SurveyJunkie is clearly the best Survey Site out there. Yes, they do from time to time lock the account for verification purposes, and yes, it sometimes can take some time to get back to you. But this is because all of the bonehead people out there that just want to make a quick buck, and that do not answer surveys honestly. You need to understand that SurveyJunkey needs to provide their customers with a quality product as well... A lot of Survey sites are just a scam to get people to sign up for junk offers, and to actually provide advertisement. But Survey Junkie is legit, as long as you answer truthfully and know that you are not gonna get rich. It takes time to work up a payout balance. Do it regularly and truthfully, and over time you can earn a nice little bit of side-cash.

It's a great site surveys are great you can cash out at 5$ but I only have one problem that bugs me sometimes when I do a survey or start one I get rejected and this message pops up saying you been disqualified for breaking one of our rules eta I awnsered honesty I never lie in my questions what rule did I break everything I put in my questions are truthful I don't mind the 2 or 3 pts at least I can save them it's the breaking rules message that always seem to pop up I been using this site for years and I always successfully cashed out I hate for them to lose someone who is loyal and is happy to be with a survey company who isn't run by scam artists who refuse to pay for surveys that means you branded surveys and crowd tap both are not whom I recommend they'll ban you soon enough when you get close to cashing out but survey junkie is great just wish they would let me finish my surveys though.

I joined SurveyJunkie less than a month ago and already made over $50. They only have surveys, no pop ups or ads. There's always a good supply of surveys to try. Unlike other survey sites, they almost always give you a few points even if you're not accepted. Most surveys are about consumer products, but I've done some very interesting and thought provoking ones, including use of nuclear weapons and improving health care. Sometimes they show videos or photos of ads and ask for opinions on what you liked about the ad, or what you didn't like. Customer service is great. Whenever I've asked a question (using their contact form) I usually receive an answer the next day. I like the promotions where if you answer 3 surveys a day of 10 points or more for 8 days within a couple of weeks you get an extra $5. Some surveys are short and others take a lot longer - you can't always tell by how long they say the survey will take, but you're always told how many points you'll get for each survey. I've tried other survey sites, but have found SurveyJunkie to be the best for picking up some extra cash, and for giving my opinions on timely subjects.

I've used multiple paid survey sites, some pretty good, others absolute garbage. I am very selective of which sites I use. I can honestly say, without any reservation, Survey Junkie is by far the best site I've EVER used. It's very easy to use, the surveys are all very relevant to me, and their payouts are very fair. In fact, I make a few points even on the surveys I don't qualify for. And unlike other sites where you might have to wait 4-6 weeks before you get your money, Survey Junkie makes sure I get my money in MINUTES, not hours, days, or weeks. First off, I am giving this site a 5 star on merit of being able to to make a lil extra on the side. Customer service is always spot on even if they don't solve my problem. The downside there is some site contracted with Survey Junkie that simply a problem, one in particular had me blocked then after explaining the logic and situation I was able to go and do my thing just have them block again claiming same issue. Honestly as reviewer and customer I would think survey junkie would not want to be associated with a contractor like that, especially when what the contractor wants would cause me to not to be online at all. Other then that hiccup and the occasional page error with some the other contractors, the site is great and is my go to each day to do surveys and make a lil extra on the side. It would be nice if they had more promotions for more opportunities.

I have found the activity I like to do the most in my spare time... but on top of that, I get to earn CASH! After scoring points from the surveys you just go to the rewards tab and ask for Survey Junkie to send you a direct deposit straight into your bank account. They are not trying to upsell you to use other programs, they are clear about the points you earn. Everything about this Survey site has been awesome, legit, and no busy banners and gnarly advertisements all over the place, it's very fair, honest and FUN! Almost every evening, I receive a survey that asks for my 14 year old son to participate, he's on board! We spend quality time doing them together and I've learned things about my kid that I had no idea he knew about! Channels he watches on cable TV, Video-Game-Jargon, etc. It's like playing a board game together and getting paid for it. Thank you Survey Junkie for turning me into a "Survey Junkie"! Thank you for making a great, easy to understand, straight forward website. For helping companies conduct surveys and market research. I find this to be a brilliant business, and love giving my honest opinions to every question I am asked. I'm proud to be part of the Survey Junkie Community!

I think you guys are doing a terrific job giving and getting us great surveys that are relevant today as well as useful.
Love to see more ads for surveys - good for ourselves and the company's that want our input.
I know that I've said this before but please do what you can with the time slots and awards given. To many times I see 5 minutes needed and say 10 or 20 points to be given only to find that the time needed needed is closer to 25-30 minutes. Just tell the companies doing this to stop or they will be deleted themselves.
I have recently noticed that I have taken a survey for say 10-15 minutes when suddenly they delete me without reason. This is totally unfair ! If it continues on I will let you know the survey number but let me check and see if this continues.
The only other thing that has happened is that I am told my survey results are not needed and a map or flags of many many countries comes up and we are all deleted. This is strange but if it happens to others as well as myself I don't mind.
One last thing - I've noticed that if a survey is being offered it maybe quickly taken up especially in the morning hours seconds after it has been offered - you may be getting hit with an algorithm by someone in the USA or overseas, especially China or India.

All around one of the better survey sites. First week of use was impressive on how much I was able to bank, but as time went on more and more surveys became harder to complete or even get into without being bounced back to the home page immediately. On occasion longer surveys will not be credited even after reaching the final classification section. Lots of surveys to choose from, lots of different credits available. So as far as the surveys are concerned, the site is pretty good. The only real issue the site has is it's customer service. Customer service tickets are responded to with canned automatic responses or CS staff that just seem to try and pacify the user. I had one 15 min survey that took 30 minutes to complete only to be rejected at the end. I wrote customer service just to vent and express how damaging that kind of thing was to user trust and faith. I also provided the survey number so that they could reference it and see if there was a fix. They responded with a canned email saying that kinda thing happens and if I wanted them to investigate that I should message them back with the survey number. I provided it in my initial email! So, yeah, it can be frustrating at times but they have a lot of short surveys and offer some good incentives from time to time. Good site, needs some improvements here and there.

Failed id verification then when I fixed that now they have a new reason for not paying menow they are permanently suspending my account and they said they would give me more details on why later that day and it's been 7 days ago now and still have yet to receive any details about why they permanently suspended my act the funny thing is is that I can still take as many surveys I want but cannot cash out the money I earned fair and square it's wrong they should have done all this before I put in all that time and effort doing surveys to make money that they never planned on giving me idk. How they can get away with this

I have $5.35 to cash out but they said the only way I can cash out is to show a picture i.d. I never had to do this before I'm going through hard financial times all ready and this is just making things more difficult I can't work as much as I used to because of an accident I was in years ago so I need every penny I can get so please take care of this I'm a loyal survey junkie customer I've been a customer for 2 years now and never had any serious problems so could you please take care of this Since Tiffany Mosley.

I spent damn near 45 minutes on a survey just for it to tell me the survey is filled up.. this always happens. You want a longer complaint ok. Every damn time I do a survey that adds up to more that 200 this is s the response I get. Someone needs to fix survey junkie or advise people to stop doing these surveys or just delete your app all together. This is a waste of time. It may not be a lot of money but to some it helps where you think it doesn't.

I have over 90000 lifetime points I always use this app I loved everything about it and showed many people this app and just two days ago the app asked me to reverify my id ? Then I did that and it says it will call me to verify my number which they haven't called me and Im stuck now. I can't redeem my points and there customer service doesn't help me so I'm just stuck this is so stressful and makes me just so upset

Survey Junkie shut down my account after accusing me of being "dishonest" on their site taking surveys. There have been many problems with said site glitching and shutting down whenever I tried to finish a survey which I kept sending complaints to the site itself about and they chose to ignore it until deciding on wrongfully deactivating my account without taking consideration on any say from my side about it.

I had contacted them month ago about this and they only kept sending automated responses accusing me instead of listening.

I only was asking to at least redeem the mere 11 dollars I had earned up to that point, I am trying to fight unemployment and eviction due to lack of funds thanks to the COVID pandemic happening at the moment. Anything I can get will help, and I hope these people realize that instead of blatantly shutting down accounts when they feel like not wanting to let you earn any more taking those surveys of theirs.

This site prides itself on helping people by voicing their opinion and gaining money while at it. Most of the time I've used it the site would glitch and some surveys would disappear, while at the same time the site itself would accuse me of being "dishonest" before a survey even began, ending it right there and then. I tried many times complaining about said glitches to their attention but they never did anything about it. Before I knew it they closed my account accusing me of what I explained above.

This site never bothered to look back at their wrongful decision no matter how many times I appealed it, and would just keep my account closed. I would advise not to trust these people if you search any of their services.

I have been doing surveys on Survey Junkie.com it took me a long time to get enough to cash out with $10 I wanted to cash out so I could see if it was going to be difficult. I didn't have a phone when I started so I had to put my brother's number on my account they said they had to call to verify me before they could pay me. I told my brother they would be calling normally my brother don't answer calls from numbers that he don't recognize but he forgot so if they called he didn't answer all that is not their fault but I contacted them &they said they have called a few times & got no answer but I explained to them about giving my brother's number so they finally sent a check. I have done enough surveys to get $20 this next time. I have been trying to cash out again & again they said someone had to call me. I have contacted them saying I was told I have been trying to redeem my points &I have a new phone. I have to contact customer service just to change my number in my account. They said they have called me a few times I tried to reply telling them I have a new phone & what would be the best time to call because they asked that I didn't get any response back so I sent something to customer service just telling them that I have a new number thinking if I tell them 1 issue at a time maybe it'll help. I was wrong they sent me a email message saying as a courtesy they only allow people to change numbers once to make sure it's 1 that will permanently be tied to my account to go to the my points page of my account to change the number so I did that put in my number & it said a verification code was sent to the number I put in but no code was sent to me so I couldn't change the number so I can't redeem my points. I think it's dumb that I have to get them to change my number & I can only get it changed once. I am a member of a few other sites most require you to have more points or certain amount of money built up to cash out but this is the hardest site I have been a member of to get paid on. A lot of sites that have reviewed survey sites have it as legit it may be in a way but if you don't have your current number on your account you're going to have a hard time getting paid
