QuestionPro QuestionPro Review: Easy Survey Creation and Distribution, but No Formulas

Well, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed when I found out that QuestionPro doesn't have any formulas. I mean, come on, how am I supposed to use it without that feature? It's a pretty big downside if you ask me.

But, despite that, I have to admit that QuestionPro is still a pretty decent software. It's got a lot of other features that make it worth using. For example, it's really easy to create surveys and questionnaires with it. You can customize everything from the questions to the colors and logos. And once you've created your survey, you can distribute it in a variety of ways, like through email or social media.

Another thing I like about QuestionPro is that it has a lot of different question types. You can ask multiple choice questions, open-ended questions, rating questions, and more. And if you're not sure what kind of questions to ask, they even have templates you can use.

One thing I will say, though, is that the interface can be a bit confusing at times. It's not always clear where you need to go to find certain features. But once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad.

Overall, I'd say that QuestionPro is a pretty good choice if you're looking for a survey software. Just be aware that it doesn't have formulas, so if you need that feature, you might want to look elsewhere.

QuestionPro QuestionPro Review: Good Features, But Overpriced and Can't Do Basic Math

QuestionPro is a website that offers survey tools for people who want to gather information from others. It's pretty cool that they have a lot of features that can help you create surveys that are easy to use and understand. However, I was a bit surprised when I saw that they charge $1500 for their services. I mean, that's a lot of money!

But what really got me laughing was when I tried to use their forms and saw that they couldn't even do simple multiplication. I mean, come on! That's like basic math! It's pretty funny that a website that charges so much money can't even get the basics right.

To be honest, I think there are other survey tools out there that are just as good, if not better, and they're completely free. I don't see why anyone would want to pay $1500 for something that doesn't even work properly.

Overall, I think QuestionPro has some good features, but they really need to work on their basic math skills. And maybe they should consider lowering their prices if they want to compete with other survey tools out there.

QuestionPro QuestionPro Review: No Calculations Field Available, Not Recommended

So, I was trying to make a form for my business and I stumbled upon QuestionPro. At first, I was pretty excited because it seemed like a great tool to use. However, when I started to create my form, I quickly realized that there was no option for basic calculations. I mean, come on, how can a form builder not have a calculations field? It's like having a car without wheels!

I was really disappointed because I needed to create a simple calculator for my customers to use, but I couldn't do it with QuestionPro. I had to go and find another tool to use, which was a real pain in the neck. I just don't understand how QuestionPro can survive in the market without having such a basic feature.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend QuestionPro to anyone who needs to create a form with calculations. It's just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other form builders out there that have this feature and are much easier to use. So, if you're looking for a form builder, I suggest you keep looking.

QuestionPro QuestionPro Review: Long and Tedious Surveys with No Guarantee of Qualification

I've used QuestionPro a few times now and I have to say, I'm not too impressed. The surveys can be quite long and tedious, and I've found myself getting frustrated when I get to the end and I'm told I don't qualify. It's happened to me more than once, and it's really annoying.

QuestionPro Disappointing Experience with QuestionPro's Free Account: Locked Out and Forced to Upgrade

So, I decided to give QuestionPro a try and signed up for a free account. The website promised me 1000 free responses, which sounded like a great deal. However, things didn't go as planned. My survey received more than 1000 responses in no time, and my account got locked! I was shocked and frustrated. I couldn't access my survey anymore, and I had no idea what to do next.

I tried to contact the customer support team, but they were not very helpful. They told me that I had to upgrade my account to an annual subscription that costs more than US$1000 if I wanted to access my survey again. I was disappointed because I didn't expect to pay such a high price for a simple survey.

What bothered me the most was that I didn't get a single response until I upgraded my account. It felt like a trap, and I didn't appreciate it. I expected to get some responses before deciding whether to upgrade or not. But, unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Overall, my experience with QuestionPro was not very pleasant. I don't think I will be using their services again in the future. I would advise others to be cautious when signing up for a free account and to read the terms and conditions carefully.

QuestionPro Disappointing Customer Service and Basic Software: My Review of QuestionPro

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with QuestionPro. Their customer service is just plain bad. The person I talked to online was really rude and didn't seem interested in helping me at all. It's like they think they're the only survey company out there and they don't care about keeping their customers happy.

Honestly, I think you should look elsewhere if you're thinking about using their software. It's pretty basic and definitely not worth the price they're asking for. I mean, why pay for something that's not even that good?

If you're looking for a better option, I'd recommend checking out surveygismo. They're way better than QuestionPro and their software is actually worth the money. Don't waste your time with QuestionPro, trust me.

QuestionPro QuestionPro Review: Mixed Experience with Poor Customer Service

I've been using QuestionPro for a while now and I gotta say, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. I recently stopped using their service, but I've been thinking about rejoining. Unfortunately, when I tried to connect with their online help line, I couldn't get through. I even tried calling them on the phone, but I was put on hold for over 30 minutes! I eventually gave up. It's frustrating to see that their service hasn't improved since I was a customer. If they can't even provide good service to people who are interested in becoming customers, I don't think I'll be rejoining anytime soon.

QuestionPro Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with QuestionPro

I gotta say, QuestionPro ain't all that great. Their support team is a real piece of work, let me tell ya. It takes them forever to get back to you and when they finally do, they're just plain unprofessional. I mean, come on, we're paying customers here! And don't even get me started on this guy named Andre Marques. He's the worst of the bunch. I've never been treated so poorly in my entire life. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, if you value your time and sanity, steer clear of this company. They really need to rethink their hiring process because their customer service is just plain terrible. I've never dealt with such incompetence and rudeness before. It's a shame because their platform could be really useful if they just got their act together. But until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
