This incident occurred on the 01 December 2023 at Gatwick international airport I was flying with my 80years old mother. On checking in our luggage I was told that my I need to get to another terminal to catch British airways to Doha. This was a terrible and difficult experience to convince my mother that we had to fly separately to doha the qatar staff attendant was cruel and not helpful. I managed to get to British airways terminal for 12:53pm it was chaos and no one want to listen to my story I was asked to wait, hold on and waited until it was 13:18 they told me I wouldn't get on the flight it was not about missing the flight it was more about how my 80years mother (my dependant) will cope throughout her journey. British airways attendant dismissed no one took responsibility on how to support or help with the situation rather Qatar airlines was claiming my business was with BA while British was pushing communication issues with Qatar airline. It took me a long time to raise this issue because the ordeal caused a lot of panic, tension, anxiety, upset within my entire family members. I had to get to Heathrow airport to obtain a new flight ticket to fly via Lagos the next day this horrific encounter has caused my mother never to fly again because she don't trust any airline what happened to us should repeat to any passenger could this be because our tickets were showing economy class. I think Qatar airlines should review their customer service staffs especially the ones at Gatwick airport on a scale of preference 1-10 I'll score Qatar airline 0.0. I will ensure that entire world will hear my history. The supervisor in charge of the Qatar airlines on that day was cruel she was not helpful at all
