Survey Junkie Best Survey Site!

SurveyJunkie is clearly the best Survey Site out there. Yes, they do from time to time lock the account for verification purposes, and yes, it sometimes can take some time to get back to you. But this is because all of the bonehead people out there that just want to make a quick buck, and that do not answer surveys honestly. You need to understand that SurveyJunkey needs to provide their customers with a quality product as well... A lot of Survey sites are just a scam to get people to sign up for junk offers, and to actually provide advertisement. But Survey Junkie is legit, as long as you answer truthfully and know that you are not gonna get rich. It takes time to work up a payout balance. Do it regularly and truthfully, and over time you can earn a nice little bit of side-cash.

Survey Junkie Despite these Negative comments it REALLY DOES work

I am not sure about the issues others are having but this has seriously worked for me so well I have already told like 5 people and I have just started using this site about 6 days ago. I have already racked up almost 4000 points in this time. Sure it takes a lot of time in a way to get points, but I've already cashed out to make sure this was legit before investing too much time into it and let me tell you it has. I was able to put in my bank information and it said in 4-5 business days the money would be there and it only took 2. SO despite these negative comments, I have had a good experience with this website. After all you know what they say, people are more likely to tell you about something they dislike and doesn't work rather than tell you about something they do like and does.

Survey Junkie Best Survey Site!

I've been using Survey Junkie for about 3 weeks now. I have already cashed in over $44. I've tried NUMEROUS other paid survey sites, but none of them are as good as this one. And I see I a lot of complaints about customer service, etc. I have emailed them with different issues or concerns at least 5 times. I have always received a reply within a day or two. I haven't experienced any of the issues I see others complain about. My ONLY gripe is Peanutlab. Their surveys NEVER work and they NEVER redirect you back to the main Survey Junkie page when you don't qualify so you never get your 2-3 points. Now all the Peanutlab surveys tell me I've been disqualified due to inaccurate responses, which isn't true at all. I've seen complaints about Peanutlab in the reviews of nearly EVERY online survey forum. They need to be cut off.

Survey Junkie Great site but some surveys get denied

It's a great site surveys are great you can cash out at 5$ but I only have one problem that bugs me sometimes when I do a survey or start one I get rejected and this message pops up saying you been disqualified for breaking one of our rules eta I awnsered honesty I never lie in my questions what rule did I break everything I put in my questions are truthful I don't mind the 2 or 3 pts at least I can save them it's the breaking rules message that always seem to pop up I been using this site for years and I always successfully cashed out I hate for them to lose someone who is loyal and is happy to be with a survey company who isn't run by scam artists who refuse to pay for surveys that means you branded surveys and crowd tap both are not whom I recommend they'll ban you soon enough when you get close to cashing out but survey junkie is great just wish they would let me finish my surveys though.

Survey Junkie Earned $600 since October 2019

UPDATE 12/26/2019: I did finally receive the full payment. All total I have made $645.00 since first week of October. I hope they continue to provide surveys and make payments.

I have just exceeded $600 since the first week of October. I had an injury in the summer and it has caused my freelance business to suffer. I was curious about surveys, I was realistic and I knew I wasn't going to pay my bills with this. I've been honest and have agreed to phone interviews. I was recently asked to complete a W-9 Form to release funds manually. That was 7 days ago. After my own mistake I sent the correct form. No payment yet. Sometimes I will nearly complete a survey and then get disqualified. Some higher paying surveys read I am disqualified because I wasn't honest but I wouldn't do that. On a whole I have to say they have paid. I made the mistake of going over their redemption limit and now have to wait out a manual payment. This is taking too long and is making me upset during this holiday week.

Survey Junkie SurveyJunkie is a great site for making extra money. I

I joined SurveyJunkie less than a month ago and already made over $50. They only have surveys, no pop ups or ads. There's always a good supply of surveys to try. Unlike other survey sites, they almost always give you a few points even if you're not accepted. Most surveys are about consumer products, but I've done some very interesting and thought provoking ones, including use of nuclear weapons and improving health care. Sometimes they show videos or photos of ads and ask for opinions on what you liked about the ad, or what you didn't like. Customer service is great. Whenever I've asked a question (using their contact form) I usually receive an answer the next day. I like the promotions where if you answer 3 surveys a day of 10 points or more for 8 days within a couple of weeks you get an extra $5. Some surveys are short and others take a lot longer - you can't always tell by how long they say the survey will take, but you're always told how many points you'll get for each survey. I've tried other survey sites, but have found SurveyJunkie to be the best for picking up some extra cash, and for giving my opinions on timely subjects.

Survey Junkie Survey Junkie ( Redeem Help)

Everyone is having trouble redeeming money from Survey junkie. Well let me help my account was out for about 3 months I couldn't redeem any money from Survey junkie. I'm here to help everybody that's having problems with Survey junkie and how to redeem money with all these problems. First send an email to survey junkie from you and complain about what's been going on for you. Give them your correct name and email that you signed up with. & tell them your redeem Balance and you should be able to redeem right away as soon as they send an email to your gmail. Thank you & I'm sorry for the problems everybody has been gone experiencing. ( Must Read)

Survey Junkie Best Survey App

I have been trying different survey/game for real cash apps for the last few months, I used to play a popular MMO (wont say name as is well known) and was tired of it so I thought would try and find something to either not spend or maybe make a couple $, lol. I am on the phone with several monitors running and have anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes available to me at different intervals all day long and a lot of times I am required to just be present with PC doing its thing and nothing else. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SURVEY APP OUT THERE. I have had no issues getting funds deposited into my PayPal, their minimum to withdraw is only $5.00 and even though they say can take up to 2 hours its always within minutes. In the 5 or 6 weeks I have been using the app I have cashed out just under $124.00USD, and stopped even trying the others. Yes sometimes you get disqualified late in a survey or but that's all these apps. With SJ the refresh rate is so fast it doesn't matter, its not like some where you answer a few and then there is nothing available for hours. The other day I was stuck in front of the computer for a few hours, so as a test I only played this app, I made $12.91 and when my pc task finished I cashed out and went and grabbed lunch! I have tried most of the survey sites and this one is straight surveys, no adds, no high minimum to withdraw, no weird games that end up making you pay 10$ S&H on fake earbuds from China that never arrive, lol. If you dont qualify initially you get 2 or 3 ponts for the 10 to 30 seconds it to to evaluate you and believe me those add also. If you have time to surf around on twitter and insta etc, you have time to do this!

Survey Junkie To answer all complaints. lol

Do you know what 3 cents is when you get it 3 times in a row...? Nearly a dime. Quit griping about 3 cents. If you can't value your pennies, you do not deserve dollars, and THAT is why you're broke. And being broke is why you're doing surveys... If we really want honesty. They're not dumb.

The reason you get disqualified, is because you don't match the target audience.

"Honesty" has NOTHING to do with it.
You need to be smart, and LIE like a dog, and say exactly what they want to hear, and what makes you sound good.

If it isn't true... start making it true; because we all know the real reason many of you do these things, is because you're lazy and don't want to get real jobs, and probably don't qualify for many jobs even if you did try to get them because you do bad things with your time and youre socially awkward because of it.

BUT... if you really think theyre just jerking you around... then... why dont you just do it back?

Do them on a laptop,... and have about 6 surveys going all at once. Easier to switch tabs.

Only do this when theres a LOT of surveys on screen,... fail each one of them deliberately (say you're a 10 year old girl each time it asks for an age) and repeat.

Thats a fast dime (nearly) adding up right after the next.

The PENNY... is powerful. Dont underestimate it.

A dollar aint nothing but 4 quarters. You can find those easily at a drive thru window after closing hours, or in a garbage can/ vacuum vents at a car wash.

And btw, if the payouts aren't going into your paypal as soon as you cash out, its because you failed to enter some info that matches your paypal info... quit being stingy with it, thinking the hackers and illuminati are out to get you, its the same as any job, they have to have this info because you're dealing with actual money... how else would they get it to you? If somebody really wanted to cyber attack your ACTUAL bank account or your paycheck at work,... it CAN be done, (easily by the right people). If somebody working at the social security dept. really wanted to go to prison, they could easily do this... but...

When you see anything 70 cents and up... take them more seriously... but remember... DONT be completely honest.

Don't lie in such a way that it sounds unbelievable, but think more in terms of...
"The model human as seen on TV".
Be LESS like you and more like THAT, BE FAKE... Be eccentric... be like the way you see people on The Price is Right... because that IMAGE is what they're trying to sell... Illuminati confirmed.

You're a capitalist... you're a consumer. A worm on a hook.
Snared by the Dollar.

~Pleased to meet you. Hope you guessed my name.

Survey Junkie Sweet! I got my phone call AND got paid

Took a lot of patience! Contacted Cx 3x, got call on the 25th, been a member since 2018, no issue. :) Keep trying different departments and make sure you give them your phone number just encase there's a mistake on your account, also give them a reason for the contact. That's how I did it.

Started with survey junkie June 14th 2018 cashed out 9 times without issues and no verification, funds were in my paypal within 10mins. On Dec 20th 2018 after attempting to cash out, right before midnight I receive a message saying there was an issue and I needed to contact CX, I submitted a ticket and received an email at 1:59am Dec 21st confirming that my ticket had been received,,, they would contact me as soon as possible. I checked my email around 5am that morning and had received an email at 2:26am saying "You had pending points that were preventing you from redeeming. We have reviewed those points and you may redeem at this time. " I went through the process of redeeming my points and was told to check my email for a verification code, the code worked and I received my funds in my Paypal within 10mins. In Feb and March I successfully redeemed my funds with no issues using the verification codes they sent to my email. On April 1st
2019 I attempted to redeem my points but there was an issue and I was asked to contact CX, I tried cashing out my points again later that day and was locked out of my account, I tried logging from my laptop and was able to log in, so I returned to my main computer did some scans... got it cleaned up, cleared my browser history and was able to log back in.
At 3:59am I received an email apologizing for problems with my account and they would contact me by phone. I replied with the best time for them to contact me. On April 2nd I received another email saying I was added to the call queue but it may take 5-7 business days. By the 11th I hadn't heard from anyone so I tried again with all the same results, I
Never heard from them, but I was not discourage because I am a member of
Many survey and pay to click site and I knew a lot of them were verifying accounts and clearing out scammers who are cheating the system by using bots, there as also a big deal on the news about someone who was running dozens of computers being run by bots and this triggered a lot of companies to start clearing out manipulator. By the 19th I had not
Heard from anyone so I tried again but I didn't contact cx, On the 20th I tried again and again I didn't contact cx. On the 23rd so many surveys were coming in and I was disappointed that I couldn't do them I decided to contact customer support this time under verification (not under "can't redeem" like I had been doing) I let them know I was having no luck getting a phone call to verify my account in order to cash out, I also added my phone number to the ticket in case I had made a mistake on my end. Once again I received an email at 3:27pm apologizing for the problem I was having and would be contacted. At 3:57pm on April 25 I received the call. (Unfortuntely I can not give you the number because I don't have it, even if I did I'm not sure I could due to security reasons and too many angry people. I don't want to be responsible for represenitives being harassed or yelled at for something that's not their fault. I have been on the end of the line before, the calls just don't stop coming in) But I can tell you that it came in as "California". A woman was on the line, she didn't give her name or the company she was calling from, all she said was I'm calling to verify your account so your funds can be awarded. She asked the basic questions for verification about myself and my account. Told me I would receive an email shortly letting me know my account was verified and I could redeem my points. She was Not a foreigner! At 4:29 I got the email Saying "Hi Paul, Congratulations, we were able to verify your account successfully. You can now continue with your redemption. Thank you for being a Survey Junkie member! " I redeemed my funds through Paypal. Hope this helps someone. Don't give up they have thousands of members to get through.

Survey Junkie I have been with Survey Junkie both before and since the outbreak of Covid

I have been with Survey Junkie both before and since the outbreak of Covid. In the early days, it took a long time to get my earned rewards and it was difficult to get in touch with customer service who were very slow to respond. Since they have reinvented themselves, they are remarkable, very prompt to respond, and have some really interesting and intriguing surveys to take. When it is time to redeem my points, the redemption process is immediate and takes only a few minutes to perform. If there is any problem with the code, that too is taken care of with speed and efficiency. I have taken part in many survey offerings and truly, Survey Junkie is at the top of my list for fun and performance.

Survey Junkie i am in love with survey junkie!

i am in love with survey junkie! it is easily my favorite of all the survey apps i've tried. it notifies you when you get high paying surveys with your email, and every day it offers you a new 1-minute survey that pays ten cents, which can really add up! depending on how much time i put in, i can usually cash out about 20 dollars every week to go towards treating myself :) it is very important to understand that you will not qualify for every survey, and it can be a slow process, but you get compensated for the ones you don't qualify for and the surveys are generally not too boring. i would highly recommend to anyone looking for some sort of side way to make a little extra cash, because this is exactly what could help you out!

Survey Junkie One of the very best sites to play on

One of the very best sites to play on. The amount of rewards points given for survey times spent sometimes have very minimal monetary values but in general are fair. Like others have mentioned, you can complete a very long survey only to be disqualified at the last key stroke which is very frustrating. Enjoy the semi regular contests which reward you for accomplishing certain achievements/day along with consecutive days of doing so. Subject topics are well varied so you don't get bored with constantly repeating surveys. If you want to share your opinions and have some possible impact on current or future products or services this is a great site to do so. Sure beats playing video games which only feed your ego and add nothing to your pocket book.

Survey Junkie Survey Junkie is a legit company that pays you to take surveys

Survey Junkie is a legit company that pays you to take surveys. You have to qualify to take surveys so you may not get to take every survey. Even if you don't qualify, they give you a few points to bump your score. Several times they have bonuses, like if you completed 3 surveys a day for a certain amount of days, they give you a 500 point bonus (and they have extra days buffered in). And you can see your progress and payout as you go...not like other survey sites that you have to convert their points to actual "prizes". The only drawback is that sometimes you can be at the very end of a survey and all of the sudden the survey has filled up. Or if your internet blanks out, you can't get back into that survey. But I legit have been able to get cash. So go for it!

Survey Junkie I gotta say ever since I've been using survey Junkie it has really helped me out with my money issues

I gotta say ever since I've been using survey Junkie it has really helped me out with my money issues. Which is what I really hate having. But other than that I really love the fact that it's really legit because if there's one thing that I cannot stand is when certain people from around the world that'll literally trick you into doin things that'll make legit money but whole time they will literally scam you out of your own money which is what I really hate. But I'm just happy that I finally found something that I can do to make a certain amount of money almost everyday. And what's also aggravating about doing the surveys is that they will literally always act up which is also aggravating when it comes to this website. But other than that Thanks Survey Junkie! I really appreciate it!

Survey Junkie I love Survey Junkie!

I love Survey Junkie! It's the best survey site I've found, and I've been regularly using them for a few years now. I've made over $520 since I started, but most of that I earned in the past 1.5 years. You won't get rich, but it's a nice way to make some extra cash! I qualify for about 2 out of every 5 surveys on average, and I'd say the average payout is about 35 cents. If you put a few hours in, you can make up to 5 or 6 bucks in a day. You get almost daily emails that have 1-3 minute surveys with guaranteed points. They have promos about once a month, where if you complete 3 or more surveys worth at least 10 cents a piece for 7-12 days, they give you an extra $5. They are generous, their customer service is great and resolves any issues quickly. I can't say enough good things about Survey Junkie! I love it!

Survey Junkie I've used multiple paid survey sites, some pretty good, others absolute garbage

I've used multiple paid survey sites, some pretty good, others absolute garbage. I am very selective of which sites I use. I can honestly say, without any reservation, Survey Junkie is by far the best site I've EVER used. It's very easy to use, the surveys are all very relevant to me, and their payouts are very fair. In fact, I make a few points even on the surveys I don't qualify for. And unlike other sites where you might have to wait 4-6 weeks before you get your money, Survey Junkie makes sure I get my money in MINUTES, not hours, days, or weeks. If you're looking for a survey site that is incredibly simple to use and you can make money off of, you can stop your search right here. I've been a member for several years, and plan to be a satisfied member for years to come. Thanks Survey Junkie for making the best survey site out there!

Survey Junkie I have tried out several other sites, and this one has become my go to favorite

I have tried out several other sites, and this one has become my go to favorite. Their customer service is quick and works with you, pay out is easy, surveys are pretty numerous so there is fairly minimal time waste. The only 2 quibbles I have aren't really the fault of the site, I think: sometimes you can spend 10 or 15 minutes filling out a survey only to be dumped at the last minute, but this problem is worse on other sites I've tried. Most of these seem legitimate. The only other issue has been occasionally I will open a survey and before I even answer a question they will day disqualified, i may have answered falsely or not been paying attention, etc. However when I brought this up to customer support, they were quick to respond that they were aware of the issue and were trying to fix it. Time will tell. Otherwise a great company to work with

Survey Junkie No Longer Ethical

Survey Junkie used to be a pretty good site, payouts were immediate and customer service was fast and responsive. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case as its become an unethical copany. Surveys gather your PII and then DQ you or say surveys have filled up. This is how I could tell they were headed downhill. I am no longer getting survey invites, even though I am an active member.

BTW, any survey that ask for your full name, address and phone number is a scam... unless you know for sure that they are going to send you some product(s) to test. Surveys are supposed to be annoyomous and therefore should not be asking for this type of info. If you encounter this, take screenshots and report it to the survey company which sent the invite. If you can find the name of the company hosting the surveys ( it's at the bottom of the page on many of the surveys... or at the beginning when they throw up the legal verbage about how they will, handle, store and share your info.

Make sure to read and understand any legal and storage verbage if it's not a company that you regularly do surveys for. Even then try to stay abreast of any changes. The devil is in the details! I find now a days I am declining surveys because of this. Many of them have a fancy round about way of telling you that they will hold your info for an indefinate amount of time and will share it with this one or that one who will do this or that and share it with so and so. Then so and so will use it for MARKETING and ADVERTISING. This could mean they are selling your info to other companies and the info goes on lists so that they can contact you either via phone, email, or postal mail. Also be weary of companies that will store your info in other countries as you don't know the laws govern how they can handle/store or sale your info.
I am most confortable with compaines that do not ask for indepth PII, will only store your info for the duration of the survey research period and securely destroy it afterwards. Some are ok in my opinion if they state they will only hold it for a year. However, be careful as you might take several surveys over time from the same company and that could mean the cycle is never ending and the year starts over every time you enter a new survey. Thus they may be keeping your info continuously. I also opt no when they state they want to link the info from the survey you're taking with info they might already have one file. This could mean giving them the permission to store your info indefinately.

I have heard that many people are having payout issues with SurveyJunkie, fortuntely I was able to cashout before this started. NEVER give company or entity your banking info. Not even a legit company that you want to allow to draw payments for a loan or whathave you. This can go south fast! Request prepaid CC, giftcards, or payment via Paypal.
I'm hearing SJ has no means by which to be contacted. Many survey companies are owned by other survey or sister survey companies... so you can contact them via them. Sometimes each company is owned by another and it could take some time and research getting to the bottom of things. You might end up having to contact them via contact info that is for other means, like for advertisers.

I found the following info for SurveyJunkie: It's a BBB acredited company ( which could mean nothing in many cases as a company could just ignore complaints and requests to arbitrate. Also, the BBB in many states are not above board, thus you might see a good rating for a very poor company.)

This company is owned by consumer insights platform DISQO (This may be owned by yet another co. I'll let you guys further on your own, if needed.)
Address: 400 N Brand Blvd Fl 6
Glendale, CA ***-2359
Ph:***217 (I've experienced companies that request you to leave a message with an automated answering service or a live person, but never get back to you, so don't expect too much.)

Survey Junkie More and more of a scam each day

They will find anyway they can to NOT give you points. I have been using SJ for roughly a year and up until October 2022 it was fine, I got decent payouts and I could make the points I needed to make within 2 days. But after the beginning of October, I would regularly be kicked out of surveys for no reason other than the bogus reason they gave. At one point 95% of the surveys I tried I'd be kicked out of, with the same reason given that I wasn't being honest with my answers. It seemed to get better into November and December, but late December it went back to rejecting alot of the surveys I tried.

There are various things they do to users. Ever since October, I figure I have lost out on 3000 points...so most would think that's not much, that's just $30...yeah thats $30 I could have used for groceries and 3000 points that I wasted my time trying to earn because SJ found some reason to have me kicked out of a survey, for whatever bogus excuse they felt was appropriate.

Their so called customer support is worthless. They will give you a bogus excuse for anything you bring to them...I've worked in customer support for well over 30 years, so I know a bogus excuse when I see one. Some people might fall for it, but I won't, and it appears others won't either. I've seen plenty talked about on various platforms about how pathetic they are. In just the past 2 weeks, I've had 3 different surveys result in pending confirmation before any payout was made...ok that happens, but these 3 surveys had absolutely NO notice whatsoever that they would not be immediately applied to my account...I found out after I finished the survey and no points were applied (found them on the points history list showing 'Pending Confirmation'). When I went to SJ about it, their answer was that there was a notice when the survey started indicating a delay in points being applied. I pointed out to them that there was no such notice, yet they would not budge, and they again told me there was a notice blah blah blah - their response was basically telling me to F OFF. 2 of them I have since gotten the payout applied, but the final one was from last night and I know if I ask them about it, they'll just tell me the same thing. Anyway, they are of absolutely NO HELP if you have an issue, they responsnd with standard script responses that the higher ups at SJ have probably told them they must follow and that they cannot think outside the box. Even if they give you compensation its a mere 50 points at best.

They have even said that the third party providers are who kick you out of a survey, not SJ. Ok so to a point I get that, but considering how often it happens, I cannot help but think that SJ has found some way to do so via software algorithms. I mean you goto a survey from the SJ page, and then you come back to the SJ page, which shows to me that SJ has a 'connection' to you while you are in that survey, otherwise they wouldn't know that it has been completed and to reward you points. It's essentially a software cookie that follows you to that third party site...scam artists always find a way to screw out a user, and this is how SJ does it. My belief is that they have it set that you get so far into the survey where they know the payout is gonna be given (90% of the survey completed for example) and so their algorithm kicks you out so they get not only the payout they are entitled to on their side, but they also get your payout...they ping the survey provider to say it was completed and to pay them (the provider assuming the user will get paid out, although they don't). It might sound far fetched and believe it if you want, but it is a very plausible method given todays technology and those software developers, etc, they might use who are willing to be a part of their scam. Or maybe its wrong, IDK, but it makes too much sense to me not to be BS

Anyway, if you are thinking about using SJ, don't...run away and run away fast from them and the others. They'll eventually scam you out of your survey dollars. There are far better ways to make money than coming to scam sites like SJ...most popular side hustles are scams or don't make you much money. If some website talks about you easily making $20 or more with Survey Junkie, don't believe them...you will struggle to make that much, trust me

Survey Junkie Can not get anyone to verify account, just canned auto responses with no real attempt to even understand what I am saying

Can not get anyone to verify account, just canned auto responses with no real attempt to even understand what I am saying. That's when I get a response I just need this account verified...I have hit the limit of 5000 points (2 weeks) and am being told everytime the app (or web page opens) that I need to redeem. I am 100% certain that someone is profiting off these surveys I'm doing and it's certainly not me. I have "Followed the on screen prompts" no less than 50x now. I've tried through the IOS App, the web pages from both chrome and safari, as well as submit multiple tickets. They usually don't respond, but WHEN they do I get a canned auto response (I have 4 now if you'd like me to send them to you) That says blabla thank you, please go here and follow on screen instructions. I've "warned" for lack of a better word that I'd use Complaintsboard.com if no one took the time to read my ticket as it seemed people who complain here magically get support within a day. That is just poor customer (if you can call it that) support. We are the ones making you your profit. I've submitted my phone number with support tickets to make sure the "Add me to call Q" is using my correct number. I've submitted several times in a day (on the hour) and I've also added myself to the call Q and haven't touched it for a day. I'm "in the call queue as I type this. To be sent an auto responder looking email after I've been going through the motions for 2 weeks and admittedly I've re sent some pretty frustrated emails. I've done enough surveys in my down time to hit the 5000 point limit (that's a lot of surveys) so it's pretty frustrating feeling like a company is profiting off my time and not caring enough to get this account taken care of so I am compensated what I've honestly earned. Please see attached screen shot telling me I'll get a call shortly. Please don't tell me to "Follow on screen instructions" ITS NOT WORKING. Please just get this account verified and I'll happily leave you alone. No one wants to "be that guy".

show a significant amount of money in my Survey Junkie account that I have been trying to collect for over a month but for some reason the approved for payment date keeps changing. The following Team and System checks were completed successfully: -Accounts at least 4 days old -All stats checked by anti-cheat system. -Stats verified by 3rd party providers. -Payment method verified. I now have a partially completed check that's called a Duplicate/Fake Invites check. This has been going on for over a month and the approved for payment date keeps changing by about four-day increments, it's now set for October 24, it started around September 18. I've received no explanation as to why this is happening or what it really means. I feel like I'm being jerked around and Survey Junkie doesn't intend to pay me.

1. I signed up on a survey platform to test if I would really get paid for taking surveys.

2. I took enough surveys to accumulate 1003 points, which means they owe me $10.03.

3. I filled out all the info they required. I tried to redeem and get paid the $10.03. They added verification requirements. Understandable.

4. They required me to legally identify myself. I uploaded clear, readable photos, front and back, of my current SC Driver's license. Then they requested that I take a selfie, but I could not take a selfie unless I install their designated app. So I install that app, then take my selfie for them, twice.

5. Then they say they need a valid phone number for them to call, even though they have my valid phone number in their files in my account. They owe me $10.03. I will report this next to the USDOL, the FCC, and the FTC if they keep trying to rip me off. I will, moreover, be sure to give them as bad reviews as possible wherever I can because they have earned bad reviews. They need to pay my $10.03. If they cause me more time-wasting undue burdens, they will need to indemnify me for the extra time they have caused me to waste due to their actions in bad faith.

Survey Junkie Trying to redeem points from Survey Junkie but they keep asking for verification even though I have provided that information I have been trying

Trying to redeem points from Survey Junkie but they keep asking for verification even though I have provided that information I have been trying to redeem my points from Survey Junkie since Mid May . I have previously redeemed points without any problems so I was surprised when they asked for verification from me before I was able to redeem. I provided my mobile phone number but they stated that they could not verify it, even though it was my mobile number. I was then advised they would send me a 'card' to verify my details. I advised that I had been having problems with my mail delivery and had taken a PO Box for mail security so they would have to send the card to that address. Survey Junkie stated they could only send the 'card' to my residential address, and even though I advised them that I may not receive it at my residential address they insisted on it being sent there. I therefore gave them both my residential address and PO Box number and asked for cards to be sent to both to ensure that I received the 'card'. I did not receive the 'card' in the time-frame they advised so Survey Junkie stated they would send another card. I have tried on several occasions to obtain the details of where and when the 'card' was sent but I have never been given this information. Survey Junkie advised they sent another 'card'. Again I have never received this card at either my residential address nor my PO Box. Each time I contact Survey Junkie I am advised that until I go through verification I can not redeem my points, and to keep waiting for the 'card'. It is now mid July and I am not going to be made to run around in circles any longer. I thought I was the only person going through this but when I read other members complaints I was able to see this is happening to a lot of other members. I have stopped doing surveys on their site as I am so disgusted with this situation. I want to redeem my points and then unsubscribe from Survey Junkie as I no longer want to have anything to do with their business.

I have been trying to redeem $10+ worth of points, when I click Redeem Now the page states "we couldn't complete your verification online. You must speak with our support team..." so I click on enter call queue as there is no physical phone number. Twice since, I have received an email stating my verification process has been completed successfully and PayPal redemption is now available for my account. Contradicting information. I wish to redeem my points and continue taking surveys.

Shortly after I signed up with Survey Junkie, my PC began to experience numerous glitches and performance issues: video buffering or not streaming at all, pages loading slowly and some only partially, images missing from websites, inability to log in to some of my online accounts, screen hiccups and cursor issues, etc. In attempting to remedy this problem, I found a file in my computer titled "SJPulse." It contains two sub-files titled "app" and "update," both of which contain over thirty items and occupy a great deal of memory. These files will not allow for deletion by standard methods. They are protected in some way. This malware has rendered my PC unusable.

Survey Junkie The company claims that they pay out when you reach a certain amount. I reached the amount and was then sent to a "photo verification" process. I sent my photo ID and an on the spot selfie but the verification has been pending. I would like to redeem my points.

Survey Junkie My complaint is regarding Survey Junkies' practice of "verification" only by postcard but never sent postcard and holding earned rewards

My complaint is regarding Survey Junkies' practice of "verification" only by postcard but never sent postcard and holding earned rewards. My complaint begins approx. 10/07 when upon completing a surveys and having to request that bonus points (15-day bonus period), be paid Survey Junkie place a identity verification on my account in order to redeem my earned rewards. I tried to contact support by their designated (contact support), and I received no response. At this point I agreed to the "postcard verification" and was told that postcards take 5-6 days to arrive. It has been over 14 days and still no postcard. On 10/22, I sent another email to Survey Junkie's contact support, alerting survey junkie of the problem that I have not received a postcard verification, still no response. Since no one at Survey Junkie seems to care or is purposely avoiding my contact request, I have no choice but to file this complaint. I am filing this complaint and fear that retaliation will be ahead regarding my account. I have been completing surveys with survey junkie for almost a 12 months, verified my identity before initially starting to complete surveys with Survey Junkie and now they are requesting an identity verification. In addition, Survey Junkie still allows me to complete surveys and they can get paid by their clients, but I cannot redeem my earned monies. I only started doing surveys because it was a way for me to earn money since I could not walk (due to medical conditions), and survey junkie has taken that opportunity away from me. Plus, covid-19 has also affected my ability to earn income as well. Once again my biggest fear is my account is in jeopardy and will face retaliation in the form of account problems, not being able to complete future surveys or other general online problems. Survey Junkie has all of mine contact information, my address and any other contact information. And with all of this data Survey Junkie still refuses to contact me to rectify this matter in a civil and fair way.

On 10-5-22- I attempted to log into my account on SJUNKIE to get the $15 added to my account for logging in, cause you get $15 a day just for logging into your account. On this day, my account said ***. I don't know why my account was blocked. I had $17,793 dollars in my account and I had been working on trying to get at least the required 5 people to sign and join SJUNKIE, I was having a hard time trying to get people to join because they said they believe the App was a scam. They also told me that they would join once I received money from SJUNKIE, but I explained to the people that I wouldn't be able to get any money unless they joined and completed some of the tasks as well. I believe the reason my account was blocked was because I had such a large amount of money sitting in my account and if and when I was able to get the required 5 people to join and I completed all the tasks, I strongly believe that didn't want to pay me the money I had earned. I spent a lot of time and energy on this App any taking a lot of surveys and signing up for some of those companies SJUNKIE are getting paid from for listing them on their App for us to try out and take surveys for them. I am beginning to think that SJUNKIE is a Scam and they are using us people to help them get paid from all the games and the companies they have listed on the App. I am going to look into this situation a little further to see what my options I can file against SJUNKIE. The screenshot I've uploaded shows $16,837 but I had additional money added to my account after I sent this post out to my Twitter account to get people to join. the total I had when SJUNKIE blocked my account was $17,793.

On September 27, 2022, Tuesday, I was informed by Survey Junkie that I committed some sort of fraudulent activity. I did no such thing. They were not specific beyond this generalized accusation. I pleaded with them to let me know what I did wrong, when I know I did not. At least not intentionally. They owe me $25.59 for work I performed for them. They stated that I have been banned and I was very shocked and disappointed. I was always honest and careful with all surveys I performed. I needed an explanation and was not given one beyond a generalization. I want to have another chance to keep on working. At least I want to redeem my final amount that I am owed. I have spent the last two weeks trying to think what I did wrong, but I still do not understand. Please accept my apology if I made a mistake, but I sincerely do not know what I did wrong.

Survey Junkie I signed up for this survey company and took enough surveys to cash out

I signed up for this survey company and took enough surveys to cash out..only for them to not want to pay out.. I signed up..no problems..no issues at first.when I reached the amount to cash out..they are giving me the run around..wanting to all of a sudden verify my account to cash out..which should of been done when we sign up.I cannot be reached via phone call during the week due to working..so they said in an email that there was another way to verify..so I wrote them back to find out what it was..and they never wrote back with the way..just generated emails..cannot reach a human ever since. They are fine with you taking surveys..but give a huge hassle when trying to cash out..which has never been resolved with me..below is a copy of the last human email I got from them saying that there is another way to verify.. Hi ***, We require identity verification from our members because this site provides financial transactions, and thus needs to take measures to prevent dishonest activity. This process ensures account uniqueness and allows us to provide high quality survey responses to the market research industry. If you are uncomfortable completing the phone verification call, we have a different method of verification that we can offer you. Please keep in mind that our different method would take a longer process, whereas our phone call verification only takes a minute of your time. This is a mandatory verification procedure to continue your membership with Survey Junkie. After I replied to this email and said yes to the other option..I only got generated emails like this.. Hi ***, We have tried calling you in order to complete account verification but have not been successful. Unfortunately, we cannot process your verification without a phone call. If you'd like to reopen this case, please visit the My Points page and follow the instructions to submit a new request. Please keep in mind our business hours are M-F 9am-5pm PST. Survey Junkie Support They lied in the original email..or they do not want to pay me..seems fraudulent to me.

For the last 2 months I've been doing online marketing and in exchange,I would be paid according to their program. I've accumulated about 4400$ and now that my "cash out" are due (12) so far ranging from 800$ to 140$. SJunkie keeps pushing back my payment date, now to all that come due for payment as well. I ready to make a civil suit and do have a.lawyer standing by. I just want to be paid what I am( 4500$) due. This is completely false advertisement on your part. I don't want to go viral, but... *** Let's settle this. You made me break a promise to my daughter...and to be a struggle father that needs help and you don't fulfill your end...not cool. .

I participate in online surveys and I did a number of surveys with Survey Junkie and they asked for my DL info inorder to be paid so I sent it to them and now they will not respond. I think they are stealing my info. They owe me $17.82 cents but again they will not respond. I think this place scams people.

I have been taking surveys from Survey Junkie for awhile now. I have never had any problems redeeming my points until this last time. I reached 4800 points which would be $48. I tried to redeem like I always did online line and a error popped up that I had to call customer support and get in the call queue. I did this 3 times. I emailed customer support 3 times and left them a VM at one of their offices. One of their office #'s states you've reached a non-working number. I don't know what's going on but I would like to be compensated because I know they are making money from the surveys I'm taking. I won't continue to take surveys because it seems to me that the business is a scam now. Please try and contact them and find out what's going on. I'm definitely going to post my complaints on Yelp, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Thank you.

I earned $43.10 and cannot collect the funds due a Survey Junkie system limitations when required to verify my identity I earned $43.10 and tried to redeem it. I am required to enter information to verify my identity. I tried to enter my information several times and kept getting an error code. I filled out a contact form and was told my phone number wasn't valid as it is showing in their system as a VOIP number, which their system cannot use. I entered 4 phone numbers and every one comes back rejected with the same error code. I've communicated with Survey Junkie cust service numerous times since July 18 (case number XXXXXX), and I've told them over and over that my cell number uses a SIM card and runs on the AT&T network. I tried my Verizon work cell, as well. I continue to get the same response - enter a non-VOIP number to verify. I was told to sign into my account and add myself to a phone queue to receive a call from their call center to verify. Again, I am told not to use a VOIP number as their system won't work with them. I tried to find a calling queue on their site, but all I ever got was a contact form to fill out. I filled it out again and asked for a call on July 22 (case XXXXXX). I did note that their system continues to read my cell numbers as VOIP, so I requested a call, but how likely is it to come through? I have received no calls, and I was then told via email to use a landline or non-VOIP number. I am incredibly frustrated, as I have entered every single phone number I have access to, and their response is to enter a landline, which many people no longer have. On July 23, my most recent email response noted that I was going to file a complaint with Complaintsboard.com. I have had no further emails from customer service, other than an original generic response that I would receive a response as soon as possible (new case number XXXXXX). There has to be another way via email or post mail or allowing customers to call in for verification if it is required. Survey Junkie should require verification before customers ever start to receive surveys.

Survey Junkie Not getting anymore surveys and customer service won't get back to me

Not getting anymore surveys and customer service won't get back to me. I've been a Survey Junkie user for more than 7 months now and took a break from it for about 5 months and recently started picking up on it again. Since then there have been nothing but issues. After taking surveys again I was able to reach the threshold to cash out but upon doing so was told I needed to be put in a call queue to verify my identity. I did so and also emailed them. Took them almost a week to get back to me. All was good so I continued on. I was able to cash out 3 times (small amounts like *** here, *** there) and after my third redemption, no more surveys instantly. It said it would only be for a couple hours of no surveys, turned into a couple days. Reached out via email and they were pretty good about getting back to me in a couple days. I was able to take surveys again and then after another 3 times of working hard taking surveys and cashing out (small amounts again), instantly that message for no surveys pops up again so I had to email them again. It's now been 5 days and I haven't heard from them and my account still has that "no surveys available" message so now when I have free time to myself I can't do any. It's just frustrating because when it works, this site is great for earning a little extra income especially during a time like this. I understand they might not have enough staff to take care of things but when you say that you're going to get back to your users within 24-48 hours, I think you should deliver on that. Otherwise, don't state it so that way I don't have expectations. It seems they may have changed the way the site operates too because when I first started using it there were never any problems and I never had to reach out to customer service unless it was in regards to points. It almost feels like after cashing out a certain amount of times and they see you making a little bit of money, they lock you out. It's not as simple as "no surveys are available", you actually get locked out and they just put up that message for show. Someone has to reinstate your account for you to continue. That's what happened the first time.

Survey Junkie On three different occasions, points (or monies) were removed/stolen out of my account without my permission

On three different occasions, points (or monies) were removed/stolen out of my account without my permission. Company will not acknowledge issue. On 12/28 2,500 points ($25) was removed from my account. I did not request, authorize or redeem these monies. I sent an email to their customer service. (I thought company had removed erroneously?). On 12/29 another 500 points ($5) was removed and I sent another concerning email. Their response did not acknowledge an issue and simply said "points were redeemed". I asked them to call me personally several times to discuss (they did not). It was impossible that I made redemption because I would have had to enter a preliminary code that would be emailed to me - and then a final redemption code would be emailed to me (all to my account email *** which never happened) After some email exchanges, they recommended that I close that account and start a new account (under a new email address) which I complied. They would transfer the existing points left in account, but would not reimburse me for points removed (again, which I NEVER REDEEMED... I wanted to talk to a human being and let them know they have some serious security or hacking issues?). I then opened a new account under a new email address ([protected]@gmail.com) as they recommended and on 1/29 2,500 points ($25) was stolen from my account again? I immediately sent an email to their customer service who did not acknowledge an issue and simply said "points were redeemed". They sure were... But not by me!?!. There is either a total scam going on where points are removed by someone interenally or they have very serious security issues and hacking going on. Either way, I am now out of $55 (stolen) dollars of hard earned survey time, work and effort I had done for company. I am not a computer expert, but I am very sure they can see exactly where redemption codes and points were emailed and when. Proof will show that it did not come to any of my emails. Additionally, I have not redeemed any monies since the 12/28 date. Anything redeemed would go directly into my Amazon gift card account of which nothing has been added.

Survey Junkie On 6/28, I was refused to redeem $37.36 because they required I provide them with a **** including my social security number

On 6/28, I was refused to redeem $37.36 because they required I provide them with a *** including my social security number. I was never told upfront I have been taking on-line surveys with Survey Junkie since 11/11-6/28. On 6/28, I tried to redeem $37.36 and was stopped because they require I provide a ***. There is NOTHING on their website that states this is their policy once someone meets or exceeds $600. The issue is I started taking surveys on 11/11, and they included those amounts in the 2020 tax year, grouping both tax years together --- I am close to $600 for 2020, but I quit because they pay so paltry that being taxed 30% isnt worth my time. They pay pennies for each survey as it is. My issue is I will lose that $37.38 which took my 20 hours to earn, because I don't want to provide a *** with my social security number. I am frankly scared to give that to people I don't even know. It is wrong they don't provide notice on their website that they require *** tax forms if players meet or exceed the $600 per year amount. I should not have to provide because I will not meet or exceed the $600 for 2020. I quit playing because it isn't worth my time to continue playing. Survey Junkie owes me the $37.38 and I want you to assist me in getting that from them. They have completely stone-walled me until I provide my social security number. This is not the first time they have cheated me... they have short changed me on paying the full amount after I have taken the entire survey from beginning to end and submitting it to them, and rather than pay the promised $0.85 after 20 minutes of my time, but pay only $0.02. This has happened many times. What I want from this compalint, is that they pay me the $37.38 without me providing my social security. I have not met the $600 for tax year 2020, so I shouldnt have to. The other issue is, they should be required to post on their website that the survey takers that meet or exceed $600 per tax year are required to provide a ***. There is nothing posted and it is just wrong. If the survey taker refuses, then they lose the money they spent hours earning for this company to keep their earned wages. That is plain unethical.

Survey Junkie I've been doing online surveys for Survey Junkie

I've been doing online surveys for Survey Junkie.Trying to redeem my points, by their guidelines, and not being contacted back with verification email I've been doing online surveys for Survey Junkie for several months. I have previously been "paid" by them without issue. In September, I agreed to do a market research survey for one of their partners. It was Survey Junkie's project/survey # XXXXX. The terms were upon completion, I would get paid by earning points through Survey Junkie, whereas I could then redeem via PayPal, or gift card, or transfer to my bank account. My Survey Junkie account was credited with *** points on 10/6. Survey Junkie requires additional verification when redeeming over *** points. On 10/8, I attempted to redeem via PayPal. Survey Junkie had enacted a NEW process for all redemptions, where they send a postcard via U.S.P.S. Mail. I requested my first time on 10/8. When I didn't receive the postcard, on 10/13, I requested again. I was asked to verify my contact information and email, and if my PayPal account had been previously verified. I did and It had. I was asked to be patient, to wait a few more days, told they would send a second postcard just in case the first had been delayed, and to contact them again early the following week if I hadn't received it. On 10/18, I contacted them through their customer support email again. I was told there had been some delays, an apology, but I should receive one of the postcards soon, and they would send out a third postcard. I have been contacting them via their available customer support email twice a week, but have still been unable to redeem, nor am I even getting any response to my emailed requests now. On 10/31, I did receive 1 postcard. Their redemption requirement no longer ask for the postcard verification code, now it sends one to your email. I go through the prompts asked, when I enter the emailed verification code, I get a message stating there is a problem, to wait 24 hours to try to redeem again, and If still unsuccessful to contact them through the customer support email. The customer support email auto-response is that they will contact you within 48 hours. I still have not been contacted or able to redeem, despite numerous attempts. Today is Wednesday 11/4. Tomorrow will be 4 weeks since my first request to Survey Junkie. I just want to get paid for my service. I have even continued to participate in their surveys while I waited. I don't have any issue with them wanting verification processes, but it has gotten to an unreasonable point.

Survey Junkie The company has failed to redeem award points as promised amounting to approximately **** II joined Survey Junkie (SJ) in mid-August

The company has failed to redeem award points as promised amounting to approximately *** II joined Survey Junkie (SJ) in mid-August. The arrangement was that I would complete surveys online and SJ would award me a designated number of points for each survey attempted or completed. Once I reached 500 points or more, I could redeem the points for either a gift card or cash. Last August I made my first redemption for a cash payable through PayPal. I was told that I had to verify my address and that I must call customer service to do so. I did so, Customer Service promptly returned my call, verified my address, and told me that I would not have to verify my address again. I subsequently was able to make several more redemptions without any problem. In mid-October I tried to make a redemption and I was informed that I had to verify my address again and that SJ would mail me a post card with a 12-digit code that I must use to make the redemption. I received the post card about 10 days later. I have attached a copy. When I returned to the web site to make the redemption, I was informed that I had to request to be placed in a call queue and that customer service would call me by the end of the day to verify my address. There was no space on the page to enter the 12 digit code that SJ mailed to me. I have attached a copy of that web page. I have since placed my name in the call queue on at least five different days. I have attached copies of some of the screen shots of those attempts. Customer service has never called me. I tried to call them on the phone at their number, XXX-XXX-XXXX, and got a recording that customer service was not accepting phone calls and that I should submit a request through the web site. I immediately did so. The next day, November 2, I received an email saying that I would receive a response within 48 hours. They warned me not to submit any more requests because it would delay a response to my request. More than 48 hours have now passed, and customer service has never contacted me. I have exhausted all means of communicating with SJ. There has been no response to any of my numerous communications. I have at least 4,825 points in my account worth *** I am requesting your assistance to get SJ to call me, verify my address, redeem my points and pay me the money owed to me. I regret having to file this complaint, but I have no other way to get SJ to communicate with me. I have always considered my relationship with them to be of the utmost professionalism, and I hope to maintain that relationship on the same basis that we have done over the last three months. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Survey Junkie The online survey company has completely stopped responding to Customer Service inquiries

The online survey company has completely stopped responding to Customer Service inquiries. I am unable to cash out my earnings. On October 26th when I attempted to cash out my earnings before reaching $50 and needing a Customer Service rep to manually process the cash out, the website indicated that I had to go through a Post Card Verification process due to quality concerns. I was not able to cash out my earnings until that process was completed. The website indicated that this was a one time requirement and that I would never have to do it again. I already went through a post card verification back in June so in reality this is the second time in 4 months that it has occurred. I submitted the request for the post card but there was no indication or confirmation from the website after I did so that the request was then being processed. The website indicated the post card would take 5 to 6 business days to arrive. I decided to contact them through their Customer support area of the website so I could get a confirmation from a rep. that the post card verification submission was received and sent out and to also inquire why I had to go through this process a second time. I received a automated email back from them confirming that a rep. from their service team would get back to me within 48 hours. I've been a member of this survey panel for almost a year and I've never ever had a problem with either cashing out my earnings or getting a reply to an inquiry. I received no response back from them within the 48 hours and after waiting an additional 2 days after that period, sent them an follow up email about the entire situation with again no response from them. After doing an online search about the situation to see if any other members were also experiencing this I came upon this website and saw all the other complaints filed with the exact same details as mine that I decided I needed to do so as well. The website continues to send me emails throughout the day regarding available surveys so I am receiving emails in general from them. There is no way that their email address is being blocked or sent to SPAM by my email domain. Since I'm able to continue to take survey's my account balance has now gone over the limit where a Customer Service rep. needs to manually process the cash out. Since they have suddenly stopped responding to regular inquiries and I see many other members have also experienced the same situation, I started getting concerned that I needed to file this complaint. How am I going to get my earnings cashed out even if I do receive the verification code next week in the mail if they are not responding to any inquiries and someone on their end needs to now manually process the cash out.

Survey Junkie After completing many surveys, I tried to redeem points

After completing many surveys, I tried to redeem points. Required to enter call queue to verify my account. No one has called me back after 5 days. I signed up for Survey Junkie on October 20, after the site was recommended to me. As part of the sign-up process, I received a verification code by text to confirm my identity. I entered the code on the screen as instructed. Next, I completed all of the required tasks and several surveys. I answered all questions honestly, and I took time to read and watch all content. I devoted my valuable time. After reaching the minimum required level to redeem points (plus some additional points), I clicked on "redeem points." There were three options to redeem: gift card, PayPal or bank transfer; however, on the screen the gift card and PayPal options were greyed out. The only option for me was bank transfer. So I entered my bank account information for the transfer (which now makes me very uncomfortable). Next, I received a message that said my account could not be verified and that I needed to speak with a representative (M-F during business hours) to complete the verification process. On October 21, I clicked the button on my account to enter the call queue. The confirmation message said I would receive a call back by the end of the business day. I did not. So then I sent a message via the website to contact customer service. I did not receive any confirmation of the message I sent. After that, I tried to enter the call queue two more time, and I still did not receive any call back. It is not possible to call Survey Junkie customer service directly because their phone number is not in service at this time. So after trying many times to contact Survey Junkie, I'm very concerned because my personal information is on their website (address and bank account), and I shared my confidential opinions. I understand they may be very busy during COVID-19, however it is unethical and potentially fraudulent to take a person's opinions and time, and then not compensate for participation as promised. I have always had a good impression of Survey Junkie, and their website is very clear and user-friendly. Please help me resolve this issue. I would like to redeem my points and be compensated with the money I earned. Until this issue is resolved, I'm not taking any more surveys as I don't want to give away my time, feedback and personal information without receiving any kind of acknowledgement or compensation. I would like Survey Junkie to verify my account and allow me to redeem my points. I would also like the option of using PayPal. It is frustrating to wait all day for a phone call (when no one is calling me back.) This is not an efficient way of doing business. Thank you kindly for your time.

Survey Junkie I can't redeem funds on this website because they're claiming that they can't verify my identity online and so as a result my funds are withheld

I can't redeem funds on this website because they're claiming that they can't verify my identity online and so as a result my funds are withheld. I emailed them 3 weeks ago regarding this issue on April, 7th, 2020. My email title for that mail was "none" with a reference #XXXXXX. They responded back to me telling me that since they couldn't verify my identity online, it would have to be verified via postcard where they'd send that out to me with a verification code and I would have to contact them back to tell them the verification code and from there the issue would be resolved. This whole concept of verifying my identity via postcard is mind baffling. I don't understand it? Really, I never had any issues on this site where someone other than me used my identity to login into their site and use my personal info to complete surveys in order to earn points and get paid. If something like that did happen per se, then I could understand the case for them to claim that my identity needs to be verified. I fail to see the need for them to behave in this sort of manner when such a scenario never occurred and I gave them all my personal info including my address when I signed up. Whats crazy is they asked me for my address again in order to have the postcard to be sent out. Like, huh?!? Why? Another thing that has me questioning this site is that there is a discrepancy between what is actually said on the site regarding resolution of identity verification and what was mentioned from email via customer support. On the website it says that I need to place my call to "queue" and a customer service rep would call me back. I did this several times but to no avail nothing. Not a single peep or call back from them. Anyways, I emailed them back and they stuck to their words on how they needed me to provide them with my full name, address, street address, city, state, zip code etc for them to send out the postcard to me. The reference # to that email was XXXXXX. I took a chance and gave them my personal info and they said that they sent out my postcard with the verification code and to allow for 5-6 business days for my postcard to arrive in the mail. I've waited and received nothing. I then told them I was no longer inspired to do surveys with them online if this issue kept persisting. I warned them that if it doesn't get resolved as soon as possible that I would contact the Complaintsboard.com for assistance. And that I don't want to do survey for free or have my payments withheld. I was very unhappy with the service. They responded back saying that there have been delays because of the outbreak so they ask for my patience regarding this matter. And that I should get the postcard in a few days. And if I don't get it to let them know. The reference number for that email was XXXXXX. I don't want to wait longer. I waited for weeks and displayed lots of patience. This case keeps dragging on without resolution and I refuse to go with it longer. I emailed them telling them that I continued to not receive the postcard and that I will be in contact with Complaintsboard.com. And so, here I am.

Survey Junkie I have followed their procedure to redeem my earned survey points from Oct

I have followed their procedure to redeem my earned survey points from Oct. 7, 2020 - Oct. 30, 2020. They now ignore my emails for payment due to me. On Oct 7, 2020 I had earned *** points which translates into *** and attempted to redeem these points for cash as I have done previously upon reaching 5000 survey points. Survey Junkie notified me that this redemption would require me applying for a post card from them that would contain a 12 digit code sent to my house by regular US mail. I could only redeem these points by submitting their 12 digit code back to them in a future redemption attempt. I applied for the post card with the 12 digit code immediately. On Oct. 12, 2020 I received an email from Survey Junkie Support that my post card was being processed with the 12 digit code. They stated I should receive it with a week by regular US mail. It has never arrived. Since their last email to me on Oct. 12, I have contacted their email support on Oct. 12, Oct. 19, Oct. 25 and again today, Oct. 30. 2020 regarding my non-payment. They have not responded since Oct. 12, 2020. From Oct. 7, 2020 they also kept sending me surveys to participate in including two bonus rounds to earn 400 extra points from Oct.8, 2020 - Oct.18 which I completed and another bonus round for 500 points from Oct.21 - Nov. 3, 2020 which I completed. Apparently, they are satisfied with me continuing to take their surveys, but do not want to pay for them. I am aware of their policy of redeeming at 5000 points. With the 500 bonus round points I just completed I now will have 7713 points or *** Their stalling with payment, but allowing me to continue taking surveys is the only reason I have not redeemed to date. On Oct. 29, I found their phone number on the *** site and called Survey Junkie to express my problem/concern. As no one answered, I left a voice message indicating what has not transpired on their part, paying me for completed surveys. In closing that message I indicted I would be filing this *** complaint if they did not respond. They didn't. A recent review by me of Survey Junkie rating sites shows most ratings are favorable. However, a deeper dive also shows others complaining that once a member reaches a certain level of payouts, Survey Junkie disappears and does not pay them nor respond to their requests for payment. I am thinking I have now joined that group. I have enjoyed doing these surveys for years. I certainly requested the post card with the 12 digit code for redemption. I am thinking now there really was never a post card with a 12 digit code for redeeming points. This was just part of a ploy to put me off without payment for completed surveys with the expectation on their part that I would just give up. As I hope this explanation shows, I do not like being ripped off!I If Survey Junkie does not want to pay members after a certain earnings point, they should indicate this when people join. I am beginning to believe as other on the rating sites who suggested that after a certain time/ amount ($$) is achieved they just want to disappear. If there is some other reasonable explanation for this please, just inform me as to what it is. I have printed copies of the emails to Survey Junkie regarding this problem. I just tried to scan these emails into my computer as a file to be attached to this. The scan function on my computer is not working just now. To fix it I need to turn off my PC and reboot. If I do that I will lose everything I have typed here. I will submit as is and if you need these emails I will try to get the scan function working on my printer or I could fax them to you if you have a fax number. Everything I try to do with this company seems to be jinxed at this point!

This business claim to be an online marketing strategy business to review some companies and have innocent people like me who tries to make side money during a tight period to be able to use our time in earning extra dollars. The process is simple, you read, review each survey they send and God knows how long the survey are and how cheap it's get rewarded. For a 45min survey, you get 3points max. So disregard those tricky methods, I have managed to spend more than 27h , typically 1day and half and was able to get 522 points. Since the redemption only allows you to get until 500 points, I then stop so I can redeem $ 5 that I hardly achieve so I can withdraw my 522 points, they then have a system to freeze the account pretending the next step is to verify your ID , fone number, email, address, after filling out those extra documents, I'm still waiting anyone to reply that email or verify actually the account or unfreeze it simply. This process has been on since Sunday 11/15/2022 until today nothing.

I joined a survey sight to make money online. The company has a set of chores that they require you complete to get paid. I completed all those, then they have a whole new set of chores that they have to complete for you to get paid. They give you a date you are supposed to be paid by, but the day before, only hours before the dead line, they keep changing the pay date to a later date. Well they say if you have problems to email them, which I have done three or four times, to find out what the problem is. They have not bothered to respond. I call their service number which is basically an answering machine that tells you to leave your email and they will respond. I've done that twice now, to try to resolve whatever the issue is so can get paid. They have not bothered to respond 1 time. I thought maybe it was an identification issue, so I sent them a copy of my i.d. They just keep changing my pay date to a later date, only hours before I'm supposed to receive payment. None of this is included in their advertising. They say you can get your money in minutes with PayPal, which is what I have. They obviously are trying to wait people out, so they just give up. They have obviously been paid for all my survey work. I am just seeking the pay they promised. I will do a real review for them when they post payment, which they have, and are hoping I get frustrated, and just give up. I'm not gonna be doing that. Next stop U.S. cyber crime division.

Survey Junkie Unable to cash out & account suspended unjustly

Unable to cash out & account suspended unjustly. Being forced to verify my identity despite being long-time user with never having had issues before. On *** I attempted to cash out *** but was told I needed to verify my identity first. I've never had this issue before & had been using *** for a couple years w/no issues & never having to prove myself before cashing out. I had technical issues on their site a few months ago, which they handled so professionally, that I gave them a stellar review, at their request I might add. Considering that I'd always recommended them to others & had been a long-term panelist on their platform, I was quite surprised to suddenly find my ability to cash out disabled & my ability to take surveys suspended. On *** I used their "help" form to inquire why this happened. At the time, my only option to cash out was to ask them to send me a postcard, which was stated on their website to take *** business *** enter some code to verify my identity, & then go from there. As I had been having some urgent family matters I was dealing w/at the time, I needed to cash out then, small amount as it was, not in *** when the postcard was supposed to come. I am unable to work at this time & relied on Survey Junkie to help me add some "pocket change" money to my husband's income, that could help put gas in our car or help to pay a bill. I spent hours taking multiple surveys, only to earn from *** cents on surveys that fill up or I don't qualify for, to *** for the rare higher paying survey that allows me to complete the survey without telling me I am disqualified halfway through. On average, I was spending an hour or so each day, just to earn maybe *** or *** I didn't mind because being unemployed at this time, it was worth it to me because cashing out provided just enough money to help pay for gas or put towards a bill or expense, even though it wasn't much money. I also felt good about being able to help impact products & services through my opinions. Survey Junkie responded by saying "Your account has been suspended due to unauthorized use of the Survey Junkie Services, which is a violation of the Survey Junkie Terms & Conditions. Survey Junkie reserves the right to rescind a panel membership and refuse to provide the Services at any time for any unauthorized use." I responded by telling them that in no way did I do anything to violate the terms of service & that I have integrity & would never do anything dishonest (my reply was much more detailed & lengthy than theirs was). I told them that if they were going to treat me like a fraudster, then I had the right to know what specifically they are saying that I have done wrong. I also reminded them that I had provided a great review of their platform & that this was a terrible way to treat someone whose time spent taking surveys, has helped them to make money. I had posited a theory on what COULD have happened, such as perhaps when I had technical issues with a survey & the page froze & I went back to try to refresh the page so I could finish the survey, it told me I already took the survey & maybe it appeared at that time that I was trying to take the survey twice. I honestly didn't know what could have triggered their having suspended my account. They responded to my reply by saying *** constantly runs anti-fraud scans and security monitoring in order to keep the quality at the highest level. As a result of another campaign, your account has been disclosed in the unauthorized activities such as 'tampering with links to bypass *** circumvent survey controls, or through any other fraudulent or false means, in order to redeem points' - which led to the account suspension. SJ reserves the right in its sole discretion to cease or suspend providing all or any part of the service immediately if you breach or intend/threaten to breach any of our Terms (which were accepted by you upon signing up or/and downloading *** app...". They basically treated me like a criminal w/bad intent & a fraudulent character. I was falsely & wrongly accused & want restitution.

I am trying to get paid by a target card to redeem my points. As I have been taking surveys on Survey Junkie. It's been a month and I've written to the company as still no resolution.

I signed up for survey junkie thinking it legit and followed ALL the steps in order to complete ALL the tasks required. I have now 2 pending payouts the first and longest outstanding is for 1290.00 and the second for 194.00. These payouts we're first assigned in the begining of October having completed tasks in Sept. And now they just keep putting the paydate further and further out changing it every time it passes the date they themselves actually picked and set. (originally the first payout date given was the begining of October(!) They have done this several times now!) I have done EVERYTHING THEY requested and more! And yet I have received NOTHING from them TO DATE!.. I DID WHAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO AND WHAT THEY required me to do ... When am I going to get my money!?

This place is such a scam. I'm filling out their surveys and, all the way at the end, it doesn't pay out. I don't understand how this place is allowed to get away with this.

When I first started taking surveys I could reach5000 points in several weeks.

Now it takes several months to achieve that level. Of the last 15 surveys that I clicked on I was only able to take 1. I am ready to disassociate myself with Survey Junkie.
