’t provide any details about my luggage as well. After the telephonic conversation with him very next minute I heard it from one of the Qatar officer saying he had left for the day and not ready to help out at this moment.
We have been given a number to contact the baggage department. QATAR people gives us different numbers to contact but no one picks the call and if we call them. I am calling them whole day from morning to evening to get them on line but it keeps ringing and does not seem to attend.
Am travelling to UK for the first time so I booked a cab from canary wharf to Heathrow airport to meet the QATAR people but there is no proper response and no information about the baggage until this minute. We had spent lot of money on baggage collection and right now we don’t have any dress, Documents, food items and personal belongings available with me so am spending a lot every day. I am not able to attend meeting at office without my personal belongings and dress. It really affects my business and the relationship with the Customer.
So, QATAR Airways has to bare all of my daily expenses until I get my baggage.
We contacted the Person called Mr. Deen/Dean, Mr.Eric at Heathrow Terminal 4 – QATAR air ticket service.
This is the worst service that i have ever seen in my life so this would be the first and Final trip with the QATAR airlines that i make and i would not recommend any of my colleagues, friends and relatives to travel with QATAR and also am making arrangement with my office travel desk team to stop the bookings with QATAR.

emotional, physical and financial stress due to unprofessional handling by qatar staff
Copy of Mail sent to Qatar: [protected]@qatarairways.com.qa, [protected]@ch.qatarairways.com, [protected]@qatarairways.com,
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Srikumar Mohankumar from Geneva, Switzerland, and a very troubled first time customer of Qatar Airways. I am writing this mail to highlight and ensure action gets taken on the unprofessional handling of my and my spouse's tickets, which has left us stranded in Zurich.
20th Octcober:
Made a booking for 2 tickets ref # ZQ6N34
17th Dec: Geneva - Munich: LH2381
Munich-Doha: QR010
Doha-Chennai: QR276
Price CHF 3150
17th December:
Arrived in Geneva airport at 6.30am
Airport closed and Geneva-Munich LH2381 was cancelled due to snow
Waited in line from 7am to 3pm to get re-booked as follows:
18th Dec: Geneva-Doha: QR48
Doha-Chennai: QR276
I was confirmed by the Qatar employee at the counter that the ticket is booked and there is no issue.
18th December:
Arrived at Geneva airport AGAIN @ 8am
I was informed by the check-in qatar employees (one Mr.Daniel) that the ticket has not been booked and that there is no other seat available.
Without showing any courtesy nor any proper response as what I should do next, me and my wife were asked to step out of line and waited until 9.15 am
The employee who 're-booked' the tickets pointed fingers at Lufthansa saying they did not book tickets.
Daniel was very rude mentioning that he cannot book us in any flight until Monday 20th December.
After a lot of talking, Daniel and the other staff re-booked me AGAIN as follows:
18th Dec: Geneva-Zurich: LX2811
Zurich-Dubai: EK86
Dubai-Chennai: EK546
They provided me with a Flight Interruption Manifest saying that this, along with the itinerary will get me my boarding passes at Zurich on flight EK86
I was re-assured by Daniel that the ticket is confirmed and if anything happens to contact the Qatar service desk at Zurich.
The LX2811 to Zurich was cancelled and we were asked to go and AGAIN stand in the long queue to get train tickets for Zurich.
With the tiredness of the previous day's marathon 8.5hr waiting, I booked the train tickets MYSELF and arrived in Zurich at 4pm.
ZURICH: 18th December
The Emirates ticket counter REFUSED to check us in saying that the Qatar staff had not entered the ticket number int he system to confirm our booking on Emirates EK86.
The Qatar service desk was empty (AS USUAL) and the helpline or the Geneva and Zurich offices of Qatar did not pick up any calls (AS USUAL);
However, the very professional and friendly Emirates staff have done a temporary booking for tomorrow 19th Dec EK86; with a clause that the Qatar staff should provide the CORRECT & UPDATED 'Flight Interruption Manifest'
With no place to stay and no support or guidance from any Qatar staff at Zuch airport or the call center, me and my wife booked a hotel at our own expense AGAIN
Tomorrow (19th Dec) morning, If your "professional" staff are at the counter, I expect to get a Proper confirmation of re-booking and the correct Flight Interruption Manifest provided so that me and my wife can go visit our family after a 3 DAY ORDEAL with Qatar Airways: the worlds leading 5 STAR airline...
With the assumption that the management would be professional enough, I hope to receive a response for my mail and appropriate action taken to ensure the ordeal that we have suffered, emotional and physical exertions suffered, financial expenses incurred: all due to the unprofessional, rude and a totally disorganized team of Qatar Airways.
Srikumar Mohankumar
well, miss myway, I will be more than happy to have my money back... you should experience this, when you have other travel plans within your destination country and then commment...
incompetent qr ground staff
Distressful trip with Qatar Airways: Lack of care when my Laptop was left on flight.
As I got off the bus and entered DOH terminal after disembarking from a QR flight, I realized that I forgot my laptop which I had placed in the overhead compartment. I immediately notified a ground agent who asked that I proceed to the Transfer Desk and report it which I did right away. There I was informed that all they can do is call Lost & Found and wait for them to receive a laptop. I explained to them that the laptop is in the compartment above my seat and I just disembarked 10 minutes ago. If they would please radio air side and ask an agent to bring it. The agent refused and said that they can only wait for Lost & Found and I should come back in an hour before my connecting flight to LHR! I spoke to two other agents and both declined to do more. Right before boarding my LHR flight, they told me no laptop was found! I reiterated to them that the laptop may not be easily viewable since it is thin and slid down into the compartment and if not checked properly, it may simply go out on the aircraft's next flight. My repeated requests went all in vain and I was told to file a report in LHR and get a tracking number to follow up. Obviously upon arriving at LHR, I was told since it was not checked luggage, I couldn't file anything!
It amazes me how much Qatar Airways spends on advertising an image of a 5 star airline, yet it doesn't train or hire trained employees that are of high caliber... Their ground staff are a bunch of incompetent brainless robots that couldn't figure out the ease of getting my laptop if they were proactive and acted quickly!
I know it was my fault to have left my laptop on board but I can't seem to understand why Ground Staff didn't want to contact anyone other than Lost & Found. Was proper procedure followed? Shouldn't they have immediately contacted air side and asked an agent to check my seat and bring my laptop? Critical time was lost causing the loss of my laptop which is a major problem for me.
It seemed to me that the agents deemed my laptop as lost from the minute I reported it or they wished it so for some reason! As far as Qatar Airways is concerned, a passenger is a nuisance; Unfortunately, no kind-hearted employee was willing to go beyond their presumed call of duty. Qatar Airways is not even a One star airline, its a worthless airline
Hi I too had a very similar experience with Britsh Airways when I left a small bag on the arm of my seat. When we disembarked the 'cleaning crew' were set on their marks to board - it really looked like a free for all as to who could get on the aircraft first - (for the best pickings of what had been left by passengers I should imagine!) Needless to say my bag with new designer sunglasses, £200 cash and credit cards never showed up! This was also despite me reporting it immediately to staff AND security personel immediately upon arriving at the terminal - hey ho!

overbooked
To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to report an incident that occurred during [Flight No 276 TIme 8.45 Pm Booking ref: Ahamed A.Kader 11/11/2010]. I have always been a loyal patron of Qatar Airways, but this recent incident, which involved no seats available as they Over booked the aircraft hence no seat available, this is not acceptable as I missed a business working day and please be noted that I have important things to do (Important Work, Connection flight …..etc ), the cost for the connecting flight from Channei to Madurai around Qatari Riyal 500/- and the call taxi cxl charge QR 100/- - I have mentaly effeected as i have not been reached home on time, I would like to compliant the incident and request to Qatar airways to issue the compenstion.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
yes, of course ...I with my family also having same bitter experience with Qatar airways last year.
poor services
I travelled in Qatar airways on 10th of July 2010 Colombo to Doha and then Doha to Melbourne. I had no problem in going to Doha. The fling was delay for about one hour. When I was submitting my boarding pass I had a problem. They said the flight was fully booked, how can they issue a ticket when the flight was full. Not only for me six Srilankans had the same problem. Then we were issued a ticket to Singapore a business class and told us the baggage is already is on the flight to Singapore. When we arrived at Singapore around 4.00pm on Sunday 11/06/2010 and I was given a ticket to Melbourne through Qantas. But at Singapore they ensured that the baggage is not in that particular flight we came from Doha. I had to wait around four hours to catch the other flight to Melbourne. Arrived at 5am in Melbourne the next day without the baggage and told the baggage is coming only that night and would be delivered the next day. I was really mad about the services of Qatar airways. I did not expect such a service from them.
Sorry to say, but the service you received it is excellent compare to their normal "service" in Doha.
i fly in and out of Doha once or twice a week either Qatar or Emirates and trust me the Check in staff don't give a toss nor are the Supervisors, anyone in a local dress gets priority on everything, Arab staff treat Asians especially like rubbish, they are arrogant in a "I'll never see you again" attitude their so called Managers, Duty Managers just hide if you want to talk to them.
All in all they have a budget airline (a bad one at that) attitude and I feel sorry for the Emir that has all this money for the new airport (Opening sooooooooooon)
If you have another choice of airline take it.
broken brand new laptop
Hi, My aunt flew qatar airways from NYC to India. She was carrying a laptop in her carry on but when she transfered flight at Doha. Qatar airways insisted on checking in that carry on for whatever reason. But she refused to do and told them it had a laptop, but they wouldn't let her carry that with her and told her to put in checkin when she entered the flight at the flight gate. Laptop arrived in chennai completely broken, I called qatar airways to lodge a complaint and they refused to take it because they don't cover laptop... total crap. I wouldn't fly QATAR in future and would advise anyone who would want to fly Qatar..
What infuriates me is that after denying to check in the bag in second leg of the trip. They refused her to fly if bag wasn't checked in and I ended up with a broken laptop. Qatar should take responsibility for their action and would compensate the passenger... I spoke to Qatar airways customer service but they could do nothing. I would like to file a complaint about the company somewhere, please let me know where I could do that...

check in staff asking for bribes in nairobi
I was using Qatar Airways for the first time early this month, flying from Nairobi to Melbourne via Doha. After having seen all the impressive adverts about their 5 Class cabin crew and service and heard great reviews from friends, I expected alot. However, my first contact with their staff was very disappointing - their local check-in staff in Nairobi, JKIA airport.
I was travelling alone and was served by 2 Kenyan male staff. My baggage allowance was 40kgs and I was overweight by 8kgs (total of 48kgs). The check-in man then informed me that I would have to pay the overweight fees of USD $192 for the 8 kilos.
When I asked if the rate was negotiable or if there was any leeway, as the flight was very empty, he said that it was negotiable, between him and me. He advised that we keep it between us, as his manager would not negotiate a good rate, but he would. He then offered that I pay USD $100, and when I asked if I could pay it by debit card (as I did not have the cash on me) he got annoyed and insisted it be cash. When I told him I did not have the cash, he asked me to go to the ATM to get it. When I refused, he then asked me how much Kenya shillings I had, to which I told him Ksh2000. He then responded that it was too little for him. Please note that through all these negotiations he was holding my baggage and passport hostage. He then went on to insist I get him $50 plus the 2000sh, which was all the cash I had on me. I repeatedly asked him if the money was for Qatar Airways or for him, and he insisted that it was going to Qatar Airways (which of course was not true).
When I was about to hand him the money, he got nervous (as there was someone else in the vicinity) and asked me not to open my purse just then, and as I waited, he handed over my passport and boarding cards. I left his desk and proceeded to immigration, thinking that the whole strange matter had been resolved. However, after I passed through immigration, his co-worker followed me and asked me for the money.
As I am female and a student, travelling alone, I want to know if this is common behaviour from their Kenya staff, taking advantage of vulnerable passengers? Are these 2 staff members part of their world-renowned high standard of service?
Yes, this is ridiculous
People like you only encourage corrupt practice at the local level because you did try to play games. Asking him if it's negotiable only encouraged him to think about himself. Next time, weigh your luggage before you get to the airport and do encourage corrupt practices. This has nothing to do with Qatar air
And everything to do with your approach
non allotment of requested seat
This was my first experience to travel with qatar airlines under above booking reference which was proved to be bitter one due to the attitude of a lady check in counter staff at paris airport. At the beginning of check in only I requested her to book two window seats for our family of 4 persons (I. E. 2x2 with two windows seats). However she told me that there are no window seats now available and she booked some other seats for us. Thereafter my son also requested her to check whether window seats are available to which she again replied that there no window seats now available. Later on I found that many indian co-passengers (In group) travelling with us were allotted window seats by qatar airways check in counter (May be by your other counter, not the same one) although they were far behind us in queue at check in countersn and they had not advance seat resevation. This was shocking for us. Why were we not given window seats even upon repetitive requests? Althoug same were available.
Compaint made to qatar airlines recieved cool response. Trying to put my complaint below the carpet.
5 star airlines?
Shocking indeed.

pls do not advise me about ASR. i am frequent traveller. we were together in indian group and non of them got it done through ASR. in fact i asked them how they got window seats although far behind in queue and they replied me that they got it done through chek in counter. my complaint is against a particular lady staff at paris airport only and not against entire qatar airlines system.

Hi, my Name is Ayah, I just receivedan email a couple of days ago a Qatar Airways Contract Offer. Basically it turned out to be a scam, I have a Masters degree in Marketing Management, and the title of the position was Senior Marketing Analyst in the UK. The offer almost looked real, I sent it to my uncle whom is a lawyer right after I received it, and also he believed it was almost real. The contract had so much detail, actually leaving u with almost no questions, but there was no interview the interview would have taken place upon my arrival to the UK. But what would have happened I would have never arrived to the UK, i would have lost some money that is all. The funny thing is I sent an email to the email address provided in this so called contract, and i received a reply right away from this man who claimed to be the HR Manager for Qatar Airways UK. I then called him the next day to inquire about some concerns, and he was very convincing over the phone, i have been looking for a job for over 2 years now, and it is very difficult nowadays and I have been looking in several places, so once I received this contract who really I had no doubt was fake, i took it very seriously it was a waste of my time, they also claimed I applied for this job a year ago which made sense in my head, I don't want to write so much detail, but basically everything seemed to make me believe it. I am lucky enough i still didn't and i contacted someone working for Qatar Airways here in Egypt where i am currently living, and i showed him the contract he told me it was definately fake, and i was really surprised because what made me believe it the most was that it carried the name Qatar Airways Contract Offer, and it would be a dream to work for Qatar Airways, it has an excellent reputation, it is a leading and expanding company. I just emailed my complaint to tell us@qatarairways.qa but still i wanted to put my complaint here as well, it is my responsibility to contact you and help you stop the people behind this, i just wish people would complain about things like this, it has happened to many people in the past, the more complaints the better, I am very dissapointed, i was thinking about it for days, studying it for days and close enough to send them money, becuase once u see the original contract and mails I have saved, u could understand, it was a dream job it made sense, and it was very attracting.

This is my second flight with Qatar Airways, I'm on my way home from Cebu to Brussels. I'm seated on the last row at the back near the comfort rooms. I had a lot of bites maybe from mosquitoes or bugs in the seat. I didn't like them much because they are very itchy. I asked the crew and they just said maybe its mosquitoes and try putting on some cream that is found in the comfort rooms and it didn't work at all. Is this part of the 5 star airlines policy? Getting bit off in a long journey.Anybody here experience the same thing? When i arrived home i felt sick and itchy because of the bites. If they were mosquitoes, then people should be aware that they are deadly because they carry dengue and it causes death to people. So what can be done here?
